SO real, if you don’t like your reflection you go internally, make the shift and it changes to reflect that. cause it is a REFLECTION. That is its job. Like i said in my last post, if you look in the mirror and aren’t wearing a hat you don’t pout at your reflection going “why don’t i have a hat? i want to wear a hat :( i guess no hat for me“ you go put on the hat and the reflection REFLECTS that.

Your mirror does not get to say “um no i am not going to reflect that” it is a MIRROR, a REFLECTION, not an operative power. You don’t like your reflection (the 3D)? You go internally, decide how it actually is, and the 3D will reflect this decision.

Be God.

We sometimes fall victim to the 3d/mirror, which makes us waver and accept circumstances that we don’t want to accept. But it feels too real so you end up feeling hopeless, like you can’t do anything about it. You end up feeling like you can’t manifesting and find yourself in the constant cycle of WAITING. WAITING for something to happen and for YOU to be shown proof of what you want.

Let me tell you something; IT DOESN’T WORK LIKE THAT. The 3d is a MIRROR. YOU validate IT. The mirror cannot show you what you aren’t showing IT. It will always reflect YOU/imagination. You’re seeing your mental creations being made physical. But where was it created first? IMAGINATION. The mirror can only make things physical when YOU accept them as already so/they’re already done/you are that person.

You’re literally GOD. You can create and be anything you can imagine. But the problem comes in when you bring in the MIRROR.

Do you really need to be validated by the MIRROR? So much so that you rely on it to be happy? To prove to you that you have your desire? Are you that weak? Can you really not accept it as done and be satisfied by YOUR WORD? By Gods (your) word?

Realise who you are. Realise that you create what you are currently seeing and feeling. Realise there is no other source that affects your life/manifestations but yourself.

It’s always going to be:

Want something —> accept that you have it in imagination/ it is done —> continue to be that person who has what they want bc you literally do. It’s in imagination, the reality that creates everything, so therefore it is true/manifested.

You don’t need a mirror to prove that you have what you want. It will show you that you have what you want when you show IT that you have what you want.

Don’t wait. Don’t wish. Don’t cry. Don’t stress.

ACCEPT THAT ITS ALREADY DONE.

I insist that you work on manifesting things through a god mindset. This doesn’t mean having a god complex where you think you’re better than everyone and that everyone should worship you, it means that you know you create and can manifest anything. The feeling is not a power trip, it’s a realisation of who you are. It’s not 3d based. Having a god mindset just means you only care about your word and not what the mirror is showing you. You trust yourself and have faith in yourself, in your abilities and don’t contradict yourself and always live in imagination/the 4d while still operating in the 3d knowing it’s done.

It’s an inner validation (from yourself), not an outer one.

Now practice it. Pick whatever you want and accept that it’s already done bc it truly is. Don’t go looking for it in the 3d or assume it in the 3d, just know it’s done in imagination/within. And when you falter because of the mirror, remind yourself who matters. You, as god of your reality, or the mirror, your creation?

Hi lovelies,

I have talked a lot about reacting to the 3D but not this pivotal point! SO if you read this before my other 3D/ Circumstances related posts - good.

What does the 3D being Neutral mean?

The 3D means quite literally nothing. No, not just in the “ignore unwanted circumstances way”, the 3D itself and everything that happens in it is entirely ‘neutral’ it has no actual consequence on or causes from itself (the 3D). Because of this, anything that happens in the 3D only matters if you give value to it - not by interacting with it, but with what meanings you attach to events, people, ‘circumstances’ or whatever else in your inner world. Everything that happens in the 3D is inherently neutral, and what comes out of it is entirely dependent on how you perceive the event and if/how you continue to think about it.

After all it is the law of assumption, your assumptions - dominant thoughts are reflected into the 3D.

This is why it is easier than you might think to change the 3D - by for example ignoring a circumstance - and where the idea of “where your focus lies will manifest” comes from.

How is the 3D neutral if it stems from our Dominant Thoughts?

Yes, the 3D is a reflection of your dominant thoughts - assumptions - however it is only a reflection and an experience. The 3D’s position as a reflection is where its neutrality comes from: if you look in the mirror and don’t like your hair, you don’t blame the reflection, you change self.

Your reflection can not do anything to you to change it - thus it is neutral. The only way you create changes in your reflection is by changing self , perhaps because the reflection makes you feel a certain way, however, as creator you can decide how you let the reflection impact you.

(this is like the simplest way i can describe it)

Anything that happens in the 3D has no impact until you give it meaning. The reason most actions and events in the 3D continue or unfold in certain ways , is because you unconsciously and automatically assign meaning to things you perceive and experience. This is normal, humans are habitual creatures that act and react based on stimuli and repetition. Additionally if you live by assumptions like “everything happens for a reason” you will take 3D events much more seriously, so the 3D will not feel neutral - but it is.

When you take the time to consciously decide if an event, person or circumstance aligns with you as the version of yourself who has your desire, you are able to remove the meaning / impact or, conversely ,emphasize the meaning of it: This is when you’ll typically see the true neutrality of the 3D, because you really do get to pick and choose what stays and goes with no consequences.

Even if the 3D has, let’s say, an ongoing ‘plot’ where your SP doesn’t want a relationship with you, this literally can change in an instant as soon as you change your dominant thoughts.

The 3D is a reflection, it can not and will not argue facts and logic with you to keep a circumstance ongoing. If you look in the mirror and then put on a hat, your reflection is not going to refuse to put on a hat. like it does not have that power! The only way you give the 3d that power is by looking in the mirror and going “oh i don’t have a hat :(“ and then not putting on a hat.

Validating the 3D by letting it impact you is just validating pre-existing dominant thoughts, if they don’t serve you, don’t let them thrive!

The irrelevance of taking action

You can not change your reflection by breaking your mirror

I believe that is a quote from Neville and it explains this principle quite well. Since the 3D is a reflection of your dominant thoughts, you can only really change it with your dominant thoughts again (to change your reflection you do not do anything to the mirror you see it through, you change self). As such nothing you see in the reflection matters, only how you choose to perceive it and there from react to it (internally) does.

This is the choice between: “i don’t have a hat” versus going to put on a hat - just to clarify the hat is a metaphor for changes to your assumptions lol.

Don’t get me wrong, if you have a strong ass - i am talking netherite armour level - self concept, you likely can do whatever you want in the 3D and get what you want - but that also starts from within, with that self concept and denying all the times you took action in the 3D and didn’t get what you wanted. I also don’t like meddling with unfavourable 3D because i don’t want to give the circumstances my validation, time and attention.

This doesn’t mean that every action in the 3D is what i’m talking about, if i am hungry i eat, i am talking specifically about not needing to take action in regard to your desires.

How do we attach meaning to the 3D?

We do this unconsciously like over 95% of the time (i am using this value to give you an idea, this is not a scientifically confirmed statistic lol.) Most of the time this is done due to previous experiences.

example:

Someone messages you saying they don’t want to talk.

Since your associations to good relationships means people want to communicate and enjoy each other’s presence, you create the assumption they don’t like you, or will continue not to want to talk to you.

This is someone who you value highly and are desperate to have a good relationship with so you also find it easier to believe that you messed up to make this happen // that they wouldn’t want to talk to you - because of you.

This then develops an assumption of your relationship with that person that they do not like you and as such the relationship diminishes.

Since we are so used to deriving our understanding of the world from 3D experiences, we automatically apply meaning to new experiences based on old ones. Now just because most of the meaning we have attached to the 3D up until this point has been unconscious using logic and pattern recognition does NOT mean it has to stay that way. Since anything that happens in the 3D is inherently neutral, you don’t have to associate - in your inner world - with anything you don’t like.

Logically being told someone doesn’t want talk to you may follow the neural pathway of “if A (doesn’t want to talk to me) then b (doesn’t value or like me)” of course you can add in all the assumption that that lead up to that like “Event A (does not want to talk to me) was based off of D (assumption that i am not valued or worth being appreciated in relationships) and E (SP is amazing and deserves good relationships)” but like we could keep going like that all day…

However, who gives a fuck about ‘logical thinking’ (nerd ass emoji). On a more serious note, since your inner world (or as neville often put it your imagination) is what the 3D reflects, and you can imagine anything, you have no reason to follow or feed “logical” assumptions that make you feel bad. You do not have to internally validate any 3D circumstance or dominant thought that does not serve you. If you are able to avoid such in the 3D as well, great! if not, it doesn’t matter.

Actions like doing your job to pay your bills while changing your internal beliefs and knowing you have the better fun job internally, does not mean you are validating the belief that you are stuck at the job that sucks, cause 3D action doesn’t matter. Your internal will be reflected and you will be at the fun job in the 3D in no time, as long as you persist and don’t give in.

Only if you actively continue to think that you are stuck there and how much you hate it (and basically deeping your situation) then you are validating those beliefs.

An Important Note about the 3D and Law of Assumption

Just because the 3D is a reflection of your assumptions does not mean it isn’t real. I totally understand why some LoAss followers say it isn’t real, i personally don’t really know how i feel about that but my point is: Don’t just be a dick to people because of the lack of impact the 3D has. If you enjoy being a dick to people you likely have the assumption that they are affected by it - so yes, you are hurting people. REAL PEOPLE.

I get that the law is personal and you can do whatever you want, but if you decide to use any of the Law to hurt people etc honestly just get off of my page, my content isn’t for you. I believe people deserve to know about the law to live good lives, and no ethically good life requires the suffering of others. You have the choice on how to live your life, make the right one.

What does the 3D being Neutral mean?

Effective (Topic-)Umbrella Affirmations

hi lovelies!

Here is how i create effective umbrella affirmations for specific aspects of my life :)

remember that just because i do it this way doesn’t mean it is the only way or that you have to use umbrella affirmations at all

i do this as opposed to listing every affirmation about how i want that part of my life to be because it is just easier. The process is less about the final umbrella affirmation and more about feeling comfortable and certain that you know what the umbrella affirmation will bring you!

Of course you don’t have to do this, i personally struggle with using umbrella affirmations without this process because i enjoy being very specific about my desires hehe.

this is gonna be a very short post, because it is a simple process.

1. Decide on the topic

e.g. Uni life

2. Ask myself what that aspect of my life would ideally be like

I make little lists of all the aspects:

e.g.

Grades: effortlessly get the highest grades in my cohort, only get 9’s and 10’s, easy assignments, retain lecture information long term, All the material is easy for me to understand

Social: lectures with my best friends, good group work partners, fun and effective study seshes, well liked by my mentors, always invited to house parties and nights out,

etc

3. Umbrella Affirmations time!

now you can pick a simple short affirmation, like for this example “i love my perfect uni life”, because you have made clear for yourself what that perfect life looks like for you! You can use I am or I have statements, i personally like to use ‘i love’ because of the way it makes me feel. Find something that feels comfortable or fun for you to say, you can also have an askfirmation as your umbrella affirmation if you like!

This process for me helps me prevent extra resistance towards my affirmations and avoids tiring me out from needing to name endless affirmations about how my life looks. To me umbrella affirmations start me questioning on what my perfect life is, etc, so once i am sure on exactly what it is then i feel more comfortable and trusting when affirming for it,

I do, however, use a multitude of affirmations when i am rampaging! but for the rest i find it easy to both mindlessly and consciously affirm with a short umbrella affirmation.

Feeling Vs Repetition In Manifestation

Feeling vs Repetition in Manifestation

Hi lovelies!

This is just a really quick post regarding two types of manifesting because some LOAss blogs/ coaches seem to argue about it.

Simply put, both work.

Feeling

Feeling in manifestation is something that was heavily promoted by neville. Whether via visualisation, scripting or whatever else, the idea is to really feel like the person who has their desire. To feel fulfilled, worthy and like you have your desire and no amount of 3D can change that. Feeling this (nearly) impenetrable way that your desire is yours helps rewire your neural pathways as your brain cannot tell the difference between whether you feel fulfilled from your desire in your imagination or your 3D. It just knows you have it. In turn the 3D will reflect you having it.

Feeling often uses forms of repetition from the methods used, such as in SATS, and with looping imagined scenarios, or repeating the same sentiment back to yourself when scripting. You may even just plain repeat affirmations back to yourself as a way to feel like the version of yourself who has your desires.

Repetition

Saturating your mind with the same statement/ idea over and over again will also rewire your neural pathways. Repetition is done usually with affirmations - and since i am talking strictly repetition and not feeling let’s say robotic affirming. By feeding yourself the same sentiment over and over it will also become fact. This also follows the idea in LoAss that where your focus lies will manifest. E.g. if you focus on your SP having a third party and not wanting you, their relationship will flourish // you will be forgotten. On the other hand if you focus on how much your SP loves being in a relationship with you, you will have a wonderful happy relationship.

if you want good content surrounding repetition look up sammy ingram on youtube. She also has lots of success stories from herself and her communities if you want motivation :).

Repetition may also make use of feelings when faced with unfavourable 3D as you must continue to be the person that has your desire all the time, not just when actively affirming.

As explained, BOTH WORK! In fact both have worked for me! Do not allow the preferences of an LoAss content creator to make you believe a certain form of manifestation does not work for you. It is simply preference!

Inner Vs Outer In Manifestation

Inner vs Outer in Manifestation

hi lovelies!

Today i want to explain the inner versus the outer, this is more a post for people new to LOAss but everyone’s journey is different so this may help you too!

Inner

Your inner in manifestation is your mind. 95% of manifestation takes place in your mind. this is because, as Neville says, creation comes from imagination.

Your brain, as you learn and grow, creates neural pathways - your dominant thoughts and what your subconscious works off of. Your subconscious/ dominant thoughts are in turn what manifests into your 3D!

Thus all methods you do - even techniques like scripting that you do in the 3D - all work to change your inner, to rewire your dominant thoughts, to create new neural pathways, however you want to think of it!

This is why no circumstance actually matters, because your entire 3D is a reflection of your dominant thoughts. As long as you can imagine a world/ reality where you have your desire, you can have your desire.

You must simply choose to be the version of yourself who has your desire - whatever it might be - and persist in that internally. The 3D will simply reflect that, as long as you are focused on your inner and not allowing the irrelevant, old story 3D to throw you off track.

If unfavourable 3D events occur, simply reject that outcome in your mind. SP says they don’t want you? simply be like Okay, and in your mind know that this is not relevant to you and that you know you and SP are together. Bank account states you have 12 cents? Nah, you are rich as fuck, you always have at least 4 figures in the bank. Continuing to be the new version of yourself, in the state of wish fulfilled, will help your dominant thoughts rewire to believe that is what your life is!

Outer

Your outer world is the 3D. The world around you that you perceive with your senses :). The 3D honestly has very little to do with manifestation!

You do not have to take any 3D action to receive any desire, because as long as you decide and persist in the version of yourself that has your desire the 3d will reflect this. The 3D is a mirror to your inner world and dominant thoughts. it cannot reject anything you decide you have internally.

To make it very clear, choosing to be the version of yourself that has their desires is internal - if you choose to be the version of yourself that has your SP, you do NOT need to go around saying SP is your boyfriend if the 3D hasn’t reflected that yet. In turn however do not take actions like complaining about SP not reaching out to you etc - because these actions are going to reaffirm dominant thoughts that you have that SP does not want you/ isn’t giving you their all and is not gonna help you manifest. Thus also, looking around constantly for your desire and not seeing it because you are so focused on looking for it is also going to reinforce your dominant thought that you do not have this desire! SO just leave the 3D out of it.

Loving Yourself In Manifestation

Loving Yourself in manifestation

I, like most law of assumption content creators, preach self concept. I’ve talked in a previous post about what self concept is and little ways you can incorporate it into your daily life but today i want to emphasize the inner love and respect for yourself that manifestation both uses and heightens. (This is a bit of a ramble be aware)

in brief, since i have talked about it before, your dominant thoughts about yourself, what you are capable and deserving of, and how you see yourself in relation to others (all your self concept) reflect into the world around you (the 3D). Most of you should be familiar with this sentiment, it is a large part of LOA(ss) after all :3

This does not mean however, which the law of attraction community often misconstrue, that you have to feel good and amazing all the time. You do not have to be a ray of sunshine to manifest anything. You are allowed to have bad days, you are allowed to feel upset. The important part is that you KNOW you are a person worthy of respect, love and your desires.

something i love about law of assumption, is that many people come to this community and the law feeling lack - desperate for something or someone and believing they need it or them to be worthy, happy or even just okay. But with doing the techniques and really learning of the law, they create a good self concept and they realise their own worth and value.

Something i love about the law is the inner transformation you go through. Most people come to the law in a state of lack as they are desperate for someone or something and - though they may not realise it - believe this thing or person will make them worthy, happy or have value. Once they are introduced to self concept and really start applying it though, it really changes all of this: this feeling of inner fulfilment, happiness and worthiness just for being you! This feeling of content and happiness just for being me is unmatched, truly.

No person or thing is going to give you value, the only meaning or value assigned to anything is that which you give to it. And the person who deserves to be assigned the most value is YOU babe.

The neural pathways that we have built over time are mostly reflections of our societies’/community’s/family’s norms. Most societies preach being humble, not being overly optimistic, always looking for worst case scenario. As we grow up these dominant, core thoughts become reflected back to us. But, as put by bashar, this makes us belief thief’s. it’s silly but i think it’s important to learn that you do not have to hold on to anyone else’s beliefs. That which does not serve you, bye bye!

Of course i like to be humble, but i think it’s often pushed way further than that to not even believe in your own inherent worth in fear of being selfish. i choose to believe in my power, my looks, my personality and my worthiness. I am fully aware that i can have bad days and that things go wrong - and even though i’m sure i could manifest even this away, i prefer to live my life and have my world like this - but i refuse to have a mindset that always assumes the worst. after all, our assumptions reflect back in the 3D. You deserve to assume that things always work out for you and as you assume it so it shall be :)

quick side note, two affirmations that have really helped me to unlearn assuming the worst:

- All is well, all will be well

- Everything is always working out for me, no matter how it looks at any given point in time.

Okay, having discussed the importance of self concept and identifying with assumptions and beliefs that serve you, back to the main point of this sort of appreciation post. Though your journey may start from a state of lack, the change in self concept brings not only your manifestations but also so much happiness and fulfilment. Now this is gonna sound silly to longer time loa lovers as of course the whole point is to embody the state of wish fulfilled, and that’s gonna make you feel good, but i feel like many new manifestors - at least definitely me when i started - don’t realise the true fulfilment and happiness within yourself that this journey will give you.

What at first seems like a chore and silly little affirmations to get a goal, becomes little smiles throughout the day when i remember how happy i am to be me.

it is the greatest reward.

Responding / Reacting to the 3D

hi lovelies!

today i want to talk about reacting to the 3D.

The first thing to say is that if you reacted to an unfavourable 3D it’s fine, as long as you pick yourself up and re-embody the REAL you, the version of yourself who has their desires. That being said, if you are constantly reacting to an unfavourable 3D, it’s causing you to spiral repeatedly e.t.c, you need to do some work on your self concept and really become internally the version of self who has your desires. Take it back to square 1 - the 3D does not matter.

So how do i react to unfavourable 3D?

i don’t. Well i wish i could say that but i am still working on it. However i have two main reactions:

1. Your assumptions are the only meaning anything has.

i remind myself that the only meaning anything has is the meaning I attach to it. As the creator, the perceiver, source - however you wish to identify yourself - you are the one who defines what anything means. Let me give an example

SP is not responding for multiple days - a reaction to this unfavourable 3D might be assuming they don’t like me and/or they don’t want to talk to me.

but as the creator YOU DECIDE it’s meaning. For this i usually go into the second part of my reaction

2. Who am i?

if i know that SP and i are, in imagination, in a committed relationship, then I know that this action means nothing. I know that my imagination is inevitable, that what i assume as true is reflected by the 3D.

therefore, who am i?

SP’s partner

I know that i am loved, i know SP loves me. SO i am not going to assume anything silly like that they don’t like me or don’t want to talk to me. I simply am not fazed by it at all.

If you like, you can also assign your own deeper explanation to it, like that SP is busy trying to plan a date for you guys etc. i personally don’t like to do this because i don’t want to too heavily attach myself to the 3D.

Is every interaction with the 3D a ‘reaction’?

No. One thing i see newer manifesters worry about is whether engaging in regular life counts as reacting.

for example if the 3D isn’t yet reflecting back the loving relationship and SP reaches out for a science project you are partnered in. You do not have to tell them you love them and act like you’re in a relationship - the 3D doesn’t matter. Responding ‘normally’ is fine, just enjoy talking to them and do not take anything to heart, because your assumptions are inevitable. Internally is where the change happens, you don’t need to do anything in the 3D.

When i talk about a reaction, i mean either internally or in the 3D properly reacting to unfavourable circumstances. whether it is attaching negative meaning to something that happened, or complaining about SP to friends. You KNOW the real story, so do not saturate your mind with unnecessary meanings and justifications for your manifestation being inevitable.

i don’t care if your SP says they hate you and never want to speak to you again, block you on everything or hell even hire a bodyguard to keep you away from them.

I had a person come crawling back repeatedly after saying they never want to speak to me again etc. Nami (namisw0rld on tiktok) also has amazing success stories like this that show that circumstances don’t matter (she tried to square up with his grandma, like bro).

The point is, to me, a reaction in this context is only when you allow yourself to slip back into the old version of yourself and accept any unfavourable behaviour as true or final. A reaction can be internal or external.

Sometimes, when things are unfavourable - especially at the start of your manifesting journey, negative things in the 3D can make everything feel pointless. But when you accept that you and your internal is all that matters, the 3D will no longer affect you, pinky promise.

embody the version of yourself who already has your desire - aka assume the state of wish fulfilled

for example with an sp if you find yourself asking something like “why haven’t they messaged me yet”, simply remind yourself “oh well they’re my partner so i am not worried” and simply go upon your day. If you feel like you are going to spiral, take a moment to focus on your breathing, and remind yourself of WHO you are.

rewire those dominant thoughts and reactions. The 3D is never final babes.

you can't want something you already have.

think about it. if you already had everything you ever wanted, would you still be thinking about "how" or "when" you're gonna get it? or worse, "am i going to get it?" it doesn't make sense at all.

that's also why so many loa bloggers have been repeatedly saying that if you are in the state of the wish fulfilled, you would literally NOT be concerned about the 3d or anything else. you focus entirely ONLY on your imagination and fulfil yourself there. regardless of what you see in the 3d, you won't be fazed at all because you KNOW that imagination is the only reality, so the 3d has to INEVITABLY morph and reshuffle to reflect your imagination.

if you already have your desires, you WOULDN'T be:

asking if you're gonna get it

asking where is it

asking when and how you're gonna get it

constantly dwelling upon the LACK of your desires

accepting the 3d as final

When persisting, you are basically reminding yourself that you already have what you want. Do any method you want, it doesn't matter, what matters is to keep persisting and have faith. If you keep persisting, there is no way your 3D won't reflect. So just keep persisting !

But how do I actually persist ?

First of all, you have to understand that once you say you have something, you do. No you probably won't see it immediately in your physical world, but you have it in your 4D(your imagination) and that's what matters because imagination is the truth. So once you get it in your imagination, you just want your 3D to reflect it. And you do this by persisting !

Ok so will you tell us how to do it?!?

When persisting, a lot of times we get negative thoughts. Do not worry. Ignore those thoughts and continue your day knowing that you already have what you want. When you catch yourself ''hearing'' these thoughts immediately correct yourself and remind yourself your power.

I am going to show you an example of how to persist ''the right way''

Let's say that you want to manifest having big lips. The first thing you gotta do is tell yourself that you have big lips. Start affirming/scripting/visualizing (whatever you like the most) about your beautiful big lips. Now that you did this, you basically just reminded yourself of what you already have. Continue your day knowing that you have big lips (no you do not have to think of your desire 24/7!). Now if you look in the mirror and think to yourself ''damn my lips are so thin'' just say ''wait, that's impossible! I have big and full lips!'' You have big lips and you know it. Don't question yourself ! Keep living as the person who has big lips because you are. Don't stand in front of the mirror every three hours to check if the 3D reflected. Does a person who has big lips always checks to see if they have big lips ? Obviously not. So why are you worrying? Just relax, keep persisting and the 3D will reflect.

NOT SETTLING in manifestation <3

hi lovelies!

Let’s talk about not settling with your manifestations!

For this post i am gonna use an anecdote from my life:

last year i was messing around with manifestation and subliminals. I was listening to the “Apple” subliminal by I want it I got it. I looked up the exact model i wanted: the iphone 13 green and affirmed a couple times that it was mine and how much i loved my iphone 13 and its colour. Not a week later my mom comes in and asks me if i want an iphone 13

to reference, before my parents were never the type to just buy me a new phone, especially since i had an iphone 11 which is honestly still a solid phone! But i did not let that overcomplicate the process.

I was so excited i said yes and i asked for the green to which my mom said she can’t get me a green one.

i thought:

Bummer right? but colour isn’t that important - i am getting a brand new iphone 13!

i allowed the item to be ‘so amazing’ that it was acceptable for me not to get my exact desire.

A couple days later i had my new phone, i was setting it up and i decided that i wanted to really test my manifestation skills and take it further so i affirmed a couple times to myself that i was getting the green iphone 13. Again i did not think too deeply about it, i did not obsess over it. And low and behold the next day my mom came in and asked me if i really wanted a green one, i said yes and she got me the green one.

I did not allow previous beliefs to block my manifestation - my parents not buying me new apple devices and being rather frugal in general.

And i did not settle for a half-baked manifestation.

This is a reminder that you are the creator, you NEVER have to settle.

if the 3D starts reflecting back to you part of your story, do not give into it so fast and decide the other details ‘don’t matter’ because you are so caught up in what you have managed to manifested.

And on the other hand if you don’t like what you’re seeing yet, don’t react in the 3D, don’t complain or think to yourself about hot and cold behaviour from someone or not having a specific item yet - just live your life, remember it is already yours, you do not have to do anything in the 3D to bring it in.

This little manifestation for me is still one that blows my mind, at the time the iphone 13 was still quite new, so i could not wrap my head around me being able to own one, but i simply did not think about it too hard. I did not allow the phone to be something i desperately needed, i did not spend all my time thinking about it. i just lived my life happily, affirming from time to time when i remembered that it was coming to me.

Let’s talk VISION BOARDS

hi lovelies <3

I am a little late to the start of the year but let’s talk VISION BOARDS!

oh my gosh i LOVE vision boards. Every. Single. Thing. i put on my vision board last year manifested - and boy i was NOT good at manifesting (i was overthinking, spiralling, constantly dipping out of believing in manifesting and myself.)

Low effort and loads of fun i absolutely recommend vision boards.

I mentioned in a previous post that part of how vision boards work is by familiarising your brain with seeing the people/places/objects etc on your vision board and partly with emotions! feeling like its all yours now.

So, how can we put an effective vision board together?

Well first, what do you want your year to look like?

your vision board can be for any amount of time, but i think year long ones are most common <3 (it doesn’t mean the manifestations will take a whole year!)

You can start with a pen and paper (or notes app) and write down what you want the next year to look like:

It may help to have some headings to organise sections of life. for example:

Career

Relationships

Travel

Experiences/ events

Material Goods

Then you can find specific people/places/things you want to manifest such as a specific career, car or ipad. A specific type of love language e.t.c.

-

Second lets get some useful apps:

- Pinterest (of course!)

- Picsart (or any photo collaging app or website)

(OR ALTERNATIVELY you can print out individual photos, cut, organise and glue down your photos on a piece of cardstock/paper or poster board- the world is your oyster baby!)

Apps in tow we can move onto the Third step

finding good pictures!

In my vision board from 2023 i didn’t think too hard about pictures - i found pictures that represented what i wanted, i whacked em where i thought they looked good, printed that baby out and slapped it next too my desk where i looked at it all the time. Not purposefully because i took the time to, but rather just because i would automatically be pulled to look at the bright colours whenever i went to sit down at my desk (and when i would die in my games and need to look away from my screen :P ).

While deciding to do a vision board for 2024 -only during this process did i check my 2023 vision board and realise everything manifested- i watched lots of youtube videos from people whose vision boards were successful. it gave me motivation and enthusiasm to make my vision board and i learned a couple handy tricks along the way:

due to my copy and paste not working on tumblr for some reason, i am going to list the youtubers at the end rather than linking them.

- Using pictures from YOUR point of view

select pictures where it looks like you are already in it - e.g. wanting to read loads in 2024? pictures of someone (with your skin tone) reading with the book in their lap (example pics at the end)

You can also take this further and cut out your own face and put it over people in pictures - sounds silly but it worked for Tam Kaur! (check her out)

- Find pictures that truly invoke the emotions you want to feel

want to be given flowers? don’t settle for any picture of someone giving flowers, find the one that makes you feel the way you feel when you imagine it happening. The one that makes it feel real and heartwarming.

- Make sure you enjoy looking at the pictures/ layout you use!

you are gonna look at this and ingest it subconsciously all the time, so make sure it looks nice! Hopefully the emotions you feel from the pictures will already help this - but we wanna make sure the underlying subconscious message is “this is all already mine” not “oh god i hate this thing”

- Putting it somewhere you often look

if you’re like me, you might not have a manifestation routine and don’t want to consciously decide to spend five minutes staring at the vision board. I placed the vision board next to my desk and schedule, i looked at it every time i sat down - especially because i liked the photos so much it always caught my eye - and whenever i looked away from my screen. This allowed me to subconsciously familiarise myself with all the people/places/things on there! I also had a wallpaper on my phone with another small vision board so i looked at it even more often :)

- lastly, your vision board is yours - you don’t have to share

Honestly i truly believe in keeping my manifestations to myself till after they materialise in the 3D, mostly because of the stress of having other people think you’re crazy - i know that this is also my fault due to everyone is you pushed out, but i feel like for a lot of baby manifesters this is a familiar feeling. Manifestation is your own journey - do not let anyone take away your belief or chip at your self concept!

Self Concept in Daily Life

hi lovelies ✰

Today I wanna talk about little ways you can incorporate self concept into your daily life. But first…

What is self concept?

self concept is the concept you have of yourself (wow nice). It is essentially how you think of yourself, as well as yourself in relation to other people or things. It is a large part of manifestation as it explains who you are and what you think you are worthy of. Self concept is how you enter the state / embody the version of yourself that has whatever you desire.

Like you know the common phrase of having someone or something on a pedestal? you viewing something or someone as unattainable or too good for you like that is part of your self concept. In turn, putting yourself on the pedestal is also self concept - a good very good self concept! Since your subconscious/ dominant thoughts is what manifests self concept is pivotal to your manifestations, both in being able to manifest and maintain your manifestations.

For example if you believe you are a master manifester but also believe relationships never work out for you, you may be able to manifest your SP into your life and even a relationship, but struggle to maintain it/them. Now maintenance may sound scary and like a lot of work - it isn’t, it is just having the inner belief that you are worthy of whatever you want/ wish. Remember manifestation isn’t hard!!

Now that we know what self concept is, how can we work on it?

A large part of self concept is affirmations, perhaps listening to music that makes you feel like that bitch/ royalty. Just doing the things that make you feel good and reminding yourself that this is how you deserve to feel all the time.

When focusing on self concept in relation to specific manifestations it may help to do certain techniques to rewrite the neural pathways you have previously in your life created via thoughts and experiences that were negative - such as that relationships never work out for you, you need to work hard for money etc.

techniques such as robotic affirming, scripting, vision/mood boards, mirror work, sleep tapes, even drawing your manifestations etc…

remember, manifesting should not feel difficult or inconvenient, its about feeling good and worthy!

Self concept in daily life?

As someone who has suffered with depression for a long time, working on my self concept was hard but oh my god has it helped so much. One little way i helped my self concept without even realising it was in relation to chores - specifically cleaning. I came across a tiktok - not to do with manifestation at all - which explained that one way to help you do chores is to not look at them as annoying tasks that need to get done, but rather as sort of a gift to yourself. I know it sounds silly but listen:

I clean my room because i deserve to live in a clean environment.

I buy my groceries because i deserve to eat well.

I take care of my skin because i deserve to look good

Try some out on some things you “have to” do.

I worked with these as little affirmations (usually just the parts in pink), and it not only helped me do my chores but bettered my self concept. it was a start to understanding that i am worth good things and a good life.

And you are too.

So to conclude/TLDR:

the way you perceive yourself and what you are worthy is your self concept.

Your self concept is a large part of your dominant thoughts.

Dominant thoughts manifest in 3D.

You can change and improve your self concept with a variety of techniques, focusing on making you feel good and worthy, also using affirmations to rewire your dominant thoughts.

boom bam bingo my little star, now you know your wildest dreams aren’t wild at all. they are all yours with a snap of your fingers. Because you babe, are absolutely worth them.

This is SUCH a good mindset <3

I really wanna help others more in manifestation but I got one:

Whenever you think of your desire, how about affirming "Atleast I have it in the 4D." ? I did the same thing when wanting a video game months ago, and I manifested it ( by finding money I had no idea I had all along, and I bought the game 3 days later. and during that month I was incredibly depressed, so you don't gotta be in a good mood )

I would always then feel relaxed or normal after affirming that. It also helped I already believe the 4D/my imagination is my true reality. Like how most people say they wish they could sleep forever cause their dream world is where they truly belong? Yeah that's me, except I'm now using that belief and using it to manifest that into the 3D/physical world 👀

So,, yeah I thought about this cause I saw a post of yours saying to just accept the 4D ( and that yeah ppl tend to overcomplicate it or make it seem like you gotta be some guru or something in order to manifest your desires ), and it's made me stop thinking on giving up.

omg thank you for sharing! and you're completely right, the key is acceptance and if that helps you then that is perfect! because acknowledging that its in the 4D ONLY is enough!!!

Understanding Manifestation techniques <3

Something that really delayed my manifestations when i first started manifesting is that i did not understand manifestation like it really is, i knew that i was inherently capable of getting what i wanted and i knew techniques would help me get these things - of course i struggled with doubts but in this post i am simplifying it to this as i want to focus on properly understanding manifestation techniques.

So what’s wrong with the way i thought? I thought that manifestation techniques were the tool that manifested for me - rather than me being the conscious creator. Many newbies that come to Law of assumption are fed lots of techniques without fully grasping how law of assumption really works. So they think “okay, i did the technique so now it shows up” and wait around watching the 3D, whereas in reality the techniques work to help you embody the version of yourself who has their manifestation. techniques help you shift states.

Most techniques follow the idea of affirmation repetition and letting go. Think 3,6,9, 5x5x5, robotic affirmations - this is because the whole process is to help your subconscious fully embody the version of you that has whatever you are manifesting, hence the simple use of I am or I have statements. you repeat throughout the day to yourself that you are the person who has those things thereby rewiring your neural pathways (nerd emoji here fr). Letting go then prevents you from overthinking and denying these affirmations :)

A lot of different techniques follow this structure! Even scripting: you write a whole bunch as if you are experiencing your manifestation - each sentence repeating back to you that you already have it. Also Vision boards, they help familiarise your brain with seeing the different events/ objects/ places / people/ emotions whatever you are trying to manifest.

Techniques help you feel who you are when you have these manifestations, they help you affirm to yourself who you are. The 3D has no choice but to reflect back to you who you are.

Now i want to clarify that i fully understand why some Law of Assumption teachers leave it as simple as “this technique brings you your manifestation” - because if you are open enough to that, that can be something you fully accept and embody and in turn you can manifest that way. However, for many people who find law of assumption, there are already many neural pathways that state that something as simple as the 3,6,9 or 5x5x5method cannot get them what they want - their ‘logical’ side of the brain will shut down that idea and not allow that to happen, suggesting that if they wanted to manifest a porsche they need this and that…. you get it. I totally respect if this way of thinking about techniques works for you but, me personally, i have one main problem with it which is that i do not want to form the belief that techniques are the only way for me to manifest. Manifestation is a natural process and I do it all the time!
