hey guys! ive been on a break but ive been working on some things and i have a lot of exciting things planned coming up but anyways, i wanted to share 2 things with you guys that i came across.
Something that I've been looking into is hypnosis. Hypnosis is basically hypnotists guiding you into a deep state of consciousness where you are suggestibile to what they're saying right? So wouldn't it be plausible that there is a way to guide you into the void state in a guaranteed way. Hypnotists should have ways to deal with more stubborn minded clients and I feel like their methods would help those struggling to enter the void through meditation. That's basically what was in my head as I was doing my research when I came across this video which I think will really help a lot of people:
Basically it's meant to take you into a deep trance and basically make all future trances deeper and easier to reach, which I feel like will really help people attempting the void through meditation as it's meant to make reaching deeper levels of consciousness easier! I might be getting ahead of myself here but remember when the void was first introduced and it was just laying down and affirming till you reached. It worked for a lot of people but then the people who couldn't enter, including me, all started looking into other methods and made it so complicated. But if everyone could just do this hypnosis and gain the ability to enter a deeper state of consciousness easier, then we could just go back to the basics and everyone could become those success stories where they just meditate for 15 minutes and enter. I always say that meditation for the void isn't compatible with everyone because some people struggle with tapping into deeper states of coniousness and focusing but this could ppssibly be a solution to that.

Personally I really want to hear people's experiences with the first video and I really hope people will acctually try it. I genuinely feel like this could help a lot of people's journeys so please try it out and let me know!!
* ˚ ✰ — WHAT IS THE VOID STATE?
The void state is the state of pure consciousness. It is commonly referred to as the 'I AM' state in Neville Goddard’s work. "I am state" is a state in which you are a formless being. Time stops, and there's nothing but blackness around you. When you're in the void state, you're in a state of pure consciousness. You aren't in your body anymore. You're shapeless. Also, it's not scary at all. Instead it's very peaceful.
* ˚ ✰ — HOW TO ENTER THE VOID STATE?
Your faith is your fortune chapter 3: To accomplish this seemingly impossible feat, you take your attention away from your problem and place it upon just being. You say silently but feelingly, “I AM”. Do not condition this awareness but continue declaring quietly, “I AM – I AM”. Simply feel that you are faceless and formless and continue doing so until you feel yourself floating. This wonderful experience of rising and floating is the signal that you are absent from the body or problem and are now present with the lord; in this expanded state you are not conscious of anything but I AM — I AM; you are only conscious of being.
STEP TO STEP :-
1. Find a comfortable position.
2. Relax by taking deep breaths. You can also do any breathing techniques you like.
3. Take you attention away from the 3D and just focus on affirming “I AM” or “I AM PURE CONSCIOUSNESS” or “I AM IN THE VOID STATE.”
4. Persist till you experience floating feeling and the 3D fades away.
1. ' THE LULLABY METHOD '
Firstly, get into a drowsy, sleepy state. Not too awake, but not too sleepy. Like, when you can open your eyes but you don't want to. Then, affirm for your desires until you completely fall asleep, with your desires being the only thing on your mind.
2. ' SLEEP PARALYSIS '
Sleep paralysis is a quick and easy way to enter the void state. Sleep paralysis means when you cannot move your body AT ALL.
Don't worry, sleep paralysis is not scary at all. You won't see anything scary, untill you start thinking about something scary. Also, it's just hallucinations, nothing can you harm you. Always, remember you are in FULL control. You chose to give yourself sleep paralysis, and you can also come out of it if you want to! To get out of the sleep paralysis, simply wiggle your toes.
• Get into a comfortable position, and wait for your body to fall asleep, while keeping your mind awake. Do this by staying completely still and thinking of random things or counting numbers or daydreaming to keep your mind awake. Eventually, you will convince your body it is asleep.
• You can listen to a guided meditation to induce sleep paralysis.
• You can listen to a subliminal.
• Affirm "i have sleep paralysis" in a drowsy state, and you'll wake up with it (basically, the lullaby method)
• Simply set the intention that you'll get sleep paralysis.
3. ' COMMANDING YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS TO WAKE UP IN THE VOID STATE ’
You can command your subconscious to get in the void by simply stating “subconscious get me in the void quickly and easily” in a drowsy state. For this method to successfully work, stop knowledging the 3D. Stay committed to your subconscious, it only does what you say.
4. ' LUCID DREAMING '
Lucid dreaming is when a person becomes aware they're dreaming while dreaming. You can easily lucid dream by setting an intention. Set an intention and say to yourself that "tonight I will lucid dream". You can say it once or chant it like a mantra till you fall asleep.
Then when you realise you're dreaming, you can either create a portal with the intention of entering the void or ask someone to take you to the void.
5. ' YOGA NIDRA '
"Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep. It is a state of conscious Deep Sleep. In Meditation, you remain in the Waking state of consciousness, and gently focus the mind, while allowing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise and go on. However, in Yoga Nidra, you leave the Waking state, go past the Dreaming state, and go to Deep Sleep, yet remain awake."
You can use a Guided Meditation that I linked here. After using the video, Start focusing on your Affirmations. You can say "I am void", "I am" , "I am in the void", and try to ignore all the symptoms and persist through them. Then within minutes you will be in the void state.
YOU'LL KNOW YOU'RE IN THE VOID WHEN:
• You are not in your room anymore
• It's pitch black
• You get your desires the second you exit the void.
• The outer world no longer exists. You can’t hear, see, touch, feel, taste anything.
• LACK OF PERSISTENCE : Just because you failed to enter the void state twice or thrice, doesn't automatically declares that void isn't real or that you can't do it. That's silly asf. It's like you're sabotaging your dream life yourself. Also, stop counting how many times you've failed and from how many months you've been trying. Don’t measure your experience with time. You control everything so even the time you take to enter the void is based on your assumptions.
• ASSUMPTIONS : Stop thinking that void is this magical place which will grant your wishes. You're assuming it to be something out of you, when it's WITHIN YOU. Also, entering void is not hard at all. Why would it be hard to reach something which is within you? It will be hard, if you think so. Just start creating assumptions in your favour. Start thinking like you would if you were a master at void. It's just LOA 101. Use it in your favour!!
• OVERCOMPLICATE : I've seen everyone overcomplicate the void state. The void state is simple and easy. All you need to do is relax & affirm. You don’t need any subliminals, meditation or special hypnosis to get you there. The void isn’t an external state. It’s internal. It’s within you. The methods or techniques don’t get you into the void, you do!! You shouldn't be looking for new methods all the time, instead start working on your self concept. It will change everything, i promise you that.
Hey girl I love love love ur posts smmm like they helped me so so much. I’ve known about the void for around 4 months and I struggled at first because I realized I was so scared of the void and change and that resulted in me getting super lazy and attempting like one every 2 weeks but I got over that so anyways I’ve always wanted to wake up in the void so ur command ur subconscious post is my holy grail and I’ve been attempting it for a small amount of time but every time I do it I’m like “omg I’m 100% guaranteed no doubt abt it gonna enter tonight” (I use the konnies reality sub) anyways every time so far I end up waking up in the morning not really remembering falling asleep and it’s hard to put into words but I think I just fall asleep so fast that I don’t have time to do the command for ten minutes. Also I know this sucks and ur not supposed to like have a deadline but I have try outs for a sport next week and I’m super nervous and I have a breathing disorder so I can’t run at all well and that’s something I’m changing in the void so… Any tips?

I know right, I love that post sm myself :^). Ok Hun, since you wanna wake up in the void state , I'll advise you towards that. I'll know you like the " commanding subconscious" post , I'll start with that one , first.
Firstly, the sub is awake when we are sleepy and relaxed, basically before bed. Because our conscious mind can't interfere with our Manifestations.
Before bed :
Pro tip : You can still wake up in the void Affirming even after falling asleep while Doing it. You can affirm for 3 minutes, remember our last thoughts of the day our sub starts to work on. Your last thoughts should be waking up in the void state.
1. Become relaxed and centred.
2. Take some deep Breaths
3. When you are totally relaxed, start commanding your subconscious
You could say ,
- Subconscious I will wake up in the void state tonight .
- Subconscious wake me up in the void at 1am( if you want a timeframe or choose a time when you want it to happen , anything is possible).
- Subconscious I will wake up in the void state tonight .
But I'll share the methods to get in an hypnotic state of mind to plant suggestions .
- Roll your eyes upward
- Breath in and out 4 times
- Start to imagine Yourself , going down a stair case. And say to yourself with each step you going deeper. Once you in a trance state. Start giving yourself suggestions :
" Tonight I will wake up in the void state aware ", " I wake up in the void soon as I fall asleep aware " .
Eye fixation -
"For example, you can simply tell yourself you are feeling more relaxed and that your eyelids are feeling heavier, using your internal dialogue. You could imagine them closing and getting heavier during the straining process. You can imagine them closing and imagine how much more relaxed they’ll be when closed. A POWERFUL MEDITATION TECHNIQUE TO ENTER
Radiant One, this experience may dawn between two breaths
After breath comes in – that is, down – and just before turning out – that is, going up – The Beneficence. Be aware between these two points, and the happening. When your breath comes in, observe. For a single moment, there is no breathing – before it turns up, before it turns outward. One breath comes in; then there is a certain point and breathing stops. Then the breathing goes out. When the breath goes out, then again for a single moment, breathing stops. Then breathing comes in.

First, become aware of the breath coming in. Watch it. Forget everything, just watch breath coming in – the very passage.
When the breath touches your nostrils, feel it there. Then let the breath move in. Move with the breath fully consciously. When you are going down, down, down with the breath, do not miss the breath. Do not go ahead and do not follow behind, just go with it. Remember this: do not go ahead, do not follow it like a shadow; be simultaneous with it.
Breath and consciousness should become one. The breath goes in – you go in. Only then will it be possible to get the point which is between two breaths.
Be aware. When the breath is going in move with it, and when the breath is going out move with it. Do simply this: going in, going out, with the breath.
You will suddenly become aware that there is no breath, and the moment will come when you will feel that the breath is neither going out nor coming in. The breath has stopped completely. In that stopping, The Beneficence.
This one technique is enough for millions. The whole of Asia tried and lived with this technique for centuries. Tibet, China, Japan, Burma, Thailand, Ceylon – the whole of Asia except India has tried this technique. Only one technique and thousands and thousands have attained enlightenment through it.

Now start Focusing on your breath Be aware. When the breath is going in move with it, and when the breath is going out move with it. Do simply this: going in, going out, with the breath.

Whilst doing this you will notice that ur body is now completely numb , there r NO intrusive thoughts etc..and this is the time when u gotta affirm for void AND I KID YOU NOT U R GONNA ENTER THE VOID INSTANTLY , mark my words , INSTANTLY !
That's it ! This is the most easiest and yet the most powerful technique u can use to enter the void I SWEAR !! ♡
my experience with psych k
hi, i wanted to share my experience with psych k bc i personally belive it's helped a lot :)
so a few days ago i decided to try out psych k I watched the videos @chaisshitposts recommended and so i basically sat down on the edge of my bed, crossed one ankle over the other, and crossed the opposite hand with my other hand (it's hard to explain but you can see in the video) and then i set a timer for 3min and 30 seconds. I then put my tongue to the top of my mouth and breathed in and as i breathed out i whispered my affirmation. after the 3 mins were up i switched positions and did the same. I did 4 sets, the first 2 saying "i am the void" and the other 2 saying "i always enter the void state easily" after this i went to sleep and the next day i woke up i felt just completely relaxed and felt no resistance when thinking about the void. i really do recommend watching this vid

bc it explains everything and also when you do this you need to make sure you are really letting all your resistance and doubts out. just let everything go and let your thoughts be. (as the vid says)
anyway i think this has been really helpful overall and i recommend it! when i used to think about the void i had lots of doubts and resistance come to mind and it always stressed me out, and I'd try to push it away but it never helped and it all came to mind, espec when i was trying to do methods, and now that's all gone! i haven't attempted any methods after that but today i will and im pretty certain ill get in. 💗

you just stay still and affirm till you get into the void. DON'T MIND THE ITCHY FEELING, don't get tempted by it. it means you're close, don't move at all. instead, focus on affirming.
also, some people feel a lot of itchiness and tingling and some, really not much. so, even if you're not feeling tingly, KEEP AFFIRMING!
|•| my personal way to get into the void !
WARNING : this works really fast (yep, i'm dramatic) !!!!
1. have assumptions on the void which help me.
2. before going to sleep, i KNOW i'm gonna get into the void for sure because it's easy af.
3. lay down and focus on my breathing for a while and relax myself.
4. close my eyes and affirm 10-15 times, "i am in the void state".
5. visualize myself with my desires vividly and feel it real ONLY ONCE.
6. sleep and then i'll wake up there!
what to do after getting into the void?
affiirm for your desires or visualize or command your subconscious, you can do anything to manifest, whichever way you like! it totally depends on you.

so you're wondering why you're still not able to get into the void? if yes, then change your assumptions about the void. main reason why people struggle is because they've put the void onto a pedestal. YOU'RE THE GOD. it's you who has power, not the void state. stop treating it like something you need to achieve. assume you get into the void easily, and it's as easy as blinking. people have literally got into the void in their first attempt, why should it be hard when you know you're the one in control? if you're finding a way to get into the void easily, here's the secret to it. just assume you're a pro at entering the void. that's all you need to do. if you truly believe in this assumption, then i promise you, you'll get into the void just by your intention.
one more reason why people "fail" is because of their shitty self concept. there's a reason why blogs say to work on it. your conception of self moulds the world around you. once that is positive, nothing will stop you. okay answer me, if you're god, why would you struggle with void? i mean you can do literally anything, right? you're not struggling with the void state instead you're just overcomplicating the shit out of it. like all you gotta do is lay down, affirm for the void without moving, and then BAM! you're there. it's that easy. change your assumptions, please.
so you're a lazy bum. you don't want to work on your self concept, you don't want to do anything. IT'S OKAY! who said you need to work here? nope! not even move. self concept is so easy, literally. you just decide you have a good one and then persist. that's it! think and it's yours. imagination creates reality, get it? so now, you're lazy af but still want to try the void? sure! just decide you're gonna get into the void and sleep in the assumption that you're gonna wake up there! ok? i mean that's the easiest thing you can do. you just need to sleep and you'll get there. change your assumptions and make them into your favour. imagine yourself with all your desires. don't you want that? and the fact that you don't have to lift a single finger for that! isn't that amazing?

what do i get with the void? is there a limit?
you can manifest literally anything you want. if you can think of it, you can manifest it! no, there's no limit. you're the god. you're limitless!
what to do when i can't get into the void even after multiple attempts? i feel like giving up.
first of all, it's okay to feel like giving up. don't worry, that doesn't make you any less of a god! secondly, work on your self concept + change your thoughts about the void. i told this before, and i'll say this again. you're what makes the void easy/hard. it really does depend on your assumptions. like you're the god, why should it be any hard for you? and, if the void is tiring you, just leave it. there's tons of other methods which are effective + fast!
how do i focus?
my main advice to people who can't focus is try meditating before sleeping (it can be a guided one if you want). now again, meditation isn't important, it's just a way to calm your brain down and it really helps in focusing! also, just assume it away. you're having trouble focusing? assume you can focus efficiently!
how do i have the confidence i'll get into the void after a lot of failed attempts?
remember you're the god and you never fail. remind yourself how you have acknowledged your power and how you have changed your assumptions, so now, it'll be easy as hell for you.
what to do when i can't get past the feeling of floating?
okay, so don't focus on time, firstly. if you keep thinking, "oMg It'S bEeN 2 mInUtEs" then stop! time doesn't matter, okay? and then, KEEP AFFIRMING! or keep doing what you do, you're almost there, i promise you. main reason why you might be feeling "stuck" is because you assume you're stuck! stop. assuming. stuff. which. don't. favour. you.
what's the longest it should take?
depends on your assumptions. WHATEVER TIME YOU ASSUME IT'LL TAKE, IT WILL! that's why assume you get in there in 30 seconds.
do you need the void state to get your desires instantly?
NOO! you can do any method/do no method at all to get your desires overnight/instantly. the void isn't necessary for that. you can just affirm and wake up living your dream life. this method is one of the million ways to manifest! remember, at the end, you're the one in power!
when do we know we're doing it wrong?
YOU'RE NOT DOING IT WRONG. STOP ASSUMING THAT. STOP ACKNOWLEDGING THE UNFAVORABLE THINGS?!&@$_#
how to not fall asleep?
START EARLIER! and before going to bed, start thinking about how you're gonna enter the void. have thoughts like, "i am gonna get into the void tonight!!", " the void is so easy, let's get in tonight" i get how disappointed you might feel when you wake up after you fell asleep by mistake, but this will help, i promise!
how would i know i'm in the void?
1. you won't be in your room anymore.
2. your surrounding don't exist that's why everything around you would be pitch black.
3. you're not in your body.
4. you can't hear anything.

what to do when you feel floatiness/what if it goes away
nothing. keep affirming, it's okay if that happens, it really doesn't matter. focus on your affirming!
what should my assumptions be for the void?
1. the void is easy af for me.
2. it takes me ______ seconds to get into the void.
3. i am a pro at getting into the void.
4. i have the best self concept.
5. i get into the void just by commanding or intending.
why haven't i entered the void?
CHANGE. YOUR. DAMN. ASSUMPTIONS.
how to distract yourself when you feel strong urges to move?
start thinking about how your life would be with your desires! focus on that, and if it really gets out of hand, remind yourself THAT YOU'RE GONNA GET ALLLL YOUR DESIRES! be patient with yourself <3
is lucid dreaming void as well? can i manifest through it?
nope! lucid dreaming is way different than the void. the void is literally NOTHING. you're nothing. everything around you, it's nothing. pitch blackness. literal VOID. and yes, you can manifest through lucid dreaming. assume that you can and you will be able toto manifest through that and it'll be as instant as the void.

okay since we’re done with the juicy stuff, i wanna share my journey with the method : D
i found out about the i am state last year November. i overcomplicated it SO MUCH. looking back, i realize now that i was an idiot with full of limiting beliefs. anyway i was obsessed with it until december came and i didn’t really try AT ALL because i was lazy and everything also the 2nd half of december was spent with my family in the province. and i never get an alone and quiet time there so it was hard for me to even attempt to get in the void. AND THEN January came, my sister came home for almost the whole month and she stayed in my room so yall know what the means. anyway i really got serious with the void just last month. however, i kept on failing. but i didn’t cry, nor broke down, whenever i fail, i breathe deeply and remind myself that i can just try again and that i am god. that went on for a more than a month. just recently, i realized that i may have failed in getting into the void, but i never failed in manifesting. ive realized that the reason why i wasn’t being successful in the void is because i’ve been choosing to manifest the wrong thing, all these time i manifested failure. so one night, i decided to get my shit together and mentally slapped my face. i reminded myself that I AM GOD AND I AM CAPABLE OF ANYTHING. ive thought about all the things that i read about the void, that it is just within me and not out of reach. the void state is about simplicity and relaxation.
so i lay on my back with an assumption of getting into the void within 5 minutes of affirming, AND UNSURPRISINGLY, IT WORKED! i realized that i was in the void when i mentally checked the list on “am i really in the void” list. i cannot feel my body, check. it’s pitch black, check. i cannot hear anything, check. it felt surreal. when i was there, i almost wanna scold myself because i couldn’t believe how it took me so long to accomplish something so simple. but it all worked out in the end anyway so whatever. anyway i affirmed for all my desires and when i was done, i set an intention to go back and i did. and then i went straight to sleep, my body and mind were exhausted thats why. so when i woke up, i cried. for 30 minutes. i really wanna emphasize what i felt post the void bc i don't see a lot of people talking about this. i was so overwhelmed, there was a lot to take in since i manifested a lot of things at the same time lol (i really took advantage of the void lmao) anyway i just sat on my bed for a long time, looking around at my new room until someone knocked on my door. i opened it and it was my twin :,( NO BC IM getting emotional again HSHDJDH
anyways yeah thats pretty much it. everything happened a week ago. do you see how EASY it is? it was amazing. i got used to my new life so fast and im enjoying every second of it. it took me awhile to decide if im gonna post abt it or not but i thought that our community could use a little bit of… motivation? idk what to call it. i hope the story time wasn’t too long ^_^* idk how to make it short and still express what i wanna say. anyway i’m leaving for real now, never going back. this has always been my plan, drop my success story and leave. and now i’m finally doing it! anw i hope this somehow helped u in any way :) 🤍

Lucid dreaming is an extremely fascinating phenomenon that occurs when a person's becomes aware that they dreaming, while asleep. In a lucid dream the person can control the dream and it's narrative that is happening. Lucid dream allows you to enter the void state or shift instantly♡. This post will help you too gain knowledge on how to induce a lucid dream tonight! This post is full of methods and techniques used to induce lucid dreaming to enter the void state.
A lucid dream is a dream where a person become aware that they are dreaming while being in a dream like state. In a lucid dream, the dreamer has the ability to control the dream and it's contents and has fully awareness while doing that. Lucid dreams can vary in intensity, while others have simply partial awareness in a dream state. Lucid dreaming occurs most, while you are in Rapid eye movement ( Rem) stage of sleep. Rem sleep is associated with high consciousness and high awakenings of dreams. Dreams in Rem sleep are very vivid and memorable. Lucid dreaming can absolutely amazing and a unique experience.
✩ Keep a dream journal - it's good to maintain a dream journal to record your dreams after waking up. By doing this you will improve your dream recall and it will make it easier recognize dreams and lucidity.
✩ Reality checks - perform a reality check during the day to increase your awareness between your waking life and dreams. This practice can be carried over to your dreams and increases your chances of becoming lucid.
✩ How to do reality checks in lucid dreams ?
Pinching your nose trying to breathe :
Close your nostrils with your fingers and try to breathe through with your nose. In a lucid dream, you will be able to breathe with nostrils closed.
Counting fingers :
Look at you fingers, once aware in a dream. If you finger's appears to have a different number then you are lucid dreaming.
Text reading :
Look at a piece of text and then look away. In a dream , the text will become changeable and unreadable most likely.
✩ Mnemonic induction of Lucid dreams ( MILD ) - before falling asleep, repeat a phrase or affirmation to yourself, like " tonight I will lucid dream " and then visualise yourself entering a lucid dream while affirming.
✩ Reality testing in dreams - during dreaming periods , where you become aware that you are dreaming perform a reality check to check whether you are dreaming or not. Most used are attempting to pass through objects or trying to breath while holding your nose .
✧ Finger induced lucid dream ( FILD ) technique to lucid dream ( credits to Gorgeouslypink because she introduced it first) :
The finger induced Lucid dream technique is a variation of the wake induced Lucid dream ( WILD ) technique that involves using finger movements to induce a lucid dream.
Set an alarm to wake you up in REM sleep which 4 - 6 Hours after you sleep. This time is the best because of the increased rem sleep, which is the period most dream starts to occur.
When you wake up , go to bed immediately. Keep your entire body relaxed and then start gently tapping or pressing your fingers against each other as if you was playing the piano. The movements need to be subtle gentle. Fingers are recommended are the index and middle finger.
After performing the finger movements, you will start to feel a shift in your awareness. This where you will slip into a lucid dream. Pay attention to your surroundings around you and sensation's you feel that indicates that you may have entered a lucid dream.
Once aware that you are in a lucid dream take a moment to stabilize by engaging in all your senses. Do a reality to see if you are in a lucid dream.

The Setup:
1. Go to sleep. Its that simple.. No hypnosis or visualization required.
2. To perform this technique, you have to be extremely close to falling asleep. The best time is either in the middle of the night, or in the morning. However, using this technique in the morning can often cause shorter LDs.
3. If you want to try FILD during the night, you have to find some way to wake up. There are various methods.. Find one that works for you.
4. Once you wake up, the first thing that should be on your mind is the FILD technique. Immediately relax, and try to go back to sleep how you normally would. The goal here is to get to the point just before you fall back to sleep. Once you've reached this point, begin the FILD technique. If you fall back to sleep, dont worry... you can try again when you wake up.
The Technique:
1. Imagine for a second that you are playing a piano using your index and middle finger with one hand. Your fingers are side by side on two keys. Now, press your right finger down, leaving your left finger up. Next, press your left finger down, and lift your right finger back up. Repeat this up and down motion.
2. So you have the motion down? Try this: Imagine you are playing the piano again (using the same motion), but this time, press the keys so lightly that they don't go down. Give it a try on your computer keyboard - you should basically feel your muscles contract, but your fingers should hardly move.
3. You are almost there. All you have to do is use this finger movement when you wake up. Once you reach step 4 on the setup process, start moving your fingers. Focus on the movement. By directing your focus, you will fall asleep within seconds. Do not count your finger movements or talk to yourself in your head. Also, do not try to make yourself go to sleep.. that will only wake you up.
4. Once about 10 to 20 seconds have passed, take your other hand, and perform a nose RC. Simply pinch your nose and try to breath in. If you can, you are dreaming.
5. If you find that the RC doesn't work, don't worry.. you can try again. Just go to sleep normally, and try again when you wake up.
✧ Wake back to bed ( WBTB ) technique :
Set an alarm for a few hours before you normally get up because you'll most probably be in Rem sleep. When the alarm goes off stay awake for a short period of time, it can be anywhere too 10- 30 minutes and you can do anything during this time period. Then go back to bed with the intention of lucid dreaming. Focus on your intention to lucid dream and becoming aware within a Dream.
✧ SSILD (Senses Initiated Lucid dreaming)
The ssild method is a extremely effective dreaming technique that focuses on your senses ( sight , sounds , and touch) to induce a lucid dream.
Go to bed and set you alarm to wake you up in REM sleep which 90 minutes - 6 hours ahead. When you wake up, remain still , this will help facilitate the body to rest as if it's going back to sleep. Begin by closing your eyes, and start focusing on the darkness behind your eyes. Try to observe the imagery behind your eyes, don't strain , but gently observe. Afterwards shift your attention , focusing on what you can hear for 30 seconds - 60 seconds and pay attention to any sensory movements around you. Finally shift your attention to the feeling of touch, try to feel what's on your body like the weight of your blankets for about 20 - 40 seconds. Perform this in 2-4 cycles. Once you have done this, relax and do a reality check or go back to bed , you'll end up with a lucid dream.
✩ Visualization :
Once you realise you are in a Lucid dream, start to visualise the portal you want to create. Start to imagine/see it's appearance and where it will lead you. Try see it forming where you are in front of you and you can use it to enter the void state, by saying this portal will take me instantly to the void state.
✩ Intention setting to make a portal in a lucid dream :
Set a intention in your mind by repeating to your subconscious that you will wake up in a lucid dream and find a portal that will lead to your desired place. Repeat an statement like , " Tonight I will wake up in a lucid dream and find a portal to enter ( insert desired place)".
✩ Dream control technique :
Once you aware that you are dreaming, you can a dream control technique to make a portal. When you become aware in a dream try summoning a guide or dream character to create your portal.

What are dream characters?
Dream characters are the individuals that you encounter once you are dreaming. Dream characters can take on any form of being including people, animals and fictional characters.
How to interact with dream characters to help you enter the void :
Summoning - once you become aware that you are dreaming, you can instantly summon a dream character by expecting and intending for them to appear. You can imagine what character you want to meet and then you can summon them to appear in front of you.
Portals and doorways - you can use doorways or portals to take you straight to your dream character. You can visualize a portal leading to where your dream character resides. You can imagine saying " this portal will take me to my dream character".
How to use dream characters to enter the void state :
Once meeting a dream character start to engage in a conversation with them. Ask them to take you straight to the void state. It's simple like that and they will take you Instantly to the void state.

Lucid dreaming is one of the most extravagant things I’ve ever come across. It gave me the opportunity to look forward to every night of sleep.
Here’s the trick: set an alarm before you’re 3rd or 4th REM cycle: This usually around 3:30 and 5:30 AM if you fall asleep between 11-12.
Set a quiet alarm that is calm enough to barely wake you up so you’ll still be tired. Once you wake up and turn the alarm off, try to remain conscious but move your body as little as you can. This will trick your body to go back in to sleep mode. Eventually you’ll be like “hey wait a second, this is a dream” and that’s when it’s time to fly, drive a race car, smooch a model....whatever you want!
However I find myself to be limited by whatever “situation” I end up in. I usually can’t control where my dreams “location” or “setting” is but I am always in control on my body and I can fly, do the Kamehameha, or have super strength.

So i've been Lucid dreaming all my life and a friend asked me how i did it. At first it was just me realizing i was dreaming, but then i started using the WILD technique when i found out what lucid dreaming was (i used to think it was normal and just something that happened to everyone in their dreams). I started using my own methods to reach sleep paralysis faster. This method takes about 6-7 minutes. You start off at night before you go to sleep, you have to be at least a bit drowsy. You lay down with your body facing straight and try to have everything symmetrical (left leg in the exact opposite spot as your right ect.) and your palms are facing down. This might be uncomfortable at first, but that's a good thing. So in this method you focus on each limb one by one, causing them to fall asleep. I always start off with my left leg. You can just focus on it (eyes closed obviously) and you'll get the urge to move, DONT MOVE. Do this for 60 seconds, do your right leg, then left arm, right arm, then Depending on how alseep your body is you go to your head. You'll eventually get the feeling that you're just floating and you might feel like you're rotating then you can do your exit technique. The one i use is i just picture myself in a dream or picture my self at school and just go from there. Goodluck! Post your results! This has a good 1st try success rate!

" I just wanted to share a lucid dream technique that was given to me in a dream around 10 years ago. I cannot explain but this technique works everytime I do it.
You can do it just before sleep or after sleeping 4-6 hours. You will probably have way more success doing it after 4-6h. Or in a day before a nap.
**TECHNIQUE:** Just do a square breathing technique. But you have to visualize the lines forming in your mind. For example you choose 4 seconds for every line. You inhale and at the same time you see a formation of a line (you can count but with time you will just do it without counting), then you hold for 4 seconds, then you exhale and see a formation of another line, again you continue with another line until it forms a square. Repeat again and again. You will fall asleep very quikly with this technique. So there is a line formation for every inhale and exhale but there is a pause when you hold. PS: the duration of the line and the hold need to be the same duration.
Once you have LDs please seek the understanding of the nature of reality and try to understand how you form events. Having fun is great but in dreams you can grow in an inimaginable way. Once you understand how you mind forms in your dreams you will understand how you form events in this life. <3
EDIT: I forgot to mention how you become aware in a dream with this technique. So basically this makes your dreams very very weird and vivid! It makes it so weird that you just know "aha this is a dream". **(I guess it just enhances the awareness in a concentrated way**) But I suggest you practice reality checks, it is always useful. Often, when you fail with this technique is when you was too lazy to question the dream. But even when you fail you have crazy vivid dreams. "

I start counting,from 1 to whatever and every 5 numbers i become self-aware of the fact that i am counting , this lasts for 5 seconds at max,a quick random mindfulness and than i start counting again and repeat.You will eventually fall asleep and become lucid or you will become aware when you enter the dream, either directly(without losing awareness once ) or indirectly(losing awareness and regaining it again).
For me it takes counting up to 300.The point here is to let go of your consciousness so you may fall asleep and regain it again every 5(,10,20 you set the rule)numbers.It is easier than you think.If you tell yourself that you will become self-aware every 5 numbers than you will become aware.Its the ability of the brain to remember to do something once the condition is met.You can practice it in a form of meditation and see it for yourself that you will become aware once 5 numbers have passed.
What is important is increasing your consciousness every 5 numbers.I for example stare at the black space with my eyes closed , you may try mindfulness or other practices.
I have very low focus and a very overactive mind so i cant stay conscious all the time so letting consciousness go and reagining it is what did the trick for me.
Tip 1 : Now as someone else mentioned ,you should adjust the number as you see fit.If you go for 5 numbers you will have a lot more awareness but you might find it hard to fall asleep.If you go for 50 numbers you will likely lose awareness but it will help you fall asleep xD.So find the perfect balance.
ORRR since you are more likely to fall asleep in the bigger numbers you can do something like this :
From 0 to 200 regain your awareness every 50 numbers,from 200-400 every 20 numbers,from 400-500 every 10 or 5 numbers.
Tip 2: How to increase awareness : As i said you could become mindful/aware of your sorroundings/noise/breath/thought even.You need enough awareness to realise what is going on at the moment,are you counting?thinking? Etc
Tip 3 : When you count try to do it in a relaxed /gentle way because it will help you relax and fall asleep.So a number can take about 1-2 sec.Or Imagine an angelic voice counting for you :).Also count in your own language,its much easier for the brain that way.
Tip 4 : Well by counting you also reduce thoughts since a number is a thought in some way and personaly i cant have 2 thoughts at the same time.
Tip 5 : if you cant fall asleep
If you have been counting for about 30 minutes without moving a muscle and cant sleep,than i suggest you begin and visualise the dream world,imagine a scenario or recall your last dream and engage your senses one by one.Just do your best as gently as u can.Its very likely that you will not fall asleep until your brain has a dream ready.
Tip 6 : Personaly it works best on naps
