Haven’t been able to hit the gym but been trying to keep up at home until I get my TB meds.

03/08/24 had a fast but great workout! Cant wait for tomorrow’s gym session! Going to volunteer at a homeless shelter before i hit the gym because is always an amazing feeling to be able to help or give back to the community!

03/23/24 One of my lil babies!

11/072025 I gained a bit of weight over the holidays and working in bringing it back down…Ive settled not seen my abs again since my teen years but i need to get a stronger dad bod!
