the same way you get up and give yourself food when you are hungry, go up within yourself and give yourself your desire. you don't need anything because you are everything. it all exists within and without you. as in "outside" of you. you are the entire universe and more.
when you want a drink, you get up and give it to yourself. go up and give yourself your desire. that's it.
i was at a party last night and a lil nervous about meeting new people but i "knew" that by the time the party would end, i'd have so many new friends and connections because that's what i wanted. I went within and saw myself interacting and having a blast with them the way i wanted to. all of a sudden, i was at a new table with the prettiest women and some fineeee men, laughing and connecting as if we've known each other for years. I found myself wanting to give them my informations and wanting to hangout soon. they gave me their socials before i uttered a word about it and we have already made plans for next week and the new year.
it's so easy it's ridiculous. I wanted to dance to a certain song that isn't always played at the parties i've gone to before and i got to have fun exact way i wanted just because I let go of wondering how and thought about how great it was that i got what i wanted.
think about how great it is to have received what you wanted because you now have it. that's all you have to do. that's all you ever have to do. be in the "end" of your "desire" since you are always in the end of something anyways.
give it to yourself. whether you imagine, speak to it, or none of those at all. know and tell yourself what is now yours because it is yours now.
How to loose focus on 3d without falling asleep??<3
you wanna loosen your grip on 3d without face-planting into dreamland. easy.
think of it like untying a knot, not snapping a rubber band. you're not fighting focus, you're… diluting it. letting it go grainy, soft around the edges, like an old vhs tape. let yourself blur.
romanticise dissociation. let your brain lag. eyes open, thoughts slow, body light. let your eyes go slightly vacant. don’t engage. don’t chase. let thoughts roll in like waves, let them roll out.
disassociate. get comfy. loosen your grip on reality. zone out but stay awake. this is key. we’re not napping, we’re just… untethering. drifting...... elegantly. a balloon someone let go of in a grocery store.
if you need a crutch, hum something. move your fingers. feel your breath in your chest. be a little thing in a big sea. drift. accept the blur. lean into it. don’t fight it. let your brain turn into a soft-focus indie film. no hard lines, js vibes !!!
it’s all about the drift. let go. soften. blur. fade. be a little ghostly.

Persisting ≠ to get something in the 3D, thinking of persisting as a way to get something in the 3D
Persisting= continuing being that person that has what you want in imagination
Persisting is NOT persisting to get a plus. If you feel like you're forcing something, you're being someone who's trying, or you’re not doing what you want. Where's that coming from? Fear.
Persisting is basically continually being that person who has that thing in imagination. Read carefully please, IN imagination, no matter what the 3D shows you.
——————————————————————————————————
Let me give an example. Since you all understand it
better when I give an example:
Let's say Anna wants to be rich.
Okay, so she decided that she's rich in the 4D she imagined (experienced), and as she was imagining, she felt freedom and at ease.
(Stop worrying about whether you're feeling something that’s coming from fear. The way to stop feeling fear is by doing what you want in your imagination; no one is there to judge.)
At this moment, she's in a state of being rich, and it's done, so she's just enjoying the experience of being rich. As soon as she opens her eyes and sees that the 3D hasn't changed, she feels sad. But then she remembers that 4D (imagination is the true reality, imagination is self).
So she returns to the state of being rich. She persists in who she’s being in her imagination, not in 3D, not to get anything in 3D.
𓆩♡𓆪
Persistence shouldn't feel like a struggle…
yall this motivated me sooo much, i found this success story on reddit - she didnt feel, visualise, felt like shit, stressed out etc. she went thru so much shit and STILL got what she wanted. here are the screenshots, i hope this motivates yall to NEVER give up !!
"it worked for me, it will work for you. ❤️"
Hey you guys idk who's gonna see this but this is just your reminder that getting into the void state is so easy 🎀
I literally got in the void state last night by being tired and visualizing anime pngs over and over again AND I was listening to music
I'm also someone who doubted a lot and struggled a lot with obsessing over shifting so.. just trust me idk 💔💔
It's not hard guys, don't make it difficult 😞💔
I got an ask recently on someone who was unsure what to do to shift, and unlike the typical, visualise and affirm, I will ask you to accept yourself in your new reality/desired reality/ whatever you may call it. And to do that you must shift your senses and I mean really shift your senses, close your eyes and sense that you are now in your new reality, how would you feel? think of the little things
is there a window right infront of your bed that lets the natural light shine onto your eyelids?
do you have a crazy amount of siblings that you can hear all the time in the morning?
is your s/o in there bed, can you hear their little grunts as they sleep? do they wrap you in their arms to wake you up, how would it be normally?
is your mother waking you up for school, how does her voice sound sound, how do her hands feel tapping you lightly to wake up?
are you a famous artist? are your songs softly playing on the speaker in your room as you wake up?
are you a celebrity, a billionaire, an actor, a model? is your assistant waking you up for another busy day of press?
do you live somewhere with beautiful scenery, are the birds chirping as you wake up? or is it night time and the sound of the city, the cars, the people are right outside your window?
how does it feel to be in that new body? feel that you are in that body, how does your skin feel? how does your hair feel?
do you have a private chef that makes you and your family breakfast in the morning? what are they making? can you smell it?
do you have certain ambient lighting in your room, eg, leds, sunset lamps, what colour are they shining on your eyelids as you stir in bed?
are you a billionaire’s child who only sleeps on cashmere sheets? feel it on your body
what clothes (if any) do you wear to bed? feel them on your body
what’s the first thing you see when you wake up? visualise, or is it night as you wake up, what does that look like where you are?
How much happier and more motivated would you be to start the day knowing you have everything and you are living the dream? feel it in you
details details details people!! use the details in your script if you have one, this is how it becomes natural to you 👏👏
feel it, hear it, see it, smell it, taste it
These little and natural details are so important, you guys see your reality as so far fetched, so you don’t even acknowledge or consider how your senses would change. When you shift reality you shift awareness which means shifting your conscious sensations to the reality that is desired. This isn’t some cute exercise (although it can be) this IS shifting, take your senses and put the in the desired state and that is how you shift, that is how your awareness leaves this reality to go to another.
You are a god, so place yourself and your senses in a new reality and you are there. You need to make your reality natural to you and that starts with immersing yourself in the new story
i know that a lot of people are scared of sleep paralysis, but the more you understand it, you'll realise how there's actually nothing to be worried about.
sleep paralysis is a state of consciousness that occurs during the REM cycle while you are dreaming, and when you're transitioning from wakefulness to sleep. if you happen to wake up during a dream/sleep and you are unable to move your body, it feels like it's hard to breathe, you see/hear hallucinations, then you are still in the state of sleep paralysis.
in this state, the logical side of your brain is shutted off, which also means that your affirmations will reflect in the 3d rather quickly or instantly.
subliminals
listen to a subliminal, then fall asleep and wake up in sleep paralysis!
law of assumption
accept that you always induce sp easily or you always woke up in sp
meditation
remain still for a long time, and do some deep breathing. the point is to reach the mind awake, body asleep state by tricking your body into thinking that it's in a sleep state by staying relaxed and not moving. you're keeping your mind awake so when you induce sleep paralysis... you'd be awake for it lol.
lullaby method/SATS
repeat over and over until you fall asleep that you are in sleep paralysis consciously or that you will wake up in sleep paralysis. for SATS, visualise yourself being awake during an sp and loop the visualisation in your mind until you fall asleep.
psych-k
do the psych-k positions and affirm on each side that you will wake up in sp, or you induce sp quickly. for more info on psych-k, go over to @chaisshitposts!
robotic affirming/askfirming
lay down and still still... or not, and robotically affirm that you are in sp, or robotically askfirm "why am i in sp?" or "why can't i move my body? am i in sp?" or whtvr u want to askfirm.
WBTB (Wake Back To Bed)
when you reach sleep paralysis, from there you can affirm that you are pure consciousness and boom! you're pure consciousness!
other posts on sp:
so yea! a lil sum sum, but i hope it helps! 🩷🎀
Entering the void, astral projection, and lucid dreaming are completely natural experiences. They are not something foreign to you but rather innate abilities that have always been within you, waiting to be remembered. All you need is concentration, faith, and practice.
Each person may experience this process differently, but the key is to trust that the void is your natural state. You don’t have to force anything—just allow it to happen.
Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. You can be lying down, sitting, or in any position that feels comfortable to you.
Close your eyes and start breathing slowly and deeply. As you inhale and exhale, mentally repeat affirmations that help you release stress and relax your body:
"I am so relaxed."
"My body feels as light as a feather."
"I release all the stress of the day."
"Each breath takes me deeper."
Focus on the sensations. Feel how, with each exhalation, your body releases tension, as if you were dissolving into the air.
If your mind starts to wander, simply observe your thoughts without judgment and gently bring your attention back to your breathing.
Once you are deeply relaxed, it’s time to set your intention. This is crucial because your mind needs a clear direction to guide the experience.
Tell yourself with conviction:
"Tonight, I will enter the void."
"I will have a lucid dream with complete clarity."
"I will detach from my physical body and explore beyond it."
It’s not just about repeating words—it’s about feeling what you are affirming. Your intention is the key that unlocks the door to the void.
Now that your intention is set, start affirming your presence in this natural state. Repeat mentally or out loud:
"I AM."
"I am pure consciousness."
"This is my natural state."
"Being in the void is natural for me."
"I AM the void."
"I AM power."
"There is no separation between me and the all."
These affirmations should feel authentic. Even if, at first, it seems like you’re just repeating words, over time, you will start to believe them and experience them as truth.
Imagine that each affirmation is like a key unlocking new dimensions within you.
As you enter this state, you may begin to feel physical and energetic sensations. Some of them may include:
A feeling of extreme heaviness or absolute lightness
Vibrations throughout your body
A sensation of falling or floating
A buzzing or ringing in your ears
Pressure in your head or chest
An increased heart rate
The feeling that something is "pulling" you away from your physical body
However, it is also possible to enter the void without experiencing any symptoms at all. Some people transition smoothly without physical sensations, simply finding themselves in the void effortlessly.
Both experiences are valid—whether you feel sensations or not, trust that the process is working.
If any sensation becomes too intense, simply relax even more and surrender to the process.
Remember: the void is your natural state. There is nothing to fear.
A useful trick to help detach from your physical body is to visualize your hands moving in your mind. Imagine yourself lifting them, touching your surroundings, feeling textures.
This technique can make it easier to separate and take the final step into the experience.
If you wish, you can enhance the method with:
Relaxing music or ambient sounds
Subliminal audios with affirmation messages
Binaural frequencies that induce altered states of consciousness
There are no strict rules on what to use, but the most important thing is that your attention always returns to your breathing.
If at any moment you feel fear or uncertainty, remember that you are in control. The void is not something external—it is a part of you.
Trust the process.
Let go without forcing anything.
Remember that this is natural for you.
Once you complete these steps, you will have entered the void. From there, you can experience the universe in ways you never imagined.
- Good luck. I love you, hwangeter.
breaks and their importance
“what are breaks?”
to stop doing something for a period of time
“why are breaks important?
breaks have various reasons on why they are important, however, the main one is mental health. individuals who obsess over the 3d while waiting for their manifestation often risk their mental health for their manifestation. for example, if any individual is manifestation their desired body or looks, they will possibly body and face check every moment. then get disappointed when it’s not “manifesting”.
“benefits of taking a break”
there are so many benefits to simply TAKING A BREAK!! some of these can include but are not limited too are a clearer mind, a deeper understanding of one’s self, healthier mind set, less information overflowing, less stress related to ones current situation / reality, no longer waiting for something to happen.
if you find yourself attempting to shift / manifest and you began to develop an obsession that goes beyond healthy, take a break for your own health.
“but my manifestation is waiting-“
“if i don’t manifest everyday it won’t come tomorrow-“
take a break, time will pass anyway + time is fake anyway! no use stressing yourself out over something you already possess, chill, relax, and enjoy.
It's ok to feel like shit.
You don't need toxic positivity to manifest or to shift
The language in this mostly addresses manifestation but it is applicable to both LOA and shifting.
I have been getting a lot of questions that generally boil down to "it really hurts right now, what do I do"
I think in some ways a lot of people have internalized this belief that they have to feel good and happy and motivated 100% of the time if they want it to work.
Couldn't be more wrong.
So many people respond to genuine questions with "well just don't 🤪". I know that's not how they mean it and I don't blame them one bit but as someone who has been mentally ill I know how it makes you think and I know that's how most people feel when they hear it.
It's ok to feel like shit. No you don't need to feel happy to manifest. You don't have to feel like you just won the lottery every five seconds of your day to manifest winning it.
You are not cursed to never manifest just because you have strong emotional reactions to things.
It's ok to hurt. Take a deep breath and remind yourself that while your feelings are absolutely valid and deserve the space to be felt they are not the authority on your reality.
Our brains naturally want to make sense of what we're feeling but it often leads us to thinking the way we're feeling is evidence of what will happen next.
"I feel awful and I don't like how often I'm feeling it" often leads us into thinking "nothing is ever going to work for me", but it's important to ground ourselves and realize that feeling like shit is not divine undeniable proof that it isn't going to work.
Feeling like shit just means you feel like shit, nothing more.
Sometimes we feel awful so we self sabotage and then say "see I was right", when really we're just a self fulfilling prophecy.
Holding space for yourself to feel things and feel them deeply is important to our spiritual physical and mental health. However, saying that assigning meaning to it isn't good for you.
Keep fucking going. It's ok to affirm even though you feel like shit. Feeling like shit is not "evidence" that it's "not going to work".
Self discipline is knowing to regulate yourself and validate your emotions without affirming the opposite of what you want.
Self discipline is not beating yourself up and restricting yourself heavily. It is checking yourself when needed.
"HOW I TAP INTO THE VOID"
Before any attempts realise what is your intention. What is it that you what to achieve. Consider memorising that.
Also dicide how you want to picture your void. It does not have to be all black, or scary in any way. If you want a flower garden, it will be a flower garden. It can be all light like the sun is shining right at you. Decide.
You do not need a technique. This is just what I do when I schedule being in the void. I have ended up in the void accidentally a couple of times, meaning you quite literaly do not need a technique.
1. Make sure nothing is distracting you- If you are hungry- eat, if you are thirsty-drink, if your are cold-get a banket.
2. Get comfortable- Ley in your bed/ sit on your sofa. Make sure your head and legs are supported.
3. It is time to start relaxing. Notice your breathing. Breathe in for 3, hold, breathe out for 3.
