There is a growing interest in the concept of reality shifting. Tiktok and Instagram have popularized this phenomenon, but it's important to remember that the actual process can be quite simple. Simply get in bed, visualize your desired reality, and take the necessary steps to make it happen. I nearly shifted for the first time on my initial attempt, but chose to wait instead.

Reality shifting is simply the process of consciously moving your aware, conscious mind to another reality. There is no need for any specific methods or procedures to shift. The key is to fully accept and embrace the fact that you are consciously creating your own reality and experience, and to trust that your desire is already yours.

Our reality is a reflection of our deepest beliefs, thoughts and emotions. It is shaped by our imagination, actions and choices, and it is only limited by the boundaries we set for ourselves. It's important to remember that we have the power to create our own reality and experience, so we should aim to create a positive and fulfilling life that aligns with our deepest desires and values.

Reality shifting is a fascinating phenomenon that allows an individual to consciously transfer their awareness to a different reality. It is the ability to tap into the limitless potential that exists beyond the boundaries of our limited physical reality. This concept is rooted in the ancient philosophy of "all is mind," which suggests that the universe is composed of consciousness, and that everything we experience is a manifestation of that consciousness.

The idea of reality shifting simply extends this principle by suggesting that we have the ability to shift our awareness to another reality of our choosing. This can be achieved through meditation, visualization techniques, and other methods of consciousness exploration. How to manifest your desires?

1. Practice gratitude: Start each day by expressing gratitude for everything that you have. This will help shift your focus from a lack mentality to an abundance mindset.

2. Write down your intentions: Write down the specific things that you want to manifest in your life. This will help you create a clear picture of your desired outcomes and give you something to focus on.

3. Visualise your goal: Visualise yourself already having the things that you want. Imagine what it would feel like to have them and what your life will look like. Do this regularly and consistently until it becomes your new normal.

4. Use affirmations: Repeat positive affirmations to yourself throughout the day. These affirmations should be specific and aligned with your goals. For example, if you want to manifest wealth, you could repeat the affirmation "Money is flowing into my life effortlessly."

5. Take action: While it's important to visualise and focus on your desires, it's also important to take action towards them. Set specific goals, create a plan to achieve them, and then take steps towards them every day.

6. Stay positive: It's natural to encounter setbacks and challenges along the way, but remember that these are just temporary obstacles. Stay positive and focused on your goals, and trust that the universe is delivering them to you in its own way and time.

Your higher self, or subconscious, is like a powerful engine that drives your life. It's the part of you that operates beyond your conscious awareness, and it has immense power to shape your reality and experiences. Your subconscious mind is where your beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and patterns of behavior reside, and it is constantly shaping your experiences in the world. By tapping into the power of your higher self, you can access a vast source of creativity, wisdom, and insight that can empower you to create the life you want. Your higher self is like a guide that can help you navigate the challenges of life and make sure you're on the right path. It's important to remember that your higher self is always working on your behalf, and by tapping into its power, you can unlock your full potential and bring your desires to fruition.

This is for ya'll who struggle with the void

Your going to do this challenge for 3 nights/4 days, here are the steps:

Loop this overnight for 3 nights and during the day whenever your free as well!

On the 4th night enter the void following these steps (or whatever method you'd like)

Clear your mind with a meditation

Breathe in and out a few times

When your mind is completely clear

Affirm eg. "I am in the void"

Ignore symptoms

Bam! in the void <3

What is the Void State?

The Void State is a state of pure consciousness, where there is no thought, no ego, and no external stimuli. In this state, one is free from the constraints of the mind, and is able to connect with their true essence. This state is also known as the state of pure potentiality, as one is able to tap into the infinite possibilities of the Universe. It is the space where all creative energy flows from.

History of Monks and the Void State

Take it off the pedestal rn! it’s been here since the dawn of time, and will be continued to be used even if you choose to give up. so it doesn’t matter how many creators or anons lie about achieving it lol. we’re not the only ones pursuing this journey, so do some research outside of tumblr please.

Easy Ways to Get into the Void State

Entering the Void State is not as hard as one might think. One simple technique is mindfulness meditation, where one focuses on their breath and brings their attention to the present moment. Another technique to achieve the void state is to use delta waves, which are a type of brainwave that is associated with deep sleep and meditation. By listening to Delta wave music or binaural beats, one can easily enter into a relaxed state and experience the benefits of the void state.

By entering the Void State, one is able to tap into the creative energy of the Universe and manifest their desires into reality. Neville Goddard talked about the power of visualization in entering the Void State, where one can visualize their desires as already being fulfilled. I’m listing the popular ways, but you can truly use whatever methods or non method you prefer! Whatever method you have successfully used to manifest in the past, and you feel confident about, use that for the void state. You don’t have to start a new journey when you find a new concept if you have one that works for you already.

Anyways I wanted to make this post because I get so many asks about the void state when it’s honestly one of the more simipilar forms of manifesting. I’m going to answer a lot of them here, so I don’t get them rundunatly in my ask :)!

A: yes you can do anything. Anything. No more can I do this questions. You know the answer and if you keep worrying about your doubts you need to work on your self concept

Q: are our desires immediate?

A: yea if that’s what you want

Q: is it better to wake up in the void or enter the void

A: that depends on you. If you hate awake methods and symptoms or whatever use a sleep method. If you don’t mind it and see better results doing awake methods, so an awake methods. For my ND people it’s better to do sleep methods imo but don’t limit yourself to others experiences either

Q: can I enter the void if I’m autistic/depressed/ have anxiety/ adhd

A: yes I’m all of those things. Why would the law only be for neurotypical people?

Q:can I shift or astral project using the void state

A: yes of course you can, you can use it for anything

Q: can I use lucid dreaming to enter the void ?

A: yes I have a guide in my pinned that covers that

Q: if you’re a master of the void state why isn’t your life perfect and bad things still happen

A: if you have this mentality you’re odd. Everyone on here is still human. And tbh once you’ve reached this place in your journey, you’re not revising every little thing in your life. We want to feel human, and have human experiences. We know we are safe and everything will always work out in our favor. Life isn’t a constant manifesting checklist to become the ultimate unscathed,unhurt god. That seems very weird and would give me cognitive dissonance. My life is already greater than most just because I found the law. Will I revise a bad test score. Yes. But I’m not revising every little thing that makes me sad, mad or is inconvenient to me.

Q: if you can enter easily why not manifest for all of tumblr

A: my reality is my reality, your reality is your reality. If it was that easy we would. When you enter the void you’re free to manifest for all of tumblr :)!

Q: In your opinion what stops people from entering the void

A: I would say procrastination. Not in a bad way, but most of the the time we see our desires in the future tense. “I cant wait to get my desires.” We can see our desires in the future, our future selves living our life shut rarely do we imagine us with them right now. More like watching a movie of ourselves in the future with our desires which just keeps delaying them. Identity with the inner man, not your future self.

A: most of us found this because of bad circumstances. Of course you can

reprogram your mind in 4 days ♡

Full credit to the original creator, I’m simply summarising the video here (it’s originally for shifting but can be used for manifestation and the void too imo)

Day one: make a list of beliefs and non beliefs

These lists of beliefs and non beliefs can be anything, from personal beliefs to religious beliefs to universal facts.

An example of a list of beliefs: the sky is blue, grass is green, I am a master shifter, my hair is black, my eyes are blue, I am a master manifester, the sun is hot, we live on earth, I have mastered the void state, water is wet, my favourite subject is maths

An example of a list of non beliefs: my hair isn’t blonde, my eyes aren’t green, I never have fear of shifting, we don’t live on Venus, grass isn’t purple, I never fail to manifest anything, the earth isn’t flat, my hair isn’t straight, it never takes more than 1 minute for me to tap into the void, the sky isn’t white, the sun isn’t cold

Read over the lists as many times as you want and manifest that they are true.

Day two: do a bunch of things that will get you in the mood

It’s like a birthday party. With each day passing, the day of the birthday party comes closer and closer. You do all the things you usually do every day as you anticipate the birthday party nearing. Like, you brush your teeth and think about what outfit you’ll wear. You have lunch and think about what gift you’ll give. You do your homework and wonder about who else will come.

Be grateful while thinking about your journey. You’re so glad you found out about LOA. You’re so happy that you will finally shift to your dream reality soon. You’re so excited to tap into the void and get all your desires.

Throughout this day, repeat to yourself that you can and will do it. You can manifest easily. You can shift. You can tap into the void.

In short, just hype yourself up and feel grateful and excited for whatever you want to do.

Day three: confirm your belief and make sure no one can gaslight you into believing otherwise

Watch and read reliable sources of people who have shifted, manifested or tapped into the void and feed your beliefs.

It’s like you watching get ready with mes before going to the birthday party to kind of get the feel of what’s coming for you.

So day one, you’ve established your beliefs. Day two, you’ve felt how happy and grateful you are. Day three, you’ve felt how happy and grateful other people are.

Day four: this is the day you achieve what you want to

Today is the birthday party! You can’t show up late, you can’t go a week later or a day later. You have to go today.

Relate everything to manifesting/shifting/the void. You’re drinking a glass of water, it’s bringing you closer to your desire. You’re watching a show, it’s bringing you closer to your desire. You’re going on a walk, it’s bringing you closer to your desire.

You’re getting ready and excited and hyped for the birthday party. Go edit your Pinterest boards, go read your scripts, go look at edits of your DR.

I have seen alot of posts about this in this week so thought of giving it a try. Not gonna lie it worked pretty fast. I was getting some periods cramps and then was like let me test this. I did exactly as they did in that video and I was affirming "I dont feel any cramps". And it worked so damn fast.

My opinion:

I think everyone should try this for sure! This is pretty easy and only takes about 5 mins to do. This can help in manifesting as it reprogram your subconscious instantly. In the end just do what you feel comfortable doing after all manifestation is all about having fun <3

This post is split into 3 sections:

I. 🌷♡ Why people "fail" at entering the void state ♡🔮:

First of all, it is impossible to fail at the void state. If you didn't get into the void state it just means that you are choosing to be in the state of someone who hasn't entered the void, and you have the choice to change that.

The reason why people are "unable" enter the void state is because that is the state that they are in, they are in the state of always “failing” at the void. That’s their state, therefore that is what they’re going to see. Another thing that people do is that instead of taking the time to change their inner-self, they keep giving into the 3D and trying to change it.

Change comes from within. Imagination/consciousness/the 4D is what creates your reality. The 3D reflects the 4D. When you're looking at yourself in the mirror, you cannot change your reflection by changing the mirror, you have to change yourself. The same goes for the 3D and the 4D. You need to change yourself, you need to change the state you dwell in. Your state is your reality, and your dominant state is what reflects into the 3D.

Every time you accept that you yet again, “failed at the void state,” and that the void is a “hard thing to achieve,” you are just inducing the fact that you haven't gotten into the void yet and you are struggling with it.

We know that our 4D = our real reality. So all you have to do is decide that in your 4D you have entered the void state a million times and that you have already manifested everything you want and bam, you’re a master at the void state and you have all your desires.

Once this becomes your dwelled state, it’s done. You’re a master at the void state.

II. 🌷♡ Entering the state of being a master at the void ♡🔮:

In order to shift into the state of being a master at the void state, all it takes is making the final decision that you already are someone who always gets into the void state instantly whenever you want.

You make that decision by affirming, visualizing, or simply just knowing that you are a master at the void state. After you do those things, you can move on with your day knowing that creation is finished, it is done, there's nothing else you need to do.

The term “creation is finished” in this situation implies that the moment you affirm, visualize, or simply just know that you are the master of the void state, there’s literally nothing else you need to do and you have officially shifted to the state of being a master of the void state.

Congratulations! Now you are officially a master at the void state, and all you have to do is continue to persist in that fact.

III. 🌷♡ Maintaining/persisting in the state ♡🔮:

Maintaining this state may be a little bit tricky at first, but once you continue to persist in it, it'll become easier and it will begin to feel more natural.

It’s all about how frequently you go back to the state. In order to go back to this state as frequently as you can, it all boils down to your persistence.

So for example: if you like to affirm, keep affirming that whenever you can that you are a master of the void state, if you like to visualize: keep visualizing yourself tapping into the void state instantly, if you just like to know: feel the content and satisfaction that it is done, you are the master at the void state right now! In your 4D, you should be living as someone who always enters the void state effortlessly whenever they want and has all of their desires. Any time you catch yourself falling out of the state of the wish-fulfilled, just simply remind yourself that it is done, and you are a master at the void state. Here are a few affirmations you can use that can help shift yourself into the state:

"It is done."

"I have everything I want."

"No matter what, I am a master at the void state."

"Getting into the void state is literally so easy for me."

"I love how getting into the void state is literally just a part of my daily routine."

Reminder: You are NOT doing these things to get what you want, you are doing it to remind yourself that you ALREADY HAVE what you want! You already are a person who is a master at the void state, so you’re just reminding yourself that that is the truth. You are not trying to achieve anything, you are recognizing the fact that you already have achieved what you want, as you are embodying the person who already is a master at the void state and has all of their desires!

How to detach from your physical body to enter the void state ?

What is detachment ?

It means being disconnected from your current reality. In order to detach , you must take your focus of the 3D to detach fully and loose yourself.

Ways to detach :

1. Meditation :

Meditation can help you focus on being present on the now and it takes our focus off everyday life. When you attempt to meditate the right way , you'll slowly disconnect from this Reality.

1. Close your eyes and start to Focus on the back of eyelids and start to Imagine yourself in the void state( you can customise your own void in your imagination). The more you focus on eyelids/ scenes. The more detached you'll feel. And when you feel like you are floating and start to say your Affirmations.

" Focusing on something that isn’t related to your cr- even imagining something for a couple seconds, can get you detached from this reality because your awareness isn’t on your cr during that moment. zoning out can be a shifting method also, because it’s the same thing I did to shift."

General Summary of sats

State Akin To Sleep (SATS) is a phenomenon that originated with the teachings of Neville Goddard, a spiritual philosopher and spiritual teacher of the 20th Century. His teachings suggested that we can use our imagination and mental contemplation to access a ‘state akin to sleep’ or SATS, in which we can gain deeper insight into the universal laws and principles of life. By free-associating with ourselves and our environment, we can tap into a powerful source of wisdom and understanding to manifest our dream life.

SATS can be accessed voluntarily and at will, enabling us to explore deep levels of consciousness, gain clarity and peace of mind and truly understand and manifest our desires. It is said that this practice enables us to access wisdom that lies beyond the physical plane, and to gain deeper understanding of our deepest hopes, dreams, and desires.

The benefits of SATS are numerous. It has been said that this type of inner contemplation can help us find peace and harmony in our lives, as well as providing clarity and focus on our purpose. It can also help us manifest our dream lives and desires.

Neville and Sats

Neville Goddard was a spiritual philosopher who encouraged unlocking our full potential via creative visualization and believing in a higher power, claiming that “imagination creates reality”. He believed that when we are able to access this inner state, known as a state akin to sleep, then we are able to manifest our true desires.

So what exactly is this state akin to sleep? Neville Goddard explains it as a state of “focused concentration” where we become so focused on a particular thought or concept that time no longer exists. He states that “suspension of intellect loosens the conscious mind from the physical seat of the conscious ego and allows one to enter an inner creative state where time stands still.”

This state is often referred to as a deep meditation but there are other ways to access it. Neville Goddard suggests that when you go to sleep, you should begin by visualizing and describing a certain outcome, or an idea which you would like to bring into being. He states that “if you haven’t already succeeded in bringing your desire into existence, practice regularly by concentrating on the desired result and life will take on a magical quality.”

This practice can be done during any part of the day, although Neville Goddard suggests that it be done during sleep to experience a more trance-like state. He advises that “by returning to this creative state often, you will become more aware of your own power and ability to direct your destiny.”

Other methods

Neville Goddard's teachings highlight the importance of entering a state akin to sleep in order to manifest your desires through the Law of Assumption. Here are some methods to enter the state akin to sleep and a tutorial on how to use them effectively.

Methods to relax

1. The Pseudo-Sleep Method: This involves closing your eyes and imagining a scene that implies you already have your desire. Repeat the scene until it feels real, and persist in the feeling of its reality until you drift off.

2. The Relaxation Method: Lay down in a comfortable position with your eyes closed. Take deep breaths and focus on relaxing your muscles one by one, beginning from your toes to your head.

3. The Counting Method: Count backward from 100 while focusing your attention solely on the numbers. Allow yourself to become fully absorbed in counting and let go of any other thoughts or distractions.

4. The Affirmation Method: Choose a positive affirmation that resonates with you and repeat it silently or out loud until you feel calm and peaceful. This can help you to clear your mind and focus on your manifestation.

hey here it is! so for context, Vanilla/Love is an experienced shifter for I think 500 years from what I remember and deity. She's got alot of posts on our community, DRA, on shifting, readings, advice, void , manifestation and void misconceptions etc...
