when we are together, i feel brave in a way i never thought i would. i hold you close in public when we linger in window displays, kiss you goodbye when i drop you off at work, and hold your hand whenever and wherever i can. i am the lesbian i needed when i was younger, visible and strong, and it’s all because of you.

maybe you are shy, aren't you? yeah, not anymore. 2022 will bring you a thirst for knowledge and not only that, but also the urge to change things. you will be bold, friendly, selfless and fearless. r.i.p the old you dies on january 1st. i see new friendships coming, you will be surounded by a lot of people. people that actually care about you and will make you laugh. you will discover yourself, the world and love. not only self love, but i do see that's coming strong for you. you will be confident, charming and sensual and that's when you will attract a love one (i heard future spouse on my head. good luck 🤞), you will be really happy with this one. different from anyone else. i'm telling you. i see someone with a beautiful hair and everybody being like "omg you changed it?" so you'll be taking more care of yourself and completely change yourself. i come home early one morning after a long double shift at work, and crawl into bed next to you. you, warm with sleep, eyes still closed, pull me in close, draping your arm over my hip. the night without you was long, but i feel safe and held now. i close my eyes and fall asleep easily in your arms, your body wrapped around mine.
