Easy Method to Enter the Void (No Meditations, LOA, Subliminals, etc)

I consciously reached the void within 6 minutes of falling asleep (new record) easily via the Bob Monroe couch/recliner method I posted here before. I did it after no more than 3.5 hrs of WBTB. Unsurprisingly, this person also has the same experience of chilling in the void after WBTB and sleeping in a recliner. You can anywhere and do anything once you're in the void. I strongly recommend using this method.
A beanbag also seems to work as it molds itself to your position. If using a couch/recliner, it should ideally be at a 120-130 degree angle.
You need a pillow on your neck and back so your field of vision is forwards like waking life and not sideways or downwards like dream life. It's also worth noting Tibetan Buddhist monks (creators of dream yoga which is known as lucid dreaming in the mainstream) also slept sitting upright.
IME, I was snapped out of it because of external stimuli of which I suspect was cars I heard outside my usual reality. This is something I failed take into account because while sleeping while sitting upright with your eyes positioned forward does prevent key parts of the mind like the prefrontal complex from shutting down during physical sleep, you can get woken up by outside noise due to an awake conscious mind. This can be remedied easily with noise cancelling headphones or earplugs or maybe even sleeping pills. Haven't tried this with binaural beats and don't care enough to.
I also didn't experience sleep paralysis before reaching the void. Your experience may vary. Due to you basically forcing your body in a sort of in between, half awake, half sleep state, you may have an intense conscious sleep paralysis episode involving falling sensations, entity communication and etc. There's also a real chance of you falling asleep only to "wake up" by stepping out your recliner only to turn around and literally see your body sleeping. If you freak out, your astral body might get sucked back into your physical body and you'd be woken up.
This method is a free and easy way to induce an altered state of consciousness but by now you should really be aware of what can come with you hovering on the line between a waking state and a sleep state.
Since majority of the asks I get are about the void, I decided to create my void challenge. (Inspired by @lilacstate tysm love <;3)
This is for ya'll who struggle with the void
Your going to do this challenge for 3 nights/4 days, here are the steps:

Loop this overnight for 3 nights and during the day whenever your free as well!
On the 4th night enter the void following these steps (or whatever method you'd like)
Clear your mind with a meditation
Breathe in and out a few times
When your mind is completely clear
Affirm eg. "I am in the void"
Ignore symptoms
Bam! in the void <3

this method is slightly more "scientific" and it can help the more logical people to shift/get into the void state/manifest/experience the impossible. whatever information i provide in this method is proved by the CIA. i'll link the documents from the CIA too.

this method involves turning off the left side of your brain. the left side of your brain is more logical and can't take information or anything you tell yourself without analyzing it. which is why some people believe that shifting and manifesting isn't possible. your right side of the brain is responsible for creativity and imagination. people who use the right side of their brain more tend to believe in the impossible more. this can also be a reason why you're "not able to manifest" or have a hard time manifesting/shifting.
i've realized that a lot of people struggle to manifest simply because they are more in tune to the left side of their brain. this has nothing to do with beliefs, so don't worry. we use both halves of our brain equally and they both function. sometimes people are either more creative and imaginative and some are more logical and analytical. πππ ππ ππππ ππ π πππ πππ π ππππ ππ ππππ πππππ
please follow these steps thoroughly!
in order to turn off the left side of your brain, you must convince your body and mind that your body is asleep. the process of turning of the left side of your brain is extremely simple.
here is what you need to do : step one | make yourself comfortable and relaxed. i would recommended doing this before bed or just when you are tired. find a comfortable position and stay in that position without moving. it takes at least 15-20 minutes for the left side of your brain to turn off step two | do something to keep the right side of your brain awake. you can listen to music/subliminals, count, or think random thoughts but not really acknowledge them at the same time if that makes sense. try to keep the right side of your brain busy until the left side of your brain turns off. the left side of your brain gets bored easily so just continue engaging in not so exciting or interesting conversations or mental tasks (like counting) tip : if you have trouble staying awake, eat and apple before hand step three | after about 15-20 minutes you will start to feel like you're floating, but if you don't just keep doing what you're doing. you may feel a different symptom, but you will know once the left side of your brain is asleep. you may feel itchy or even tingly sensations. even if you don't feel any symptoms or you have different symptoms, just trust the process step four | once you turned off the left side of your brain, you can manifest, reality shift, get into the void, lucid dream, astral project, etc.

please just persist smh. just do the method without trying to over consume information. i keep saying the same things over and over again and i keep getting flooded with asks about how to do something when i've already yk explained how to. i have posts on my masterlist that can help you. please try to read through them and understand. please stop over consuming information and constantly listening to everyone else. do what is right for you and stop being so impatient. things are working in your favor. i promise.

Let's go back to the basics >.<
This wonderful experience of rising and floating is the signal that you are absent from the body or problem and are now present with the Lord; in this expanded state you are not conscious of being anything but I AM β I AM; you are only conscious of being.
When this expansion of consciousness is attained, within this formless deep of yourself, give form to the new conception by claiming and feeling yourself to be that which you, before you entered into this state, desired to be. You will find that within this formless deep of yourself all things appear to be divinely possible. Anything that you sincerely feel yourself to be while in this expanded state becomes, in time, your natural expression.β
In order to reach this state :
You need to relax physically and mentally. I can recommend reading @heliosoll ways to relax your body
When you feel physically and mentally relaxed. Start to imagine yourself floating into abyss of blackness that's a safe place for you. Where there is no longer a 3D, where you aren't yourself or your body. There's no past , but only the present. By doing this ,You are distancing yourself from the current circumstances.
Declare words quietly " I am" or " I am void " until you feel yourself floating that's when your consciousness is expanded to higher form of mind and you are reaching the " I am state ". Continue to declare these words until you reach the void state . Do not pay attention to the symptoms therefore being just indicators that you are entering.

~How to Enter the Void Overnight Tonight~
This post is mine, but I had a lot of help from and is inspired by @gorgeouslypink
I want to start by sharing my story. I entered the void and sent my story to pink which caused an influx of people reaching out to me. I did not respond to anyone but I felt bad and I think I discovered more about why I acctually manifested so I am making this post.
So who is Wonyoung?
I think most of this community knows who she is but she is a kpop idol in the kpop group IVE. The reason that this challenge is named after her is because of her confidence and extremely strong mindset that is important to have for this challenge to work.
Just to give you an example, many people are very jealous of Wonyoung and so she has many haters. One of the things they did was make fun of her for having weak vocals and accused her and her group of always lipsyncing and the hate was so bad. However, Wonyoung has a very strong mindset and this comeback, they came back with a very vocally challenging song and have been singing and performing it live so well that the haters just shut up. That's the kind of mindset you need. Ignore the bs of the 3d, know your worth, and watch it reflect it in the 4d. Strong mindset is super key in this challenge!!!!
Now to explain the challenge. So gorgeouslypink had posted about SATS and that got me thinking about how I entered the void. The night before I enter the void, I told myself I always enter the void the void is so easy and I kept saying it and saying it until I honestly felt like it. I really tapped into the feeling and I just felt it to be so real to the point i did not feel worried anymore. It was almost like i was saying the sky is blue. It is a bit hard to explain but I just really felt like it and I fell asleep. I did things like meditations and stuff too but I think this is what really made it click, falling asleep in the feeling of the wish fufilled.
After seeing that SATS post, I began wondering if I had did a variation of SATS that got me my desire? I did some research and I realized that every overnight manifestation success story I come across had similar story.
Here are some examples:
You can even do it yourself. Go search up everyone who has woken up in the void from just one day of trying or just manifesting anything in general overnight in one day.
The key?
FALL ASLEEP IN THE FEELING OF WHAT YOU HAVE IS YOURS. REPITION UNTIL IT FEELS REAL.
This is the underlying key of SATS as well and I guess visualizing would have been great for a boomer like Neville but most of us struggle with visualizing so don't worry about it. Affirming works fine.
Know that you are God and you can change your life right now even. Get into bed tonight and do something to repeat that tyou have your desire, affirming, vaulting, visaluazing, whatever works for you. Keep doing it over and over until you really feel it, like you are motivated yourself. Be like wonyoung, screw the 3d, have a strong mindset and know you create your reality. Then go to sleep and you will get your desire. That's how easy it is.
For states girls, you can see this as tapping into the state of what thought want. For other people, you're just acknowledging your power as God and the 3d has no choice but to confirm because you have a strong mindset like Wonyoung and everything always works out for you.
That's how easy it is and you can do it tonight. I had my success with this method and everyone who manifested overnight did too. What really helped me was bring motivated by Wonyoung and how mentally strong she is. So stop wasting time, be like Wonyoung and enter tonight!
OVER SIMPLIFYING SATS
I'm gonna explain SATS in my way,not gonna get too much into details if you want to know in details there are bloggers who already have it. I will tell you how I understand SATS with all the questions I had when I first tried SATS from my experience.
β’So what is SATs?
State Akin To Sleep also SATS is simply a relax state that we get in when are in a drowsy state and we get in SATS 2 times a day when we fall asleep and when we wake up.
β’What to do in SATS?
Visualise a scene and loop that scene until it feels real.
β’How do I feel it real?
When we visualise we are experiencing it in the 4d and as we all know 4d=3d,so KNOW that you're experiencing it.
β’How do I get in the drowsy state?
Lay down in a comfortable position but not comfortable enough to make you fall asleep and count from 100-1.
β’ What's 3d and 4d?
3d is the external world,which reflects what we imagine in the 4d.
4d is the interal world,also known as imagination and imagination is the true reality.(not gonna get too detailed as I said if you have any doubt and want me to make a blog on this do comments or you can find other bloggers who are better at explain)
How I do SATS?
β’ Get in a comfortable position to relax or do yoga nidra, until I get in a very relax drowsy state.
β’ Create a 3-5 second scene and loop it and feel it real.
β’ Once I feel the wish fulfilled I stop right there or sleep with the feeling of wish fulfilled.
That's it!!
Here a scene for wish granting object you won't even need void anymore but I know y'all will use the granter for voidπ(β Β Ν‘β Β°β Β Νβ Κβ Β Ν‘β Β°β )
So you are going to sleep but your eyes went to the a pendant near your pillow(or charm or any small object or accessories) and you wore it as you close your eyes and you can ask for something (anything food/clothes) to appear in front of you for validation π and you see the thing in front of you.

For anyone doing @rosellesworkshop's silva challenge, I've edited the original audio to be a smooth guided meditation without the unnecessary fluff cos it was annoying and isn't helpful for the purposes of relaxation & affirming.
1. Removed his speech on:
the best time/amount to practice
how to come out of any level of mind (not the ending where he counts you back up)
how to deepen your mind with count down
how geniuses use their mind
his own affirmations
2. Changes made:
replaced his affirmations with the repetitive beat for your own affirmations (lasts 8mins 10 secs though it feels a lot longer...)
soft fade out of beats and fade in when he counts you back after your affirmations so it's not startling
Start your own affirmations after he says "the following are beneficial statements which you may occasionally repeat while at this level of the mind"
Version 1: Regular edit - no alpha waves
Version 2: Added alpha waves to the beats section during affirmations

Angel I hope I'm not bothering you with this, it's just some help to some anons.
THIS IS A QUICK GUIDE ON HOW TO ENTER THE VOID STATE IF YOU ARE LOST.
entering the void state is easy.
1. get into a comfortable position and relax.
2. DON'T MOVE! THE BIG MISTAKE IS MOVING. you want your brain to think you have fallen asleep, so it shuts down your body. Creating the symptom of floating.
3. Focus only on your affirmations, don't focus on the 3d or your body. Only on your affirmations.
Do a quick meditation before if you have trouble concentrating. And no, you don't have to use youtube guided meditations, just breathe in for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 7, and release after 8 seconds. Repeat and adjust until you feel yourself relax.
4. The time it takes you to reach the void is strictly based on your assumption. Void isn't above you, it is within you and you have to understand it. If you put it on a pedestal, always check the symptoms and assume it will take a long time, then it will take a long time. time. If you assume it's the easiest thing in the world (which it is), then it will take a long time.

5. CONGRATULATIONS ON GETTING IT DONE.
Remember that you don't have to say all the things you want. what you want. A general statement like "I have everything I want" works like magic. The void state is INSTANT because you are literally a pure consciousness. You are basically god at that point.
Just assume it's easy and it will be easier than it already is. You're legit, you're just standing still and affirming, how hard can it be?
