this method involves turning off the left side of your brain. the left side of your brain is more logical and can't take information or anything you tell yourself without analyzing it. which is why some people believe that shifting and manifesting isn't possible. your right side of the brain is responsible for creativity and imagination. people who use the right side of their brain more tend to believe in the impossible more. this can also be a reason why you're "not able to manifest" or have a hard time manifesting/shifting.

please follow these steps thoroughly!
in order to turn off the left side of your brain, you must convince your body and mind that your body is asleep. the process of turning of the left side of your brain is extremely simple.
here is what you need to do : step one | make yourself comfortable and relaxed. i would recommended doing this before bed or just when you are tired. find a comfortable position and stay in that position without moving. it takes at least 15-20 minutes for the left side of your brain to turn off step two | do something to keep the right side of your brain awake. you can listen to music/subliminals, count, or think random thoughts but not really acknowledge them at the same time if that makes sense. try to keep the right side of your brain busy until the left side of your brain turns off. the left side of your brain gets bored easily so just continue engaging in not so exciting or interesting conversations or mental tasks (like counting) tip : if you have trouble staying awake, eat and apple before hand step three | after about 15-20 minutes you will start to feel like you're floating, but if you don't just keep doing what you're doing. you may feel a different symptom, but you will know once the left side of your brain is asleep. you may feel itchy or even tingly sensations. even if you don't feel any symptoms or you have different symptoms, just trust the process step four | once you turned off the left side of your brain, you can manifest, reality shift, get into the void, lucid dream, astral project, etc.

First, I want to talk about what exactly manifestation is. A lot of people who first get into manifestation believe that itโs some sort of magic or outward thing that requires you to take x amount of steps to be worthy of something external from you to make this happen. This isnโt true. Manifestation is your natural ability to shift your consciousness to the reality that matches your assumptions and state. Shifting is easy and natural. You shift every time you make a decision, no matter how small. You do not notice your shifts because they are so minimal that the realities you shift to are nearly identical to the previous one, except for the small detail you changed. You are the source of your manifestations, not anything external. Your inner man (the spiritual you that is the root of your consciousness) is the source of your manifestation abilities. Every single person has the ability to manifest, and no one is better at manifesting than anyone else. Some people just know how to manifest and use it to their advantage. Iโm here to teach you how.
Manifestation is most often referred to in relation to getting things, such as getting rich, getting your dream home, getting healthy, getting that dream job, or even getting the person you love to love you back. However, at its core, manifestation is about being the person who has everything you want. Itโs about fulfilling all your desires internally and allowing that to be the source from which you see the world around you. If you want to manifest love, your goal is to become the person who is loved. You do this internally. You never need to take any action. You donโt have to say affirmations, write scripts, do spells, or even go out and take any kind of action toward your goals. However, as Iโm sure a lot of you know (if you are already familiar with the law of assumption), manifestation is a very personal journey and everyone has their own beliefs and preferred methods to manifest their desires. The most important aspect of manifestation, which should be the basis from which everyone builds upon their own personal journey and methods is belief.
The only thing you need to do in order to manifest anything is to believe. You need to believe that what you desire is yours and that itโs possible for you to obtain or achieve it. Once you believe, then you are able to get into the state of the wish fulfilled, in which you feel as though your manifestation is already yours. The point is not to feel delusional or to trick yourself, but to use your imagination to experience your manifestation internally. Fulfilling your desire internally is the cause that allows your desire to be made manifest in the physical external reality.
To truly feel fulfilled, you will not be worried about how it will come, or how you will deal with it when it is yours. I know itโs hard not to think about it or ruminate on it, but by focusing on the what-ifs you are contradicting the state of it already being done. If it was already yours, you wouldnโt be wondering what if, because you would already be experiencing it. You would already know what would happen because youโve already experienced it. Relax into the wish fulfilled and keep the faith that everything will happen in the best way possible for you. If you feel this way even for a moment and then distract yourself from the topic, then you will have made a significant difference in your state and manifested wonderful things.

So, you were able to achieve your desired state, but now youโve returned your attention to the physical world and found countless contradictions to your manifestation. This is a common issue when you first start to consciously be aware of the states you occupy. Itโs not only about reaching the state but also about persisting in the desired state against all odds.
I have gotten so many questions where people mention reaching their desired state, but then something undesirable happens in their 3D and everything begins to go wrong. This is because they allowed the 3D undesirable circumstance to determine their state. They allowed the negative feelings around the circumstance to decide the state they occupied and it persisted throughout the day, which is the reason why more and more negative things continued to show up in their 3D. This is normal. Every single person allows the 3D to influence their state because the 3D seems more real than the 4D. However, consciousness is the only reality, the 4D shapes the 3D, so in reality, imagination is more real than the 3D. You are simply only ever reacting to a reflection. The most important thing to do in this kind of situation is to return to the state of the wish fulfilled. Deny anything you see in the 3D that does not completely align with your desired state. By denying it and focusing only on your wish fulfilled, you will be able to persist in your desired state and avoid the cycle of the 3D controlling your state.
I hope you realize by now that the reason your undesirable circumstances persist is that you allow your 3D to continually determine your state. Itโs a constant cycle of allowing what you see to be the ultimate truth, rather than allowing your imagination to take the reigns and bring about desired change in your life. This is why itโs so important to be aware of your state and focus on not letting the 3D world determine your state. You should only ever allow imagination and the 4D to affect your state. If you find yourself slipping, return to the desired state and then persist. Deny the undesirable and persist in the desirable.

As long as you believe in your desires, then everything will fall into place. No one else can tell you anything about your own reality. Itโs your choice to believe what others say about you. And remember, if you change your conception of self, others will always reflect that back to you.

You wouldnโt be worried about anything because itโs already yours. However, itโs normal and natural to feel this way. We are not asking you to never feel desire, thatโs never the point. The point is to always make it a habit to fulfill your desires as they come up. As long as you keep returning to the state of already having your desire, then youโre doing well. Donโt get worried or stressed over not being in the state 24/7. Itโs not important. We are not perfect beings and our minds wander and we lose track sometimes. Whatโs important is that we keep going back to the wish fulfilled and persisting.

Doubt is normal. Everyone has to deal with doubts, especially when first starting out on their manifestation journeys. Just remember that it's always okay to have doubts. Everyone doubts at some point. I focus on building belief and finding constructive ways to deal with my doubt when I encounter this roadblock. This could be saying an affirmation, such as "it's already mine, so I don't need to doubt" or "I experienced it, therefore it's already mine." You could also distract yourself from the topic and return to it when you feel better or use emotional regulation techniques to relax your mind and return to the state of the wish fulfilled (such as any form of meditation). Doubting is a part of being human!

You need to give yourself space and time. Manifestation should never be stressful, it should be freeing. Were you placing too much weight on your physical circumstances? Itโs important to do this so you know what it is you need to do differently this time around.

Thatโs not an emotion, right? Itโs a feeling. So, you can be sad, angry, depressed, anxious, etc. and still be in the wish fulfilled.

No, intrusive thoughts never manifest. Think about this, assumptions are things you believe. There is an intention behind your beliefs, but intrusive thoughts are not based on your true beliefs, intentions, or desires. Theyโre just thoughts. Your thoughts are not what manifests, contrary to popular belief. Your state creates your thoughts which is why people consider their thoughts to be the source of their success, but itโs not. So donโt worry about your intrusive thoughts manifesting, because they wonโt.

Most people have this obstacle to overcome. It seems so simple to manifest a few dollars, a free coffee, or even a new phone. But when it comes to manifesting things like romantic partners (especially a celebrity SP), wealth, fame, physical changes, or even moving out of difficult circumstances, it seems impossible. Not to mention the fact that your successes seem so small in comparison to your deeper desires. What you should do in this case is work on your self-concept along with your beliefs about manifestation in general. Basically, remove your desires from the pedestal. When we say to remove your desires from the pedestal, we mean to stop giving them so much weight. Stop making your desires so difficult for you to achieve. Stop thinking of your SP as difficult to get. Stop thinking of money as anything other than a number on a website, or paper. Focus on de-mystifying your desires, so you can make them smaller than you. Remember that you are god and god can have anything. You are god living a human experience. Your purpose is to create a life that is fulfilling to you. Your desires are your roadmap for what you must create with your infinite imagination. Make yourself bigger than your desires, so that you always feel good enough for them, no matter how โbigโ they are. That is the way to circumvent this issue.

When stuck in the victim mentality or insecurity loop, it really makes you realize how important working on your self-concept and self-love is. Build up the belief that you are the god of your reality. Since that is true, no one is above you, and nothing is too good for you. You are the only one that can manifest in your reality. Nothing can happen in your reality without you allowing it to happen. Your beliefs about yourself and your reality are what determine your reality and your experience. Nothing anyone else can tell you will have any weight unless you allow them to. You are good enough to be a millionaire, you are good enough to be a K-pop idol, you are good enough to date your celebrity crush, and you are good enough to be a famous actress or singer. You are good enough. Because you are the only power in your reality. You make the decisions.

First, your thoughts donโt manifest. People often like to say that your thoughts determine your experience, but thatโs not technically the truth. Your state and your assumptions determine your physical world. Plus, itโs the state that you most often dwell in that is the most influential on your physical experience. Wouldnโt you rather not be afraid of your thoughts? Wouldnโt you rather not be constantly worried that a distressing, negative, or intrusive thought will manifest? Well, youโre in luck because those small fleeting thoughts are not the source, itโs the state that is behind those thoughts.
Then, methods donโt matter. You are the only source and reason for your manifestations, it doesnโt matter what method you use, or if you even use a method at all. Your state, your assumptions, your consciousness, and your infinite imagination are the true sources of your manifestations. Also, so many people think that using states is a method. Itโs not. Maybe they believe this because consciously changing your state requires a certain amount of self-awareness and effort, but itโs not a method. You are constant in a state. You cannot be devoid of a state unless you are dead.
You can โjust believe.โ Let me explain. Iโve seen so many people overcomplicate the law to the point that I am not even sure some people truly understand the law enough to be teaching it to beginners. Why are we focusing so much on methods that take hours out of our days? Why are we focused on methods at all? Everyone forgets that the only thing you need to manifest anything is the belief that itโs yours. Nothing else is necessary, because once you believe that itโs yours, you are in the state of the wish fulfilled. Simply persist in that belief, no matter what you see in the 3D, and you will receive it. So many people complain that they canโt โjust believeโ that their desires are theirs. Well, how are you perfectly able to โjust believeโ in negative outcomes, but never in the positive ones? There is little evidence for the truth of your negative assumptions, and the same for the positive ones, so why not choose to believe in something that will benefit you instead?
And finally, you are the only person that can give yourself the life of your dreams. You are the master of your thoughts, your assumptions, and your imagination. We can give you all the information in the world on how to manifest your dreams, but if you do not apply them, then nothing will ever happen. Stop putting it off for later, stop procrastinating, and stop standing in your own way. If you let go and allow yourself to believe (assume and persist), then you will change your life to an unimaginable degree and youโll wonder why you ever waited so long to make this happen.

I have mentioned this before, but these are the most common shortfalls I have observed throughout my many years of manifesting.
Lack of convictionโI actually had a dream about this issue a while ago and it really opened my eyes to the importance of conviction when it comes to manifesting. First, the definition of conviction is a firmly held belief or opinion. I found that when I am manifesting, and Iโm less decisive or clear about a desire I want to manifest, then it either will only partially manifest, or it wonโt manifest at all. In my dream, I recognized that I kept changing my mind, doubting, and not firmly choosing this desire to manifest, so I only got a half-manifestation. I can't remember the dream that clearly now because itโs been a long time, but I remember waking up knowing deeply that if I had true conviction for my desire, it would have manifested clearly. The next night, I had another dream where I had a real conviction for my desire and it came in its full capacity, showing me that I only needed conviction in order to manifest the โbigโ desires that had been stumping me for a long time.
Lack of a clear decisionโThis goes along with the previous explanation, but when I lack a clear decision for what I want, I often find that the manifestation is shaky and itโs harder for me to retain conviction for a desire Iโm not entirely sure about.
Avoidance (constantly saying "I'll do it later")โThis is now referred to as deferred occupancy, but constantly procrastinating and leaving applying or occupying the state of the wish fulfilled for later will always keep your desires from you. Neville Goddard has said, โnearness implies separation.โ If you are not occupying your desired state now, you are constantly separated from your manifestations.
Doing a method "to make something happen," rather than entering the state of already having itโOnce again, this applies to the โnearness implies separationโ quote. If you are doing something so that something will happen in the future, then you are once again separated from your desires. Your only goal is to make your desires real in the here and now. Not in the future, not later, now.
Lack of faith that anything is possible with the law of assumptionโSome people have limiting beliefs that only certain things are possible to manifest, and others arenโt. Such as thinking that you can manifest a romantic relationship with someone you know, but draw the line at manifesting a romantic relationship with a celebrity. Itโs all possible. Nothing is harder to manifest that anything. Itโs all the same. Change these beliefs so that you can create a life with all your desires, not just your โrealisticโ ones.
Neglecting imagination (no mental diet/not working on self-concept)โWhile self-concept is not necessary to manifest anything, itโs definitely a huge help. Itโs so important to be aware of your self-concept and I would always recommend working on it because it makes manifesting so much easier. You will believe in yourself and your abilities much more, it will be easier to persist, and you will never ever limit yourself.
Not letting go of the idea that I need to work or struggle in order to get what I wantโFinally, some people really love to cling to the belief that you have to take some sort of action in order to manifest their desires. This is not true. You never have to do anything other than believe that your desire is yours. Everything else will fall into place for you. So, stop creating more limitations and obstacles by believing that you have to take action in order to manifest what you want. Just assume the state of your wish fulfilled and persist.

Meditate for 5 to 10 minutes prior. Just clear your mind completely and if you get any thoughts (which Iโm sure you will and thatโs okay) just acknowledge them for a second and then put them aside, then go back into clearing your mind by focusing on your heartbeat. If you canโt focus on your heartbeat, focus on your breathing and just clear your mind. After the 10 minutes, so after youโve done the meditation, just lay back and relax all your muscles, and just focus really intently on the emotion of love and imagine your heart center, you can use the word chakras if you feel comfortable with it. If not, just imagine the center of your body expanding outwards and imagine this energy is just bursting forward into the universe.
And imagine itโs such an immense feeling that you canโt move. Just pinned to the bed and you canโt move, this energy is emanating out of your heart and the same time as doing that, hold the emotions associated with what you want to experience. So you could say your desired reality, and just hold it there. Donโt move donโt do anything, just hold that energy there. And thatโs all you need to do, just hold that loving energy and your emotions in your heart chakra or center. Focus on your desired reality, (and again, this is after youโve meditated, so after 5-10 minutes of meditation) hold the energy there and then just release it to the universe.
That literally is enough to massively, and I mean MASSIVELY increase the chances of you shifting when you go to sleep tonight or whenever you try this. It will also increase the chances of you manifesting whatever you focused on, so you can use this for anything, it doesnโt have to be for shifting. You can use this for anything you want to experience, anything you want to feel or materialize orโฆyou get it. You can do this in the physical reality, or in a lucid dream and when you get ready for shifting, and then you just go about your daily routine andโฆsee what happens.
Hiii my loves, today I would like to introduce you guys to a great time transposing method that was developed back in the 1980's to travel through different realities, but the fun part is we are gonna use it for the void state. It's super fun and easy method and hardly even spoke about in our community. The reason I want to share this method because I absolutely love methods that were developed in the 19's, the methods were practical and easy. The fun part is it takes about 10 minutes, ready to enter the void state? ๐ค
The transposing method is taking your consciousness,and body at times to another place or the void state. You can do this while walking, sitting it laying down. There's no hazards attached to this method. You need no guide. You are control of every single thing. Do what you want with this method, you are unlimited. Transposing is like dreaming, but this is another dimensional experience all together. You will have no fears or beliefs, just command yourself to be in the void and you will.
1. Find a comfortable quiet place, where you can either lay on your back or side. You can even do this before bed or in the morning <3.
2. As you laying down, slow down and relax your body TOTALLY. To help, tell yourself " relax, relax , relax, ". Let go of everything and de - tense all muscle's.
A simple technique to do this goes like this : tighten all your muscles, hold it, release it all slowly and relax.
3. Remember you are not clearing out all your thoughts, but watching them come and go. Your thought process will naturally begin to slow down.
4. Begin to slow your body down. Don't strain yourself in this doing this. Don't push this breathing, keep it relaxed. Slow down your breathing, Taking less air, each time your breathe. Slowing your breathing will help relax your body and slow it's function. As your breathing slows, it will obtain a certain rhyme and you will begin to experience vibration because your body will start to synchronise. Among these experiences, you will ringing in your eyes, your body will start to tingle, these just symptoms that you avoid ignore because you body is starting to separate it's consciousness. You will feel a shift in vibrations and you will feel a wave come over you as you reach full body synchronisation. You will feel a detached feeling from your body or even a floating feeling. This is you and your body syncing together. They are ready to be directed by you and your place of choosing. You are pilot, the navigator giving your mind instructions to take you to your desired place. You can repeat the word " void , void' . And your mind will instantly take you there.
โก Relaxation: Start by relaxing your mind and body. Find a comfortable, quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
โก Breathing Control: Gradually slow down your breathing. Take deep, slow breaths, making sure not to strain or create tension.
โก Body Synchronization: As you continue to slow your breath, your body will begin to synchronize. You might experience vibrations or sensations in your body, similar to ringing in your ears.
โก High Vibration: Your body will reach a high-frequency vibration state, signifying the beginning of the transposing process.
โก Transposing Phase: During this phase, you can guide your consciousness to any place or time you desire. Your mind will act as a navigator, and you provide clear instructions. Repeat " void , void, " and you'll be there Instantly.
Enjoy the Experience: Once you've arrived at your chosen reality, you can interact with it and enjoy the experience.
before getting into the void, let's start with understanding what is a state. according to neville, a state is, "an attitude of mind, a state of experience with a body of beliefs which you live by. always expressing a state, you identify yourself with it by saying: โi am poor or i am rich. i am known or i am unknown. i am wanted or i am unwanted."
it's basically how you identify yourself and what are your beliefs about yourself.

what is the void state? void state, also known as the "i am state" is a state in which you are a formless being. time stops, and there's nothing but blackness around you. void, according to google means "empty space". when you're in the void state, you're in a state of pure consciousness. you aren't in your body anymore. you're shapeless. don't worry if all of this scares you, the void isn't scary at all. and it's not at all hard to get into. you need to be super relaxed!

there are a lot of ways to get into the void. here are some of it :

you can just order your subconscious to get you into the void state. before sleeping, assume you're gonna wake up in the void, command your subconscious by saying, "subconscious, get me into the void state" and then sleep in the belief that you'll wake up there. belief plays an important role here. PLEASE acknowledge your power.
|โข| sleep paralysis.
now, sleep paralysis isn't scary at all. if you assume, you're going to see demons and stuffs there, then you will. that's why change your assumptions and turn them into your favour.
okay, there are many ways to get sleep paralysed, you can either use a subliminal or just stay still for some time (till your body falls asleep, for this you don't have to move at all but only think or daydream) or you can even affirm to get paralysed. here is a subliminal for sleep paralysis.
after you're paralysed, start affirming for the void.

are some affirmations you can use.
you can even command your subconscious to get into the void.

you just stay still and affirm till you get into the void. DON'T MIND THE ITCHY FEELING, don't get tempted by it. it means you're close, don't move at all. instead, focus on affirming.
also, some people feel a lot of itchiness and tingling and some, really not much. so, even if you're not feeling tingly, KEEP AFFIRMING!

WARNING : this works really fast (yep, i'm dramatic) !!!!
1. have assumptions on the void which help me.
2. before going to sleep, i KNOW i'm gonna get into the void for sure because it's easy af.
3. lay down and focus on my breathing for a while and relax myself.
4. close my eyes and affirm 10-15 times, "i am in the void state".
5. visualize myself with my desires vividly and feel it real ONLY ONCE.
6. sleep and then i'll wake up there!
what to do after getting into the void?
affiirm for your desires or visualize or command your subconscious, you can do anything to manifest, whichever way you like! it totally depends on you.

so you're wondering why you're still not able to get into the void? if yes, then change your assumptions about the void. main reason why people struggle is because they've put the void onto a pedestal. YOU'RE THE GOD. it's you who has power, not the void state. stop treating it like something you need to achieve. assume you get into the void easily, and it's as easy as blinking. people have literally got into the void in their first attempt, why should it be hard when you know you're the one in control? if you're finding a way to get into the void easily, here's the secret to it. just assume you're a pro at entering the void. that's all you need to do. if you truly believe in this assumption, then i promise you, you'll get into the void just by your intention.
one more reason why people "fail" is because of their shitty self concept. there's a reason why blogs say to work on it. your conception of self moulds the world around you. once that is positive, nothing will stop you. okay answer me, if you're god, why would you struggle with void? i mean you can do literally anything, right? you're not struggling with the void state instead you're just overcomplicating the shit out of it. like all you gotta do is lay down, affirm for the void without moving, and then BAM! you're there. it's that easy. change your assumptions, please.
so you're a lazy bum. you don't want to work on your self concept, you don't want to do anything. IT'S OKAY! who said you need to work here? nope! not even move. self concept is so easy, literally. you just decide you have a good one and then persist. that's it! think and it's yours. imagination creates reality, get it? so now, you're lazy af but still want to try the void? sure! just decide you're gonna get into the void and sleep in the assumption that you're gonna wake up there! ok? i mean that's the easiest thing you can do. you just need to sleep and you'll get there. change your assumptions and make them into your favour. imagine yourself with all your desires. don't you want that? and the fact that you don't have to lift a single finger for that! isn't that amazing?

what do i get with the void? is there a limit?
you can manifest literally anything you want. if you can think of it, you can manifest it! no, there's no limit. you're the god. you're limitless!
what to do when i can't get into the void even after multiple attempts? i feel like giving up.
first of all, it's okay to feel like giving up. don't worry, that doesn't make you any less of a god! secondly, work on your self concept + change your thoughts about the void. i told this before, and i'll say this again. you're what makes the void easy/hard. it really does depend on your assumptions. like you're the god, why should it be any hard for you? and, if the void is tiring you, just leave it. there's tons of other methods which are effective + fast!
how do i focus?
my main advice to people who can't focus is try meditating before sleeping (it can be a guided one if you want). now again, meditation isn't important, it's just a way to calm your brain down and it really helps in focusing! also, just assume it away. you're having trouble focusing? assume you can focus efficiently!
how do i have the confidence i'll get into the void after a lot of failed attempts?
remember you're the god and you never fail. remind yourself how you have acknowledged your power and how you have changed your assumptions, so now, it'll be easy as hell for you.
what to do when i can't get past the feeling of floating?
okay, so don't focus on time, firstly. if you keep thinking, "oMg It'S bEeN 2 mInUtEs" then stop! time doesn't matter, okay? and then, KEEP AFFIRMING! or keep doing what you do, you're almost there, i promise you. main reason why you might be feeling "stuck" is because you assume you're stuck! stop. assuming. stuff. which. don't. favour. you.
what's the longest it should take?
depends on your assumptions. WHATEVER TIME YOU ASSUME IT'LL TAKE, IT WILL! that's why assume you get in there in 30 seconds.
do you need the void state to get your desires instantly?
NOO! you can do any method/do no method at all to get your desires overnight/instantly. the void isn't necessary for that. you can just affirm and wake up living your dream life. this method is one of the million ways to manifest! remember, at the end, you're the one in power!
when do we know we're doing it wrong?

how to not fall asleep?
START EARLIER! and before going to bed, start thinking about how you're gonna enter the void. have thoughts like, "i am gonna get into the void tonight!!", " the void is so easy, let's get in tonight" i get how disappointed you might feel when you wake up after you fell asleep by mistake, but this will help, i promise!
how would i know i'm in the void?
1. you won't be in your room anymore.
2. your surrounding don't exist that's why everything around you would be pitch black.
3. you're not in your body.

nothing. keep affirming, it's okay if that happens, it really doesn't matter. focus on your affirming!

start thinking about how your life would be with your desires! focus on that, and if it really gets out of hand, remind yourself THAT YOU'RE GONNA GET ALLLL YOUR DESIRES! be patient with yourself <3
is lucid dreaming void as well? can i manifest through it?
nope! lucid dreaming is way different than the void. the void is literally NOTHING. you're nothing. everything around you, it's nothing. pitch blackness. literal VOID. and yes, you can manifest through lucid dreaming. assume that you can and you will be able toto manifest through that and it'll be as instant as the void.

What is a 4dbarbie remix post? I compiled information from various 4dbarbie's posts and answered asks, organised and pieced them together in a way that makes sense for me to help me learn and understand her teachings better and also how to apply the knowledge practically.
* ห โฐ โ WHAT IS THE VOID STATE?
The void state is the state of pure consciousness. It is commonly referred to as the 'I AM' state in Neville Goddardโs work. "I am state" is a state in which you are a formless being. Time stops, and there's nothing but blackness around you. When you're in the void state, you're in a state of pure consciousness. You aren't in your body anymore. You're shapeless. Also, it's not scary at all. Instead it's very peaceful.
* ห โฐ โ HOW TO ENTER THE VOID STATE?
Your faith is your fortune chapter 3: To accomplish this seemingly impossible feat, you take your attention away from your problem and place it upon just being. You say silently but feelingly, โI AMโ. Do not condition this awareness but continue declaring quietly, โI AM โ I AMโ. Simply feel that you are faceless and formless and continue doing so until you feel yourself floating. This wonderful experience of rising and floating is the signal that you are absent from the body or problem and are now present with the lord; in this expanded state you are not conscious of anything but I AM โ I AM; you are only conscious of being.
STEP TO STEP :-
1. Find a comfortable position.
2. Relax by taking deep breaths. You can also do any breathing techniques you like.
3. Take you attention away from the 3D and just focus on affirming โI AMโ or โI AM PURE CONSCIOUSNESSโ or โI AM IN THE VOID STATE.โ
4. Persist till you experience floating feeling and the 3D fades away.
1. ' THE LULLABY METHOD '
Firstly, get into a drowsy, sleepy state. Not too awake, but not too sleepy. Like, when you can open your eyes but you don't want to. Then, affirm for your desires until you completely fall asleep, with your desires being the only thing on your mind.
2. ' SLEEP PARALYSIS '
Sleep paralysis is a quick and easy way to enter the void state. Sleep paralysis means when you cannot move your body AT ALL.
Don't worry, sleep paralysis is not scary at all. You won't see anything scary, untill you start thinking about something scary. Also, it's just hallucinations, nothing can you harm you. Always, remember you are in FULL control. You chose to give yourself sleep paralysis, and you can also come out of it if you want to! To get out of the sleep paralysis, simply wiggle your toes.
โข Get into a comfortable position, and wait for your body to fall asleep, while keeping your mind awake. Do this by staying completely still and thinking of random things or counting numbers or daydreaming to keep your mind awake. Eventually, you will convince your body it is asleep.
โข You can listen to a guided meditation to induce sleep paralysis.
โข You can listen to a subliminal.
โข Affirm "i have sleep paralysis" in a drowsy state, and you'll wake up with it (basically, the lullaby method)
โข Simply set the intention that you'll get sleep paralysis.
3. ' COMMANDING YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS TO WAKE UP IN THE VOID STATE โ
You can command your subconscious to get in the void by simply stating โsubconscious get me in the void quickly and easilyโ in a drowsy state. For this method to successfully work, stop knowledging the 3D. Stay committed to your subconscious, it only does what you say.
4. ' LUCID DREAMING '
Lucid dreaming is when a person becomes aware they're dreaming while dreaming. You can easily lucid dream by setting an intention. Set an intention and say to yourself that "tonight I will lucid dream". You can say it once or chant it like a mantra till you fall asleep.
Then when you realise you're dreaming, you can either create a portal with the intention of entering the void or ask someone to take you to the void.
5. ' YOGA NIDRA '
"Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep. It is a state of conscious Deep Sleep. In Meditation, you remain in the Waking state of consciousness, and gently focus the mind, while allowing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise and go on. However, in Yoga Nidra, you leave the Waking state, go past the Dreaming state, and go to Deep Sleep, yet remain awake."
You can use a Guided Meditation that I linked here. After using the video, Start focusing on your Affirmations. You can say "I am void", "I am" , "I am in the void", and try to ignore all the symptoms and persist through them. Then within minutes you will be in the void state.
YOU'LL KNOW YOU'RE IN THE VOID WHEN:
โข You are not in your room anymore
โข It's pitch black
โข You get your desires the second you exit the void.
โข The outer world no longer exists. You canโt hear, see, touch, feel, taste anything.
โข LACK OF PERSISTENCE : Just because you failed to enter the void state twice or thrice, doesn't automatically declares that void isn't real or that you can't do it. That's silly asf. It's like you're sabotaging your dream life yourself. Also, stop counting how many times you've failed and from how many months you've been trying. Donโt measure your experience with time. You control everything so even the time you take to enter the void is based on your assumptions.
โข ASSUMPTIONS : Stop thinking that void is this magical place which will grant your wishes. You're assuming it to be something out of you, when it's WITHIN YOU. Also, entering void is not hard at all. Why would it be hard to reach something which is within you? It will be hard, if you think so. Just start creating assumptions in your favour. Start thinking like you would if you were a master at void. It's just LOA 101. Use it in your favour!!
โข OVERCOMPLICATE : I've seen everyone overcomplicate the void state. The void state is simple and easy. All you need to do is relax & affirm. You donโt need any subliminals, meditation or special hypnosis to get you there. The void isnโt an external state. Itโs internal. Itโs within you. The methods or techniques donโt get you into the void, you do!! You shouldn't be looking for new methods all the time, instead start working on your self concept. It will change everything, i promise you that.
How to get relaxation๐งโโ๏ธ
Today I will tell you one method that helped me get strong relaxation from the first time. I came up with this method initially for myself personally and did not think that I would tell it to anyone. But maybe it will be useful to someone.
Initially, I used this method in my routine for entering the void. Because I've learned that it's helpful to say affirmations when you're asleep. Then an idea came to my mind. I decided that at first I would sleep for 2 hours, and after that I would set an alarm for every hour. So that I can wake up and say affirmations again until I fall asleep.๐ด For example, if I go to bed at 1 o'clock in the morning, then I sleep peacefully until 3 o'clock in the morning. After that, I set an alarm for every hour (4,5,6), until I finally have to get up and start my day. I had no plans to get some kind of relaxation, I just wanted to repeat affirmations when I wake up on an alarm clock. I remember trying this method for the first time. It worked when the alarm rang a second time. I turned it off, but it was such a strange feeling. To be honest, I don't even know how to explain it. I felt a very strong relaxation and I knew that if I surrendered to this feeling, I would fall somewhere (perhaps into sleep paralysis). And I was afraid of this, so I constantly jerked my body so as not to fall asleep, because I was afraid to surrender to this feeling. And no matter how I changed my position, this feeling continued because of which I could not sleep normally (but I really wanted to sleep, but I could not do it because I was afraid). I was afraid because I thought that I would fall into sleep paralysis, and at that moment I was not ready for this. Now I regret a little that I missed the opportunity at that time, as it is difficult for me to achieve relaxation.
So this method worked for me on the first try, I didn't try it again, but I think it's worth repeating. I am sorry that I cannot explain in detail the feeling that I experienced (it's really hard๐ญ). In any case, you can try adding this to your routine if you like.

Iโve known about the void for around 4 months and I struggled at first because I realized I was so scared of the void and change and that resulted in me getting super lazy and attempting like one every 2 weeks but I got over that so anyways Iโve always wanted to wake up in the void so ur command ur subconscious post is my holy grail and Iโve been attempting it for a small amount of time but every time I do it Iโm like โomg Iโm 100% guaranteed no doubt abt it gonna enter tonightโ (I use the konnies reality sub) anyways every time so far I end up waking up in the morning not really remembering falling asleep and itโs hard to put into words but I think I just fall asleep so fast that I donโt have time to do the command for ten minutes. Also I know this sucks and ur not supposed to like have a deadline but I have try outs for a sport next week and Iโm super nervous and I have a breathing disorder so I canโt run at all well and thatโs something Iโm changing in the void soโฆ Any tips?

I know right, I love that post sm myself :^). Ok Hun, since you wanna wake up in the void state , I'll advise you towards that. I'll know you like the " commanding subconscious" post , I'll start with that one , first.
Firstly, the sub is awake when we are sleepy and relaxed, basically before bed. Because our conscious mind can't interfere with our Manifestations.
Before bed :
Pro tip : You can still wake up in the void Affirming even after falling asleep while Doing it. You can affirm for 3 minutes, remember our last thoughts of the day our sub starts to work on. Your last thoughts should be waking up in the void state.
1. Become relaxed and centred.
2. Take some deep Breaths
3. When you are totally relaxed, start commanding your subconscious
You could say ,
- Subconscious I will wake up in the void state tonight .
- Subconscious wake me up in the void at 1am( if you want a timeframe or choose a time when you want it to happen , anything is possible).
- Subconscious I will wake up in the void state tonight .
But I'll share the methods to get in an hypnotic state of mind to plant suggestions .
- Roll your eyes upward
- Breath in and out 4 times
- Start to imagine Yourself , going down a stair case. And say to yourself with each step you going deeper. Once you in a trance state. Start giving yourself suggestions :
" Tonight I will wake up in the void state aware ", " I wake up in the void soon as I fall asleep aware " .
Eye fixation -
