Mario: Woohoo! (Author’s Note: Woohoo!)
ok but, what if more peach
Happy Monday! Unfortunately, due to extra demands on my time, this week's Cleanup Crew will be (officially) pushed back until tomorrow, Tuesday. Thank you for your consideration.
Toad: I know that face. That’s the No More Day Off face. (Author’s Note: Sorry for such a delayed announcement -- I had a post scheduled for today at 9, but it never showed up.)
(Author;s Note: Hat Tip for awesome nerd art).
A while back, I had the idea of Bleck’s crew being their own “Elite Four” (with Bleck as the champion) and decided to make the old-school sprites (based on the Gameboy Pokemon games) to match. Since then, I’ve decided to work through requests and my own whims to make a lot of other Paper Mario characters in this style. I’ve never really done pixel art, so it’s been a lot of fun and I’ve learned so much! But right now I’m going to rest on this series for now and move onto something else. Almost all of these fit within the size constraints of the original Pokemon sprites, but I wasn’t holding myself to the same standards on some of the earlier ones, so they might be a wee bit too wide or tall. Enjoy! dA link
If you want to use one of these as an icon, feel free! Just please credit me.
Toad: Whoa, sorry, dozed off for a second. …Er, wait, was drowning part of my script? (Author’s Note: Whoo! One year anniversary!)
Peach: I don’t bite. Unless it’s called for.
(Author’s note: Happy monday!)
Toad: Your highness, we really need to start locking the front door. Peach: Now is NOT the time for the security council!
Toad: Your Highness, not a word. Happy Monday! New Cleanup Crew strip!
Toad: You’d be amazed at how strong the Minister is.
Toadsworth: Mushrooms get stronger with age.
(Holy cow, nice composition!)

Apropos of that textdump on villains I had last week, here’s some neat analysis of demented the clown Dimentio.
ϡ Dimentio?
OH BOY NOW FOR THE FUN PART
I could go on for days about Dimentio, so I’ll try to keep it short (YES THIS IS SHORT FOR ME) and game-specific. More than mental state, I guess, these are the behavior rules I try to stick to for him, and why I think he does the things he does.
Dimentio is not a fighter.
