I’ve been obsessed with the song “Forever” in Liars Moon for months! I wish the song was actually recorded and released not just for the movie! 😭

Outfits I’d wear in

~ The Outsiders ~

I’d wear this to the diner where you get the most delicious mint chip ice cream and strawberry milkshakes with my girlies. The shift dress is nice and movable for when the jukebox is playing the best of Lesly Gore and The Beach Boys. The sunglasses are for the hot weather in Tulsa and to push my hair out of my face. My hair would be perfectly curled and have a small beehive in the back since I would want the best hair in all of Tulsa.

I’d wear this on a windy Tulsa day as I visit the greaser gang. I’d talk to Ponyboy about the new movie I saw or help Darry clean up the kitchen. I’d try to subtly sneak glances at the juvenile greaser that is smoking so freely in everybody’s faces. My dress is light and airy so I won’t sweat as much as I try to beat the boys in a card game. My hair is put back so no one would try to mess it up..Two-bit.

I’d wear this to hang out in the lot or simply go to Bucks bar with the gang. I’d wear the jeans just to stay subtle and not bring attention that a preppy girly is with a bunch of greasers. I’d wear the heels to stay classy and to match my shirt. My hair would be softly curled but held back with a headband so when I’m dancing to the Stones my hair won’t get in my face.

I’d wear this on a rainy day in Tulsa. I’d make trips to the library or simply to the record store to check out the new Supremes album. The Gogo boots help with keeping my feet dry during the rainy day. The dress helps keep me warm and fashionable throughout my whereabouts through different stores. The hat helps my hair stay dry but also fashionable. My hair is put back so the wind won’t push my hair into my glossy lips.

I’d wear this to bed and subtly stay up late waiting for Dallas to sneak through my window. My record player will be on softly playing Sinatra as I flip through one of my many Vogue magazines. My hair would be pinned up in curlers before bed so in the morning my hair would be softly curled. My nightgown is soft and silky so when I go to sleep I’ll be comfortable and feel like a princess.

Explanation + imagine :

So obvi Dally is a tough guy and has that cold, tough demeanor. He obvi doesn’t care about anyone but himself..except for Johnny. Do you really think he’d care about any of the girls he had hooked up with?? No!

But!

I honestly do think if Dal was falling for one of his girls he’d try being near them 24/7! He’d def try to get a rise out of them before distancing himself when he feels like he has gotten too attached. Like this boy will avoid you at all costs..I’m not exaggerating.

The song lyrics for from that playboy to someone who is head over heels for someone he wasn’t supposed to! But of course knowing Dallas Winston he def would not admit his feelings to anybody..or himself!

But I do imagine the gang teasing him because he is so damn obviously in love with this sweet amazing girl! But he’ll just brush it off saying it’s just another broad of his.

The Diner

The Diner bell rings as the front door swings open. In comes Dallas Winston and his two Greaser buddies, completely filling the calm atmosphere with trouble and chaos. Your shift was going great since it’s one of those slow Sunday afternoons, but when Dallas slid into his booth and looked over at you with that careless grin..you knew your shift was ruined.

Dallas leaned back against his booth with his legs sprawled out under the table. He had a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, completely ignoring the no smoking sign at the front. His two buddies sat across from him. One of his buddies looked about 14 and too young to be hanging out with a person like Dallas. The other looked 16 and shaken, he has scars on his face and looks like a beat up puppy.

You sighed to yourself as you grabbed your notepad and your pen before gathering the courage to go over to the Greaser table. You smiled as you made your way over before stopping at their table with your notepad in hand.

“Hello boys, how’re ya’ll? Would you guys like to hear our specials for today?”

You kept it light and sweet even though you dreaded serving Dally. He’s trouble and you know it, he knows it. But somehow he always seems to be wherever you are or just trying to get a rise out of you on purpose. That might be why he’s here now, sitting in your seating area, with a smirk on his lips and a gleam in his eye.

“Hey, honey. I don’ need to hear any of that crap..all I need to know is if you’re on the menu.”

You grimaced at his comment. That sentence just proved that this person is in fact Dallas Winston.

“Uh..no. But you need to stop smoking in here, Dallas. There’s a sign out front.”

You turned your head to the front entrance before pointing at the sign, then glancing back at him.

“No smoking inside the diner.”

He scoffed and shook his head, like you’re making this whole thing up.

“Why the hell would I listen to a sign about what I can and can’t do?”

You glanced at the boys that sat across from Dal, then back at Dallas. His protest is stupid and this whole thing is a waste of your time.

“Well your decisions will affect the people sitting here and I won’t be able to serve you boys if you’re smoking. Rules are rules, whether you like it or not.”

Dallas rolled his eyes before glancing back at the boys who sat across from him. He scoffed at their embarrassed and upset looks before putting his hands up in mock surrender.

“Sure, whatever you say honey.”

He took the cigarette out of his mouth before putting it out on the table, his eyes never leaving yours. You rolled your eyes at this action and looked at the two boys that sat across from him. You smiled sweetly before clicking your pen as you got ready to write.

“What would you cuties like to drink?”

The smaller boy, with green eyes, smiled before glancing at Dallas then at the menu.

“Uh..can I get a Pepsi, please?”

You nodded your head as you wrote down his order before glancing at the boy next to him. The boy next to him is the one with the scars and looks like a beat up puppy.

“What about you, hun?”

He smiled before glancing down at the menu then at Dallas. Dallas spoke up.

“He wants a Coke, Doll.”

You nodded your head and wrote down his order before glancing back at Dallas Winston.

“What would you like, Dallas?”

He smirked and sat up in his seat as he locked eyes with you.

“One coffee, but I don’t want any of that sugar crap. Just black, sweetie.”

He winked as he said one of the many nicknames he gives you, with that thick New York accent. Somehow, the nicknames roll off his tongue like warm butter. He has this crooked grin on his lips that makes you almost want to melt to your knees.

“Alright. So..just a plain black coffee, a Pepsi and a Coke?”

You glanced at the table and the two boys nodded their head. You were about to walk off to grab their drinks but Dallas stopped you by his big ass boot being in the way. You locked eyes with Dallas before raising an eyebrow.

“You forgot something, Doll”

You furrowed your eyebrows in confusion before glancing down at your notepad. You slowly shook your head.

“No..? I got all the drinks down-”

“You forgot to give me your number.”

Your lips made a thin line out of annoyance. You really don’t want to be dealing with Dallys bullshit right now.

“Lay off, Winston”

You huffed and walked away with your notepad gripped in your hand.

Dallases eyes never left you as you scurried away from his table. He has this dumb grin on his lips because he knew he hit your boiling point. He got just what he wanted..well almost all of it. He still wants a chance, but he knows you’ll never give him one.

He turned back around in his seat but when he did he was met with two young boys grinning. Dal furrowed his eyebrows.

“What the hell are you guys smiling at?”

Pony perked up but was careful with how he spoke or whispered.

“Dal has a crush…”

Dallas scoffed and shook his head before glancing back at where you were, this made Ponyboy and Johnny snicker. Dals head snapped back towards them before he spoke up.

“You better shut the hell up, man, before I smack you both into next week.”

My aesthetic: So I love fashion and clothes sm! I always like to be dressed up and I love to wear the shabby chic style. I’m always wearing light colors, lace tanks, but I do sneak a little red in there too! My nails are always French tip, pink or red. I like to curl my hair most of the time but if I’m feeling lazy I’ll just straighten it.

Description: I have blonde hair that I get done. I have blue eyes and a circular face 😒. I have rosacea so my face always look red/pink. I have that short and curvey body type since I’m 5’0. But that’s ok since I learned to love myself! 💗

Personality: I’m very outgoing and I don’t care what people say/think about me. I’m confident and have the mindset of no one should mess with me.
