Entering the void, astral projection, and lucid dreaming are completely natural experiences. They are not something foreign to you but rather innate abilities that have always been within you, waiting to be remembered. All you need is concentration, faith, and practice.
Each person may experience this process differently, but the key is to trust that the void is your natural state. You don’t have to force anything—just allow it to happen.
Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. You can be lying down, sitting, or in any position that feels comfortable to you.
Close your eyes and start breathing slowly and deeply. As you inhale and exhale, mentally repeat affirmations that help you release stress and relax your body:
"I am so relaxed."
"My body feels as light as a feather."
"I release all the stress of the day."
"Each breath takes me deeper."
Focus on the sensations. Feel how, with each exhalation, your body releases tension, as if you were dissolving into the air.
If your mind starts to wander, simply observe your thoughts without judgment and gently bring your attention back to your breathing.
Once you are deeply relaxed, it’s time to set your intention. This is crucial because your mind needs a clear direction to guide the experience.
Tell yourself with conviction:
"Tonight, I will enter the void."
"I will have a lucid dream with complete clarity."
"I will detach from my physical body and explore beyond it."
It’s not just about repeating words—it’s about feeling what you are affirming. Your intention is the key that unlocks the door to the void.
Now that your intention is set, start affirming your presence in this natural state. Repeat mentally or out loud:
"I AM."
"I am pure consciousness."
"This is my natural state."
"Being in the void is natural for me."
"I AM the void."
"I AM power."
"There is no separation between me and the all."
These affirmations should feel authentic. Even if, at first, it seems like you’re just repeating words, over time, you will start to believe them and experience them as truth.
Imagine that each affirmation is like a key unlocking new dimensions within you.
As you enter this state, you may begin to feel physical and energetic sensations. Some of them may include:
A feeling of extreme heaviness or absolute lightness
Vibrations throughout your body
A sensation of falling or floating
A buzzing or ringing in your ears
Pressure in your head or chest
An increased heart rate
The feeling that something is "pulling" you away from your physical body
However, it is also possible to enter the void without experiencing any symptoms at all. Some people transition smoothly without physical sensations, simply finding themselves in the void effortlessly.
Both experiences are valid—whether you feel sensations or not, trust that the process is working.
If any sensation becomes too intense, simply relax even more and surrender to the process.
Remember: the void is your natural state. There is nothing to fear.
A useful trick to help detach from your physical body is to visualize your hands moving in your mind. Imagine yourself lifting them, touching your surroundings, feeling textures.
This technique can make it easier to separate and take the final step into the experience.
If you wish, you can enhance the method with:
Relaxing music or ambient sounds
Subliminal audios with affirmation messages
Binaural frequencies that induce altered states of consciousness
There are no strict rules on what to use, but the most important thing is that your attention always returns to your breathing.
If at any moment you feel fear or uncertainty, remember that you are in control. The void is not something external—it is a part of you.
Trust the process.
Let go without forcing anything.
Remember that this is natural for you.
Once you complete these steps, you will have entered the void. From there, you can experience the universe in ways you never imagined.

get comfortable, relax, and forget about the future/let go of expectations and think like you normally would. daydream like you normally would. after some time, you will realise that it's suddenly more peaceful than usual, it's just you and your thoughts and you can't hear anything other than your voice, you can't see the usual galaxy-kaleidoscopic pattern you usually see behind your eyelids, and you won't feel anything... that happens when you cease your attention on your body and on your surrounding, and your attention is only on your thoughts/daydreams. you will manifest the state of pure consciousness, and you will not be in the awake state until you shift your attention to your physical senses. 🩷
People entering void state
This isn't going to be formatted as well. I'm just throwing out information I keep getting asked about.
First of all, the void state is not a deep meditative state. You can use meditation to enter the void but it's not a meditative state because you're not aware of the 3d at all.
The void created your reality whether you like it or not but everything that happens to YOU was created by the pure consciousness. The reason your life was horrible is because you didn't know you could control it.
When you manifest with the void or in general, you have a few options. You can manifest literally anything and everything in THIS REALITY THAT IS YOUR CURRENT ORIGINAL REALITY, or you can shift. You get everything you want in this reality if that's what you want. If you wanna shift, you shift. You can script that nobody finds you weird but be careful and make sure you don't run into any trouble (you could just erase it even if you do so don't worry). You don't have to go anywhere. Nothing is impossible. Kind of the whole point of the void.
Alpha state is a state where you are still conscious but relaxed and not stressed out (unlike the beta state where you are stressed). Your thoughts flow freely in the alpha state and there is no restrictions caused by stress. You should always begin your meditation by getting into alpha state first because it makes going deeper in your mind even easier. It's also when you are focused on something for an extended period of time.
Theta state is a level deeper and it consists of reduced consciousness, lucid dreaming, REM sleep, etc. This is when we are about to go to sleep or wake up in our minds during dreams (lucid dreaming).
Now DELTA state is what babies and infants stay in when they're in the womb. It's a state where you lose bodily awareness and have access to your conscious mind. This is why so many get into the void with delta waves.
Alpha: So to induce each of these states, you have to meditate. But the levels of meditation are different. For Alpha State, you can use the distraction technique by @luckykiwiii101, follow the Nordic Witch meditation on youtube, or do the Silva method.
The silva Method is basically lying down and taking 3 deep breaths. On the first deep breath, imagine the number 3 and say it in your mind three times. Do the same for 2 and 1, breathing deeply each time. Afterwards, you count from 100 to 0. If you're not used to meditation, 100 to 0 should do it. But if you meditate constantly, you might need to do 100 to 0, then 50 to 0, then 25 to 0 to reach deeper levels of consciousness.
Theta: Theta waves is fairly easy. You need to stay still and allow your body to fall asleep. Take deep breaths and visualize a candle or an object in your mind (anything works great). Keep your focus on either your breathing or the object.
Delta: Delta waves can be induced by yoga nidra or transcendental meditation
Transcendental Meditation: Transcendental meditation is a type of meditation that involves repeating a mantra. This type of meditation is effective in reducing stress and anxiety levels.
Does that sound familiar? Yep, SATS requires a mantra or a looped visualization as well. Yoga Nidra also gets you into delta state. That's why it works. You visualize and hold this visualization as the last thing in your mind before you lose consciousness (waking consciousness that is).
So the point of all of this is that if you have not been able to induce pure consciousness despite trying the methods, it means your mind is overactive. I don't care if you fell asleep during a method. That just means your mind went from active (beta) or overactive (gamma) to Delta directly (because delta is induced when you sleep naturally).
Let's come back to the void. Like we discussed earlier, the void is not a meditative state. So why do meditative states lead you to the void? It's because meditation allows you to disconnect from your physical body and go deeper within your mind. The void is the purest state of consciousness. Each brainwave is a state of consciousness.
So the way to actually induce the void (a foolproof technique) is to not expect when you're doing the methods. Let me explain:
When you do any method, during it and after you're done and if you have not fallen asleep, you look for symptoms or signs. This brings your mind back to beta because you're questioning, searching etc.
When you stop expecting, you're letting your ego be put to rest. So the next time you do a method, if you feel that you're not stressed, move forward with any method and don't look for symptoms. But if you've been stressing out all day, do an alpha meditation first and then do anything else. The distraction technique is still technically SATS. You use the alpha state meditation to relax and then you visualize which puts you into theta, and eventually delta, then finally pure consciousness.

We usually take what the 3D reality shows us as cold, hard facts and what happens before our eyes, we tend to accept as the truth. But I’m here to tell you that imagination creates your reality. What you have accepted as a fact tends to project itself as the truth in your reality. What you believe to be true forms 100% of your 3D world and not the other way around. Everything comes from within you. If you want to change your outer world, first you need to change you inner world. How can you do that? Start by treating the 4D as your true reality. Whatever you create in your imagination, whatever you desire to have, decide that it’s done and claim your desire. Treat that as an indisputable fact.
Want to become the President? Done. What sort of thoughts would you have if you were the President? How would you feel?
This is not being fake. You are not deluding yourself. Remember, CONSCIOUSNESS IS THE ONLY REALITY. The world you see before you is ONLY a projection of your beliefs and assumptions. The 4D is the true reality. You are the object and the 3D is the shadow, mirror etc. You are pure consciousness. You are God. What you have claimed as yours and what you’ve believed to be true is 100% of your reality.
Don’t bother checking the 3D for confirmation. YOU ARE THE CONFIRMATION. Oh you want to be a Master Manifestor? DONE. What sort of thoughts would a Master Manifestor have? How would they feel? Assume that state and don’t go looking for results cause the 3D is only the screen upon which your assumptions are projected as a film.
There is no need for any technique or method. When Neville instructed us to Live in the End, he told us to assume the state of our wish fulfilled. Assume you’re God. Assume only good things happen to you. Don’t think of your desire. Think FROM your desire. Life happens from you and not to you.
Oh your SP told you he never wants to see you again? Please, he’s in love with you. He constantly thinks of you. He’ll come crawling back to you in no time. Remember, everything and everyone around you is simply a projection of your thoughts and assumptions. If you and your SP are happily married in the 4D and are raising livestock in the south of France, that is THE FACT!! Not him liking someone else. Not him ghosting you. Don’t bat an eyelid at the 3D. Claiming your desire is instantaneous. Begin to live from your desire right now and watch the magic happen. But it’s not magic, is it? It’s you. You are God. You only have 2 things to do in this world. CLAIM YOUR DREAM LIFE AND LIVE IT.

i’ve mentioned in a few asks what i like to call the distraction technique. i’ve successfully manifested with it in the past, and about a year ago it helped me to finally manifest something into my 3d that i had been struggling with for months.
this method comes from something that dylan james recommends in his videos. i go over that in depth in the second half of this ask.
the technique:
whenever you think of your desire, stop yourself and simply affirm “it is done.” say this to yourself firmly. and then force yourself to think of something else.
that’s it! that’s the technique.
why does this work?
there’s multiple reasons why this technique is beneficial!
1. your subconscious mind is incredibly smart. it knows what you want, and it’s working to get you what you want. by not even bothering to think about your desire at all, to worry about it or to obsessively affirm for it, it kinda tells your subconscious mind that you trust it fully and that you know it’s gonna bring your desire to you and that you don’t even have to lift a finger.
2. this method is basically the embodiment of the phrase “if you don’t have something nice to say don’t say anything at all.” except it’s “if you don’t have something positive to think about your desire, don’t think about your desire at all.” this technique can be very beneficial to ppl who constantly worry about and doubt your manifestation. ik it can seem counterintuitive to just stop thinking about your desire rather than to work on your doubts, but it really helps. once again you’re kinda signifying that you trust that it’s yours and that you’re gonna get it. you trust it so much that you don’t have to employ any effort at all—not even thinking.

works like a charm every single time. this is for my besties that feel like they have to affirm every second of the day to get what they want. this is for my besties who have been trying to get what they want for months and still don’t have it and feel themselves doubting bc of that. this is for my besties who don’t want to affirm or visualize cuz they’re lazy.
i was scared to first use this technique when i discovered it summer 2021. but when i first employed it i manifested something i had been struggling to manifest within a day! it rlly took the weight off my shoulders and allowed me to enjoy myself without worrying about my manifestation.

distracting yourself really works wonders, learn about the different states your brain goes into to help you achieve pure consciousness cos it really is that easy. just make sure you are relaxed first you want to enter this meditation with a clear mind so do some deep breathing first i promise it will help just do anything to take your mind off whatever u are stressing/thinking about when you feel more calm do your meditation!! ✨ i like to do alpha state first and i think the key (key for me anyway) is to set intention you are doing it for relaxation it will help you enter it knowing ur not trying to force it because you want instant manifestation that can be achieved ONCE ur aware ur in it, intend to yourself that you are doing it solely to relax that way you won’t keep focusing on your 3d or your senses you are purely focused on your mind. lie where you feel comfortable, personally i like to lie on top of my sheets i think it’s more of a subconscious signal if im getting into bed that im in there to sleep, i like to levitate my body against the pillows a bit to keep myself a bit more awake but not enough that it’s uncomfy for me🌟 have read many success stories about yoga nidra which first time i attempted i felt myself properly float it felt like i floated up to ceiling in my room was so freaky but i kept calm, second time i got to a point my heart accelerated so fast i couldn’t feel anything but my own heartbeat but i was also too tired to focus so fell asleep. but last night i purely did this for relaxation cos i already had the knowing i can manifest what i want when i enter, if i try to force it with the intention of manifesting i know ill keep focusing on my senses and 3d too much so i decided to just relax and not care which i think helps, reading upon your states help but delta state is probably the closest state to pure consciousness and yoga nidra helps with that. obviously you can do whatever you want, this is just what works for me, but don’t sit and read upon methods and methods i promise. you will know what works for you. do you prefer visualisation/day dreaming? is it something you’ve done since u were a kid to a point u forget about all ur surroundings? or do you prefer affirming? affirming to the point you focus on nothing but your affirmations? of you prefer just focusing on your breath? or do you like counting? point is you HAVE to find what works for you not trying to attempt what someone else did. i just happened to find yoga nidra really works for me cos i have adhd so i can’t focus on affirming for too long and this also just REALLY helps to relax my mind to a point anyway last night i actually forgot the video was even playing 😭 i was so relaxed i just started day dreaming, you know kinda how you fall asleep during a movie and wake up and realise you have missed part of the movie. yeah felt like that for me, i was so zoned out on imagining stuff i forgot the video was even playing and pretty sure i couldn’t even hear it either i also was sure i was in void state i just wasn’t aware of it i was only aware of my day dreams that i came back to my senses and was confused how it was near the end of the video it felt like i fell asleep for 5m but i wasn’t asleep i was aware. you all will be able to induce pure consciousness stop stressing, find a comfortable position, set your intention to do it for relaxation, breathe/affirm/daydream whatever u want and you’ll forget your surroundings completely! i was there last night i just wasn’t even aware of it i was too focused on imagining stuff lol and boom you will induce it!

Okay so I'm no pro with the void state yet, but I just wanted to share sth I just found. Cus we're gonna live our dream life no matter what. And I don't gatekeep. A few moment ago, I came across this video The man is talking about an ancient technique to enter the "no mind state" which means the "void state" and it's really simple. Everything he's talking about in the video is literally about the void state. This is his video's description: "In this video I share a technique you can use to access no mind or the void. The technique detaches the mind from the body and allows the spirit to roam free. Experience anytime the ultimate truth with this simple and easy technique." He mention things like:
-leaving your body -relaxing and peace -knowing how to exist without the limit of the mind -being in oneness -being connected to the source -calm mind You can check the video for the tutorial. Personally, I tried it and I have a problem with holding my breath for a long period. But even just by doing this for like 8 sec, I felt this calm sensation, idk how to describe it. I just tried it at the moment, and now I'm just writing this to share immediately. In the comments, people share their experiences with the technique, and they said things like their body detaching. I really hope this help anyone who are into shifting, and manifesting their dream life. I'm telling you if I entered the void state, my consciousness will probably not be living in this reality, bc I plan to manifest my dream life and it's very different from here. 😭😭😭 Looking forward to all your success!!!
a lot of people forget that all you have to do is be. just be. as soon as you think of something you want, embody it. i do this with crushes as well, just be “delusional”. almost like stepping into a door where your life is different. i sometimes subconsciously do this when i watch shows i start to pick up certain character’s personality or certain things about them and i kind of play into it. and stay on it, remember repetition is key. its fun actually!

I have been having a lot of huge success and with getting closer with the void and I wanna give something to yall that I found, listen to the Interstellar soundtrack while attempting the void state. It feels like your drifting off into space while listening to it, and you feel like your spinning into a galaxy it's literally so relaxing, i imagined my self drifting off into the void and affirmed and I have literally never been closer in my life!!!
