I had this idea, Toshi is an orc who is looking after his human/elf baby, Izuku.

Decchan having one of those fake kid weddings when they were little but they both took it so seriously. All dressed up in their best clothes, they had their parents there and of course, Izuku's All Might toy was officiating them.
