Have overt NPD

Have covert NPD

Experience narc highs and narc crashes

Rely on external validation to keep them stable

Have a hard time with empathy

Have co-morbid disorders such as other PD's, or psychotic symptoms

Feel intense emotions surrounding their disorder

Struggle with self-worth, on either end of the spectrum (self hate/grandiosity)

Reclaim the term "narcissist"

Are active voices speaking out against "narc abuse"

You are loved! You are seen and heard by us! We ourselves have BPD, which is another Cluster B disorder, and we know firsthand how intense the stigma can get. But you won't find any of that here! All narcissists and pwNPD are welcome! This is a safe place!
