Not only is this challenge super easy, but honestly even if you fail, atleast you reprogrammed your mind and are even closer to entering the void. Before I recommended a subliminal that was basically theta waves and a lot of people succeeded with this exact method but theta waves, so maybe if you tried that and were close but didn't quite get in, then you could try this and it would be more compatible with you. 1. Wake-Back-To-Bed (WBTB) technique: Set an alarm to wake up about 4-6 hours after falling asleep, stay awake for a short period of time, and then go back to bed. This can increase the likelihood of entering the "mind awake body asleep" stage.
2. Relaxation techniques: Use relaxation exercises such as deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, or meditation to achieve a state of physical relaxation. This can allow the mind to stay alert while the body falls asleep.

there are many videos on YouTube that will provide a visual guide of instructions on how to do it, however, this is the video that I use and I highly recommend that you watch the entire video to get a logical understanding of what's happening (if you prefer logical info like I do). and if you're having trouble figuring out how to position your hands, watch this video as well. I'd also like to mention that if you're unsure of which side of your brain has more resistance to a new belief, set yourself a timer for 5 minutes and do psych-k with your left ankle crossed over your right and your left hand crossed over your right. after the timer goes off, switch your right ankle to cross over your left, and your right hand to cross over your left. a l s o, if you decide to have resistance against this method bc or any method in general (bc you're stubborn perhaps), take the time to do psych-k and affirm that all methods work for you, boom, fuckin' foolproof.

yes, yes you can, you're changing your beliefs right in the moment, there are no fuckin' limits unless you create those limits for yourself.

there's no need to overcomplicate this, don't fear the replacement. simply sit down, get into position as instructed in the videos provided above, and follow their words. stay in the psych-k position for as long as needed, repeating your new belief over and over, invite the resistance in, and simply keep thinking this new thought until you no longer feel resistance towards your new belief. you'll know if you did it right, promise. may sound unbelievable at first, but again, what do you have to lose?

absolutely, use any affirmations you want.

nope! this is simply just another method of sorts, you don't need to try anything you don't want to. no one is forcing this shit down your throat...

I had an experience with sleep paralysis, but I entered it by accident, perhaps because I didn't get enough sleep. And I also came out of paralysis, it usually doesn't take me long. The next day I again accidentally entered sleep paralysis and I again began to assert emptiness. But the symptoms were stronger, it felt like my body or mind was moving somewhere, my body seemed to be burning, it was so strange, my eyes also darkened. Then I decided to open my eyes for some reason and I saw my room again🤦🏼♀️ So, sleep paralysis is the only method that brought me closer to emptiness the most.
In fact, I don't have any technique of my own, I accidentally entered sleep paralysis (I often have a disrupted sleep schedule).

Void State Successes with Only Meditation (Reddit)
Guys, everytime I use this, I ALWAYS get into the void.
All I do is journal for a bit and write down all my thoughts. Then I do this meditation and listen to this while I go to sleep.

Okay so in your how to Relax post, you talked about 61 points and yoga nidra. So I researched a lot about yoga nidra and it is literally the void state. From the second site you linked: “The delta state is a deep healing state. That’s where we’re trying to get through yoga nidra. In this state, the body and mind rest and the consciousness is awake.” We all know delta state=void state.
What really blew my mind is when I was researching it, so many people have been practicing it for so long. There's ppl talking about it on meditation subs, mindfulness subs, and there's even just yoga nidra subs. These people talk about entering it daily and how it easy it is. And I just realized because we know how we can literally change out lives with the void, we kinda doubt it but really it's just a meditative heads pace and not at all hard to get into.
Reminder: they don't know how powerful the void state is so they just enter in it to relax or affirm positive affirmations. Also, there's some fake yoga nidra stuff floating around which is more just body scan meditation but the actual traditional/authentic yoga nidra is the void state.
Anyways after a lot of researching, my faith in the void just skyrocketed and if all these people could enter the void literally daily, what was stopping me yk? So I listened to a 61 point guided meditation and I was soooo relaxed and I almost fell asleep ngl but I was like no girl, you gotta enter the void so I just affirmed and within like 5 minutes, I entered. I don't really know how long it took but it was like sooo short because I've spent like an hour affirming before so I would know. I manifested my df, db, and my sp and I'm just so so so happy.
