Day one: make a list of beliefs and non beliefs

These lists of beliefs and non beliefs can be anything, from personal beliefs to religious beliefs to universal facts.

An example of a list of beliefs: the sky is blue, grass is green, I am a master shifter, my hair is black, my eyes are blue, I am a master manifester, the sun is hot, we live on earth, I have mastered the void state, water is wet, my favourite subject is maths

An example of a list of non beliefs: my hair isn’t blonde, my eyes aren’t green, I never have fear of shifting, we don’t live on Venus, grass isn’t purple, I never fail to manifest anything, the earth isn’t flat, my hair isn’t straight, it never takes more than 1 minute for me to tap into the void, the sky isn’t white, the sun isn’t cold

Read over the lists as many times as you want and manifest that they are true.

Day two: do a bunch of things that will get you in the mood

It’s like a birthday party. With each day passing, the day of the birthday party comes closer and closer. You do all the things you usually do every day as you anticipate the birthday party nearing. Like, you brush your teeth and think about what outfit you’ll wear. You have lunch and think about what gift you’ll give. You do your homework and wonder about who else will come.

Be grateful while thinking about your journey. You’re so glad you found out about LOA. You’re so happy that you will finally shift to your dream reality soon. You’re so excited to tap into the void and get all your desires.

Throughout this day, repeat to yourself that you can and will do it. You can manifest easily. You can shift. You can tap into the void.

In short, just hype yourself up and feel grateful and excited for whatever you want to do.

Day three: confirm your belief and make sure no one can gaslight you into believing otherwise

Watch and read reliable sources of people who have shifted, manifested or tapped into the void and feed your beliefs.

It’s like you watching get ready with mes before going to the birthday party to kind of get the feel of what’s coming for you.

So day one, you’ve established your beliefs. Day two, you’ve felt how happy and grateful you are. Day three, you’ve felt how happy and grateful other people are.

Day four: this is the day you achieve what you want to

Today is the birthday party! You can’t show up late, you can’t go a week later or a day later. You have to go today.

Relate everything to manifesting/shifting/the void. You’re drinking a glass of water, it’s bringing you closer to your desire. You’re watching a show, it’s bringing you closer to your desire. You’re going on a walk, it’s bringing you closer to your desire.

You’re getting ready and excited and hyped for the birthday party. Go edit your Pinterest boards, go read your scripts, go look at edits of your DR.

The time has finally come for you go to the party. Have fun!

It is said that Buddha himself reached enlightenment through meditation, where he was able to enter the Void State and connect with his true essence. Monks have found that through mindfulness and silent meditation, one can enter the Void State and connect with the infinite possibilities of the Universe.

Appearance of the Void State in Religion

The Void State can be found in many religions around the world, such as Buddhism, Hinduism, and Taoism. In these religions, the Void State is known as Samadhi, Nirvana, and Wu Wei, respectively. In each of these religions, the Void State is seen as the state where one can connect with the divine and the infinite possibilities of the Universe. Easy Ways to Get into the Void State

Entering the Void State is not as hard as one might think. One simple technique is mindfulness meditation, where one focuses on their breath and brings their attention to the present moment. Whatever method you have successfully used to manifest in the past, and you feel confident about, use that for the void state. You don’t have to start a new journey when you find a new concept if you have one that works for you already.

Anyways I wanted to make this post because I get so many asks about the void state when it’s honestly one of the more simipilar forms of manifesting. I’m going to answer a lot of them here, so I don’t get them rundunatly in my ask :)!

Q: can I manifest anything, revise my entire life, manifest my sp, becoming a billionaire, become a cat?!!

A: yes you can do anything. Anything. No more can I do this questions. You know the answer and if you keep worrying about your doubts you need to work on your self concept

Q: are our desires immediate?

A: yea if that’s what you want

Q: is it better to wake up in the void or enter the void

A: that depends on you. If you hate awake methods and symptoms or whatever use a sleep method. If you don’t mind it and see better results doing awake methods, so an awake methods. For my ND people it’s better to do sleep methods imo but don’t limit yourself to others experiences either

Q: can I enter the void if I’m autistic/depressed/ have anxiety/ adhd

A: yes I’m all of those things. Why would the law only be for neurotypical people?

Q:can I shift or astral project using the void state

A: yes of course you can, you can use it for anything

Q: can I use lucid dreaming to enter the void ?

A: yes I have a guide in my pinned that covers that

Q: if you’re a master of the void state why isn’t your life perfect and bad things still happen

A: if you have this mentality you’re odd. Everyone on here is still human. And tbh once you’ve reached this place in your journey, you’re not revising every little thing in your life. We want to feel human, and have human experiences. We know we are safe and everything will always work out in our favor. Life isn’t a constant manifesting checklist to become the ultimate unscathed,unhurt god. That seems very weird and would give me cognitive dissonance. My life is already greater than most just because I found the law. Will I revise a bad test score. Yes. But I’m not revising every little thing that makes me sad, mad or is inconvenient to me.

Q: if you can enter easily why not manifest for all of tumblr

A: my reality is my reality, your reality is your reality. If it was that easy we would. When you enter the void you’re free to manifest for all of tumblr :)!

Q: In your opinion what stops people from entering the void

A: I would say procrastination. Not in a bad way, but most of the the time we see our desires in the future tense. “I cant wait to get my desires.” We can see our desires in the future, our future selves living our life shut rarely do we imagine us with them right now. More like watching a movie of ourselves in the future with our desires which just keeps delaying them. Identity with the inner man, not your future self.

Q: can you succeed even with bad circumstances

A: most of us found this because of bad circumstances. Of course you can

Anon and everyone else who falls asleep quickly while trying to enter the void, just assume that you will get in as soon as you fall asleep. What I like doing is the lullaby method, SATs, or just setting the intention with a statement.

For Lullaby: It is technically used with an affirmation of gratitude. So using “thank you” or “I did it” is great! You can also repeat to yourself “as soon as I fall asleep, I will be in the void.”

For SATs: Literally just get comfy as if you are falling asleep and replay the scene of you getting into the void over and over (you can also just do it once and relax knowing you will get there like I do). Visualize a comforting darkness, and not hearing anything. No intrusive thoughts. Just your natural state.

Intention: I tell myself once, “I will wake up in the void! I just know I will.” And, then just trust yourself.

Some people also like vaunting where you are talking to someone or yourself about how easy getting into the void is for you. This is all just to get you into that state of knowing you will reach the void as soon as you fall asleep. You got this! The void is so easy and you can get in with any method you want!

the lullaby method

1. first, get into a drowsy, sleepy state. not too awake, not too sleepy. like, when you can open your eyes but you don't want to. (if you fall asleep way too quickly, start affirming early. it's better to be safe than sorry).

2. then, affirm for your desires when you are drifting asleep until you fall asleep.

for example, let's say i was affirming for my desired face. i would KNOW i would get my desired face when i woke up. and in a sleepy, drowsy state, i'd affirm:

"i have my desired face"

"i look exactly how i want to"

"i have head turning beauty"

"i woke up with my desired face"

"i am extremely beautiful"

or if i was manifesting a large sum of money, i'd affirm:

"money comes to me quickly and easily"

"i always have more than enough money"

"i am rich"

"i have multiple streams of income"

"i am a money magnet"

if i was shifting to my dr i'd affirm something like:

"i will wake up in my dr"

"i am in my dr"

"i shifted"

the I AM state

the "I AM state" or also sometimes called "the void state" is a state in pure consciousness, where you are a formless, shapeless being. it is pitch black with pure nothingness. in this "void", you will feel a floating feeling, so don't be alarmed about that.

people enter this state because when you manifest in this state, you manifest INSTANTLY. you can shift in this state, or get whatever you desire also.this state is extremely easy to get into. it's a bit similar to the lullaby method.

in this state, you will manifest every single one of your desires extremely easily, because you are no longer immersed in sensory/outside world. no intrusive thoughts, no doubts, nothing. your consciousness is a purely "clean slate" and "empty".

this may seem like a lot, but it's REALLY easy to get into. i got in the void state on my FIRST TRY. if i can do it, you can do it. give it a try tonight and tell me how it goes!

how to do it

1. first, get into a comfortable position. you can move around for a bit until you find a position that is comfortable. then, stay still.

2. after that, breathe in and out for a while, focus on you breathing. then, begin to affim "I AM" "i am nothing" "i am faceless and formless" "i am in the void state" etc.

KEEP DOING THIS. you're going to get start getting a floaty feeling. if you get this feeling, you are doing it right. keep doing this, and make sure you're affirming from a peaceful place, and you are fully relaxed.

you may get tempted to move, itch, etc. this is just your body checking to see if you're awake or not. IGNORE IT. this is also a sign you're doing it right.

3. great! you're now in the void state. now, you can affirm/visualise or just decide what you want to happen. after that, you will manifest what you want EXTREMELY quickly, almost instantly!

you can shift realities, travel back in time or manifest something. good luck and try this tonight! you can do this at night or in the middle of the day. good luck!

I did psych-k one time and it didn't work. What happened?

Aht aht aht. Incorrect. It did work, you just need to work on correcting your conscious thoughts and everything will fall into place. You really can't expect for things to change outside of you when you haven't even changed what's going on inside of your head. You can make literally anything an assumption to work in your favor. Psych-K is just a technique of deeply penetrating all points in your mind, it's your job to keep feeding your mind what you want.

I did psych-k multiple times and it didn't work. What happened?

Previously said, psych-k works INSTANTLY. It will always work instantly because all those desires you're thinking about exist immediately in your imagination when you think about them It's your job as the creator to persist in your imagination, the world outside of you will eventually comform to your imagination. The main issue here is patience and not thinking in favor of the assumptions you wish to become true. Stop asking 'where is it?' when you've already got it in your mind, persist in your imagination and your outerworld will follow.

I used psych-k to affirm 'I manifest instantly'. Why didn't it work?

It did work, your subconscious heard everything you told it and it's working in favor of what you've told it, but it listens to e v e r y t h i n g you say. Stop telling it that you don't have what you want, you're undoing it's hardwork. Unless!!! You've decided to affirm and persist that regardless of everything you always have your desires OR you've decided to affirm that the more you doubt or think negatively or obsess about something the quicker it'll manifest in your outer world.

I used psych-k to affirm for my dream life. How come I don't have it?

Just as mentioned in the answers above, you've already got it, your outerworld just needs to catch up. All you need to do now is continue to persist in this new assumption that you've got your dream life already. If you see something in the 3D that you don't like, simply stop yourself from finishing thoughts of the old story and repeat your new story. OR you can create the assumption that EVERYTHING works in your favor, no matter how negative or unfavorable it may be. Manifestation is easy, you can make whatever rules you want to make.

Why don't I feel any different after doing psych-k?

I don't know, you're an individual with different workings than other minds. It worked, yes, but you still need to persist in the assumptions you want to become true UNLESS you've whole heartedly decided that you don't need to persist in order to get what you want.

I did psych-k and I feel like nothing changed, did I do something wrong? What if I had no thoughts while doing psych-k?

Not at all, as mentioned above. It's fine if you don't have any thoughts while doing psych-k, just focus on your affirmations.

How long should I do psych-k?

This is different for everyone. However, it's recommend that you do than more than just a few minutes of it. The safe bet is 10-minute sessions revolving around one or two affirmations.

How long do I need to do psych-k in order to have guaranteed results?

Once again, this varies from individual to individual. Psych-K works instantly after one session, but it's up to you as the consumer to decide whether or not you'd like to continue doing it or not. You've impressed the subconscious mind, but you need to continue watching your conscious thoughts until your new thoughts are manifested the way you desire.

Do I need to do the breathing technique to psych-k?

It is not a requirement, however, this is purely based on personal preference. If you enjoy affirming and focusing on your breath while doing so, go for it.

Do I need to cross my hands a certain way to do psych-k?

No. All you're doing with psych-k is crossing over an invisible line by crossing your ankles and wrists, engaging both sides of the brain while doing so. There are many, many different ways to engage both sides of the brain aside from psych-k. There are plenty of brain synchronization subliminals, exercises, and postures that achieve the same effect as psych-k. It's just scientific prayer. Psych-K is simply just the 'whole brain state' pose. It's affirming, super affirming, super learning, whatever others call it. It's basically just taking your affirmation sessions and multiplying them by 1000000000000%.

Does it matter what ankle I cross over the other or what wrist I cross over the other?

It doesn't matter so long as you engage both sides of the brain. Crossing your ankles engages both sides of the brain on its own, and crossing your wrists does the same exact thing. And when doing both, you are simply doubling the effectiveness.

Can I lay down while doing psych-k?

Yes you can, as briefly referenced in this post here.

Do I need to do all four wrist and ankle position combinations in order for psych-k to work?

No! However, if you are unsure of yourself and tend to overthink/overcomplicate, feel free to do what's suggested in this referenced post.

Can I manifest anything I want with psych-k?

YES. FOR FUCKSSAKE YOU CAN MANIFEST ANYTHING YOU FUCKING WANT TO WITH OR WITHOUT IT. And by anything I mean anything. Stop putting limits on things, and stop asking everyone if you can do something. You could literally change your own birthdate, have someone rise from the dead, have yourself a little fairy companion that grants you wishes, you could even change your genitals. STOP ASKING IF YOU CAN AND CANNOT DO SOMETHING BECAUSE THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS Y E S.

While I was doing psych-k I suddenly had a rush of negative thoughts, is that normal?

It's completely normal, you're teaching a disruptive class here aka your conscious mind, just keep saying your affirmations until they quiet down.

While I was doing psych-k I kept having random thoughts, what do I do?

Let them flow, but continue to say your affirmations. Eventually, the random thoughts will slow and there will be nothing but your affirmation to think about. Do not force the randomness away, do not react to it at all, just let the thoughts happen and continue your affirmations.

What if I have intrusive or impulsive thoughts while doing psych-k?

That's fine, just like mentioned in the previous answer. Do not get frustrated if you get lost in other thoughts that are not your affirmation, simply remind yourself of what you were doing in the first place and go back to affirming. Let your thoughts happen, and let them go on their own without giving them the attention they crave.

What if I do psych-k until I no longer have doubts but outside of psych-k I still have doubtful thoughts?

Try not to finish your negative thoughts (unless you've decided that negative thoughts fuel the speed of your manifestarions) and redirect yourself to thoughts of having this desire you want, think thoughts of love, abundance, peace, and all that jazz if you so desire to do so.

Can I listen to subliminals while doing psych-k?

Absolutely you can.

Can I still do psych-k if I'm neurodivergent?

Absolutely, psych-k is for anyone and everyone and does not discriminate amongst anyone.

Is psych-k autistim, adhd, ocd, add, etc. friendly?

As mentioned above, it absolutely is. If you can think, you can do psych-k aka the whole brain state posture for affirmations.

Can I use psych-k to enter the void state // pure state of consciousness?

Indeed you can. You can use any affirmations you so desire, there are no limitations to your mind so long as you can think of even having that desire in the first place.

How many affirmations can I use with psych-k?

As many as you desire, there are no limitations unless you create said limitations for yourself.

Do I have to do psych-k in complete silence?

Nope. Dominant thoughts create states, which creates feelings, and repetition of these dominant thoughts will manifest. You can do psych-k anywhere at anytime around whoever ya want, ya could even do it with other people.

Can I say my affirmations aloud while doing psych-k?

Indeed you can, it doesn't matter if you say them aloud or in your mind, follow your intuition and whatever feels right in that moment.

Can we use askformations/afformations instead of affirmations for psych-k?

Askformations and affirmations are just fancy big words for 'thoughts.' Of course you can think anything you want.

What if I doubt that psych-k works?

The only reason why you doubt that psych-k works is because you doubt yourself and what you're doing. It's been drilled into us since the beginning of time that in order to have the lives we want we must struggle to have it. 'There is no gain without pain.' And as soon as someone comes along and says that we can have the life we desire just by simply changing the way we think— our minds jump into hyperdrive. Keep in mind that that mind is the conscious mind that is thinking all these things. We've been conditioned to think that nothing is that easy, but fuck it is so much easier than society makes it out to be. It's up to you to believe in what you're doing and trust in what you're working towards.

Can I still manifest without using psych-k?

Oh my god, yes you can. You don't need anything but yourself to manifest, methods like this just hold us more accountable for what we're doing. You can literally manifest whatever you want with whatever method you want. I wish people would stop asking what you can and cannot manifest. You can manifest anything you want— even the bad stuff. Why do you think ugly people are ugly? Why do you think pretty people are pretty? Why are some rich and some poor? Why do good people suffer and evil people seem to prosper? Karma literally doesn't exist if you don't think it does, as evil and immoral as that sounds. The subconscious mind, your higher self, your female brain, the BIG you, or whatever you wanna call it, does not know the difference in anything you're giving to it, but if you keep repeating something to it then it's gonna manifest because you've created a belief.

Every single person has the ability to manifest instantly as soon as they think about a desire. Do not get that confused with the 3D conforming instantly. In order for you to manifest instantly so that your 3D will manifest instantly as well, you must create the assumption that you have the power to do so, create hope and belief in this assumption. Although it may feel foreign or unbelievable at first, you are creating false hope which will then eventually harden into true hope through repetition of this new idea. I don't care if you've been struggling with something for a year or four years, y'know why you've been struggling? because you haven't persisted in the thoughts that work in your favor. you haven't created rules and/or a foundation for yourself and that's why you haven't gotten what you want.

I can manifest anything I want instantly regardless of anything and everything.

Every time I quack like a duck and clap my hands two times I shift to my DR.

Every time I blink, thousands of dollars appear in my bank account.

The more I obsess or doubt a desire I have the quicker it manifests in the 3D.

Every morning, as soon as you wake up, either say or write or think "I am sure that I will wake up in the void state aware tonight." Anytime you think of the void or your unfavorable 3d, repeat that affirmation to yourself. As you go to sleep, do SATS and imagine a scene that implies that you woke up in the void state aware and really feel it. Keep imagining this scene on repeat until you fall asleep. Hi guys! In this post, I am going to outline a method that is compiled from my own experiences during my void state journey as well as other's experiences while I coached them. Anyone can do this and you can modify it to fit your needs.

1. Set an alarm to wake up in 5 hours, 30 minutes (I believe that this is the best time to wake up in order to get into the void state. It is normally recommended to set your alarm for 4-6 hours but I found from my experience that 6 hours was a complete enough sleep cycle for me so I would need lesser sleep for this method to work. I also realized that it takes me a while to fall asleep so 5 hours 30 minutes is perfect).

2. Upon hearing your alarm, get up and do something anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes (I've seen a lot of people say to try not moving in order to retain relaxation and be calmer to tap into the void easier but I feel like all that would do is help you go back to sleep. During this time, I would just go brush my teeth, pee, and then get back in bed but I've heard of people even reading Neville's book. You can do anything you want. Maybe don't start dancing to some heavy metal, but just anything relaxing. Personally, for me, if I stay awake for more than 10 minutes, I snap out of that trance like state you experience when you just wake up so figure out how it is for you and what you want to do).

3. Get back in bed and start affirming that you will wake up again as you fall asleep (Once you do this, you will start waking up again. I am pretty sure most of you have experienced sleep on a very important day when you really had to wake up or when you get up and off your alarm but then fall asleep and you know how your mind just wakes you up. That's what you're doing here basically).

4. When you consciously wake up again, try not to move your body and affirm for the void ( The reason that I recommend this method is because doing this it enables you tap into that mind awake, body asleep state. Your body is asleep because you were just sleeping but your mind is awake because we basically commanded it to wake up. I've noticed that this method is most beginner friendly because it's something most people have already done before and it makes it so easy to tap into that deep theta state without snapping out of it or just falling asleep. I've noticed affirming for the void at this point makes it incredibly easy to lucid dream, enter sleep paralysis, or in this case, enter the void state. If you accidentally end up in sleep paralysis, just affirm for the void).

The only reason that you have a "victimized" or confident perception of yourself is because on a deeper, hidden level you believe these things to be true for yourself.

▪︎ Your subconscious beliefs were shaped and formed in your early childhood which influences your perception.

When you are a child, your mind is incredibly susceptible to soaking up any information to be accepted as true because an established set of beliefs has not been formed as of yet during this time.

Your mind was able to easily absorb information and limiting beliefs that were handed down to you as a child from your family, school, and society for you to accept as true. 

As you're growing up, you develop a firm set of beliefs that you have accepted as true from your parents and society, which are accepted in your subconscious mind.

You were conditioned to accept certain beliefs as true and ultimately brainwashed by society all these years since childhood for you to believe yourself to be a "victim" to the "harsh facts of reality."

This is the deeper reason behind why so many of you doubting yourselves and your own ability to manifest your desires.

It is simply because society and the media did not condition you to be empowered as powerful creators of your own reality. You were falsely conditioned and brainwashed to see yourselves as helpless "victims" without any sense of control over your own life experiences.

Society and the mainstream media trained us all to be "victims" and let me tell you, the false teachings in society were pretty damn convincing in their performance. They certainly had me fooled, and I give them a standing ovation for the all the lies and the deception.

Society took you for a mindless fool who would accept their false "truths" as facts. Those deeper beliefs you developed in your childhood have influenced and impacted you throughout your entire life. Your original belief system ended up influencing your behavior, the way you think, and your perception.

▪︎ { Your subconscious beliefs shape your perception, which sculpts your experiences in your own life. You are experiencing your reality through a certain lens of perception. }

Aside from societal brainwash, you may have been raised by your parents to be humble and think of others before yourself, so the result of that today would be that you may struggle with having confidence in yourself.

You may have been taught by your family to believe that money is "hard to get by" or "you need to work hard" in order to be successful. That influenced your perception towards money as a result, and now you may be convinced that you need to work hard in order to make money or become successful.

If you grew up believing yourself to be a "failure" or "not good enough" in your own eyes then today's result would be that you suffer from incredibly low-self esteem, feel a lack of motivation to pursue after your goals, and you would struggle with having any confidence in your own capabilities. You subconsciously believe yourself to be a "failure" or " not good enough" and all those beliefs have no choice but to reflect upon your conscious mind.

If you grew up hating yourself then today's result would be that you may suffer from self-hatred, you lack self-love, and you may experience depression as a result.

If you experienced having trouble with friendships or losing many friends in your childhood then today's result would be that you may struggle with trust issues, fears of abandonment, and issues with wanting to socialize with others. Those kind of issues would deeply affect your friendships and your romantic relationships these days.

If you seriously struggle to believe in yourself, or have confidence in your own power as a manifestor, it is all coming from your established subconscious belief system. You must subconsciously hold a certain belief in order for it to influence your perception.

Your conscious mind reflects the deep, hidden beliefs you hold within your subconscious mind. In order to for you consciously believe something as true, you need to have the same belief in your subconscious otherwise your conscious mind will not be able to believe it. Your subconscious beliefs determine your mindset which influences and shapes your perception.

It all stems from your subconscious beliefs which ultimately influence your perception of yourself and your own experiences. This is what you must truly understand if you want to change yourself and your mindset for the better.

Those beliefs were deeply formed from your childhood and your belief system became established as true in your subconscious mind, which has affected you throughout your whole entire life. Every time your beliefs were "mirrored" back to you in your "external reality" as a result, those beliefs were further reinforced as true in your subconscious mind which strengthened your belief in those beliefs on both a conscious and subconscious level.

Your own personal subconscious beliefs are the entire foundation for your perception.

Your conscious mind has no other choice but to reflect your subconscious beliefs. You subconsciously believe all your beliefs about yourself to be true.

You are what your subconscious believes to be true.

~ Reprogramming Your Subconscious:

Your negative and limited belief systems are what holds you back and prevents you from achieving your greatest potential. It is all in deeper beliefs of your subconscious mind.

In order to create a lasting change in your subconscious mind and form new beliefs, you have to completely bypass the gatekeeping conscious mind. You slip the affirmations into you subconscious to establish the beliefs you want to accept as true which will inevitably influence a change in your behavior and perception.

You can change the state of your mindset and alter your perception by sending the same set of affirmations to your subconscious mind through a daily listening habit of consistent repetition during the process of reprogramming your subconscious beliefs.

After enough repetition of your subconscious mind hearing the same affirmations, the opposite belief system inevitably gets accepted and established as the new set of beliefs in your subconscious mind. Your mindset and behavior then changes to match and support the new subconscious beliefs as a result.

Until your limited subconscious beliefs are reprogrammed and replaced with the new beliefs you want your mind to adopt, your mindset will remain still in the same state it is now living in and your old beliefs will continue to negatively affect your perception of your reality.

By allowing the old subconscious belief systems to persist and control the state of your mindset, you will continue to experience the same negative and unwanted perception which manifests the experiences you have in your own reality as the creator of it all.

~ Repetition Is Vital: ~

When you begin the process of listening to your audio, the affirmations are sent to your subconscious mind which influences the state of your conscious mind.

During the process of your daily routine you will then begin to notice the results and experience a change in your perception. As you listen to your audio every day, your results will only become better and better over time the longer you listen to it.

Your results drastically improve because the new belief system you want to install in your subconscious mind is being further reinforced.

Your subconscious mind learns and accepts new, and unfamiliar beliefs through loads of daily, consistent repetition.

Eventually, when you receive enough repetition of listening to your audio, the affirmations are finally accepted and deeply ingrained as your new subconscious beliefs and those desired changes from your affirmations manifest into a reality for you. "When should I expect my results?"

▪︎ Everybody is different, and their subconscious mind will respond to subliminals differently. You can begin to see results instantly. It could take a few weeks, or it can even take a few months. Everyone is on a different journey and hold different types of negative beliefs in their subconscious. The most important thing is to continue to listen to your subliminal, no matter what. Have patience and keep listening. Your patience will definitely be rewarded.

"When should I expect full results?"

▪︎ For a full and permanent change in your mindset, listen to your subliminal consistently for 3-6 months. The longer you listen, the better and more awesome the effect of your results. 3 months is the recommended minimum, but if you have been heavily struggling with the same negative beliefs and trash mindset for most of your life, then I would highly recommend going all out with your subliminal and hitting the 6 month mark for maximum change.

"What if I want to listen to my subliminal for longer than 6 months?"

▪︎ That's incredibly awesome, and your results will be greatly enhanced as a cherry on top. The longer you listen, the deeper the new beliefs will be ingrained in your subconscious. The results you experience around the 7-8 or 8-12 month mark will be drastically improved and much *greater* than the original results that manifested around the 3 month mark. You would notice a much more incredible difference in comparison. After you reach 6 months, the rest is all about your personal preference and what you want to do. You make that decision for yourself.

"What if I'm already satisfied with my results? Can I stop listening?"

▪︎ You keep on listening even once you are satisfied with your results and staying consistent until you hit the 6 month mark. You want full and permanent results from all the dedication and commitment you are putting into transforming your mindset for good. You keep going and don't look back.

"How often should I listen to my subliminal every day?"

▪︎ The minimum: at least twice a day. I personally believe that the more you listen to it, the better. I like to have my subliminal playing on loop throughout the day while I enjoy watching my movies, shows, or reading some books. The important thing is to just keep yourself busy, don't focus on the "time" for the results, and live your life in the meantime. Your results will come, and your dedication will pay off.

"Can I have affirmations for another topic in my subliminal?"

▪︎ Yes, you can. In fact, adding affirmations for self-love, self-esteem, and happiness would be amazingly beneficial for you. Especially for those who are suffering from depression and want to cure those issues from within.

"What if I have been listening for X amount of time, and I want to update or add more to my affirmations?"

▪︎ Do not do this to yourself. Do *not ever* update your affirmations, add any more affirmations, or make any single type of change to your set of affirmations once you have completed creating your own subliminals. Once you have finished writing your original set of mindset affirmations, that's it. You must completely stick with them. I will say it again, you must remain *consistent.* at all times. Consistency greatly pays off in the end.

"Can I just assume that I have my full results in a week?"

▪︎ I will seriously never understand people with this type of thinking.. *deep sighs*

My answer for this absolutely ridiculous attempt to find a loophole for "faster" results is this: how in the hell do you expect to manifest this new assumption for yourself when you are listening to your mindset subliminal in the first place because you are *struggling* to manifest for yourself?

You're not seeing the greater picture here. What's not clicking for you?

Conscious manifestation is all about your mindset and right now, the current state of your mindset is deep down in the trash. Actually commit yourself to changing your mindset for good and stop trying to do the cheap version of this system.

Seriously, stop trying to "cheat the system" and commit yourself to this. Dedicate yourself to this process for the sake of changing your life or you will continue to remain in the endless vicious cycle of "struggling" to manifest your desires. Don't you want to break the cycle once and for all?

This is a serious commitment to yourself and the life you desire. This is not for the weak-minded or those of you who demand full results within 5 minutes or only 7 days of listening. These type of impatient expectations seriously need to come to an end.

Once your mindset has changed to confident manifestor mode then you can absolutely feel free to manifest that new assumption for yourself with subliminals. In the meantime, you need to achieve the confident manifestor mindset first in order for you to have any easy success with conscious manifestation at all.

One of my most favourite ways of affirming is pretending like I’m in an interview so here’s some inspo for it ^^

I know it’s a bit short, sorry about that, but it’s my first time making affs like this

I need to ask you one question - what’s the secret? Seriously. What is the secret to your beauty in success?

The void state! It’s this method of manifestation and it’s soo easy. It’s basically just a meditative state, and it was always so easy for me to achieve it.

Appearance of the Void State in Religion

Take it off the pedestal rn! it’s been here since the dawn of time, and will be continued to be used even if you choose to give up. so it doesn’t matter how many creators or anons lie about achieving it lol. we’re not the only ones pursuing this journey, so do some research outside of tumblr please.

Easy Ways to Get into the Void State

Entering the Void State is not as hard as one might think. One simple technique is mindfulness meditation, where one focuses on their breath and brings their attention to the present moment. Anyways I wanted to make this post because I get so many asks about the void state when it’s honestly one of the more simipilar forms of manifesting. I’m going to answer a lot of them here, so I don’t get them rundunatly in my ask :)!

A: yes you can do anything. Anything. No more can I do this questions. You know the answer and if you keep worrying about your doubts you need to work on your self concept

Q: is our desires immediate?

A: yea if that’s what you want

Q: is it better to wake up in the void or enter the void

A: that depends on you. If you hate awake methods and symptoms or whatever use a sleep method. If you don’t mind it and see better results doing awake methods, so an awake methods. For my ND people it’s better to do sleep methods imo but don’t limit yourself to others experiences either

Q: can I enter the void if I’m autistic/depressed/ have anxiety/ adhd

A: yes I’m all of those things. Why would the law only be for neurotypical people?

Q:can I shift or astral project using the void state

A: yes of course you can, you can use it for anything

Q: can I use lucid dreaming to enter the void ?

Q: if you’re a master of the void state why isn’t your life perfect and bad things still happen

A: if you have this mentality you’re odd. Everyone on here is still human. And tbh once you’ve reached this place in your journey, you’re not revising every little thing in your life. We want to feel human, and have human experiences. We know we are safe and everything will always work out in our favor. Life isn’t a constant manifesting checklist to become the ultimate unscathed,unhurt god. That seems very weird and would give me cognitive dissonance. My life is already greater than most just because I found the law. Will I revise a bad test score. Yes. But I’m not revising every little thing that makes me sad, mad or is inconvenient to me.

Q: if you can enter easily why not manifest for all of tumblr

A: my reality is my reality, your reality is your reality. If it was that easy we would. When you enter the void you’re free to manifest for all of tumblr :)!

Q: In your opinion what stops people from entering the void

A: I would say procrastination. Not in a bad way, but most of the the time we see our desires in the future tense. “I cant wait to get my desires.” We can see our desires in the future, our future selves living our life shut rarely do we imagine us with them right now. More like watching a move of ourselves in the future with our desires which just keeps delaying them. Identity with the inner man, not your future self.

Q: can you succeed even with bad circumstances

A: most of us found this because of bad circumstances. Of course you can
