It might be an unpopular view but I don't want Aziraphale and Crowley's relationship to have been part of the ineffable plan. I don't want their love for each other to have been just another chess piece on God's board, destined, since their creation to fall in love. They deserve better than that.

If anything, I want their love to be in spite of the plan. For, just like their sense of right and wrong, their emotional growth together to be hard fought and all their own. I love the idea that it flies in the face of what is expected from an angel and a demon.

I don't want them to love each other because they are supposed to. That would be so diminutive. I want Aziraphale to love Crowley because he's Crowley and Crowley to love Aziraphale because he's Aziraphale. Divine plans and prophecies be damned. Being part of the ineffable plan would erase the agency and beauty from it. Their love is theirs.

In the future, medical science has advanced to the point where people are functionally immortal. However, the Grim Reaper likes to visit people on the day they would have died of natural causes for a talk.

Hoping ‘not talking’ devolves into the cattiest behavior early on in season 3

Crowley: Muriel, can you tell the *Supreme Archangel* that this is no longer his domain so I don’t have anything to say to him

Aziraphale, literally 5 feet away: Really? This is beyond childish.

Muriel, standing between them: Supreme Archangel, Sir, the demon Crowley has said that since this is-

Aziraphale: Yes, thank you dear, I can hear him.

Then literally a minute later:

Aziraphale: Muriel, you can tell Crowley that I was only doing my job-

Crowley: And you can tell *His Holiness* that his job is the reason that we’re doing this bloody ‘saving the world’ thing again

Muriel: Uh-

Aziraphale: Muriel, tell him that I’m using MY JOB to try and stop it

Crowley: OH WELL THATS ALRIGHT THEN

The fact that technically the first angel sam and dean meet is gabriel of all people will never not be funny

there are 3 types of people after the good omens season three announcement:

slowly going feral over the idea of an spn x tma crossover where tfw get dropped into tma universe. like. the potential that holds.

every time there's a problem, the three of them, in unison, offer "grenade launcher" as a solution (bc lbr even though dean's the one who was super gung-ho abt it sam was also very interested in that one ep and cas would obv go along with it bc he's cas)

the winchesters get roped into working at the institute and cas is js always around and jonah tries to tell them that it's "unprofessional" and "inappropriate" to have someone who's not an employee hanging around like that and they're both just like "tf you gonna do bitch? fire us?" with sam giving jonah such an intense bitchface that it physically hurts him

also the idea of daisy trying to interrogate/intimidate the fuckers who've died multiple times, been wanted for mass murder that they didn't commit, and fistfought god is js unreasonably funny to me

If you’re feeling happy today, remember that in this scene Aziraphale heard the bookshop door open and is convinced that Crowley has come back for him, as he always had.

He feels hopeful for a moment, but nope… it’s the Metatron.

And Aziraphale is destroyed again and must turn away to regain control of himself.

Yet he continues to look out the window, again and again.

Before finally realizing that Crowley won't come back this time and he’s all alone now.
