Can you give tips for those who can't follow a routine, please?! 💗 I loved your blog :)
tyy i'm glad ♡
this is what works for me:
✦ romanticizing mundane tasks. finding a new yummy recipe for breakfast will make you want to get out of bed, getting a cute mug will make you wanna drink tea. sometimes i light a candle and shower with the lights off. i also like to make my own body scrubs using natural ingredients like brown sugar and honey. these things are extremely helpful when i'm struggling to get up and go take a shower. i also love using banana or strawberry toothpaste. if i'm feeling too lazy to brush my teeth, i remember i have my fruit toothpaste and it makes me more excited to go and clean my teeth. it's about making boring stuff more enjoyable.
✦ planning my day according to my energy levels. if i feel like i can't bear an everything shower, i'll just clean my body and use dry shampoo. if i can't deep clean my room, opening the window, putting my clothes away and making my bed is better than doing nothing at all. if i'm harsh with myself and try to force myself to cross every task out of my to do list, i'll end up paralyzed, thinking about all the things i need to do and can't, and i'll end up doing nothing at all.
✦ forgiving myself and moving on. let's say, i started doing oil pulling every day and i've been able to do it consistently for a while, but then skipped one day, because i slept in, or because i was sick. this doesn't mean all my progress is lost and that i might as well stop doing it altogether, because i skipped a day or two. i'm better off doing it once a week, or missing a few days, than not doing it at all. at the end of the day, it's still such a great habit to have and it's a good habit that's going to stack alongside with others.
✦ writing things down. i really can't function unless i write everything down. writing to do lists, schoolwork that's due, shopping lists, my goals, it all helps me stay organized, sane and grounded. i have a lot on my mind at all times and need to take those worries and write them down, otherwise i'll go insane. i like to use the notes app on my phone and notion, because i got into the habit of checking these every day and so i know i won't end up forgetting about these lists. i also like to use planning sheets. i stick them to my wall so i won't forget about them.
i hope this is helpful! ♡♡
Lmao I this tip will work for me perfectly 🤭
*ೃ༄ ɴᴇɢᴀᴛɪᴠᴇ.ɪᴍᴘᴀᴄᴛ.ʀᴀɴᴛ. ʚ♡ɞ
a tip for people who like affirming and visualizing, use your negative thoughts to your advantage.
example- when i was manifesting having long hair, I found that using affirmations that sounded natural to me worked the best. I started out by affirming my hair goes to my stomach, but the more i kept affirming it, I was like ugh it’s so annoying how my hair catches on everything because it’s so long. I wanna cut my hair because it’s so long. I hate how my fingers get tangled in my hair cause it’s long. I hate brushing my hair because it’s so long.
and guess what, by the next day my hair was down to my waist.
then I kept thinking more and more about why complaining about the thing I wanted worked better for me.
What I found was it was the implication that mattered more than the phrasing of the words. This is why umbrella affirmation work for everyone regardless of their desires, because they imply they have what they want: whether it’s rent money or a five month cruise trip to the Bahamas.
The words don’t matter, the picture doesn’t matter, what journals and pen you use when you script doesn’t matter, the subliminal maker doesn’t matter.
WHAT.MATTERS.IS.YOU.IMPLYING.YOU.HAVE.WANT.YOU.WANT.
complaining about the thing that i wanted implied I already had it. The implication is just as powerful as consistent repetition.
So complain about shifting everytime you close your eyes, complain about shifting everytime you think of your dr.
So complain about manifesting everything you want instantly to the point you don’t even want anything anymore. complain about every method working, every part of your life being perfect.
go live your dream life, and if you’re doomscrolling on tumblr rn looking for the magic technique or affirmation, do this one thing for me. Get off your phone and set a timer, and while that timer is going, just complain nonstop about having everything you want.
Develop a budget: Creating and sticking to a budget can help you better understand your income and expenses, and learn how to prioritize your spending.
Save regularly: Saving money is crucial for achieving financial stability. You can set up automatic transfers to a savings account so you won't be tempted to spend the money.
Pay off debt: High-interest debt can hinder your financial progress. Make a plan to pay off your debts and focus on high-interest debts first.
Invest wisely: Investing can help your money grow over time. Look for low-cost index funds, which can give you broad exposure to the market at a low cost.
Understand compound interest: Compound interest is the interest you earn on interest. By investing consistently, the power of compound interest can help you build wealth over time.
Research before making big financial decisions: Before making a major decision, such as buying a house or car, research different options and weigh the costs and benefits.
Learn from your mistakes: Every failure or setback can teach you something valuable. Use these experiences to inform your future financial decisions.
Get professional advice: Seek advice from a financial advisor if you're unsure about your financial decisions. They can provide guidance on investments, retirement planning, and tax strategies.
Be aware of scams: Scammers can take advantage of financial illiteracy. Be cautious when someone offers an investment that's too good to be true.
Continuous learning: Financial knowledge is constantly changing, so stay informed by regularly reading financial news, books, and attending classes or webinars.

📧 -> to get me motivated before cleaning, i like to imagine that I've invited a really hot person to my house and they're going to see my room. works like a charm.
this is a guide for people who struggle to get motivated when cleaning their room, or for people with ADHD like me who get side-tracked and easily bored!!
step O1 -> clean up any dishes 𝜗𝜚
you don't have to wash them right now, just get them out of your room!
step O2 -> throw out any visible food-related trash 𝜗𝜚
food packets, scraps etc.
step O3 -> pick up and put away anything red 𝜗𝜚
i get bored easily when cleaning, so i like to split things up by picking up colour-coded things too! this has helped me the most when keeping a tidy space.
step O4 -> throw away any makeup related trash 𝜗𝜚
make up wipes, q tips, makeup packaging, etc
step O5 -> pick up any makeup products 𝜗𝜚
put them back on your dresser / wherever you store them!
step O6 -> pick up anything orange 𝜗𝜚
step O7 -> pick up any paper, cardboard, etc 𝜗𝜚
loose sheets of paper, cardboard packaging, etc. put it in the recycling!
step O8 -> pick up any dirty washing 𝜗𝜚
you don't have to wash them right now, just put them in the washing basket!
step O9 -> pick up anything yellow 𝜗𝜚
step 1O -> pick up and put away any clean clothes 𝜗𝜚
make sure to fold them !!
step 11 -> pick up any craft materials / stationary 𝜗𝜚
pens, pencils, erasers, markers, etc
step 12 -> pick up anything green 𝜗𝜚
step 13 -> pick up any accessories 𝜗𝜚
jewelry, hair accessories, hats, scarves, etc
step 14 -> put away anything beauty related 𝜗𝜚
skincare, nail polish, hair brushes, perfume, etc
step 15 -> pick up anything blue or purple 𝜗𝜚
step 16 -> make your bed! 𝜗𝜚
a clean bed is a literal game changer. makes your whole room suddenly look neater.
step 17 -> put away any entertainment 𝜗𝜚
books, cds, toys, games, etc
step 18 -> pick up anything pink 𝜗𝜚
step 19 -> pick up anything monotone 𝜗𝜚
white, grey, and black !
step 2O -> rearrange things! 𝜗𝜚
neaten up your bookshelf, dressing table, desk, wardrobe, etc
Now you're basically done! things should (hopefully) seem a lot less stressful now that everything's where it should be. 🫧🧁
the last step is just to vacuum, dust, and wipe down any surfaces!
Random Beauty Big Sister Advice 💐💋🪩
Here are my random big sister beauty advice! Enjoy!!!
Fix your posture
Some of you did not get pinched in the shoulder blades when you were slouching growing up and it shows
Every time you sit or stand up take the time to roll your shoulders back. Just do it as a little reminder everyday (multiple times) and your posture will improve.
If you can’t hold it without it becoming uncomfortable or tiring you need to do some core workout (a lot of inner core specifically) because that means you muscles aren’t strong enough to keep your spine strong. Which also means you can be more susceptible to injuries.
As much as you hate it healthy is 100x prettier than unhealthy.
Almost all the beauty standards are based on your health.
Proper diet and exercise will make your skin glow and your hair shiny.
Under eating or eating junk shows on your face and hair.
Muscles are sexy
I swear to you there is no way for you to become “bulky” by picking up weights.
You need to strengthen train for that toned look.
In order for your muscles to get really bulky you have to be in a pretty heavy calorie surplus be hitting a very high protein level. You also have to have the gene to build bulky muscles and the bone structure which is not as common in women. You can’t really do it on accident.
Even women who can put on muscles really fast are not bulky they are built. It’s giving she hulk and it’s hot.
To look put together you have to do the 2/3rds rule.
Only one part of your outfit can you neglect. Either your hair, makeup, or outfit. But it should never be your hair.
Learn to do really quick easy hairstyles and you will never have bad hair. I am almost always in Dutch braids because they are simple and I can do them quickly.
Also adding jewelry always gives your outfit more flare.
Learn how to alter clothes always have cute clothes.
You can find really simple tutorials to turn that body tank top into a fitted tank so easily.
Usually you just need a needle thread and scissors but if you have a machine you can do so much.
Do your nails
If you don’t like color or fake nails make sure they are always filled and clean.
Nails can be extremely cheap or extremely expensive you just gotta find what works for you.
Get a good nail oil as well for extra care.
Your body is not the problem you just don’t know how to dress and compliment her.
Stop looking at girls whose body is nothing like yours for outfit inspo.
Depending on your proportions things can look vastly different on different people.
Figure out your body type and shopping gets so much easier.
That’s all for now I might continue this series slowly but I just ended my spring break and classes have started so if I disappear don’t worry I’m just being an academic weapon.
Xoxo💋
