Sam saying that he would have let Dean die if their situations were reversed after a whole episode in season one dedicated to Sam reading his dad’s journal and contacting everyone to try to find a way to save Dean even when Dean tells him to let him die in peace, like…bestie, I love you, but this is historically not true.
Crowley and Aziraphale would rather do anything than their jobs. This includes doing each other's jobs instead btw
Hey, Neil! So I've been putting off watching season two of Good Omens because I've been really pregnant and I've got a toddler to boot so I've had very little in the way of time and energy, so I thought I'd save it for when the baby came and I had a lot of late night hours to fill up with a fussy newborn. Well! My son was born this week and after laboring for eight hours with a nine pound baby I was very much looking forward to this! Just a new end to a book I've loved since I was a teen, y'know? So tell me, MISTER GAIMAN, now that I'm neck deep in postpartum hormones and low on sleep and I've watched the final episode, I beg your pardon, but, what the fuck??? (i loved every second, I cried several times, i'll be rewatching this at least three times before the new year, i cannot describe the amount of fanfiction i'm going to consume over the next few months, why can't they just have this???? i just want them to be happy and together)
I know. I know. It's the writers.
Hi Neil,
In Good Omens S2, Crowley says to Dr Dalrymple, "You might want to think about washing your hands, it'll be all the rage in a few years," or something similar.
How does Crowley know that "it'll be all the rage in a few years"? When I first heard it, it sounded very like he had some kind of precognition about events that would take place in the future on earth, which makes no sense to the rest of the story when having knowledge of future events would have been very, very useful to him and Aziraphale.
Then I got to thinking that maybe Hell were responsible for disease causing bacteria and he just had some understanding about how all of that worked.
He does the same thing in the book with Leonardo da Vinci and the helicopter. Either he has an understanding of science and the world, or he has visions of the future. Or he read up on the ineffable planning a long time ago. Your call.
David Tennant’s tour of the new TARDIS [x]
You get isekai’d into a typical fantasy world with the ability to summon any weapon. You often summon typical weapons like swords, spears, maybe a gun if you need it. You finally realize fictional weapons can be summoned.
hi mr. neil gaiman!!! i just binge watched almost all of good omens last night for the first time (10/10) and got a bit consumed but i wanted to ask: will there be another season? and are they actually gay or am i being queerbaited the fuck out of? because they haven’t like directly said anything but
We're just queerbaiting you. Nina and Maggie, for example, are both happily married to nice men, and none of the things you think you saw at the end of Season 2 Episode 6 actually happened, as Crowley will explain to his wife or wives at the beginning of the next season.
Percy Jackson but Hestia has a cabin. that is where the unclaimed go because she goddess of home and family. Demigods get claimed faster because when they show up Hestia glares at her siblings, nieces and nephews untill they claim them.
not to post about supernatural in almost 2024 or anything but i think that sam and dean were incredibly fucked up kids who killed for a living and we never really got to see that side of them in the early seasons. they kill because it's the justice their dad taught them and they kill for each other and they kill each other and their world is so far removed from anything ok or normal and i think the writers should have made us scared of them and how far they would go for each other
also I love that Grover gets separated from the kids and immediately starts playing mind games with a god. he's like finally I don't have to be a good role model for a second. let's talk brutality.
Hoping ‘not talking’ devolves into the cattiest behavior early on in season 3
Crowley: Muriel, can you tell the *Supreme Archangel* that this is no longer his domain so I don’t have anything to say to him
Aziraphale, literally 5 feet away: Really? This is beyond childish.
Muriel, standing between them: Supreme Archangel, Sir, the demon Crowley has said that since this is-
Aziraphale: Yes, thank you dear, I can hear him.
Then literally a minute later:
Aziraphale: Muriel, you can tell Crowley that I was only doing my job-
Crowley: And you can tell *His Holiness* that his job is the reason that we’re doing this bloody ‘saving the world’ thing again
Muriel: Uh-
Aziraphale: Muriel, tell him that I’m using MY JOB to try and stop it
Crowley: OH WELL THATS ALRIGHT THEN
