zo is Hashirama's speaking habit (alot). To me it's endearing, a part of his character, so I'm going to leave it out. Not sure how to translate\explain, it kind of gives a old fashioned feeling.

Tobirama's anija is old fashioned, what samurai families used, kind of "sophisticated". I guess "elder brother"? The Senju family talks more like the traditional samurai family in the flashback, while the Uchiha are normal. But during the warring states era, most clans should talk like the senju, and so the Uchiha would be strange for not doing so.
