Easy Method to Enter the Void (No Meditations, LOA, Subliminals, etc)

I consciously reached the void within 6 minutes of falling asleep (new record) easily via the Bob Monroe couch/recliner method I posted here before. I did it after no more than 3.5 hrs of WBTB. Unsurprisingly, this person also has the same experience of chilling in the void after WBTB and sleeping in a recliner. You can anywhere and do anything once you're in the void. I strongly recommend using this method.
A beanbag also seems to work as it molds itself to your position. If using a couch/recliner, it should ideally be at a 120-130 degree angle.
You need a pillow on your neck and back so your field of vision is forwards like waking life and not sideways or downwards like dream life. It's also worth noting Tibetan Buddhist monks (creators of dream yoga which is known as lucid dreaming in the mainstream) also slept sitting upright.
IME, I was snapped out of it because of external stimuli of which I suspect was cars I heard outside my usual reality. This is something I failed take into account because while sleeping while sitting upright with your eyes positioned forward does prevent key parts of the mind like the prefrontal complex from shutting down during physical sleep, you can get woken up by outside noise due to an awake conscious mind. This can be remedied easily with noise cancelling headphones or earplugs or maybe even sleeping pills. Haven't tried this with binaural beats and don't care enough to.
I also didn't experience sleep paralysis before reaching the void. Your experience may vary. Due to you basically forcing your body in a sort of in between, half awake, half sleep state, you may have an intense conscious sleep paralysis episode involving falling sensations, entity communication and etc. There's also a real chance of you falling asleep only to "wake up" by stepping out your recliner only to turn around and literally see your body sleeping. If you freak out, your astral body might get sucked back into your physical body and you'd be woken up.
This method is a free and easy way to induce an altered state of consciousness but by now you should really be aware of what can come with you hovering on the line between a waking state and a sleep state.

Hey angels, so today's post is about " how to turn off your left brain to enter the void state instantly" , when I say instantly I mean it. So, most of you know that the left brain is basically the conscious mind. When we turn our left brain off completely our subconscious is fully emerged ready to accept any suggestions we offer it. I realised that many of us struggle with limiting beliefs and doubts when entering the void or doing a method. Well, in this post you will learn how to make these limiting beliefs disappear Instantly and this is also a scientific method for your logical brain. Also, by turning of your left brain you will naturally go into a deep meditative state bypassing all the necessary work you need to do to reach deep consciousness. Ready to enter the void state ??
Firstly, let me say that this method is extremely easy and don't overcomplicate it. This is also very helpful, if you are trying to shift or manifest something instantly. When the left brain is turned off expect Manifestations in seconds...
(Optional) Setting an intention : before doing this method , you can set an intention like " I intend to enter the void state and be successful in it" or whatever you want, you may say this out loud or in your head. Now, i know some of us just go with the flow and there's nothing wrong with that. But before, have you ever considered making an intention beforehand that you are gonna enter the void state. Intention governs our brain into focusing on a specific task and make sure, we get it done.
Get into a comfortable position. You can either sleep on your back or lay on your side, anything works tbh. And there's no specific position that you need too lay in. Choose whatever makes you comfortable, love.
Keep your right brain awake! Guys, this is so easy istg. You can keep your right brain awake by :
- Listening to your fave song ( just like the zone out method by ghostfest), now tell me what's your fave song? Just pop into YouTube, play your fave song for about 15 minutes on loop. Don't blast it, play it like at a medium volume.
OR
- MAJOR TIP, you can imagine your desired scenario. If you're a daydreamer like me and can't stay still then doing this will most definitely help you. All you need do to is imagine something, ik some of us can't sleep without our romantic scenarios, so you can do that. Whatever you want to imagine , GO AHEAD!!
Stay still! Don't worry, you don't have to stay still for hours, but only for 15 minutes. By staying still, you are convincing your brain that you are sleeping. You only need 15 minutes :-). And when you're staying still, begin moving your eyes fairly rapidly in all directions - imagine you’re looking at the night sky and you’re trying to look at every star. If your eyes start to feel tired or hurt, slow down a little. You can do this with your eyes open or closed - up to you! You’re doing this to trick your body into thinking you’re in REM sleep. This also helps keep your mind awake. You can do this about 15 times.
In about 15 minutes, you will start feeling like you are floating. But, about 15-20 minutes you will start to feel like you're floating. Also, you may feel like your body is numb, twitching, etc. Now, don't get excited or move! It's just your body telling you that your left brain is completely shut off and your subconscious is awake.
Start affirming and you'll literally tap into the void state instantly. You can affirm " I'm in the void right now"and your subconscious will make that immediately to happen because our conscious mind is completely turned off and won't interfere with our Affirmations. And once you're in the void state, you can say your desired Affirmation ♡. Once exiting the void state, you will have what you affirmed for instantly.
What's the best time to do this method?
- Before bed and right after you wake up.

- Yesss!! It's really popular in the shifting community and helped a lot of people to shift and manifest their desires.
What happens if we move and does it ruin the process?
Honestly, nothing will happen. Start again and don't put pressure on yourself. It's only for 15 minutes. Remember, we do move in the night, but after that we tend to become still again. So, if you moved, don't panic because you can start again.
Does it really take 15 minutes for left brain to be shut off ?
Scientifically, yess.
Is moving the eyes necessary?
I'd say yess, if you want bypass going into Rem sleep and stuff. It's all about convincing your brain and this is perfect.
Can we listen to any music?
Yess!! Whatever song you like <33
Will we enter the void right after our left brain is asleep?
You will enter instantly because your conscious mind is asleep and your subconscious is super suggestible.
1. Set an intention that you will get into the void state ( optional).
2. Get into a comfortable position. Whatever position that makes you comfortable.
3. Keep your right brain awake! You can listen to your fave sings, or imagine any desired scenarios. You can do anything that relaxes you.
4. Stay still for about 15 - 20 minutes. When you staying still move your eyes either closed or open around in circles. By doing this, it will convince your brain that your in REM sleep. You can do this 10-15 times.
5. It takes 15 minutes for your body to be convinced that you're sleeping. You'll start feeling symptoms like floating, tingling, etc.
6. Start affirming for the void state and you'll get there almost instantly because your subconscious is full awake. Start affirming for your Manifestations.

OKAY OKAY GORGEOUS, I THINK YOU MIGHT HAVR LITERALLY CHANGED THE ENTIRE VOID GAME like NO JOKE!!!
Okay so in your how to Relax post, you talked about 61 points and yoga nidra. So I researched a lot about yoga nidra and it is literally the void state. From the second site you linked: “The delta state is a deep healing state. That’s where we’re trying to get through yoga nidra. In this state, the body and mind rest and the consciousness is awake.” We all know delta state=void state.
What really blew my mind is when I was researching it, so many people have been practicing it for so long. There's ppl talking about it on meditation subs, mindfulness subs, and there's even just yoga nidra subs. These people talk about entering it daily and how it easy it is. And I just realized because we know how we can literally change out lives with the void, we kinda doubt it but really it's just a meditative heads pace and not at all hard to get into.
Reminder: they don't know how powerful the void state is so they just enter in it to relax or affirm positive affirmations. Also, there's some fake yoga nidra stuff floating around which is more just body scan meditation but the actual traditional/authentic yoga nidra is the void state.
Anyways after a lot of researching, my faith in the void just skyrocketed and if all these people could enter the void literally daily, what was stopping me yk? So I listened to a 61 point guided meditation and I was soooo relaxed and I almost fell asleep ngl but I was like no girl, you gotta enter the void so I just affirmed and within like 5 minutes, I entered. I don't really know how long it took but it was like sooo short because I've spent like an hour affirming before so I would know. I manifested my df, db, and my sp and I'm just so so so happy. WHAT ARE STATES EXACTLY? ⌵
states are essentially the levels of consciousness that you experience. there is a state of joy, there is a state of abundance, there is a state of peace, there is a state of love, there are numerous states of consciousness that you can exist in.
basically who you’re BEING and identifying as.
remember you are not your state, you’re always jumping from one state to another, because you’re pure consciousness you get to experience everything you’re being conscious of right now.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY STATE? ⌵
you can switch your state by imagining what it's like to be in that state, or simply intend to. for example, if you wish to be in a state of abundance you need only start to imagine what your life would be like if you had the wealth and abundance that you desire. Imagine the things you would have, the places you would go, the things you would do, etc. (if you like to use visualization as a tool to switch your state)
it honestly depends on how you want to do it, many people use visualization, affirmations, scripting or by simply intending to. but in the end it’s about whatever fulfills you within because that’s the goal.
what you really have to do is not let the inner man ‘starve’ you need to take care of the inner man, and let the rest flow. you have to experience it in your imagination first (within) and simply move on. you don’t have to force or do anything else, unless it’s something that feels natural to you.
the moment you experience it within, it’s done - IT IS DONE! whenever you feel like you’ve slipped out of TSOTWF keep returning to it by using whatever technique you want. even with a simple “it’s done” you’ve returned back to it.
IS THERE AN SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF TIME I HAVE TO STAY IN THE STATE OF THE WISH FULFILLED? ⌵
not at all! it is quite a common myth that you need to spend time in a state to manifest your wishes. you can spend a few minutes feeling the feeling you want to feel, or you can spend all day in that state. time itself is unimportant, it's how you feel that has the power.
for example if you think about your desire 5 times throughout your day, fulfill yourself within those five times.
there is no prescribed time to be spent in a state. it's all about the feeling, about the frequency!
IS AFFIRMING 10K TIMES NECESSARY? ⌵
the number of affirmations themselves don't matter. what matters is how you feel as you repeat them. what most people do as a mistake is that they try to convince themselves of their affirmations. they try to force themselves to believe them. you must not do this. you must go beyond convincing, you must feel your desire as an accomplished fact, as something that is already true because it is!
DOUBTS ⌵
doubts are simply thoughts and emotions that oppose the state of your wish fulfilled. you shouldn’t acknowledge them and accept that it is normal and natural for them to arise while you are manifesting. don't get upset with yourself if you find yourself doubting your desire. just allow the doubts to be and move on. as long as your mind is fixed on your wish fulfilled, the doubts will have no power over you and you will find that they will weaken and weaken until there is only confidence and conviction in your mind.
it’s totally normal to have them, but do not focus on them and return to the state of the wish fulfilled.
I GOT NOTHING DESPITE OF BEING IN TSOTWF, WHY? ⌵
because if you truly were in the state of their wish fulfilled then it would be realised in the 3D. however, simply saying you are in a state and truly feeling it to be your reality as if it were already the case are completely different things. It is necessary to truly persist in the conviction of your wish being fulfilled and not give in to any doubts or fears. it is necessary to make the decision to commit one hundred percent with your whole being to the state of the wish fulfilled, regardless of what the 3D seems to be indicating otherwise.
WHAT IF THE OPPOSITE HAPPENS? ⌵
don't be frightened when the opposite appears in the 3D. this is your old state coming up. just persist in your new state of consciousness that assumes that the opposite in the 3D is not true and is just a trick of the mind and that you are living in the state of your wish fulfilled now. be patient as your new concept will eventually be reflected and mirrored back to you with the persistence of your state of consciousness in your new state. don't lose faith! persist in being who you want to be!
ARE TOOLS NECESSARY? ⌵
all the tools are only aids in helping you to sustain a state of mind. the only thing that truly matters is the state of your mind. i would say that if visuals, affirmations or any other tools help you to assume the state then there is no harm in using them. but it is quite possible for someone to assume their state without using any particular tools, simply by having a state of mind and holding it without losing faith. each person is different and some people may find it easier to focus using tools, and some people may not find tools helpful. in the end it’s whatever helps you sustain the state of the wish fulfilled!
WHAT IF I FEEL THE NEED TO CRY, WILL THAT RUIN MY MANIFESTATION? ⌵
not at all! it’s perfectly normal, and sometimes even very healthy, to cry. emotions are a part of the process of manifesting and should be embraced. you should acknowledge and accept these emotions. don't suppress how you are feeling. just let the tears flow without judging yourself for feeling this way. crying does not ruin your manifestation. crying is a natural human response and should be expressed just as any other emotion should be!
remember feelings ≠ emotions, you’re a limitless being in a human form. of course you’ll have your vulnerable moments! just don’t dwell in them, cry let it all out; and once you’re truly ready, go back to a neutral state/ the state of the wish fulfilled.
WHAT IF PEOPLE IN THE 3D ARE SAYING THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I’M MANIFESTING? ⌵
eiypo, they’re just reflecting your current state!
3D = 🪞 forever reflecting who you’re being/identifying as.
WHAT ABOUT DIVINE TIMING? ⌵

DO I HAVE TO IGNORE THE 3D? ⌵
when you assume a state of your wish fulfilled in your mind, you will essentially find that you will naturally be "ignoring the 3D" because you will be so focused and absorbed in your wish. as the feeling of the wish fulfilled is stronger than any outer circumstances, you will essentially be in a world of your own with your wish fulfilled, which means the 3D is essentially "ignored". for this reason i usually recommend techniques like visualising to help you get to that point. however, there is no need to specifically ignore it. this is not a requirement at all.

" But then, as I had plenty of free time, I decided to immediately start practicing again (something that I never do). So I went back to bed, but this time, I decided to find a comfortable position that I could fall asleep, which in my case is on my side. And that's when the interesting stuff started to happen. I forgot to mention that I also did a big, pleasant stretch in bed before starting the practice again. And I think this was a pretty important step, as it made me feel much more relaxed and comfortable, and also released the tension I had built up in the previous 50 minutes of laying still on my back. " Then I just remained pleasantly on my side, with the body relaxed. I started to naturally get on a more expanded mental awareness state, like when you're in deep meditation. At one point, I got a slight roll over signal (that annoying feeling of having to move in bed). But it was surprisingly weak, so I could perfectly ignore it and remain still. In this state of physical relaxation and mental awareness, I started to focus on that hum you hear when it's completely silent. Actually, this felt like a completely different hum from the usual one, but I'm not getting into detail because it's just too personal and abstract to explain. So I continued listening to this hum, until suddenly, about 25 minutes into the practice, it began. The Sleep paralysis kicked in, and it felt like a tremor in the whole body. The best part is that I was completely aware of the process. Finally, I managed to let my body fall asleep while my mind remained completely awake. I finally induced a Sleep paralysis. It took me around 1 hour 30 minutes of practice in total. "
" TL,DR: Lay on your back for about 45-60 minutes while remaining completely still. You're probably going to feel progressively more uncomfortable. When you feel like you absolutely need to move to release the tension, get out of bed and walk for about 30 seconds. Maybe you need to go to the bathroom like me. It is important that you move as slowly as possible, as you don't want to lose the relaxation state. Then you go back to bed, do a big, pleasant stretching to release all that tension from being still (this step is important), and you find a comfortable position in which you could fall asleep. I suggest laying on your side, with your legs slightly bent. Then you focus on the humming sound of your ear, while remaining completely still. You keep focused on the hum until Boom, suddenly the sleep paralysis process will begin right out of nowhere."

" But, since the void state is NOTHINGNESS it is not the symptoms. Many times people obsess over the symptoms they feel, whether they feel floaty, dizzy, or whatever else. This just leads to you being overly aware of your physical body and more than likely not entering the void. So, I personally ignore any symptoms and just continue to affirm until I’m in the void. Sometimes, I don’t even affirm, I just intend to go to the void and my awareness goes there. Let me tell you, it’s literally nothingness. It’s pitch black. You don’t feel or see anything, you just are. Literally, you’re just awareness. The first few times I entered the void state, I actually thought I had fallen asleep, only to realize I’d actually been there. So, you’ll know once you’re there; and you won’t have symptoms in the void. Remember, symptoms are just an indicator letting you know you’re correctly entering the void and a reminder to continue doing what you’re doing till you’re in the void state. Basically, when you’re in the void state, you’ll feel completely relaxed and at ease. Nothing will be in your way, you’re surrounded by pure nothingness. Just relax and affirm, your desires will manifest instantly in this state. "
" Before I knew about shifting and manifesting I used the void state for relaxation (of course, I didn’t know I was at that time). Now I use it for shifting and manifesting since it’s relaxing to me. I use theta waves personally to induce relaxation, I’ll link my favorite theta waves track, I use musi to listen to them and they are absolutely wonderful! " Before I enter the void state, I typically take my nightly meds and take a nice bath (or shower). I don’t do anything fancy during my bath, I just listen to music and get cleaned up, then I dry off and get into bed. Again, until I’m ready to enter the void state, I don’t really do anything meditation wise or really affirmation wise (other than my daily affirmations), I just relax. I really just take some me time, I’ll watch some tv, maybe read something or play some video games, maybe script for fun, and get myself to a point where I’m slightly sleepy. Once I’m ready to get into the void state, I turn my TV off and make sure my room is completely dark. "
" I use theta waves (linked below) and play them using earbuds to induce a relaxed state for myself. I’ll get into a comfortable position that I don’t need to move from and begin to affirm or visualize I’m in the void state. Personally, I don’t focus on my breath at all that’s always made me anxious. I find that causes me to hyper focus on my physical body, so I focus on my heartbeat and my affirmations. Personally, I do feel like I’m floating/weightless when I’m entering the void state, but I ignore any symptoms I feel as they cause me to hyper focus on my physical body, so I’ll continue to affirm. Eventually (usually very quickly) I’ll end up in the void, I won’t hear the theta waves I played, see anything else, or feel anything, I’m just awareness, so I’ll affirm it sometimes even visualize, then when im ready, I’ll affirm to come back to either my CR or my DR. I tend to make it pretty simple and easy, keeping the whole process relaxed fo myself! "
