The Moon Revolution was Petty, but had a reason.; Analysis Remake. A remake
Point 1 The life on Earth Is conscious and intelligent, but.. Although the life on Earth Is consicious and Intelligent, I don't think the moons understood that fully. They understood genocide, yes, but they don't understand just how important and sentient Earth's life Is. In their eyes, humans on Earth Is the same as bacteria. The moons didn't realize the weight of their actions, because their vision Is incredibely flawed regarding life itself. This could be because they don't see the true value of humans and don't understand it. This Is 100% because they've never SEEN a human before(expect Titan, and even then, he doesn't understand all that much.) and so, they don't get that humans have the same level of sentience that they have. Let's put it this way. You are being constanstly disrespected by someone that you can't take any action against. So, you decide to take it out on beings smaller than you. This is basically what the Moon Revolution Is. For them, killing humans Is the same as stepping on an ant. ''It's just another bug, It won't make a difference'', this is the way they think of humans. Now, let's say that In your mind, destroying an ant infestation will help you gain the respect of someone. That's what they thought. By getting rid of the ''ant infestation''(humans), they would get the respect of the 'owner of the house'(planets) because they would be seen as 'strong'. The moons were basically thinking this way. For them, killing 'ants'(humans) would be the only way to gain respect, because it would show that they are strong and not inferior. This way of thinking Is extremely flawed, especially since the 'ants' are completely harmless and doing nothing to them. But.. Point 2
Can you really blame them? I do not blame the moons for thinking this way. As I stated In my previous point, they've never seen a human, interacted with a human, and never have they had life themselves. In the end, they were just trying to gain respect. They were just trying to be seen as equal. This was a wrong way to do it, though. But It's not like they don't see that. Ganymede has admitted multiple times before that he thinks that the MR was wrong, but he's seeing it In what Is only ONE of the reasons. He's seeing it as 'wrong' because It affected the Solar System, which Is not necessarily a bad thing, just that It's WAY more than that. It didn't just affect the Solar System, If the plan had gone through, the effects and consequences would have been WAY, WAY, more. Ganymede Is trying to own it up for his mistakes, but he's seeing it as wrong for only one reason; not the many it has. The moons are thinking the MR was wrong In both the right and the wrong way. If they see it as only the consequences that HAPPEND, and not the consequences that COULD have happend, then It's a 50/50 on both right and wrong.
Point 3
Logic and reasons. The idea itself did not make sense, but we have to consider that it was an act of pure desperation coming from the moons. They were most likely being disrespected for years now, and although It wasn't logical, It was a rushed plan because they've had enough. In the end, the moons were just trying to make a difference. Even if the planets did not mean to kill their moons, It doesn't undermine the amount of disrespect that the moons have suffered. Even if it wasn't on purpose, it still made them feel undermined, disrespected, and forgotten. The moons were simply trying to try and change things. It was not a choice to make, especially since Earth's line was basically the last straw. For the moons, It truly showed how much the planets 'disliked' them and how much of an 'afterthought' they are. Uranus' ''joke'' sealed It even more. The moons simply wanted atleast a little of respect coming from their parent planets. In the end, the moons weren't trying to be evil on purpose. In their eyes, it was right.
I left you without content last time, here are the Kinich sketches for you

Translate:
Earth influencer YES, Venus and Mars were obligated by Earth to kiss him for a picture. They were not happy about that.
"I've been told I don't cook with love- Which is a sentimental and meaningless review in the culinary world. I'm a professional chef, not a parent making a meal for their kid... But I think I understood what they meant when you walked in." is a great line because without context, it sounds like a confession at the end of a romantic movie centered around cooking. In reality, it's what a chef said to his waiter after biting off and eating his ear, and revealing that he killed and cooked the waiter's ex. And it's still romantic.
man makes pancakes so bad they undo years of nerve damage, asked to leave bistro
not enough rody being the weird freak in their relationship
Yall they're so scared of enjoying something because it might be labeled problematic. They aren't even forming their own opinions.

I genuinely hate ppl hating on Luna and claiming he's a bad friend for not noticing Earth was unstable immediately.
Since their appearance Luna had always prioritized the Earth over himself. He was the one to stood up for his planet in revolution. Always catching asteroids and defending Earth in trials over his own side. Everything he does was always for his planet in either the moon revolution or planet X arcs
Then, for just ONE time he decided to acknowledge his own feelings. Put what he wanted over the Earth. And suddenly Luna's a terrible friend who doesn't care about him?
This is how the next Solarballs episode is gonna go
I just found the funniest font ever
Like. What is this. Why is this. Who is the target audience of this?
Solarballs AU, where Earth has lost faith in humanity, and stopped caring about the life on his surface... And the only reason Earth keeps his Earthlings, is because Luna still deeply cares about Earth's life... In this AU, Luna + Mars + Venus + Mercury are the ones keeping Earth sane... 🌎
from whats going on nowadays, i'd let him finish us off at this point :']
