Raise your hand if you’ve ever been on the verge of shifting and right as you’re about to get there…you completely back out.
Shifting is scary.
Completely removing ourselves from everything we’ve ever known and changing our belief system to reflect the idea of living multiple lives is scary.
And I'm sorry to say that that might always be the case.
Every single time I go to shift I’m a bit scared, it’s turned into hesitance and nervousness, but they’re all in the same family.
I had to learn to manage it! I’d like to help you learn how to as well.
ᯓ★Be honest with yourself. don’t tell yourself this is all sunshine and rainbows. Talk yourself through what it is you’re going to do and what it is that will occur. Not just shifting attempt wise, but what will happen in your DR as well.
ᯓ★I am a meditation hater. Not hater but I find focusing a bit difficult. But getting into a relaxed state to affirm that through the process you’ll be safe, protected, and comforted has been a great help. Affirming that you’re ready and understand what it is you’re about to experience can be a great help as well.
Ex. "I am comfortable with the idea of change; I am comfortable with everything change brings." ty @helech <3
ᯓ★Educate yourself! Learn about what it is you’re experiencing! Figuring out that the thing freaking you out so much is just a symptom of falling asleep will do so much to ease your mind or seeing how other people have felt once they’ve made it to their dr can aid that feeling of uncertainty as well!
ᯓ★Talk about it! Talk about your fears, talk about the changes you’ll experience it, talk about what it’s like in your dr! Allow yourself to become familiar with what it is you will expect.
ᯓ★Lastly, keep going. Push yourself into doing the things that scare you. The more familiar you become with them the less they’ll stop you in the future.
We all have the same goal for you and that is for you to make it to the place you yearn to be! While there’s nothing wrong with being scared, I’d hate to watch you sit around and allow it to stop you. There’s nothing you can’t do to overcome any feelings. Now please go shift.

I would like some help regarding meditation, specifically during shifting attempts.
In the whole time I’ve known of shifting and would use meditation as way to get to my DR, it seems I stumble on the same issue. I’m not sure what to do about it so hopefully someone has some advice !
Anywho, I would be mediating and after a while I would enter a deep meditative state, quite peaceful and relaxing, and at a certain point my whole body will jerk. I know some people might read this and want to tell me to just ignore it but this is some small thing. It will feel like I’m literally falling and my whole body is flung and after my heart is beating like crazy.
And then I’m snapped out of my meditative state, often I will just try again but… then it happens again and then I just get annoyed.
I get it, my body is falling asleep and my mind wants to check. But I can deal with those minor twitches. The ones I’m referring to is something else entirely and I’m not sure what to do about it?
I’ve had progress regarding dreaming and connecting stronger with dream practices, perhaps I should focus on that… another question for another day I suppose.
Why do I keep dreaming about shifting/dreaming that I’ve shifted?????
A late entry for my shifting attempt last night !

Yesterday was actually my 20th birthday ! And luckily for me it was a better birthday than I thought it would be. :D
I ended up going to bed reaallllyyy late and earlier that day I planned on trying to get in the void state and shift like that ( I’ve never been in the void state before ) but I was so tired I couldn’t even try to meditate longer than five minutes and was irritated. I’m not sure why I didn’t just try and do something else, but I just let myself go to sleep ! ( which is ok )
I was telling myself that I’d let myself shift as a gift for my birthday, but it is what it is.
I’m not sure what I’ll do tonight, I think it’ll depend on when I go to bed. Though, I don’t think it matters all that much.

my ‘method’ for shifting:
say “i am in my *desired reality*” & “i will wake up in my *desired reality* then fall asleep with the belief that i’ll wake up in my desired reality because i am there so i will.

stop acting like you can fail because you will
when i want to drink tea i don’t think about what i will do in case i fail to make it - i just go and make the tea
when i shift i think about what i’m gonna do once i wake up in my dr, i don’t plan what i will do in this reality because i will not fail, i can’t fail and neither can you
I promised and I will deliver.
Law of assumption basically means - what you assume to be true is true in your reality. That's it. That's all there is to it. But you guys just wanna overcomplicate this so much when all you got to do is assume in your favour and move on with that. Assume that your desire is already yours and persist on that.
Manifestation is INSTANT. The minute you decided you wanted it, the minute you decided that it is yours - It was done. That was it. It's already done. That is your new assumption, that is your story. As long as you persist in this there is nothing on Earth that could stop you from having it. BUT, there is one thing that can stop you from having it.
YOU, IT'S YOU. YOU ARE THE REASON. What other answer did you expect it to be?
The only thing to know here is this : The 3D is not what we change when manifesting, we change the 4D. The 3D simply reflects it. That is all.
You guys are so obsessed with changing the 3d, "trying" to manifest something, clicking on every clickbait video that says this is the technique you need to manifest your desire in 24 hours and all sorts of shit.
GUYS, GUYS GUYS PLEASEEEEE, Stop it. You are only telling yourself how you don't have it. You have got to realise that by now atleast! I mean c'mon. This is your reality, ok? You create every single part of it. If you can create it unconsciously, you sure as hell can do it consciously. You have to realise now and now that you are the creator of your reality. Don't let anything or anyone convince you otherwise.
Ok now I understand that some of you may be struggling so I am gonna be real straight with you. You are the one going back to the old story again and again. You're the one who is just overconsuming information instead of actually applying what you know. Stop this cycle. Look every single question you ask me again and again is an affirmation. An affirmation that tells everyone how you don't have what you want.
I've been persisting for two years but I didn't manifest it - Affirmation It feels impossible - Affirmation. Why aren't my affirmations working - Affirmation. Am I even doing this right? - Affirmation.
You are doing this to yourself. You get that??!
If you want it, you have to be willing to change yourself, to change your thoughts, to stay discplined in the story that you want. There's no other magical way to it. This is it. If you want it bad enough, OWN IT. FUCKING OWN IT AND PERSIST ON WHAT YOU WANT.
You know why you don't have it yet?? CAUSE YOU'RE SO FUCKING RELIANT ON THE 3D. Stop it. You aren't trying to change the 3d. Your only job is to change your 4d - your thoughts , your attention and awareness. The 3d has no other choice but to reflect it. 3d has no power and yk why? Cause it's so malleable and all it can ever do is reflect your 4d, your imagination. But your imagination - NOW that is in your hands, You can choose to think what you want, You can choose to accept what you want as true and just let your sc mind do it's magic. Thats all you need to know.
Now I get it, circumstances may same really really bad like almost impossible for you to believe that the opposite of what is actually there is actually the real reality. But you're just gonna have to do it anyway. Imagination - IS THE REAL REALITY. And there is nothing you can do to change it. SO accept that and change your thoughts.
DO YOU KNOW WHY YOU'RE HERE RN? CAUSE YOU DID IT, YOU FOUND OUT THE ULTIMATE TRUTH OF LIFE. HOW YOU HAVE ALL THE POWER, HOW YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF YOUR REALITY.
Now if you don't believe in all this and sees this as some manifestation crap then I'm respectfully asking you to get the fuck off my blog, I don't need you here if you don't need me.
But if you know that this is it, this is true then I want you to read very carefully what I am gonna say next because THIS IS IT -
is loa real for YOU? (yes) is manifestation real for YOU? (yes) so is your imagination the real reality in your life? (yes) - so obviously what you assume has to be real too right? So it is real and it is yours. You have it and you have it now. That's it. That's all there is to it. If you believe in this, If you can know this, You have to know that this is it, what you assume is true, IS true in your reality.
All you gotta do is persist. Persist in your new story. It doesn't matter what technique you guys use. Just know that it is done. Stop treating it like a process - MANIFESTATION IS NOT A PROCESS, IT IS INSTANT, IT WAS YOURS THE MINUTE YOU DECIDED SO. CREATION IS FINISHED, IT IS YOURS.
Just know that it's done. You're not waiting for something to happen in the 3D - NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
YOU ARE THE VALIDATION. WHY ASK YOURSELF WHERE IT IS - WHEN YOU ALREADY HAVE IT.

Another question I have for shifters:
How do you guys feel about dating/being with different people in different realities. (Again not saying anything is right/wrong, I just really want to hear other people’s perspectives on different things regarding shifting)
Like for the people that do have different s/o, is it hard to manage? Would you ever tell any of your s/o about shifting and being with other people? And if you think that it’s wrong, I would like to know why. (Along with anything else someone might want to share about this topic)
things that won't stop you from shifting
꒰ putting your dr on a pedestal , does not exist. it is not some glass castle suspended in the ether. it is a place like any other, as accessible as a room you haven’t walked into yet.
꒰ fantasising about your dr , does not matter. your brain is not a courtroom and you are not on trial for thought crimes. imagining a place does not exile you from it.
꒰ not knowing everything about your dr , won't impact. you do not need to be a historian of your own life. you do not need to have memorised the census records and economic structures of a world you are simply in.
꒰ being too attached to your dr , does not ruin it. urgency does not dismantle possibility. the sky does not fold in on itself every time someone desperately wants rain.
꒰ not being "calm enough" , no one is breathing monkishly through their nose 24/7. you are not required to be an unmoved river stone. people shift after a long day at work. people shift mid-existential crisis. it is not yoga, it is not meditation, it is a thing that happens when it happens.
꒰ doubting yourself from time to time , irrelevant. you do not need to pass a faith test. you do not need to be baptised in unwavering conviction. you just need to assume. doubt is a background noise, not a locked door.
꒰ external validation , unnecessary. your reality is not waiting for someone else to confirm its legitimacy. you do not need a jury of peers nodding solemnly at your experiences. this is not an academic dissertation. you do not need footnotes and sources and a professor’s approval.
꒰ "trying too hard" , not a thing. effort does not push it further away. want does not make it shy away. this is not an uncatchable fish. this is not a paradox where wanting something too much means you will never have it.
꒰ failing to shift multiple times , irrelevant. past attempts do not predict future outcomes. you are not an athlete counting losses. you are not a gambler on a losing streak. every attempt is new. every moment is unburdened by the weight of the last one.
꒰ an inconsistent sleep schedule , doesn’t matter. you are not being graded on your circadian rhythm. shifting does not belong exclusively to people with 8 hours of uninterrupted rem.
꒰ using multiple shifting methods , neutral. you are not hexing yourself by switching it up. they are not magic spells, they are just tools. they are ways to organise your approach, not laws of the universe.
꒰ shifting while sick or in pain , possible. you do not need to be in peak physical condition. you are not signing up for a marathon, you are existing. bodies exist in all states. you are allowed to exist in all states.
꒰ not “feeling close” to shifting , doesn’t mean anything. shifting is not a feeling to be unlocked. you do not need to sense it coming like a change in the weather. it does not always announce itself.
꒰ having trouble visualising , won’t stop you. not everyone sees things like a movie in their head. imagination is not just images. it’s thoughts, impressions, instincts. a blind person can shift. a person with aphantasia can shift.
꒰ not affirming constantly , does not matter. you do not need to chant like a monk or plead sweet nothings into the void 24/7.
꒰ being distracted mid-shifting attempt , not fatal. you are not required to have monk-like focus. people shift thinking about their homework. people shift thinking about dinner. people shift thinking about absolutely nothing at all.
꒰ not having a specific shifting method , does not stop you. people shift lying down. people shift sitting up. people shift standing. people shift in moving cars. you do not need a formula to do something natural.
Please, give us a list of affirmations for your anti method! I’m in love with it but I’m also having a hard time repeating the same 3 or 4 affirmations.

what if i’ve already shifted… and this is just the memory settling in?
what if i’m in my dr right now, and i just haven’t noticed the signs yet?
what if i never needed to shift because i was always here?
what if this is the bridge between realities, and i’m just waiting for the realisation to hit?
what if the only thing keeping me from knowing is the belief that i haven’t shifted?
what if i already have everything i want, and my brain is just catching up?

what if reality is more fluid than i thought, and i’ve been slipping between them all along?
