Hello, we’re Faye, and we are once again opening commissions.

We take payment though invoices- upfront, we will not start working on the drawing until we receive said payment. We beat Spider-Man 2(the new one), and, of course, our first reaction was to draw(and do a very light redesign) of our symbiote sona/OC, Catastrophe. We're very happy with this and how it turned out.

we've considered rebranding this blog and just turning it into a genuine gateway to the blog we actually use. we don't want any more real people following this blog under the illusion that there will be content of the au advertised- despite our STRESSING in the pinned comment that this blog is dead- and honestly at this point we feel like just stripping the fandom paint off of our blog completely and just using it to point towards our real blog is probably the best way to do it. because this blog as it is right now isn't coming back, lets be real. but we can't delete it. because it's our "main", and our actual main is a sideblog. and it'd be less of a pain in the ass than just making a new account.

besides, if we rebrand it, we might be able to figure out something to do with it. we might just turn it into an art only blog. we need one of those anyway. as a reminder, our actual blog is @fvaleraye. all our current content is there.

we might also delete our old writing, simply because it's... it's all so old and bad. but also we never really backed up any of these drabbles, they were mostly written directly on tumblr with few exceptions, so if we deleted them they'd just be gone. and that's like... kind of sad? we don't know. we'll decide.

speaking of deleting, actually, we will go through our followers list, once we strip the paint off, and block suspected bots, dead blogs, etc. fair warning.

tldr; this blog might see use again soon- but not as a fandom blog, we're probably going to turn it into an art-only blog. if you were here expecting more ut au content, sorry, but here's your chance to bail if that disappoints you. we won't mind.

We played(and beat) Worldless recently. we liked it a lot. we know that Aven is probably supposed to be a guy, however- the game is quite vague and minimalist(both in story telling and artstyle), that alongside the fact that both characters share a few of identical animations just recolored, we choose to believe there is a lesbians happening. just personally asdlfkjn anyway. play Worldless, it's good

If you like our art, consider getting a commission

As the time we hopefully move out with a friend in the summer slowly approaches, we are. reminded that we do not have that much money to our name, so. We've set a new ko-fi goal of $500. This, combined with the money we've managed to hold on to should be a decently helpful amount when the move happens. More would be ideal, but we'll start at $500. We can't have that much more. Disability, SSI, etc. The goal is tracked on our ko-fi, you can find a link to it on our pinned post.

We will also be accepting ko-fi commissions for the first time. Any ko-fi donation that is equivalent to any of our commission tiers can be used as payment for a commission. You get ONE commission per payment, regardless of how much you spent or the tier of comm you request- any extra that is not spent on complexity charges, extra characters or backgrounds will be considered a tip. This is non-negotiable. You are encouraged to say that you are paying with intent for a commission when you donate, details can be discussed in private messages. You MUST request the commission either in private messages or the donation message on the same day of payment, or we will be very annoyed.

All that aside. We would appreciate the help. Or just spreading this around. Please help a trans woman escape texas with a small bundle of savings.

we thought about how a lot of symbiotes, especially in the comics, get stronger and a new look if they last long enough for one reason or another. then we remembered abt our spider-sona and we wanted to do a hypothetical "Catastrophe II" so ye also, small aside facts we forgot to bring up on the art itself bc we drew this rlly late: - alien tech used to make the suit has been completely subsumed, it's JUST the symbiote now - NOT anti-venom kind of symbiote, just a stronger version of herself

Had the random urge to design our resident jester character, Laughing Mad, as if she was in the Amazing Digital Circus. And then a few hours later, we immediately touched up the design asdflkjn

We found our Phelions in our files again, and seeing our Phelion sona... made us really want to draw it again. We missed it. We should draw Vy again too. We just always get intimidated by the amount of detail on both of them and psyche ourself out Honestly just wanted to draw her, like, very soon after the first shift and just getting a look at faerself. It also gave us an excuse to actually design a proper Array for her, something we've been procrastinating on for almost as long as we've had her. We imagine the individual pieces rotate around the center piece slowly
