it's not about pretending the 3d doesn't exist. it's about… ok. imagine you're watching a movie. a really long, really immersive movie. (barry lyndon levels of immersive.) but you know, deep down, that at any moment, you could stand up, stretch, walk out of the theatre. the film keeps playing, but you are already halfway to the lobby, ordering an overpriced lemonade.
so when things happen in the 3d, you just… let them roll. like credits at the end of a film you didn’t even like that much. you’re aware, but detached. someone says something weird? ok. noted. a situation stresses you out? alright. acknowledged. but are you engaging? are you scribbling notes in the margins, underlining sentences, making it your whole world? no!!!!!!!!! you’re sipping your lemonade. you’re gliding.
the 3d is background noise. radio static in another room. a bad subplot in an otherwise great novel. you see it. you hear it. but you don’t take it personally. because the real plot and the real story are yours to write.
the reason why circumstances seem so annoying is because 1. your adding meaning to them 2. you are aware of them.
1. adding meaning to circumstances:
you dont realize that all “circumstances” and everything in the 3d, even the 3d itself, is neutral and literally doesnt come with any original meaning. meaning only comes when ego judges what the senses view. think about it: its all about perspective; two people both get 80% on their test. person A doesnt care because she decides its a neutral grade while person B freaks out because she thinks an 80% means she isnt smart enough since she believes she should have gotten a 100%. so person B cares and adds meaning to the score and even adds meaning to herself: “im not smart enough” “i should have studied harder” “i knew i was going to do bad”. person A doesnt add any meaning to it because she simply doesnt care, therefore she doesnt change her identity like person B did. person B still knows who she is and isnt letting a circumstance change her identity. when adding meaning to neutral circumstances, ofc you will feel annoying and you could feel like things are out of control because you are giving up your power to something that originally has no power.
2. being aware of circumstances:
ofc some circumstances can be right in your face and its something you cant ignore. but constantly being aware of them to the point where you start to believe them as true is what not to do. remember that life is a game and remember that you can instantly change circumstances. why do people manifest wealth in the most shitty circumstances for example, manifesting wealth while being homeless and neville goddard manifesting he was back home while being drafted in the war. circumstances never matter. you continuously accepting them as true is a no-no. when a circumstance hits you, realize it only exists because you are currently aware of it. things only exist when you become aware of them. you are aware of the your device you have right now but when you are sleeping and dreaming, this device doesnt exist because you arent aware of it anymore. circumstances are so temporary. the only thing giving them power is you and your fear of failure. if you keep being aware of something you dont want, ofc it will be annoying and it will seem like your stuck with it forever. thats a lie. circumstances are so easy to get over once you realize all of this is under your complete power of imagination and all you have to do is be aware of having what you want in imagination, instead of being aware and dwelling on circumstances.
I know this sounds like a basic tip everyone says, but "living in the wish fulfilled" is something that you need to do if you want to shift way easier. (of course, you can shift without this but why not make things easier?
"act as if"
When shifting, you aren't willing to become your "DR self", you are said DR self. Act as if you're already there, think in first person as if you're in your DR already.
If thoughts about your CR occur, that's okay. Try to let them pass, turn the thoughts into 3rd person. You aren't in your CR anymore, think of it as another place now.
"the present tense"
I AM.
Still basic, yet I see a lot of people get that wrong. Speak as you're already there.
"I will shift" = "I have shifted."
"I am a master shifter" = "I am in my DR."
Stop trying to manifest the power to shift, you already have that. You don't need to affirm 'I am a master shifter', this is manifesting the wrong thing. You should focus on getting to your DR, not gaining the ability to.
"Think of your DR as a REAL PLACE."
You ARE your DR self. Your DR is REAL. Stop thinking about it as a fictional place, it's a REAL one and treat it like that.
Instead of saying "my DR self", say you. Your 'DR self' is just another term for you, your DR is just another reality you live in. Stop treating them as something unachievable.

Your Possible Blockages:
• Attachment to the Outcome: Wanting something so deeply can sometimes create a sense of urgency or desperation. Even though you’ve done the inner work, a subtle “need” can creep in, which keeps the desire in the future rather than the now.
• Reacting to 3D: It sounds like seeing your SP dating someone else is deeply triggering. When you react to the 3D like this, it reinforces that version of reality. The more you emotionally invest in the unwanted, the more it persists.

From your question, I feel like you have persisted, you feel like it is yours, but then you go back to the feeling of where is it? Why isn't it here yet? In this you contradict yourself and go back to the reality where you don't have your SP. You’re not allowing it to come to you.
Drop the Timeline: Stop measuring your progress in terms of time. Instead, focus on being the version of you who already has it. What would your thoughts, feelings, and actions be like if this were already true? Live from that state.
THATS it, when you feel it enough to not need to count the time (which doesn't exist) , it will come to you.

reminiscing on one of my successes when i induced pure consciousness while listening to an sp subliminal. what works for me personally the best, is when i don't care about inducing pure consciousness.
this morning, i induced pure consciousness while listening to a luck field, got really confused (as per usual atp) and tapped out.
(cuz i didn't want this teacher today, and decided to procrastinate with pure consciousness well wht do yk, i ended up inducing pure consciousness 💁🏽♀️ andd i end up gettin the teacher tdy, buttttt lil loa success story: i would from time to time imagine her being happy and whtnot (cuz her attitude cld be a rlly 😒), so tdy she was surprisingly happy and fun, and i enjoyed class tdy so 😌))
ig the main reason why i haven't been not confused, is becuz i don't intend to induce pure consciousness at tht time, so when everything goes silent, i never paid attention to my body so i would assume that the audio stopped, so i wouldn't have noticed that it was pure consciousness, until i place my awareness on my hearing and then i feel my body.
another reason is because (i'm just remembering actually) i persist in the assumption that i'm always confused when i induce pure consciousness unintentionally, hence why i still haven't realised whenever i'm pure consciousness unintentionally until i place my awareness on the 3d.... so ya! :D

AND THEN LITERALLY THE BELL RANG LIKE IT WAS TIME TO LEAVE. like I wasn’t asleep cuz I know I was aware but I wasn’t awake either. ahhhh yes.... the infamous questions in my inbox:

and the reason for your problems came to mind after writing this reminder, especially the "just do what you do without constantly [...] being curious" part. then, suddenly the proverb came to mind, "curiosity killed the cat."
see, one of the problems is that you still want to become pure consciousness while inducing it (your attention is constantly fixated towards the 3d while inducing pure consciousness). you are curious to know when you'll become pure consciousness, and/or if you already are pure consciousness, hence why you constantly check the 3d. hence why you're so focused on the fact that you're still feeling your body. hence why you haven't induced pure consciousness. did i not speak on this before?
obviously the solution to your recurring problem is to stop seeking confirmation from the 3d and to stop worrying about time... i think i've said that a lot. but before you meditate, before you lay down or sit up, be clear of the things that you aren't going to do:
checking your body
being discouraged by time
wondering if you're pure consciousness yet
and be clear of the things you are going to do:
focus on your affirmations regardless
letting your thoughts wander without judgement (if you ever happen to steer aware from affirming)

I have been getting a lot of questions that generally boil down to "it really hurts right now, what do I do"
I think in some ways a lot of people have internalized this belief that they have to feel good and happy and motivated 100% of the time if they want it to work.
Couldn't be more wrong.
So many people respond to genuine questions with "well just don't 🤪". I know that's not how they mean it and I don't blame them one bit but as someone who has been mentally ill I know how it makes you think and I know that's how most people feel when they hear it.
It's ok to feel like shit. No you don't need to feel happy to manifest. You don't have to feel like you just won the lottery every five seconds of your day to manifest winning it.
You are not cursed to never manifest just because you have strong emotional reactions to things.
It's ok to hurt. Take a deep breath and remind yourself that while your feelings are absolutely valid and deserve the space to be felt they are not the authority on your reality.
Our brains naturally want to make sense of what we're feeling but it often leads us to thinking the way we're feeling is evidence of what will happen next.
"I feel awful and I don't like how often I'm feeling it" often leads us into thinking "nothing is ever going to work for me", but it's important to ground ourselves and realize that feeling like shit is not divine undeniable proof that it isn't going to work.
Feeling like shit just means you feel like shit, nothing more.
Sometimes we feel awful so we self sabotage and then say "see I was right", when really we're just a self fulfilling prophecy.
Holding space for yourself to feel things and feel them deeply is important to our spiritual physical and mental health. However, saying that assigning meaning to it isn't good for you.
Keep fucking going. It's ok to affirm even though you feel like shit. Feeling like shit is not "evidence" that it's "not going to work".
Self discipline is knowing to regulate yourself and validate your emotions without affirming the opposite of what you want.
Self discipline is not beating yourself up and restricting yourself heavily. It is checking yourself when needed.
