how people who are victims of misinformation of the void and consciousness look at me when I tell them you can “enter” the void or “become” the pure consciousness simply by stuff like daydreaming, having inner monologue, or just really anything that puts your mind off 3D and it doesn’t have to be 4 hours of subliminals or 6283 different methods
“I don’t know why I never get into the void state, I always relax and affirm. Idk what I’m doing wrong”
if you’re thinking this way, I know the key to helping you and what you’re doing wrong…
You’re doing absolutely nothing wrong. Everything you’re doing is completely correct. You are doing the correct steps. Don’t change anything about your routine, it’s perfect.
(This is not for everyone, just for people that struggle with focus)
But if you still think you’re getting stuck then maybe it’s a problem with your focus. Let’s say yes, your body is completely relaxed like you can’t even feel it. First part complete, that helps with directing your awareness to your 4D. Yes, you’re affirming you’re tapped into the void, prefect. But maybe you’re still thinking about your surroundings. You keep thinking about that fan or A/C on, every sound wave coming from the meditation/subliminal.
“But I just can’t help it, I don’t know how to stop focusing on it. Sometimes I forget about my surroundings but then they come back to my awareness, how do I stop?”
I deal with the same problem, and I deal with it the way I saw it on Reddit. Redirect that focus on being in your surrounding to thinking about your surroundings slowly fading away from your awareness and you inducing pure consciousness. Just think about literally just being, purely in your conscious mind. Simply pure consciousness
Think about the sound of that fan slowly fading away, and that subliminal or meditation get quieter and quieter to silence.
Then bam you’re pure consciousness 🤯
An affirmation I tend to repeat that I got from Isha Kriya meditation (highly recommended) is when you breath in say “I’m not my body” and when your breath out “I’m not even my mind.” Repeating those to myself make me remember that I’m in a state of being, I am nothing and everything.
THE VOID STATE IS AS EASY AS BREATHING
You have all the information, why aren’t you applying. You tell me you have been in this community for 6 months, a year, 2 years+, but how many of those days you’ve spent in this community have you actually applied, how many of those nights did you actually apply and don’t just fall asleep after 5 seconds.
And i know why you’re lazy, it’s because you’re scared, you’re scared of inducing process, whether it be success or failure. You make yourself busy with scripts and subliminals, “i’ll script this really cool thing first”, “i’ll scroll a little on tumblr first” “lemme just look at the success story hashtag before i do it, it really motivates me” You try and distract your self, you delude yourself into thinking you’re being productive but really you don’t want to, if you wanted to you wouldn’t be here and I will ALWAYS stand by that. You put it off until the last minute and then when it “doesn’t work” you run back to tumblr acting like you actually did anything.

I know it’s comforting and validating to be in the “waiting period”, the period of anticipation. You want to go shopping for a vacation, pack your suitcase, look at reviews on social media, plan the pics you’re going to take, but getting on the actual plane can be scary, you ask yourself “what if they deny my boarding pass”, “what if i fail to make it on time”, “what if im not eligible to fly for whatever reason”, you don’t want to leave your comforting circumstances and even the trip itself scares you just a little, so you cope by buying all the vacation outfits in the world, saving inspo pics into a pinterest board, looking at vlogs of other people going to that place. You can’t bring yourself to get on the fucking plane.
You need to apply, and properly, 2024 is almost over, the amount of weeks we have left isn’t even in the double digits anymore, I don’t want you to make it to the end of this DECADE still keeping the tumblr “foryou” page company, watching people coming and going feeling paralysed as people who came here later than you pass you by. I know the feeling sucks but whose fault is that?
I want you to scrap the amount you’ve been here. Since you’re the operant power right? I don’t care how many weeks, months, years you’ve been here, scrap it, you’re going to start afresh and you’re going to actually apply, when you have the time, you’re not going to go back to your notes app, notion or pinterest to script some more, you’re going to apply.
A lot of you have the knowledge that majority of the world doesn’t and time on your hands, do you know how powerful and extremely fortunate you are, to have time AND knowledge? i don’t think alot of you understand how much of a privilege that is you are unstoppable yet you stop yourself out of fear that you will “fail” to tap into the void and let yourself down. In sleep, Turiya can be accessed by cultivating awareness during the transitional states of dreaming and deep sleep phases, where ordinary consciousness is dissolved but awareness remains. Here's a detailed explanation of how to use sleep as a pathway to Turiya:

In waking (jagrat), the mind is tied to the external world. In dreaming (svapna), the mind is absorbed in internal projections. The critical difference between ordinary deep sleep and reaching Turiya is awareness. Normally, in deep sleep, consciousness is inactive. To experience Turiya, one must retain awareness as they transition into and through sleep.
1. Preparation Before Sleep:
Meditation: Before lying down, meditate to calm the mind and detach from sensory distractions. Focus on your breath or a mantra to center your awareness.
Intention Setting (Sankalpa): Set a clear intention to remain aware as you fall asleep. A simple affirmation like, "I will remain aware as I drift into sleep and beyond" can help.
Body Relaxation: Practice body awareness or progressive muscle relaxation to ease tension. This creates the foundation for effortless transition into subtle states.
2. During the Hypnagogic State (Between Waking and Sleep):

Focus on a mantra, breath, or inner sound (nada). This acts as an anchor for your awareness.
Stay relaxed but vigilant, avoiding active engagement with any arising mental content. The goal is to observe without being drawn into dreams.
3. Cultivating Awareness in Dreaming:
Practice lucid dreaming techniques. By becoming aware in your dreams, you begin to dissolve the boundaries between dream consciousness and the witnessing state of Turiya.
If you become aware that you are dreaming, remind yourself that you are the witness of the dream. This awareness is a step toward accessing Turiya. Follow one of these.
4. Maintaining Awareness in Deep Sleep:
In deep sleep, there are no thoughts, forms, or perceptions—only pure stillness. To reach Turiya, the goal is to remain aware during this formless state. When people say they "woke up" in void, this is what they mean.
5. Practice Witnessing the Transitions:
Pay attention to the gap between wakefulness and sleep, between dreams and deep sleep, and between sleep and wake fullness. These gaps are portals where the ego dissolves, and pure awareness/void can be glimpsed.
1. Falling Asleep Completely (Losing Awareness):
Solution: Strengthen your practice of mindfulness during the day. The more aware you are in daily life, the easier it becomes to retain awareness during sleep.
2. Restlessness or Overthinking:
Solution: Practice calming pranayama (like Nadi Shodhana) before sleep to quiet the mind. Or switch between direct and indirect techniques.
3. Difficulty Transitioning into Deep Sleep Awareness:
Solution: Focus on the witnessing state during meditation daily. This helps train your mind to maintain awareness even in non-ordinary states. Or use Lucid dreaming techniques instead.

pure consciousness is a state of consciousness that's induced, not forced. waiting for a shift to the purest state already makes no sense. you're literally waiting for the 3d to disappear and for darkness to engulf you, when the only way for that to occur, is if your awareness is not on the 3d. time included (ofc, unless you assume otherwise ^^).

purest state: aware of 4d only
sleep state: aware of neither 3d nor 4d
when you're inducing pure consciousness, your awareness must only be on the 4d. you shouldn't be wondering about the whens, hows, whats, whys, wheres, and ifs.
waiting for a shift will keep you in the awake state. your state of consciousness will not transition into the purest state, if you're constantly worried or focused on the 3d.

ahhhh yes.... the infamous questions in my inbox:
"how to not worry about the 3d while inducing pure consciousness?"
"why haven't i induced pure consciousness after 3 hours?"
and the reason for your problems came to mind after writing this reminder, especially the "just do what you do without constantly [...] being curious" part. then, suddenly the proverb came to mind, "curiosity killed the cat."
see, one of the problems is that you still want to become pure consciousness while inducing it (your attention is constantly fixated towards the 3d while inducing pure consciousness). you are curious to know when you'll become pure consciousness, and/or if you already are pure consciousness, hence why you constantly check the 3d. hence why you're so focused on the fact that you're still feeling your body. hence why you haven't induced pure consciousness. did i not speak on this before?
obviously the solution to your recurring problem is to stop seeking confirmation from the 3d and to stop worrying about time... i think i've said that a lot. but before you meditate, before you lay down or sit up, be clear of the things that you aren't going to do:
checking your body
being discouraged by time
wondering if you're pure consciousness yet
and be clear of the things you are going to do:
focus on your affirmations regardless
letting your thoughts wander without judgement (if you ever happen to steer aware from affirming)

When a doubt or negative thought arises, you immediately correct it without hesitation. Don’t argue, don’t rationalize—replace it on the spot.

You act as if the other possibility doesn’t even exist. Your mind only has one story to repeat.

Hey! I have a very important exam in 6 days and I haven't been able to prepare for it. I have been affirming for few days now to get 90+% but when I sit down to study and find myself unable to answer it, I feel stressed and cry. Please guide me, how do I manifest 90+% my exams and face the 3d that shows I haven't prepared well.
selective blindness: ignore what doesn’t align with your desired state and don’t react to doubts or lack of preparation—assume you already know everything. Embody the identity of someone who naturally scores 90+% by affirming, “I always score 90+%,” (TO REMEMBER YOUR REAL STATE NOT TO HAVE IT) and feeling that truth. Study with confidence, seeing it as a revision rather than a struggle, and assume the information sticks effortlessly. Use SATS (if you want to) before sleep, visualizing yourself receiving a 90+% score and feeling relief and happiness but not from a place TO HAVE but from someone who is just remembering what happened. If it helps, think about what you would think at the time, react in the visualization as you would react at the time, all from a REAL state, a memory and the certainty that it has already happened. If you want this then feeling it will be easy, because it is what you want to feel. Let go of the how and trust that it’s already yours.
