The Duffer Brothers, setting up the climatic battle full of gore from the Mind Flayer and El’s injuries: “time to make all of you fuckers suffer”
Also the Duffer Brothers: “oh shit before we forget-”
*slam dunks an awesome lesbian character who is a genius and kicks major ass*
“for the gays ;)))”
For a second I thought this was real life and got really excited and confused at the same time.
when you hate someone but they’re still really cute
Watching the newest Bungou Stray Dogs ending is like watching some dramatic drama of two Dazai's two lovers fighting over who gets to claim the crazy, gorgeous, suicidal asshole. clearly it isn't going so well for Akutagawa.
Me: I hate it when bisexuals are represented in the media as nothing but whores because it’s supremely biphobic and only adds to our debasement of being cheaters and unable to remain interested in one person. It’s terrible and needs to stop!
*enter Tim Stoker, absolute chaotic good funny man and the Archive’s resident whore, fucking filing clerks and probably police officers to grab important documents and commit crimes*
Me: you know what I’m actually fine with this
*learning verbs*
Student to another student: “omae no haha wo shimasu” (a very janky simple way of saying “I do your mum”)
Teacher: “if you’re going to insult in your rudimentary Japanese do it properly and be polite - it’s okaa-san, not haha”
Student: “thanks sir! Anyway, omae no okaa-san-”
Teacher: “remember guys, katakana is not like hiragana. Make sure to make the lines nice and sharp!”
Student: “but are they sharp enough to kill myself on?”
Teacher: “can anyone read this katakana? What does oojii (ohgee) mean?”
Everyone almost immediately: “O R G Y?????”
Teacher: “no! it’s what you guys are!”
Girl next to me: “fucking stupid?”
Teacher: “noooo! Aussies! Aussies!!!!”
*later*
Girl to a guy: “what’s your name so I can refer to it while speaking”
Guy: “I prefer to be referred to by my overall identity - orgy”
Teacher: “don’t think I won’t fail you in the third week. Try me”
Student before a test: “do you think if I speak fast enough the teacher won’t be able to tell I have no idea what I’m saying?”
Other student: “with your skills he’ll think you’re having a stroke. But do it dude. Make me laugh so I forget how much I want to die.”
*asking what year of schooling we are in*
*I respond with 3rd year*
My partner: “YOURE OLD????”
Me: “...bitch”
Girl: “I remember how to draw “ru” in katakana because it was on all my Naruto DVD boxes”
Guy next to her: “oh same!”
Guy beside me: “well I’m not a fuxking weeb so I just studied it like normal people”
Girl: “shut the fuck up bitch you watched Pokemon like the rest of us”
Student: *answers a question*
Teacher: “that is incorrect! Please study your adjectives more!”
Student: “ah, right in the kokoro”
Teacher: “do that again and I’ll assign you more homework”
Student: “sir, when do we learn how to say ‘fuck’?”
Teacher: “when you’re responsible enough to earn it. For this class, it doesn’t look like that’ll ever happen”
I know we're all hella excited over aged up Marco's hot bod in 'Running With Scissors' (I know I was), but honestly when you step back and look at Marco's situation at the end, the episode takes an almost disturbing tone. Don't get me wrong, I'd love some dorky scenes of Marco attempting to get used to his now tiny body, tripping over his feet and whatnot. But I'd also like to see the angsty stuff hashed out on screen. Give me Marco trying to go through some of his sword katas and getting increasingly frustrated as his form slips constantly and his sword wavers because he doesn't have the muscle memory or strength anymore. He used to basically be a sword master, and now he can barely pick a sword up at swing it. Suddenly all the crazy stunts he got used to doing are out of his reach, and the people around him are cobstantly having to stop him from pushing himself too hard, or patching him up after he goes too hard in a fight. If the show does go down this route instead of ignoring it altogether, I wanna see Marco getting angry as he struggles to fight monsters he once would've taken out in a second. His self-esteem takes a MAJOR hit as he realises all the stuff he can't do anymore; he's just some kid with a few mediocre karate skills, he's not a hero anymore. Then we can see Marco training his body to the limit everyday instead of going to a few karate sessions and just getting by. Since he knows what to do to strengthen his body as he went through it before, everyone can see the difference pretty quickly. Just give me a frustrated Marco who's serious about getting stronger and we get to see the results. Even if we don't get this done in the show, it'd make a hella fine AU; tentatively dubbed sword fighter! Marco au?? I'll probably also make an extra post about the mental/emotional repercussions because this episode has given me way too much to talk about in terms of Marco's character development!
Having adrichat and whatever the fuck BeetlejuicexStanley Pines is called on my dash simultaneously is like the two wolves inside you meme except it’s 2 crack ships no one ever should’ve proposed fighting over who is going to make more ridiculous fan art of it
I know we are all scared about the physical and emotional wellbeing of our two boys in the latest updates, but can you imagine how fucking awful the aftermath is going to be for Mob? Not just the overwhelming guilt of using his powers against others, which he'd sworn to never do to innocents, but of the fact that Mob has lost his anonymity. All through the series, Mob hasn't been tied to a single one of the catastrophic psychic events he's either stopped or created. The 7th Division of Claw scenario happened off in rural lands, Mogami was with a select group of psychics who probably don't know that Mob was the one who saved them, and he was never seen in the final battle of Claw and thus was never linked with the broccoli. Despite his power being common knowledge at school, Mob has never been linked to any of these events as far as we know, and thus has mostly been able to live a normal life like he desires. Now though, Mob has been seen rampaging through the city, nearly killing people left, right and centre. He has been reported to the police and is now most likely on several news networks. His face is everywhere, and all of the people who know him now know of the extent of his power. They realise that the young boy that they occasionally tease for his lack of social skills and athletics could've wiped them out in a blink of an eye. That's terrifying, and now if Mob ever goes back to school he's gonna realise how terrified everyone is of him in case he snaps again. He has no chance at a normal life anymore, and that's one of the scariest outcomes of this whole debacle -- Mob losing his friends to fear, and being considered a monster by society.
Harry Potter: Obliviate is a highly powerful spell that can only be slightly mended by years of mental and magical therapy under highly practiced med-witches/wizards. Fantastic Beasts: TRUE LOVE BREAKS ALL SPELLS!
I made the mistake of rereading the masterpiece of 'You don't know me' by the angst master @Ferisae Decided I would draw the sweet, suffering summer child in celebration of my own pain.
The best thing about Blue Exorcist is that the True Cross Academy literally lets a demon that they CLEARLY don't trust be in charge of the entire school. Just like...they don't trust Mephisto at all yet they let him take care of the next gen of exorcists???? Who the hell let this flamboyant sinner take control???
