Hi guys I did a high intensity workout because I felt bad I ended my 48h fast yesterday and I wanted to beat my plateau and I got a tip that a high intensity workout can increase your metabolism so if anyone is interested in working out a little bit I can recommend this:

🌸 workout plan 🌸
hi there! i know that there are some people on this site who have a dire need of knowing some workouts. this is one that i have made for myself and it definitely has helped me lose weight and stay toned!
100 jumping jacks (if you can’t do 100 in a row, do 50, take a 1 min break, then 50 again)
40 squats
30 russian twists
15 tricep dips
60 high knees
20 mountain climbers
20 lunges
10 side lunges
10 push ups
10 jump squats
20 leg lifts
30 sit ups
80 butt kicks
30 squats
20 hip raises
this workout can burn 500-800 calories depending on how hard you work.
some things i recommend you to do after this workout: 1) hydrate yourself afterwards! 2) rest up for a little when you finish. it can be a tiring workout. 3) i know not everyone with anorexia/bulimia likes to eat but if you can, refuel with fruits, veggies and some dairy/non-dairy milk.
