Hey there , hun. There's plenty of ways to wake up in the void state. I do not want you to over consume info. I will share all the methods , I know of. You choose the ones , you like. Remember all methods work , if you know that you going to wake up in the void without a doubt. :-).

Let's get started,

Lullaby method :

โ€œA most effective way to embody a desire is to assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled and then, in a relaxed and drowsy state, repeat over and over again like a lullaby, any short phrase which implies fulfillment of your desire"

Before bed, when you feel drowsy or sleepy and you about to sleep.

Affirm for you desires as if they have already Manifested:

You can even say " void " until you feel asleep because your subconscious knows you want to wake up in the void state.

Eg," I will wake up in the void state tonight aware"

Sats :

( I had to define this again, but I've had explained this in my previous asks).

Define your objective( desire) : is to wake up in the void state.

Before bed , visualize a scene where you telling someone that you always wake up in the void , when you fall asleep. This implies your fulfilment of your desire. Or you can affirm , whichever way you want.

This post is split into 3 sections:

I. ๐ŸŒทโ™ก Why people "fail" at entering the void state โ™ก๐Ÿ”ฎ:

First of all, it is impossible to fail at the void state. If you didn't get into the void state it just means that you are choosing to be in the state of someone who hasn't entered the void, and you have the choice to change that.

The reason why people are "unable" enter the void state is because that is the state that they are in, they are in the state of always โ€œfailingโ€ at the void. Thatโ€™s their state, therefore that is what theyโ€™re going to see. Another thing that people do is that instead of taking the time to change their inner-self, they keep giving into the 3D and trying to change it.

Change comes from within. Imagination/consciousness/the 4D is what creates your reality. The 3D reflects the 4D. When you're looking at yourself in the mirror, you cannot change your reflection by changing the mirror, you have to change yourself. The same goes for the 3D and the 4D. You need to change yourself, you need to change the state you dwell in. Your state is your reality, and your dominant state is what reflects into the 3D.

Every time you accept that you yet again, โ€œfailed at the void state,โ€ and that the void is a โ€œhard thing to achieve,โ€ you are just inducing the fact that you haven't gotten into the void yet and you are struggling with it.

We know that our 4D = our real reality. So all you have to do is decide that in your 4D you have entered the void state a million times and that you have already manifested everything you want and bam, youโ€™re a master at the void state and you have all your desires.

Once this becomes your dwelled state, itโ€™s done. Youโ€™re a master at the void state.

II. ๐ŸŒทโ™ก Entering the state of being a master at the void โ™ก๐Ÿ”ฎ:

In order to shift into the state of being a master at the void state, all it takes is making the final decision that you already are someone who always gets into the void state instantly whenever you want.

You make that decision by affirming, visualizing, or simply just knowing that you are a master at the void state. After you do those things, you can move on with your day knowing that creation is finished, it is done, there's nothing else you need to do.

The term โ€œcreation is finishedโ€ in this situation implies that the moment you affirm, visualize, or simply just know that you are the master of the void state, thereโ€™s literally nothing else you need to do and you have officially shifted to the state of being a master of the void state.

Congratulations! Now you are officially a master at the void state, and all you have to do is continue to persist in that fact.

III. ๐ŸŒทโ™ก Maintaining/persisting in the state โ™ก๐Ÿ”ฎ:

Maintaining this state may be a little bit tricky at first, but once you continue to persist in it, it'll become easier and it will begin to feel more natural.

Itโ€™s all about how frequently you go back to the state. In order to go back to this state as frequently as you can, it all boils down to your persistence.

So for example: if you like to affirm, keep affirming that whenever you can that you are a master of the void state, if you like to visualize: keep visualizing yourself tapping into the void state instantly, if you just like to know: feel the content and satisfaction that it is done, you are the master at the void state right now! In your 4D, you should be living as someone who always enters the void state effortlessly whenever they want and has all of their desires. Any time you catch yourself falling out of the state of the wish-fulfilled, just simply remind yourself that it is done, and you are a master at the void state. Here are a few affirmations you can use that can help shift yourself into the state:

"It is done."

"I have everything I want."

"No matter what, I am a master at the void state."

"Getting into the void state is literally so easy for me."

"I love how getting into the void state is literally just a part of my daily routine."

Reminder: You are NOT doing these things to get what you want, you are doing it to remind yourself that you ALREADY HAVE what you want! You already are a person who is a master at the void state, so youโ€™re just reminding yourself that that is the truth. You are not trying to achieve anything, you are recognizing the fact that you already have achieved what you want, as you are embodying the person who already is a master at the void state and has all of their desires!

Today we will talk about how to enter sleep paralysis.

My personal experience of sleep paralysis.

I had an experience with sleep paralysis, but I entered it by accident, perhaps because I didn't get enough sleep. Many people say that it happens when you sleep on your back, but I had it constantly on my side.. Most often I experienced it in the morning. At first I didn't know that it was possible to fulfill my desires in this way, so I couldn't use it properly. But after that I managed to achieve small successes.

I remember how I accidentally found myself in a sleep paralysis and I remembered the emptiness. I began to assert emptiness and it was as if my eyes began to darken, but at the same time I felt that I was lying on the bed, and not flying somewhere. But then I got scared and stopped. And I also came out of paralysis, it usually doesn't take me long. The next day I again accidentally entered sleep paralysis and I again began to assert emptiness. But the symptoms were stronger, it felt like my body or mind was moving somewhere, my body seemed to be burning, it was so strange, my eyes also darkened. Then I decided to open my eyes for some reason and I saw my room again๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ So, sleep paralysis is the only method that brought me closer to emptiness the most.

How to enter sleep paralysis.

In fact, I don't have any technique of my own, I accidentally entered sleep paralysis (I often have a disrupted sleep schedule).

But I've heard that you need to wake up with an alarm after a certain time, stay still and just start confirming emptiness. Very important informationโ—๏ธ

The application cannot be turned off or exited, if you do this, the alarm will not work! You should have enough charging, you can also remove all the brightness so that less charge is spent. Make sure that your phone does not turn off after a certain time. So yes, this is a big minus in the app... The signal is very short for the call, about 5 seconds, maybe less. Therefore, the phone should be lying next to you so that you have time to hear the sound. Adjust the volume yourself, but I think the signal should be loud enough to have time to hear it.

That's all I can advise you at the moment. Today I will also try this method. Although it's hard for me to do it, since it's hard for me to fall asleep again after a little activity, especially on my back.

THE VOID STATE : AN EPIPHANY

* หš โœฐ โ€” WHAT IS THE VOID STATE?

The void state is the state of pure consciousness. It is commonly referred to as the 'I AM' state in Neville Goddardโ€™s work. "I am state" is a state in which you are a formless being. Time stops, and there's nothing but blackness around you. When you're in the void state, you're in a state of pure consciousness. You aren't in your body anymore. You're shapeless. Also, it's not scary at all. Instead it's very peaceful.

* หš โœฐ โ€” HOW TO ENTER THE VOID STATE?

Your faith is your fortune chapter 3: To accomplish this seemingly impossible feat, you take your attention away from your problem and place it upon just being. You say silently but feelingly, โ€œI AMโ€. Do not condition this awareness but continue declaring quietly, โ€œI AM โ€“ I AMโ€. Simply feel that you are faceless and formless and continue doing so until you feel yourself floating. This wonderful experience of rising and floating is the signal that you are absent from the body or problem and are now present with the lord; in this expanded state you are not conscious of anything but I AM โ€” I AM; you are only conscious of being.

STEP TO STEP :-

1. Find a comfortable position.

2. Relax by taking deep breaths. You can also do any breathing techniques you like.

3. Take you attention away from the 3D and just focus on affirming โ€œI AMโ€ or โ€œI AM PURE CONSCIOUSNESSโ€ or โ€œI AM IN THE VOID STATE.โ€

4. Persist till you experience floating feeling and the 3D fades away.

* หš โœฐ โ€” DIFFERENT METHODS TO ENTER THE VOID STATE

1. ' THE LULLABY METHOD '

Firstly, get into a drowsy, sleepy state. Not too awake, but not too sleepy. Like, when you can open your eyes but you don't want to. Then, affirm for your desires until you completely fall asleep, with your desires being the only thing on your mind.

2. ' SLEEP PARALYSIS '

Sleep paralysis is a quick and easy way to enter the void state. Sleep paralysis means when you cannot move your body AT ALL.

Don't worry, sleep paralysis is not scary at all. You won't see anything scary, untill you start thinking about something scary. Also, it's just hallucinations, nothing can you harm you. Always, remember you are in FULL control. You chose to give yourself sleep paralysis, and you can also come out of it if you want to! To get out of the sleep paralysis, simply wiggle your toes.

โ€ข Get into a comfortable position, and wait for your body to fall asleep, while keeping your mind awake. Do this by staying completely still and thinking of random things or counting numbers or daydreaming to keep your mind awake. Eventually, you will convince your body it is asleep.

โ€ข You can listen to a guided meditation to induce sleep paralysis.

โ€ข You can listen to a subliminal.

โ€ข Affirm "i have sleep paralysis" in a drowsy state, and you'll wake up with it (basically, the lullaby method)

โ€ข Simply set the intention that you'll get sleep paralysis.

3. ' COMMANDING YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS TO WAKE UP IN THE VOID STATE โ€™

You can command your subconscious to get in the void by simply stating โ€œsubconscious get me in the void quickly and easilyโ€ in a drowsy state. For this method to successfully work, stop knowledging the 3D. Stay committed to your subconscious, it only does what you say.

4. ' LUCID DREAMING '

Lucid dreaming is when a person becomes aware they're dreaming while dreaming. You can easily lucid dream by setting an intention. Set an intention and say to yourself that "tonight I will lucid dream". You can say it once or chant it like a mantra till you fall asleep.

Then when you realise you're dreaming, you can either create a portal with the intention of entering the void or ask someone to take you to the void.

5. ' YOGA NIDRA '

"Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep. It is a state of conscious Deep Sleep. In Meditation, you remain in the Waking state of consciousness, and gently focus the mind, while allowing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise and go on. However, in Yoga Nidra, you leave the Waking state, go past the Dreaming state, and go to Deep Sleep, yet remain awake."

You can use a Guided Meditation that I linked here. After using the video, Start focusing on your Affirmations. You can say "I am void", "I am" , "I am in the void", and try to ignore all the symptoms and persist through them. Then within minutes you will be in the void state.

โ€” HOW DO I KNOW I'M IN THE VOID?

YOU'LL KNOW YOU'RE IN THE VOID WHEN:

โ€ข You are not in your room anymore

โ€ข It's pitch black

โ€ข You get your desires the second you exit the void.

โ€ข The outer world no longer exists. You canโ€™t hear, see, touch, feel, taste anything.

WHY YOU FAIL TO ENTER THE VOID :โ€”

โ€ข LACK OF PERSISTENCE : Just because you failed to enter the void state twice or thrice, doesn't automatically declares that void isn't real or that you can't do it. That's silly asf. It's like you're sabotaging your dream life yourself. Also, stop counting how many times you've failed and from how many months you've been trying. Donโ€™t measure your experience with time. You control everything so even the time you take to enter the void is based on your assumptions.

โ€ข ASSUMPTIONS : Stop thinking that void is this magical place which will grant your wishes. You're assuming it to be something out of you, when it's WITHIN YOU. Also, entering void is not hard at all. Why would it be hard to reach something which is within you? It will be hard, if you think so. Just start creating assumptions in your favour. Start thinking like you would if you were a master at void. It's just LOA 101. Use it in your favour!!

โ€ข OVERCOMPLICATE : I've seen everyone overcomplicate the void state. The void state is simple and easy. All you need to do is relax & affirm. You donโ€™t need any subliminals, meditation or special hypnosis to get you there. The void isnโ€™t an external state. Itโ€™s internal. Itโ€™s within you. The methods or techniques donโ€™t get you into the void, you do!! You shouldn't be looking for new methods all the time, instead start working on your self concept. It will change everything, i promise you that.

void state routine โ™ก

I recently received a success from an anon of mine and the advice they gave was truly so good. They said that you should make a routine to tap into the void state and stick to it, like a gym routine. The more you do it, the better you get.

I got inspired by that ask to make this post. I get many asks from anons saying that theyโ€™ve tried โ€œeverythingโ€, still failed and now donโ€™t know what to do. If you feel similar, then this post is for you!

Itโ€™s going to be divided in two parts - a sort of template of a routine with which you can experiment with and add stuff you like, and a fixed routine Iโ€™ve made <3

THE TEMPLATE

Manifestation (optional)

Use the law of assumption to your advantage throughout the day. You can robotically affirm, you can script, you can visualise or you can just loop subliminals.

The reason this step is optional is because in my opinion the void state itself isnโ€™t manifestation, if that makes sense. Many people who have no idea about LOA have tapped into it simply by meditating. So, if you want, you can completely skip this part.

Relaxation

Relax yourself. You can use guided meditations or just do some breathing exercises. Just make your body as calm and relaxed as possible.

Tapping in

Put on a subliminal or any brain wave of your choice (either theta or delta). Now, you can just let go and let the sub or brain wave do all the work. Or, you can affirm. You can visualise. You can fall asleep and wake up in the void. The choice is yours!

Experiment with this template and customise it to your liking :)

THE FIXED ROUTINE

This is for my girlies who are completely new and have no idea where to begin, or the ones who feel lost. I went through many void successes submitted to both me and other bloggers and recommended the resources which were used in most of them <3

Manifestation

Listen to this sub playlist throughout the day whenever you get the time. You can also affirm and do other methods of manifestation if you want, but just listening to this is enough.

Relaxation

Do this meditation. If you want a shorter one, then this but I recommend the first one more because it has helped many people succeed. The second oneโ€™s still great.

Tapping in

Listen to this sub. You can listen to another one if you want but this oneโ€™s pretty popular and many have succeeded with it, you can check them out in the comments.

Now, start counting from 200 to 1. It doesnโ€™t matter if your mind wanders or you skip some numbers in between.

Once you get to 1, start affirming for the void (If you donโ€™t feel ready yet you can continue counting and getting relaxed).

In between, donโ€™t be afraid to let your mind run. This is inspired by this technique by @ghostfest and this post by @lavender--fairy. Let your mind wander, daydream about your dream life, make up scenarios (just donโ€™t get too invested in them that you forget about the void lol)

Just keep affirming and persisting and donโ€™t try to stay too focused. You can let your mid run if it wants to.

Void State Routine โ™ก

The void state:

The void state is essentially where youโ€™re pure consciousness. Itโ€™s a deep meditative state where you literally manifest instantly whatever you want in seconds, because us Gods donโ€™t wait. You wanna wake up in a billion dollar mansion? Well you will. You wanna wake up with Ariana Grande as your mom? You will. You want unlimited money in your bank account? You will. You wanna wake up with your SP (specific person) next to you? Say it with me, you will.

Hereโ€™s how to get in the state:

Meditate for 5-10 minutes beforehand (optional)

Sit or lay down in a comfortable position. Iโ€™ve seen so many blogs say you have to lay on your back, while it does help and get you there quicker in my opinion, you donโ€™t have to.

Sit or lay down in a comfy position and close your eyes and try not to move. If you itch, pretend you scratched it or just affirm you never itch because youโ€™re god and what you say goes no matter what.

Focus on your breath and start affirming โ€œI am pure consciousness. I am faceless and formless. Iโ€™m not attached to my body. Iโ€™m not attached to any reality. I give my consciousness permission to leave my body.โ€

After a couple minutes meaning 10 minutes or more, or if you really wanna get there quick, affirm you get there in less than 5 minutes, or command your subconscious to get you there in 5 minutes or less.

Youโ€™ll know youโ€™re there when you get a floating feeling. You feel tingles. You canโ€™t feel your body. Your fingers and toes feel numb. Your whole body feels numb. You canโ€™t feel your bed or chair. You canโ€™t hear or see anything. For example, if youโ€™re playing music in your headphones, you canโ€™t hear the music anymore.

When youโ€™re there, affirm you have all your desires, you have your dream life. When youโ€™re done, affirm youโ€™re out of the void until youโ€™re out. When youโ€™re out, youโ€™ll wake up and notice you have everything you desire.

according to the psych-k frequently asked questions, PSYCH-K, "is a proven and safe way to change subconscious beliefs that perpetuate old habits of thinking and behaving that you would like to change."^1 dumbing it down, you are using psych-k to tap into your subconscious and conscious simultaneously, rewiring your brain with a single affirmation. and while doing this, you may begin to have a rush of negative, limiting thoughts, but instead of pushing them away in frustration, you will invite them in. think of it like this... you are the teacher and your affirmation is a brand-new lecture. you're standing at the front of the room in front of many desks, all filled with 'students' aka your thoughts, emotions, etc. as you are 'lecturing' (repeating this affirmation over and over and over) the 'students' begin to disrupt you with hurtful words or overall trying to debate with your 'lecture'. how do you handle this? you continue to 'lecture', you can continue to listen to your 'students', and eventually, the 'students' will quiet down until there's complete silence and that's when your 'lecture' has started to implement its knowledge into your 'students'.

I'd also like to mention that if you're unsure of which side of your brain has more resistance to a new belief, set yourself a timer for 5 minutes and do psych-k with your left ankle crossed over your right and your left hand crossed over your right. after the timer goes off, switch your right ankle to cross over your left, and your right hand to cross over your left. a l s o, if you decide to have resistance against this method bc or any method in general (bc you're stubborn perhaps), take the time to do psych-k and affirm that all methods work for you, boom, fuckin' foolproof.

Aht aht aht. Incorrect. It did work, you just need to work on correcting your conscious thoughts and everything will fall into place. Previously said, psych-k works INSTANTLY. It will always work instantly because all those desires you're thinking about exist immediately in your imagination when you think about them It's your job as the creator to persist in your imagination, the world outside of you will eventually comform to your imagination. The main issue here is patience and not thinking in favor of the assumptions you wish to become true. Stop asking 'where is it?' when you've already got it in your mind, persist in your imagination and your outerworld will follow.

I used psych-k to affirm 'I manifest instantly'. Why didn't it work?

It did work, your subconscious heard everything you told it and it's working in favor of what you've told it, but it listens to e v e r y t h i n g you say. Stop telling it that you don't have what you want, you're undoing it's hardwork. Unless!!! You've decided to affirm and persist that regardless of everything you always have your desires OR you've decided to affirm that the more you doubt or think negatively or obsess about something the quicker it'll manifest in your outer world.

Just as mentioned in the answers above, you've already got it, your outerworld just needs to catch up. All you need to do now is continue to persist in this new assumption that you've got your dream life already. If you see something in the 3D that you don't like, simply stop yourself from finishing thoughts of the old story and repeat your new story. OR you can create the assumption that EVERYTHING works in your favor, no matter how negative or unfavorable it may be. Manifestation is easy, you can make whatever rules you want to make.

Why don't I feel any different after doing psych-k?

I don't know, you're an individual with different workings than other minds. It worked, yes, but you still need to persist in the assumptions you want to become true UNLESS you've whole heartedly decided that you don't need to persist in order to get what you want.

Babeee i finally figured out the void

Like i can't believe it it's freaking crazy

Okay so I've been trying to enter the void state like an idiot since june 2022 and failed over and over and over, but i keept telling myself that if i give up I'll never get in and if i do then I'll have my desired life and it doesn't matter when i do it as long as i do it. And today finally came the day.

Personality i was struggling with the end phase of entering, like i believed 100% and stayed still in a comfy position, felt my body go numb, constantly affirming that I'm in the void THAT LAST PART WAS MISTAKE NO.1 at least for me. Cuz i put so much pressure to constantly affirm that I wouldn't let my subconscious take control. So i changed things up.

This is how i entered

I got in a comfy position when i wasn't tired and put on a subliminal

I cleared my mind and decided not to react to any thoughts i might get

Started concentrating on my breathing (i wasn't taking deep breaths, i was breathing as i would right before i would fall asleep)

At one point I used your distraction technique and just affirmed once: "I'm in the void it's done" and let it completely go.

I kid you not 5 minutes later everything goes white, i almost couldn't hear the subliminal and i felt as if i was about to die, lights started flashing before my eyes, my heart was about to pop out of my chest from how fast and hard it was beating, everything was so dramatic like in a horror film, but i just focused on staying calm and relaxed and on my breathing and a few moments later it was pitch black and there was no sound it was amazing ๐Ÿ˜

Anyway the sub i used was: VOID [induce the void state / epsilon waves] by slade.
