Don't get me wrong I didn't like the Rey Attack either I am just saying you can squint and explain where there is nothing that mitigates this one at all in my book. Yeah Finn’s backstory in no way calls for Comic Relief in my book. If they wanted this they never should have used Child Soldier background. 

I keep thinking about how we were given the impression that Finn and Rose’s story would be a cool team up and that Rose would think he’s a Big Deal, but the storybook leaks basically give us a completely different dynamic, one where Rose drags an unwilling Finn around by the collar and scolds him for even trying to leave, and keeps him from leaving by force, and I hate that. I really hate that. It’s like the weak and questionable parts of Finn and Rey’s interaction before Harrison got injured and JJ reshot some stuff and changed their dynamic going forward because the antagonistic stuff wasn’t working. So why copypaste that bad dynamic that JJ already famously decided needed to be fixed? Actually make it worse? Bleh.

Even if he idolized the Jedi...he still has Yoda, Anakin and Kenobi to tell him what went wrong. Besides Luke proved them wrong in ROTJ by redeeming Anakin anyway so not only has he already learned the lesson. He can literally just ask Anakin, Hey Dad where do you think the Jedi Failed you cause I don't want to repeat that. 

Hm. So people think Luke fans are blind enough to not understand this huh? Like let’s see… Who is it that’s been saying Luke would NEVER idolize the Jedi after seeing how they failed his father? That Luke would never even follow the Jedi rules but instead create something better? Do you know why we think this? Because we already saw Luke go through EXACTLY what you’re describing.

Luke already made this mistake in Jedi. He already went through all of this in his head. He was violent with his father because he threatened his sister. He realized what he was doing, and tossed his saber aside, denouncing violence. He quite literally did exactly what you said he did in TLJ, he saved the day through sacrifice and non-violence, the way a true Jedi should. He already learned this lesson. And you’re saying he would make the same mistake again, after 20+ years, and that him learning from it all over again and going through the same motions isn’t a bastardization of his character? Sure.

Listen. Luke fans aren’t stupid. Insinuating that you’re smarter than us because you like this story just makes you look bad. If you like it, that’s fine. But I’m kind of sick of being told I’m not smart enough to understand shit.

Honestly the special treatment Kathleen K Kennedy gives to Adam Driver is sickening. He is not a movie star (based on box office or awards) and yet he gets preferential treatment where he barely has to promote the movie. And in this movie he is basically the lead but he doesn't have do shit cause KKK worships the ground he walks on.

This doesn’t really matter in regards to anything else but can someone explain why Daisy is paired with Domnhall in all the press stuff? Not that I wanted her to be paired with Adam (who isn’t in any of these videos at all) but it’s just so odd because their characters have nothing to do with each other.

They dont care cause for some reason KK and RJ are under the delusion that Adam Driver is a star.

Still not happy about Eli, this maxi series did not do one positive thing for the character at all. It would have been better if he did nothing which is pretty much what Hulking did. I think he was right too on repowering. U cannot simply randomly give mutants their powers back. First, Some might not want it back so its Wanda playing God again. Second, u got to figure lets say 100 out of ever Million are a cyclops random repowering causes widespread destruction.

I am so confused with the latest comments from RJ and JB...I haven't read anyone else but its like everyone is singing a totally different tune after the premier then from before. Before RJ couldn't stop making excuses for Kylo, now he is saying the opposite. Its like Professor X mindcontrolled everyone. I can understand John changing his tune now that he has seen the final cut but RJ is just weird. I am not going to hope.
