I’m Feeling So Anxious For KH3…

WHAT: A month-long celebration for AxelxSaix (LeaxIsa) and vice versa. WHEN: July 8 (Saixel Day) – August 7 (Akusai Day), 2016

Hello, fellow akusai shippers! Are your hearts still broken? OTL Yes, that’s right. This year we’ll be celebrating our heart-aching ship again! 

Unlike the other years, however, the two modes will not be SLOW BURN and BERSERK, but ECLIPSE and DAYTIME MOON, which are two different sets of prompts. Eclipse is catered to graphics/video/playlist makers, while Daytime Moon is catered to writers and artists. You may choose whichever set that fits your fancy for the medium you’d like to work on (e.g. use Daytime Moon for graphics), and you can even accomplish both sets. :)

NOTE: For prompts marked with “/” you must choose between the two specified.

Posting dates and themes for each set are noted in the graphic above, but for copy-pasting (and better reading) purposes, they can be found under the cut.

Okay, so. If becoming norted DOESN’T mean losing your free will, then what good would it do Xehanort to make Sora a vessel.

I am honestly so done with the Saix discourse around here.

Saix has Xehanort’s EYECOLOUR AND EARS for heaven’s sake. He is clearly at least influenced by Xehanort during his time in Org XIII. Not to mention he has a X carved into his forehead, X like keeping watch on people (see KH3D).

I always thought that Saix is losing more and more of himself to Xehanort, but that’s only my interpretation of course. He’s still at least partially himself, before his death in KH2, yes. He did terrible things, yes. I’m not saying those should be forgotten.

But please don’t forget, that he was also in a terrible situation and he was slowly losing his only support (= Lea). Situations have a huge impact on our decisions and behaviour, which has close to NOTHING to do with our personality. Feel free to google the fundamental attribution error on that one. Does this justify what he did? Not at all. Does this mean he shouldn’t be forgiven? Not. At. All. If he is willing to repent, then let him do it. EVERYONE DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE.

Then again, I’d like to take a look at the “terrible things” Isa/Saix did. The main problem I see is his behaviour towards Roxas and Xion, who would have needed support and whose situations were clearly made worse by him. Keep in mind that he deeply believes he doesn’t feel any emotions and nobody else around him does either. The definition of empathy (according to Dorsch, Lexikon der Psychologie [translated]) is the cognitive understanding and affective reciprocation of the assumed emotions of another being. Of course Saix doesn’t have any.

The “terrible things” I don’t understand, are those other people see in his interactions with Axel? Roxas and Xion hurt Axel’s mental state way more than Saix, not on purpose of course, but I strongly doubt Saix’ goal was to hurt Axel either. Saix and Axel are ARGUING. Axel doesn’t trust Saix and vice versa. Saix is angry, he’s sad, while he doesn’t acknowledge any of it. He tries to keep Axel close with their shared goal. With pressure, yes, which he didn’t have to, but they are still arguing, remember. There’s still a strong, unresolved conflict in between them. Don’t try to tell me, you’re always kind and caring in an argument, dear haters. Because BY SHARING HATE YOU ALREADY ARE CAUSING DAMAGE TO OTHER PEOPLE. I felt uneasy and irritated, I had sleepless hours thanks to those Saix hate posts. YOU caused me harm with your unnecessary discourse.

So what does this say about you? Shouldn’t you be forgiven?

if you don't mind me asking, can I ask where you got your Saix/Isa wig from? I'm making an Isa costume, and I'm really having a hard time finding a good base wig, and your wig looks really great. = ) Sorry to bother you, hope you have a great day!

I assure you though, the wig I used is not a good base wig. It actually took a lot of determination and desperation to finish it.I bought this wig on ebay (http://www.ebay.at/itm/Neu-lange-Eis-Blau-cosplay-Party-Perucken-100CM-/300828350059?pt=DE_Beauty_Haarpflege_Haarpflege&hash=item460ac4566b that should be it, at least it should be one of the same kind, I bought mine actually two years ago (and gave up on it at first))It does not have any skin top, which was terrible on one hand, but good on the other because it allowed me to sew all the cut off excessive hair on it again. Exactly where I needed it. Still this wig doesn't have much hair so always checking that the hair net doesn't show is quite a pain. And it never did what I wanted, the only way to tame it was tons and tons of hairspray. (working on it with a hair dryer didn't have much effect, really.)

So if your not afraid of suffering working on it a lot, then well, that's it. Even though, I guess, if you're willing to put that much effort in it, you could use any other wig as well.

I did buy another wig for Saix/Isa as well, from plastikhaar.eu. They have really really really good wigs. This one has at least double as much hair and a huge (real) skin top and even the hairline is perfect, so it's possible to just lay the hair back without the net showing. And the fibre itself is way better as well.But those wigs are really expensive and the shipping costs even more (except if your living in Germany, which I am not and you're probably neither.) If you're living in Europe you could consider it though.I bought this one http://www.plastikhaar.eu/Mariko-Neon-Blue_1 by the way. Unfortunately they don't offer a better color. For my taste it's way to bright (it really is neon. It's even brighter in real than on the picture), which is why I am going to dye a light shade of violet over it to mute it a bit. I didn't start styling it though, otherwise I could show you pictures.

AKUSAIMONTH: BERSERK Day 6: SET C - “Shapes (Silhouettes)”

If those creatures really did come from the castle, then who knows what's still luring inside there!” “Right, nobody knows. Because noone's been there, noone's seen it!” “That's not what I-” “But it's just what I mean!” “Lea.” “No, I'm going. With or without you.”

I don't know whether or not he went to the castle that day. He never told me. If he did, he failed, just as we had countless times before. The next time though I did follow him, and he didn't even need to ask. For the next time was when his warnings and my nightmares finally came true. When the world as we knew it, seemed to end.

AKUSAIMONTH: BERSERK Day 11: SET C - “Patterns”

How could you smile like that? How could you smile without a heart.

Everything was becoming routine so fast. I was separated from everyone else from the start. I realized it, yet this was giving me the best access to information, so I welcomed it anyway. You never stopped smiling whenever I send you off to those missions. You were joking and grinning, like nothing had happened. Like nothing was wrong at all. You seemed to do so perfectly fine. Unlike me.

I tried to tell myself that I was doing all this for you, for us, so we could go home together, as whole beings again, but soon the thought began to change in my head. It didn’t take long before I found myself blaming you for everything. A little more every time you smiled at me.
