This was very fun to work on and we got to try a lot of things we don't normally do. We hardly ever do backgrounds, so it was nice to give an actual, real background a shot again after so long. we think overall this turned out very well

people usually perceive Conner as an insensitive asshole, which... isn't unfair on a first meeting? he is a dick to people he doesn't know, and has zero filter or respect. to people he's closer with, he's just a bit too honest.

💙 - Describe their bedroom! Is it personalized, unchanged? Messy, neat?

his room is a bit of a mess, but in a "too busy to clean" way and not a "too lazy to clean" way. other than that, it's usually barebones- computer, bed, desk, dresser, shelves, etc. just the essentials.

☕ - What is their preferred beverage(s)?

mostly the same as Dove's, less often. he doesn't want to be a drunkard like his uncle

🧁 - When is their birthday? How do they celebrate it, if at all?

his birthday is June 10th, and he will insist on going out for dinner.

he very much seems like a go with the flow kind of guy, and he kind of is. stress has a habit of bouncing off of him, he has more important things to think about. communicating that stress when it does not bounce off of him is a bit more of a struggle

💔 - Does forgiveness come easily or with difficulty to this oc? Can they forgive others? What about themselves?

oh no, if you piss Conner off enough it's almost impossible to get him to forgive you. forgiving himself is a bit easier

not particularly- once you get to know him, he's very open about the things he wants

it makes him very grumpy- he's going to be complaining the entire time

touch averse, but not quite to the extent of Lucille. he will tell you to piss off though

not well- he grew up with Dove his entire life, and he does not know what to do with himself when he's on his own

As the time we hopefully move out with a friend in the summer slowly approaches, we are. reminded that we do not have that much money to our name, so. We've set a new ko-fi goal of $500. This, combined with the money we've managed to hold on to should be a decently helpful amount when the move happens. More would be ideal, but we'll start at $500. We can't have that much more. Disability, SSI, etc. The goal is tracked on our ko-fi, you can find a link to it on our pinned post.

We will also be accepting ko-fi commissions for the first time. Any ko-fi donation that is equivalent to any of our commission tiers can be used as payment for a commission. You get ONE commission per payment, regardless of how much you spent or the tier of comm you request- any extra that is not spent on complexity charges, extra characters or backgrounds will be considered a tip.
