I think I finally learned how to Tumblr correctly! Only took uhhh...However many years I've been lurking on here..!

Okay so I gotta screech about something for a moment

I beat ISAT (In Stars and Time) just the other day- FANTASTIC game!! Good god it is the best game I've played in ages. Please, if you like RPGs, time loops, amazing characters and puns, give this game a shot!! (Though do read the warnings of course, like with any game)

But there is one character in particular I'm typing about today (Do not get me wrong, I adore ALL of the characters! I quite literally do not dislike a single one!)

I love her so, so much- Like, my friends could tell you, I would smile and giggle and have a wonderful time whenever another golden line from her would cross my screen. Writing? Fantastic. I have so many screenshots of her and interactions she has with the party,,

And I'mma be entirely honest! She's really pretty to me, I would love to give her a kiss if she let me!! She's funny, smug, sweet- What is there not to like with her for me? I can't entirely show too much without showing spoilers, so I'll keep it short for now.

But my god, have you SEEN her low-hp sprite?

We are well beyond canary in the coalmine warning levels with the way trans people and particularly trans women are treated on this site.

Maybe you've heard the metaphor of allowing wolves and sheep to share the same space, welcoming everyone. You end up with just wolves because allowing them in that space makes it unsafe for any sheep. Or the story about how a nazi goes into a dive bar and is refused service. The bartender then explains to someone else at the bar that if you serve them once they tell their friends and before you know it you're the nazi bar they all go to and normal customers don't feel safe.

Terfs and other bigots are seeing these targeted harassment campaigns succeed against trans women and rejoicing. They see Tumblr ban them and officially stand by those decisions as endorsement for their harassment. It's a sign to bigots across the internet that Tumblr is a good place for them.

And what's more is that a lot of us probably don't realize just how much trans women contribute to Tumblr. The women banned recently were sources of site-wide memes and posts I wasn't even aware originated from them.any years old memes and references can be traced back to trans women on this site.

How many of these folks have to be removed before this is no longer a site you want to be a part of it? Sure you cultivate your own experience, but you can't follow or interact with people who aren't here. And if I wanted to interact with the nazis and terfs I'd go to reddit.

I encourage everyone to reblog this. Trans women shouldn't have to be the only ones speaking out against the bigotry they're experiencing. They shouldn't be the only ones risking their blogs being nuked by staff. We have to stand with them.

Tiefling Submas? Tiefling Submas! I’m currently making a D&D campaign with a train as a mode of transportation in one of the areas. So why not get THE best boys for the job? 

Ivory (Ingo) is a Storm Sorcerer, and Ebony (Emmet) is a Battle Smith Artificer!  They work together to make sure they’re on schedule, and to keep foolish bandits from causing any trouble. 

I can’t draw their hats or coats well enough, especially not at 5 in the morning, so this’ll do! Sadly though I might not be able to use these as tokens since I cannot for the life of me draw their hats, but that’s okay! If anyone wishes to know more about them in my setting, feel free to ask! They were added quite recently though, so there isn’t much info, but this could help me build them better!

And I will say this outright: the outfits were inspired by the Cowboy Submas art made by Caramel Caracal, much love to them and the art they make!

Figured I’d make an actual post about my ‘Sona; give information for those who might want it, and so I have an actual thingie to reference back to! Things are subject to change, of course.

-Can be referred to by two others aliases: Sunset and Maple-

A humanoid creature who holds the ability to hop between universes. Although, she is seemingly unsure about how she can go from one to another. On occasion, she has knowledge about the universe she next appears in, despite claiming to never have been there before. Or she’ll retain knowledge from one to another; if it is a revisit or a “sequel” or “fan variation.” It has been shown in some universes

 that she can attain different forms or appearances. Shifting and changing at will, or coming with it naturally. More eyes, a set of mandibles, a tail and horns, turning into an animal or other creature entirely, etc. Her body will change to suit the World. One form that she seems to fall into, is a partially altered version of herself. Slightly bent legs with claw-tipped toes, a stretchy mouth with sharper teeth, claws to replace her fingers, and slightly different eyes. It’s currently unknown why she tends to stick with this form, and if it will ever change. However, it has been shown that she can change into it under large amounts of stress of rage when not shifted on command. No one is yet sure if there is an evolved form to this shift.

Certain information gathered on her thus far is as follows:

She occasionally refers to herself as “We.” Ex: “We didn’t mean to.”

She has a high fear of drowning/being underwater for elongated periods of time. It also seems she has a fear of bees/wasps. Tending to freak out if something unidentified buzzes near her.

She likes to refer to herself as a Cryptid/Eldritch Monster/Demon. It is unknown if she is being serious or not. 

No one knows what’s under the hair hiding her right eye.

She loves animals and creatures alike, but has a preference towards felines and snakes.

She appears to have a strong habit of “adopting” other humanoids or creatures. Protecting them, caring for them, comforting or scolding them and the like. And doesn’t seem to care how young or old they are to a certain degree. She seems to enjoy the motherly role, yet is heavily against having her own spawn. 

She is in a near constant state of cold or ‘chilly.’  And on occasion, she is in a state of too hot. A comfortable balance is hard to come by, as it seems.

She has heavy bags under her eyes, no matter how much sleep she gets.

Seems to be quite anxious inside, and possibly have paranoia. Easily set off by sudden and unidentifiable sounds. And this feeling seems to rise when in the darkness alone...But only sometimes. She also panics and questions the friendship of others, or how she has been acting.

She has a blue tongue. Much like how a skink does.

Other miscellaneous material includes: A liking to coffee. However, she puts a large amount of sugar, milk and the like in it. Her favorite food appears to be sushi, and she knows how to use chopsticks efficiently enough. (And appears to be disgusted upon the option of a fork.) She seems to have a laid-back, calm attitude on the outside. But is easily excitable or agitated. She also appears to be quite the grudge holder. Her self-esteem is quite low, and she tends to agree to- or bounce off- insults or jabs quite easily. But even still, she has limits on how much she’s willing to take. Apparently she has a general disliking for most humans, seeming to be disappointed in something different almost every day about what one human did, or another.

More shall be recorded at a later date. But as for now, this is as much as one could possibly conjure at this hour. -?

Oh shoot, before I continue to ignore sleeping, I completely forgot I made these!! They’re sketches, so I apologize that they’re all messy,, These are about four days old. And honestly? I’m really happy with how these came out! Can you tell I like drawing claws? Haha  I freakin’ love monster designs so much, and I could only doodle so many that night, so I’d love to doodle more! I’ve got so much love to give to all of these creatures,,

Guess who beat the ONE demo again and feels just as happy as they did when they played it the first time way back when? Haha yes, it’s me! Long time no see! Man...I still love this fangame so much. I played all the way through just the other day, and I’ve had a couple of new thoughts along the way. But first; about the art piece. I’m a person who will very easily get attached to game characters a lot; and I’m also the kind who imagines themselves inside of said games. It’s...nice. It could be comforting, fun, or an inspiration for a doodle or ten. And I gotta tell you, I got attached to Doux and Blight fast! I adored them, and they made me smile a lot! I just wanted to give them hugs, and tell them that it’ll be okay. It’s like me with the Elsens back in OFF. And I have a habit of “adopting” characters from time to time during my playthroughs. Just “You are my son now, I don’t make the rules.” And something about OFF and the many outstanding fangames just sits so well with me- maybe it’s because of the 4th wall being non-existent? I just love being so involved! Sorry, I’m tired scatterbraining right now. Getting back on track, I did have a thought while I was doing this recent playthrough of ONE, a concept maybe? Given that I played OFF many times in the past, I felt....Guilty? Seeing Dedan, Japhet, Enoch, The Judge and even Zacharie in these states made it kinda set in the back of my head. A kind of “You did this.” Kind of feeling. Y’know? And I kept getting the thought of: “What if they learn I’m the old puppeteer?” It’s interesting for me, as I technically am the old puppeteer for my playthroughs. I feel like the interactions would be quite different than how they are in game. Kinda spooks me sometimes, haha. I could go on and on, but I don’t want to spoil anything else for those who still wish to play it! Nor do I wanna talk anyone’s eyes off more than I already have.

All in all: Still love this fangame to pieces! And I hope to make more fanart in the future, if that’s alright! (Oh yeah, I’m sorry that Doux isn’t one solid shade of white, I’m not good with having things be all one color..) 

Been trying to step out of some comfort zones and try new sketching techniques recently! I’ve been in an absolute OFF drive lately and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. I’ve been wanting to make more fanart for SpinOFFs, like CSR or Alive, but I’m a little nervous again. Anywho, have some little silly doodles with my ‘sona of many games: Puppeteer bonanza. (I really need to get better at drawing Elsens..)

Finally decided to man up and post fanart for one of my favorite fan games! (I apologize that it’s just a head shot) I have so much love to give yet only so many words,, So I’ll put it as simple as I can without taking too long: The main characters? Amazing! I have never felt such need to protect them, like a mom ready to attack whatever danger comes near. The music? Outstanding! I find myself subconsciously humming along to the battle music, and I always get more pulled into games whenever music is playing. The monsters/bosses? Ohh man, I love them! Such interesting and well done designs and sprites! I think they feel right at home in the art style. I also have much appreciation for our buddy Flesh Eater. Now, I think I’ve gone on long enough, I’ll be here all week if I try to put more in there. All in all, I adore this game, and I await its completion with open arms. This puppeteer will wait patiently <3
