why is it desired when it has already happened?
You need to realise that you are already in the reality you have chosen, you are in the reality that is desired. Stop viewing your new life as far-fetched and magical. Some of you think that with the crazy things in your script, it makes it harder to shift, than it would be to manifest something “small”. But let me tell you, you’re already there.
stop envying that girl’s body, you already have it, if not better
stop envying all the rich people’s vacations and hauls you see on socials, you live that life
stop envying the person with the pretty face, you have one too
stop getting jealous of a certain pop group, tv show cast or celebrity for getting to do the things that you want to do, you ARE doing all that you have ever wanted
stop envying the person your s/o has dating rumours with, they’re yours and always have been
because you’re a god.
stop getting jealous of the person with the perfect parents and rich family, your family was real the second you scripted them, you see them every day, no big deal
don’t you get it? the 3d isn’t real, what you’re seeing isn’t real if you don’t want it to be.
it’s not your dream reality, it’s your current reality, get comfortable and casual about it, it’s your everyday life, nothing special to you. stop scrambling for methods as if you aren’t in your reality already. stop treating your new life as a prize, it’s nothing special because you had it the second you thought about it. stop viewing your new life as some accomplishment to strive for, it’s your everyday experience, again nothing special.
as a god, every reality is your creation, why are you looking at your creations as the prize when the prize is you? why are you looking at your new life as something to work hard for, something to put effort in to have? why, why, why when it’s already yours?
you cant leave if you don’t acknowledge that this new life is already yours. You’ll always be in the state of desiring and never in the state of having if you don’t fix this mindset. It also puts more pressure on you when attempting to induce pure consciousness, you think everything is riding on inducing pure consciousness, you think your dream wont happen if you don’t do it. why do you think the weight of your new life relies on whether you’re able to induce pure conscious or whether you’re able to shift, when it’s already yours and you already live that life?
i’ll tell you why you think this way: it’s because you don’t see it as yours yet, you think it will only become yours when you have done all these things.
what you see: script + void/“I AM” state ➯ my dream life is finally mine
you see it as a process when it isn’t one, there is no process
what actually happens: i’ve created my dream life in my head ➯ i have it now, it’s not a dream anymore
it’s an immediate chain of events, not a process. so stop with the jealousy, being miserable and asking the same questions, it’s BEEN yours
as soon as you take that pressure away from the act of shifting, because you KNOW your new life belongs to you no matter what, it puts less stress on you, making inducing pure consciousness easier

If you could explain, what does setting intention mean
intention is just deciding on purpose. it’s the mental handshake between you and whatever you’re about to do. like. before you get out of bed, before you shift, before blablabla. there’s that tiny moment where your brain goes yeah. let’s do this. that’s setting an intention.
it’s not a wish. it’s not begging the universe. it’s not crossing your fingers and hoping the wind carries you to narnia. it’s you deciding. actively. like a roman general pointing at a map. deliberate. clear. done.
okay. imagine your brain is carrie bradshaw’s macbook, and the cursor is just sitting there blinking. waiting. and then boom. you type. that’s intention. it’s the type before the action.
so. shifting !! you set an intention the same way you set an alarm. except the alarm is in your soul and instead of waking up for school, you wake up in another reality. you don’t have to like, burn sage and chant. you just decide.
it’s just: i am shifting. i am there. that’s that. no if no maybe. just. done. intention is the beginning of everything.
do you think the roman empire built itself? no, some toga-wearing dude woke up one day and said "we will conquer" and then they just did. that’s intention.

update after this post. firstly, sorry for going MIA. I took lots of indefinite breaks to focus on life, career, exams in general. college took a emotional toll on me and I hate it.
I posted this post exactly 13 months ago. I have had experiences where I got weird symptoms and I came close but I haven't manifested yet. I haven't followed the routine consistently but I will stand on my business for the next three days.
as for the cheat code, I would be lying if I said it took me to the void all the time. it is about inducing astral projection through the phase method. The method in general works pretty well. but I have been super demotivated and lazy the entire year.
but it stops today, I have been listening to a lot of subliminals, I have been doing breathworks, I am journaling my dreams, I started doing reality checks for the next three days, I'LL LOCK THE FUCK IN. I can't give up now.

you actually need to forget about everything happening around you physically. don't worry about it. you could have induced pure consciousness within that same hour, but you're tracking the time. you're waiting for something to happen, which means that you were aware of your body. you're relaxing while hoping that something will happen, but that's not how it works luv (unless you manifested otherwise).
you may say that your focus wasn't on your body, symptoms, nor time, but you pretty much said that it was in your next statement.
you're waiting for pure consciousness to be induced.
it's kinda like you're treating it like a void to enter, when it's literally a state of consciousness.

understanding the law thoroughly truly solves most if not all problems you might have regarding manifesting. with understanding i do not mean just reading neville and understanding what you’re reading. i mean understanding on a level where you can apply it and relate it to every aspect in your life. taking in these principles as the upmost truth you live by may take time, but just acknowledging them every day makes a lot of difference.

everything boils down to self. to blame others or some kind of outer circumstance is extremely comfortable. but true freedom is whenever failure hits you to look within. because the concept you have of yourself is the cause of all the circumstances in your life. if you want something to change then change yourself and don’t force change on the outside.

everyone is you pushed out. however people act around you - it is all a result of the concept you have of yourself. you see others the way you do because of your conception of self. if you want to change someone you must change yourself first. self as in your awareness. shift your awareness of that person to the desired version.

prayer (assumptions)

how would you feel if you were already the one you would like to be? this is the key question to ask yourself when praying (assuming). when you assume you stop desiring because you already have it. the key is to think from your desire not of your desire.

You will feel this being within you as your very self. You can speak of it as "thou" yet know it is "I." You will then have a thou/I relationship, and say to yourself: "Thank you, Father". being thankful every day will transform you. make it a habit. taking time to shift your focus inside every day will help you realise your potential. you are God. pray every day to Him knowing that He is you.

there is no need to search for the “how”. you do not have to make it so, it is so. you already have it. once you give it to yourself inside, it is yours. assume that it is done. your doubts, your concerns are that of the 3D mind. they’re irrelevant, they’re not important. suspend all reason because it belongs to the 3D and the 3D is irrelevant. assume you are that you wish to be; walk as though you were it; and as you remain faithful to your assumption - it will harden into fact. “how” that will happen is unknown. all you need to know is that it is already yours.

when you “let go” you accept it to be yours. when you “let go” you stop desiring because it already is yours. you do not have to cling on it because it is already yours and no one can take it from you. yes, it will appear. yes, you don’t have to worry about it.

I have had the phone ring – minutes after I have imagined it – to hear confirmation that it has happened. time does NOT matter. there is nothing more left to do. if you know it is done and feel relief then so it is - done. it is yours. if you worry about time then you don’t feel it to be yours. accept it to be yours, you’re allowed to have it - you’re allowed to feel whatever you want inside of you.
consciousness is the only reality. therefore all you need to change is your consciousness. more specifically your self conceptions. and you do that through prayer aka assumption. you assume all the time. make your prayers conscious and say “thank you”. it is the greatest prayer because you know your prayers are always heard and what is heard is answered.
take the time to truly understand these principles. remind yourself of these daily and you will notice yourself accepting your power more and more by each day.

I was in my bed-rotting, depressed, don’t know what to do with my life nor do I care era up until this morning. And I’m starting to think it’s the people around me bc as soon as I’m not at work, I’m suddenly the most productive person ever.
I’ve been on a mission to become that dream version of myself (which for me requires some physical effort on my part) and shifting and I realized- wait the diff between the dream ver of myself and my dr self only have like slight physical differences. But overall, same mindset, same boundaries, standards & morals. Same person on the inside.
So I thought why make a big deal out of this stuff? Why make a big deal out of being in your dr physically. Stay with me now. Like I try to think of things to do and how to behave and react to stay aligned with my desired self which.. I think I try too hard and it ultimately burns me out. So then I have no discipline to continue- just little sparks of motivation every once in a while.
I’ve realized I feel most at peace when I let things flow without trying too hard. Like when I journal or have inner monologues, sometimes I think—why not shift my awareness to my DR? And suddenly, it feels so natural. Lately, I’ve been focusing on just moving my awareness there instead of worrying about proof or the physical. It’s really just about letting myself tune in, no overthinking needed. Of course, this can still be tricky sometimes (I get sidetracked a lot), but that’s exactly why I started this blog—to explore and share the process as I go.
Anyways, back to the title. It’s that damn phone. THIS IS WHY I SAY GET HOBBIES. I came off Tumblr—I’m not on it as much as I used to be. I queue up my posts when I find something I want to share, then I just focus on me. That’s why I love meditation. Because meditation can be anything. What I just said about inner monologues? You don’t even have to call that meditation—I don’t, most of the time. It’s just about shifting your awareness, and that can happen in a moment. No need for a long process. Just a shift in focus, and suddenly, you’re right where you want to be. I only recently started to grasp that actually.
My last shifting attempt. I’m gonna put the video for what I did and I felt soo close to my dr (the one I had back then) and like it just in reach of my fingertips until it wasn’t. I panicked I freaked out, I lost all hope and inspiration and I had no discipline because I thought “oh shit what do I gotta do now? Do I have to do something now? How do I do this more? How do I get this feeling more? Like what.. what to do… um shit..” and I never got close to that dr ever again. And I hate methods so.. imagine how shocked I felt.

I used to hate reblogging a lot of LOA posts at a time because this community is just things we already know repeated over and over and over again. I also thought to myself.. hm.. what could I post (loa-related) on this blog? And I couldn’t come up with shit. Because it’s nothing new. Law of assumption is nothing new. It’s just recycled shit over and over put in different, pretty words so more people would understand it properly but I think we understand and we’re just not applying. But yet here I am making this post: saying what we know already (and I probably will keep doing that bc it’s how I remind myself)

All of this to say what we’ve all heard a million times before: you don’t wanna be thinking too hard about your desire and then end up being consumed by negative thoughts of not having your desire. The more time you spend scrolling and reading about loa and shifting, the most pressure you put on yourself and you miss the one thing you have to do: change your assumption/move your awareness. If you come to the point that you’re spiraling, STOP. Take a breath. Remind yourself that everything is going to be great. Do something else.
(posting this bc i plan to actually take a break from tumblr and finally listen to myself. if you see posts, its bc they're queued. hopefully i actually take the break this time. ps i think im starting to move away from looking at shifting solely from a loa standpoint)

I continued to read the two books I had by Neville. I gradually understood that regardless of the circumstances which surrounded me, I did not need to accept them as final. I began to imagine what I wanted rather than focus my thoughts on my negative surroundings. An event took place two weeks after I began my imaginal acts that was instrumental in bringing about my heart’s desire five months later – that of a brand new home. Meanwhile, the situation that had been so depressing to me improved, and I spent the next five months planning what I would do in my new home."
don't accept the old story. create and accept your own, new story. revise the past.
if your reality shows you something you don't want, don't accept it. don't take no for an answer.
Hii!! This post is dedicated to explaining some of the relaxation techniques I use to get into the alpha state. ( Basically stuff I do to get into a meditative state, to clear my mind. Like preparation to get into the void.)
Backstory
So first of all, I want to mention that I have adhd. Many of the methods I saw which use continuous counting or focusing solely on your breath I find boring and too repetitive. During these exercises I usually put on some recordings like subliminals/theta waves or relaxing sounds like rain.
Reminder!!
None of these are a must. You DON’T have to be perfectly relaxed or concentrated to shift/induce void state. I just do these because I enjoy it, and because I find it works for me.
1st technique:
So what I do here is similar to linear counting, however I insert sequences of forward and backward counting if that makes sense??
Let me elaborate. I would begin by counting from 1-10, then from 20-10, from 20-30 and from 40-30 etc. Between each count I inhale and exhale. Alternatively I would affirm between each number( e.g if I want to induce pure consciousness).
This technique involves focusing on multiple aspects at a time( breathing, counting and/or affirming), so I find that my mind doesn’t wander off as much.
2nd technique:
It is based on the same principle, but this time it revolves around breath only. So what I do is inhale and exhale, and simultaneously visualise any shape( e.g I usually do petal), like a square or a circle. Basically as I breathe in I would visualise that a half of my shape outline gets filled in, and when I breathe out the other half does. Sometimes I count the breaths, sometimes I don’t, depending on what I feel like doing.
That’s about it. I hope I explained it well.
Hey! In this post I will explain to you quickly my method to go to the void state. I don't know if anyone had already talked about this method before because I discovered it on my own and it worked a lot with me! This is almost like the distraction method!
If you always fall asleep trying to go to the void, then this can help you.
So the method is really simple:
1. Put some noise on loop: it can be a song, instrumental, frequency, whatever you want but there is a condition: try not to be too comfortable. If you are used to frequencies, I wouldn't recommend you to put frequencies on this method. Get out of your comfort zone and try another thing like instrumentals or a song, ill explain to you later.
2. Close your eyes and now you are completely free to use your mind however you want! Affirmate, daydream, do whatever you want until you start falling asleep.
It's not done yet! – Pause for explanation.
This method consists in disturbing your night of sleep. How? If you put a rain noise during your sleep, you would easily fall asleep without noticing since rain sounds are something natural. (It also happens with a sound that you are used sleeping with) However, with this method, I want you to notice yourself falling asleep. If you put on a different sound, it will be completely different, you will actually notice yourself falling asleep just because it's a sound that keeps you awake. Your body will fight for sleep but your brain will fight for vigilance because of the sound. And during that fight, you will witness the transition between waking life and sleeping – it can last all night.
One more thing, i wouldnt recommend you being too tired on this method because your body would win the fight easily.
Resume of the method:
3. When you are finally getting sleepy, the sound will disappear and your brain will be like “yay finally silence” and that will wake you up. No, you wont really wake up but your mind will be working on that time. Let me break it down now: you put a loop sound. Your body falls asleep. Your mind notices you falling asleep and eventually you don't hear the song anymore. Congratulations, you are on the void state!
Yeah this method is absurdly simple but it worked on me more than three times. I gave my best to explain it: basically instead of you trying to make your mind awake to go to the void state, you use external sound. I think its easier bc you dont have to make effort, and you will be sure that you are on the void state when you stop hearing the sound.
Again, the sound doesn't have to be something annoying, only something different that will make you awake. And not being tired (in my opinion) is important. You know when you are not sleepy and decide to scroll on your phone until you fall asleep? Yeah you will have to sacrifice that moment for this method. You will do the method awake and force yourself to sleep because it will be easier to keep a percent of the brain still awake.
