A POWERFUL MEDITATION TECHNIQUE TO ENTER
Radiant One, this experience may dawn between two breaths
After breath comes in – that is, down – and just before turning out – that is, going up – The Beneficence. Be aware between these two points, and the happening. When your breath comes in, observe. For a single moment, there is no breathing – before it turns up, before it turns outward. One breath comes in; then there is a certain point and breathing stops. Then the breathing goes out. When the breath goes out, then again for a single moment, breathing stops. Then breathing comes in.
Before the breath is turning in or turning out, there is a moment when you are not breathing. In that moment the happening is possible, because when you are not breathing you are not in the world. Understand this: when you are not breathing you are dead; you ARE still, but dead. But the moment is of such a short duration that you never observe it.
Each outgoing breath is a death and each new breath is a rebirth. Breath coming in is rebirth; breath going out is death. The outgoing breath is synonymous with death; the incoming breath is synonymous with life. So with each breath you are dying and being reborn. The gap between the two is of a very short duration, but keen, sincere observation and attention will make you feel the gap. If you can feel the gap, Then nothing else is needed. You are blessed, you have known; the thing has happened.
Try it. Suddenly you will get the point – and you can get it; it is already there. Nothing is to be added to you or to your structure, it is already there. Everything is already there except a certain awareness.
SO HOW TO DO THIS ?
First, become aware of the breath coming in. Watch it. Forget everything, just watch breath coming in – the very passage.
When the breath touches your nostrils, feel it there. Then let the breath move in. Move with the breath fully consciously. When you are going down, down, down with the breath, do not miss the breath. Do not go ahead and do not follow behind, just go with it. Remember this: do not go ahead, do not follow it like a shadow; be simultaneous with it.
Breath and consciousness should become one. The breath goes in – you go in. Only then will it be possible to get the point which is between two breaths.
Be aware. When the breath is going in move with it, and when the breath is going out move with it. Do simply this: going in, going out, with the breath.
You will suddenly become aware that there is no breath, and the moment will come when you will feel that the breath is neither going out nor coming in. The breath has stopped completely. In that stopping, The Beneficence.
This one technique is enough for millions. The whole of Asia tried and lived with this technique for centuries. Tibet, China, Japan, Burma, Thailand, Ceylon – the whole of Asia except India has tried this technique. Only one technique and thousands and thousands have attained enlightenment through it.

NOW , HOW YOU CAN USE THIS TO ENTER THE VOID :
Sit or Lay down in a comfortable position
Now start Focusing on your breath Be aware. When the breath is going in move with it, and when the breath is going out move with it. Do simply this: going in, going out, with the breath.
You will suddenly become aware that there is no breath, and the moment will come when you will feel that the breath is neither going out nor coming in. The breath has stopped completely.
Whilst doing this you will notice that ur body is now completely numb , there r NO intrusive thoughts etc..and this is the time when u gotta affirm for void AND I KID YOU NOT U R GONNA ENTER THE VOID INSTANTLY , mark my words , INSTANTLY !
That's it ! This is the most easiest and yet the most powerful technique u can use to enter the void I SWEAR !! ♡
So this morning (afternoon actually) i decided to tap into the void so I did the 61 points yoga nidra meditation with a subliminal. I didn’t really need the subliminal I was just using it cause my headphones are somewhat noise cancelling and my family was awake so I didn’t want to get distracted. But the meditation was really relaxing. At first I had some trouble staying focused but then I reminded myself why I was doing this and what I was doing it for. So it kept me motivated. After that i affirmed a little bit then I counted down from 100 and then I affirmed some more then I got bored of affirming so i started visualizing and then I got bored of that so I just decided to focus on the darkness behind my eyelids.
I never really took that advice from people when they said it helped cause I didn’t believe them but it actually worked. Out of everything else I did that was the one thing that sent me straight to the void. I think for the most part it was just letting go of that desperate feeling i always have when I try to enter. I always feel like I’m forcing myself to do it so I just let go and kind of forgot about what I was doing while still keeping that intention.
I was getting pretty anxious tho because of the time so I just got out but i did it again and it sent me straight to the void again. So now I know the secret to getting into the void is to just let go of that desperation and to stop forcing yourself, just let it happen. If you feel you’ve affirmed enough stop affirming, if you feel you’ve focused on your breathing enough, go back to your automatic breathing pattern STOP FORCING YOURSELF IT WILL GET YOU NOWHERE!!
and I know a lot of people stress about not being aware in the void and not affirming for your desires but stressing over that is exactly what’s going to make you forget tbh. When you let go of that desperation you let go of those other doubts too, those things that were stopping you from getting there in the first place. I feel like removing yourself from those thoughts is really effective in getting you what you want.
I will say it might help to have a list of things you want either written down or set in your mind because it will be a lot easier to remember what you’re going to affirm. When you’re in the void or even before you tap in completely you’re supposed to be super relaxed so it might be a little difficult to bring up those thoughts but because of how different the void is from the 3D it’s kind of hard to forget. Especially if you’ve been trying for a long time.
The void isn’t really something you question, you know for sure you’re in cause you can’t hear feel see taste or smell anything so it’s pretty identifiable. And because you’ve reminded yourself over and over that that’s what the void feels like, once you feel it you’re going to be like OHHH ok now i know to affirm for my desires. You’ve been training your brain to associate the void with your desires so of course once you recognize that you’re in you’re going to remember to affirm for your desires.
Also I don’t really like using the term void personally, but it’s what I learned it as. I feel like calling it the void just makes it sound so otherworldly and extraterrestrial and scary tbh. I think that’s what was holding me back as well, fear. I know that Neville Goddard refers to it as the I AM state which is a perfect name for it because it really is a state of just BEING like you’re not worried about anything else other than yourself and that’s the beauty of it. I would go on more cause there’s so much I can say but overall i hope you just let you go of that desperation so that you can finally push through and get everything you’ve been wanting because you deserve it.

What i mean is that the points i am about to tell y'all aren't some fancy stuff, it's just some simple rules and if you follow that there is no goddamn power in this world which can stop you from entering the void. Just do as i say and BOOM you are -

The problem
Before i start with the method i want to clear few things. These are the normal cause or the problems people face which leads them to the failure to void.
Y'all really think about it 24/7 that eventually you get to a point where you start doubting it .
Void isn't anything external it's within "YOU", it's "YOU". The void is simply pure consciousness where you are GOD that's why whatever you affirm, visualise or believe becomes true.
Another misconception is that you have to work on your self-concept or you have to assume that "void is easy" not at all honey you don't have to do all this, like why would you assume something which is already a fact.
The sky is blue it isn't green, purple or brown because it's a fact we don't have to assume it .
The sun rises from east because it's a fact.
We live on earth not on saturn or jupiter as it is a fact.
We are humans not animals or plant Do we have to assume this ?
Then why would you assume for the void, it's already a fact It is Easy. You don't have to assume it baby .
The solution
Now as we talked about the problems let's get to the solutions. Well to get into the void you only need one thing and that is "Peace of mind" yeah that's all and you can get it by following ways:
Step-1: Lay down and relax your body, imagine you are here for a body massage and they told you to relax .
Step-2: Now i would recommend you to listen to a meditation although it's not compulsory but to calm your mind it's the best thing you could do, it can be a guided meditation, frequency or some calming music. Personally i like to listen to this meditation ( do check out the comments for fun ) when you listen to it calm your fucking mind down if any thoughts come let it go and if you find it hard , just focus on your breathe.
Step-3: Do this meditation until you feel totally calm, when there are no thoughts in your mind start affirming 'I am void' and repeat it again and again make sure to only focus on affirmation . Within 2-3 min you will get the floating feeling but again don't focus on it (its still okay if you don't get symptoms, you will still get into the void).
Step-4: BOOM you are in the void yah it's that easy honey! Now affirm for your desires and there you go live your motherfucking life.
Step-5: Now as you know you have manifested all your desires either you can check them out or go to sleep ( i went to sleep as i am a lazy fucking ass lol! :)
How it really works?
I know it was easy af . Now it works because you listened to the mediation and it calmed your mind and that's all you need to enter the void once your mind is calm and you affirm for void your mind instantly got you and takes you to the void. Whereas on the normal days there are millions of thoughts going in your mind or maybe in the background which you don't realise and hence you never end up going there.
That's why i say you never need a good self-concept, persisting, living in the end or assuming to enter the void. Because void is your "GOD STATE" and do you think to enter your 'God state' you need to do any of these NAH! so now shut the fuck up and go do what i said and the next thing you'll have is your dream life bruhh!!!

" First a bit of context. I'm one of those guys who absolutely cannot fall asleep unless I'm actually tired. I can stay in bed for hours and never fall asleep. So maybe this method is going to work better for people like me. "
" Basically, you need to follow a typical sleep paralysis inducing method. You lay on your back, stay completely immobile until your body falls asleep, but keeping your mind awake. If you're like me, this method just won't work. I can lay still for more than an hour but nothing will happen. I'll just start to get more and more physically uncomfortable until I just quit the practice. And this is exactly what happened yesterday. I layed still for about 50 minutes until I was too unconfortable, so I decided I was going to quit. I also needed to go to the bathroom. "
" But then, as I had plenty of free time, I decided to immediately start practicing again (something that I never do). So I went back to bed, but this time, I decided to find a comfortable position that I could fall asleep, which in my case is on my side. And that's when the interesting stuff started to happen. I forgot to mention that I also did a big, pleasant stretch in bed before starting the practice again. And I think this was a pretty important step, as it made me feel much more relaxed and comfortable, and also released the tension I had built up in the previous 50 minutes of laying still on my back. " Then I just remained pleasantly on my side, with the body relaxed. I started to naturally get on a more expanded mental awareness state, like when you're in deep meditation. At one point, I got a slight roll over signal (that annoying feeling of having to move in bed). But it was surprisingly weak, so I could perfectly ignore it and remain still. In this state of physical relaxation and mental awareness, I started to focus on that hum you hear when it's completely silent. " TL,DR: Lay on your back for about 45-60 minutes while remaining completely still. You're probably going to feel progressively more uncomfortable. When you feel like you absolutely need to move to release the tension, get out of bed and walk for about 30 seconds. Maybe you need to go to the bathroom like me. It is important that you move as slowly as possible, as you don't want to lose the relaxation state. Then you go back to bed, do a big, pleasant stretching to release all that tension from being still (this step is important), and you find a comfortable position in which you could fall asleep. I suggest laying on your side, with your legs slightly bent. Then you focus on the humming sound of your ear, while remaining completely still. You keep focused on the hum until Boom, suddenly the sleep paralysis process will begin right out of nowhere."
So after 1 year and half of trying to enter I finally did it and I am so mad because it REALLY IS SOOOOO EASY and tbh if in this post you are looking for any sort of validation or info you smart ass already know then please REMEMBER THIS : entering the void is extremely easy. You just have to do it in a way that resonates with you.
Personally for me since I had adhd I couldn’t just stay still and affirm for 1 or even a few for 10 mins. Not just because I was lazy but because just repeating “I am in the void” for so long gets me tired and makes me think of the void more and you actually don’t want to think too deeep about it. I couldn’t wake 3 hours prior and then affirm or even have the patience to do the psych k, yes I was extremely lazy back then and unpresistent but one thing that helped me even backed then was THE ALPHA STATE MEDITATION !
You just have to find what works for you, find a method technique whatever you want to do that doesn’t seem like a chore. So In a post back then I found on @gorgeouslypink acc talking about doing the alpha sate meditation and I tried it back then and I felt really relaxed and it was a good feeling but like I said back then I was realllly lazy so after a few mins I stopped. Then many months later passed and I was still looking for anything and everything on the void. Then just like two days ago I came across another post which was pretty simple and the technique I used was called the DISTRACTED TECHNIQUE.
All there was to do was the usual you get into a comfortable position and then she said to use the alpha state meditation and used the one gorgeouslypink recommended. So I used it and then what she tell you to do is to just think of anything else just get distracted basically and this WAS SO GOOD 4 ME because back then I had adhd so it made it harder to concentrate on just affirming and so yeah I just thought of random things and then at some point where I was completely distracted I felt my body like lift up 😭 if that makes sense I just can’t clearly describe it. It felt really like a shift and I was like ‘panicking’ in a way but I wasn’t actually panicking I just kinda became aware what was going and then I got scared a little but I just relaxed shortly after. Also my fan that was making like a loud noises was coming in an out and then I only hear it in one ear and then I didn’t hear anything and I just stayed there wondering if I reached the void and i actually was!!! I didn’t feel my body it felt like I had no body at all and it was pitch black just like how I imagined the void to be. For a few minutes I just stayed there feeling the most surreal peace I have ever felt. I needed that peace fr 💀.
So then I affirmed for my desires all I said was “I have all my desired results from my subliminal playlist.” Then just to be extra sure I just said “I have everything I want.”
At that point I got really excited and then I wiggled my toes to get out because I was too dam happy I needed to see all my shit the moment I wake up and then I slowly started getting out and when I tell you I cried for like a good dam minute when I woke up and saw how DIFFERENT. My room looked. I literally screamed onto my pillow. I was so dam scare and yet excited to see how I looked.

Command Your Mind to Wake Up Method
Hi guys! In this post, I am going to outline a method that is compiled from my own experiences during my void state journey as well as other's experiences while I coached them. Anyone can do this and you can modify it to fit your needs.
1. Set an alarm to wake up in 5 hours, 30 minutes (I believe that this is the best time to wake up in order to get into the void state. It is normally recommended to set your alarm for 4-6 hours but I found from my experience that 6 hours was a complete enough sleep cycle for me so I would need lesser sleep for this method to work. I also realized that it takes me a while to fall asleep so 5 hours 30 minutes is perfect).
2. Upon hearing your alarm, get up and do something anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes (I've seen a lot of people say to try not moving in order to retain relaxation and be calmer to tap into the void easier but I feel like all that would do is help you go back to sleep. During this time, I would just go brush my teeth, pee, and then get back in bed but I've heard of people even reading Neville's book. You can do anything you want. Maybe don't start dancing to some heavy metal, but just anything relaxing. Personally, for me, if I stay awake for more than 10 minutes, I snap out of that trance like state you experience when you just wake up so figure out how it is for you and what you want to do).
3. Get back in bed and start affirming that you will wake up again as you fall asleep (Once you do this, you will start waking up again. I am pretty sure most of you have experienced sleep on a very important day when you really had to wake up or when you get up and off your alarm but then fall asleep and you know how your mind just wakes you up. That's what you're doing here basically).
4. When you consciously wake up again, try not to move your body and affirm for the void ( The reason that I recommend this method is because doing this it enables you tap into that mind awake, body asleep state. Your body is asleep because you were just sleeping but your mind is awake because we basically commanded it to wake up. I've noticed that this method is most beginner friendly because it's something most people have already done before and it makes it so easy to tap into that deep theta state without snapping out of it or just falling asleep. I've noticed affirming for the void at this point makes it incredibly easy to lucid dream, enter sleep paralysis, or in this case, enter the void state. If you accidentally end up in sleep paralysis, just affirm for the void).

Yoga Nidra (61 Point Meditation) is, in my opinion, the easiest way to enter the void. When we are doing the yoga nidra meditation, we are entering the alpha state, which is essentially the state where we are relaxed and focused, where we can shift, get in the void state, and manifest instantly.
Now, a lot of people are confused on how to enter the void through yoga nidra when they are using a guided meditation. Here’s what you should do:
After the meditation is over, don’t open your eyes (obviously) stay in the yoga nidra state and I advise you to add any binaural beats or subliminals of your choice. I personally add alpha waves. Then, when the sounds of your choice play, start affirming for the void state. You should be there instantly because of these reasons:
1. Yoga Nidra meditations are normally 20 minutes to an hour, and staying still for this long (in the shavansana position) will make the left side of your brain ‘turn off’ and you’re more accessible.
2. You’re in the alpha state which is the relaxed state of mind where you can manifest, shift and void instantly.
3. You’re half asleep half awake, and when you’re half asleep (hypnogogia) you’re subconscious is more accessible.
I recommend doing yoga nidra when you’re tired, but not tired where you’ll fall asleep instantly. The reason you’re also not getting into the void state is because you give up way too easily. Like what if you got in right after affirming that time? Persist!

Hiii my loves, today I would like to introduce you guys to a great time transposing method that was developed back in the 1980's to travel through different realities, but the fun part is we are gonna use it for the void state. It's super fun and easy method and hardly even spoke about in our community. The reason I want to share this method because I absolutely love methods that were developed in the 19's, the methods were practical and easy. The fun part is it takes about 10 minutes, ready to enter the void state? 🖤
The transposing method is taking your consciousness,and body at times to another place or the void state. You can do this while walking, sitting it laying down. There's no hazards attached to this method. You need no guide. You are control of every single thing. Do what you want with this method, you are unlimited. Transposing is like dreaming, but this is another dimensional experience all together. You will have no fears or beliefs, just command yourself to be in the void and you will.
1. Find a comfortable quiet place, where you can either lay on your back or side. You can even do this before bed or in the morning <3.
2. As you laying down, slow down and relax your body TOTALLY. To help, tell yourself " relax, relax , relax, ". Let go of everything and de - tense all muscle's.
A simple technique to do this goes like this : tighten all your muscles, hold it, release it all slowly and relax.
3. Remember you are not clearing out all your thoughts, but watching them come and go. Your thought process will naturally begin to slow down.
4. Begin to slow your body down. Don't strain yourself in this doing this. Don't push this breathing, keep it relaxed. Slow down your breathing, Taking less air, each time your breathe. Slowing your breathing will help relax your body and slow it's function. As your breathing slows, it will obtain a certain rhyme and you will begin to experience vibration because your body will start to synchronise. Among these experiences, you will ringing in your eyes, your body will start to tingle, these just symptoms that you avoid ignore because you body is starting to separate it's consciousness. You will feel a shift in vibrations and you will feel a wave come over you as you reach full body synchronisation. You will feel a detached feeling from your body or even a floating feeling. This is you and your body syncing together. They are ready to be directed by you and your place of choosing. You are pilot, the navigator giving your mind instructions to take you to your desired place. You can repeat the word " void , void' . And your mind will instantly take you there.
♡ Relaxation: Start by relaxing your mind and body. Find a comfortable, quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
♡ Breathing Control: Gradually slow down your breathing. Take deep, slow breaths, making sure not to strain or create tension.
♡ Body Synchronization: As you continue to slow your breath, your body will begin to synchronize. You might experience vibrations or sensations in your body, similar to ringing in your ears.
♡ High Vibration: Your body will reach a high-frequency vibration state, signifying the beginning of the transposing process.
♡ Transposing Phase: During this phase, you can guide your consciousness to any place or time you desire. Your mind will act as a navigator, and you provide clear instructions. Repeat " void , void, " and you'll be there Instantly.
Enjoy the Experience: Once you've arrived at your chosen reality, you can interact with it and enjoy the experience.

Rather than wasting your time thinking about how others are lucky to enter void at their first try, start affirming and PERSIST IN THEM, BELIEVE IN THEM!! BECAUSE SWEETHEART LISTEN— L I F E G O E S O N ! ! ! STOP WASTING YOUR LIFE LIKE THIS!! AND START WORKING YOUR ASS OFF. and by working, I do not mean to go and start taking action in real life, NO.
1. Make yourself a routine (which is what I'm doing for you right now but anyways). Listen to subliminals or listen to brown, white noise or litteralyyy any music (yes, you can also listen to your favourite song which calms you down). Just anything to calm you down, to relax you, to put you in a good mood.
2. Start AFFIRMING and do not let negative thoughts take over. (Once you start affirming, leave the old story behind because GURRLLL THAT'S NOT YOU ANYMORE!! ALWAYS PERSIST IN THE NEW STORY) You can either do a challenge (like 10k or 20k affirmations) or just affirm robotically for 10 minutes every hour. Saturate your subconscious mind with good and positive affirmations.
3. You can also do the self hypnosis thingy by konniesreality (it's optional)
4. Also, do any meditation or Yoga Nidra at anytime of the day you feel comfortable (It would be better if you do it right before entering void). In my opinion, yoga nidra feels much better (ALSO, DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN ENTER VOID WITH YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION? HEHE) It will clear your mind in minutes. It also relaxes your body. But everyone has different choices, so do whatever feels good for you because that's the major point.
5. At night, set the fucking intention and just go for it.( You can do any method which seems suitable for you) YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE!! TRY TO PUT SOME EFFORTS ONCE IN YOUR LIFE GOD'S SAKE. IT CAN IMPROVE YOUR LIFE OVERALL SO MUCH.
I'm rooting for you baby, I know you can do it. You just need a little hard push and that's what I'm here to do. So listen to your desires and most importantly, listen to yourself. You can do this!!
