One of my most favourite ways of affirming is pretending like I’m in an interview so here’s some inspo for it ^^

I need to ask you one question - what’s the secret? Seriously. What is the secret to your beauty in success?
The void state! It’s this method of manifestation and it’s soo easy. It’s basically just a meditative state, and it was always so easy for me to achieve it.
Really? It was easy for you?
Yes! I’m not joking - it really was. I’d go on Reddit and YouTube and Tumblr and see so many people complain about how long it takes for them when it literally took me only 5 mins. Not even 5 mins, less than that.
What do you think made it so easy for you?
Well, the fact that I’m god. I’ve always known my power and I’ve always known that I’m the creator of my reality. Everything in life has been easy as hell for me so obviously the void state would be too.
So you manifested all of this from the void state?

in the following, i have transcribed a meditation of edward art from the 10th part called "fearful of magnificence?" of his spiritual series. this is a meditation that i think everyone should try to do at least for once (ba dum tss). it’s no different from the imaginative work you do when you live in your imagination and feel it real. also, you really can never do anything wrong with meditating!

1 ⋮ lay down and just relax. the intention of this meditation is to feel for once. what you have been wanting to feel. that you will commit to freeing yourself from within for once. this is not about changing the world, but yourself from within.
2 ⋮ find something within you that you have always been wanting to feel. remove all ideas of trying to manipulate the world. leave the world just as it is and remember to change self. we change self when we actually feel what we want to feel.
3 ⋮ once you start to feel it and that fear sparks up, do not fear it. for this one time, do not fear that feeling.

I did psych-k one time and it didn't work. What happened?
Aht aht aht. Incorrect. It did work, you just need to work on correcting your conscious thoughts and everything will fall into place. You really can't expect for things to change outside of you when you haven't even changed what's going on inside of your head. You can make literally anything an assumption to work in your favor. Psych-K is just a technique of deeply penetrating all points in your mind, it's your job to keep feeding your mind what you want.
I did psych-k multiple times and it didn't work. What happened?
Previously said, psych-k works INSTANTLY. It will always work instantly because all those desires you're thinking about exist immediately in your imagination when you think about them It's your job as the creator to persist in your imagination, the world outside of you will eventually comform to your imagination. The main issue here is patience and not thinking in favor of the assumptions you wish to become true. Stop asking 'where is it?' when you've already got it in your mind, persist in your imagination and your outerworld will follow.
I used psych-k to affirm 'I manifest instantly'. Why didn't it work?
It did work, your subconscious heard everything you told it and it's working in favor of what you've told it, but it listens to e v e r y t h i n g you say. Stop telling it that you don't have what you want, you're undoing it's hardwork. Unless!!! You've decided to affirm and persist that regardless of everything you always have your desires OR you've decided to affirm that the more you doubt or think negatively or obsess about something the quicker it'll manifest in your outer world.
I used psych-k to affirm for my dream life. How come I don't have it?
Just as mentioned in the answers above, you've already got it, your outerworld just needs to catch up. All you need to do now is continue to persist in this new assumption that you've got your dream life already. If you see something in the 3D that you don't like, simply stop yourself from finishing thoughts of the old story and repeat your new story. OR you can create the assumption that EVERYTHING works in your favor, no matter how negative or unfavorable it may be. Manifestation is easy, you can make whatever rules you want to make.
Why don't I feel any different after doing psych-k?
I don't know, you're an individual with different workings than other minds. It worked, yes, but you still need to persist in the assumptions you want to become true UNLESS you've whole heartedly decided that you don't need to persist in order to get what you want.
I did psych-k and I feel like nothing changed, did I do something wrong? What if I had no thoughts while doing psych-k?
Not at all, as mentioned above. It's fine if you don't have any thoughts while doing psych-k, just focus on your affirmations.
How long should I do psych-k?
This is different for everyone. However, it's recommend that you do than more than just a few minutes of it. The safe bet is 10-minute sessions revolving around one or two affirmations.
How long do I need to do psych-k in order to have guaranteed results?
Once again, this varies from individual to individual. Psych-K works instantly after one session, but it's up to you as the consumer to decide whether or not you'd like to continue doing it or not. You've impressed the subconscious mind, but you need to continue watching your conscious thoughts until your new thoughts are manifested the way you desire.
Do I need to do the breathing technique to psych-k?
It is not a requirement, however, this is purely based on personal preference. If you enjoy affirming and focusing on your breath while doing so, go for it.
Do I need to cross my hands a certain way to do psych-k?
No. All you're doing with psych-k is crossing over an invisible line by crossing your ankles and wrists, engaging both sides of the brain while doing so. There are many, many different ways to engage both sides of the brain aside from psych-k. There are plenty of brain synchronization subliminals, exercises, and postures that achieve the same effect as psych-k. It's just scientific prayer. Psych-K is simply just the 'whole brain state' pose. It's affirming, super affirming, super learning, whatever others call it. It's basically just taking your affirmation sessions and multiplying them by 1000000000000%.
Does it matter what ankle I cross over the other or what wrist I cross over the other?
It doesn't matter so long as you engage both sides of the brain. Crossing your ankles engages both sides of the brain on its own, and crossing your wrists does the same exact thing. And when doing both, you are simply doubling the effectiveness.
Can I lay down while doing psych-k?
Yes you can, as briefly referenced in this post here.
Do I need to do all four wrist and ankle position combinations in order for psych-k to work?
No! However, if you are unsure of yourself and tend to overthink/overcomplicate, feel free to do what's suggested in this referenced post.
Can I manifest anything I want with psych-k?
YES. FOR FUCKSSAKE YOU CAN MANIFEST ANYTHING YOU FUCKING WANT TO WITH OR WITHOUT IT. And by anything I mean anything. Stop putting limits on things, and stop asking everyone if you can do something. You could literally change your own birthdate, have someone rise from the dead, have yourself a little fairy companion that grants you wishes, you could even change your genitals. STOP ASKING IF YOU CAN AND CANNOT DO SOMETHING BECAUSE THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS Y E S.
While I was doing psych-k I suddenly had a rush of negative thoughts, is that normal?
It's completely normal, you're teaching a disruptive class here aka your conscious mind, just keep saying your affirmations until they quiet down.
While I was doing psych-k I kept having random thoughts, what do I do?
Let them flow, but continue to say your affirmations. Eventually, the random thoughts will slow and there will be nothing but your affirmation to think about. Do not force the randomness away, do not react to it at all, just let the thoughts happen and continue your affirmations.
What if I have intrusive or impulsive thoughts while doing psych-k?
That's fine, just like mentioned in the previous answer. Do not get frustrated if you get lost in other thoughts that are not your affirmation, simply remind yourself of what you were doing in the first place and go back to affirming. Let your thoughts happen, and let them go on their own without giving them the attention they crave.
What if I do psych-k until I no longer have doubts but outside of psych-k I still have doubtful thoughts?
Try not to finish your negative thoughts (unless you've decided that negative thoughts fuel the speed of your manifestarions) and redirect yourself to thoughts of having this desire you want, think thoughts of love, abundance, peace, and all that jazz if you so desire to do so.
Can I listen to subliminals while doing psych-k?
Absolutely you can.
Can I still do psych-k if I'm neurodivergent?
Absolutely, psych-k is for anyone and everyone and does not discriminate amongst anyone.
Is psych-k autistim, adhd, ocd, add, etc. friendly?
As mentioned above, it absolutely is. If you can think, you can do psych-k aka the whole brain state posture for affirmations.
Can I use psych-k to enter the void state // pure state of consciousness?
Indeed you can. You can use any affirmations you so desire, there are no limitations to your mind so long as you can think of even having that desire in the first place.
How many affirmations can I use with psych-k?
As many as you desire, there are no limitations unless you create said limitations for yourself.
Do I have to do psych-k in complete silence?
Nope. Dominant thoughts create states, which creates feelings, and repetition of these dominant thoughts will manifest. You can do psych-k anywhere at anytime around whoever ya want, ya could even do it with other people.
Can I say my affirmations aloud while doing psych-k?
Indeed you can, it doesn't matter if you say them aloud or in your mind, follow your intuition and whatever feels right in that moment.
Can we use askformations/afformations instead of affirmations for psych-k?
Askformations and affirmations are just fancy big words for 'thoughts.' Of course you can think anything you want.
What if I doubt that psych-k works?
The only reason why you doubt that psych-k works is because you doubt yourself and what you're doing. It's been drilled into us since the beginning of time that in order to have the lives we want we must struggle to have it. 'There is no gain without pain.' And as soon as someone comes along and says that we can have the life we desire just by simply changing the way we think— our minds jump into hyperdrive. Keep in mind that that mind is the conscious mind that is thinking all these things. We've been conditioned to think that nothing is that easy, but fuck it is so much easier than society makes it out to be. It's up to you to believe in what you're doing and trust in what you're working towards.
Can I still manifest without using psych-k?
Oh my god, yes you can. You don't need anything but yourself to manifest, methods like this just hold us more accountable for what we're doing. You can literally manifest whatever you want with whatever method you want. I wish people would stop asking what you can and cannot manifest. You can manifest anything you want— even the bad stuff. Why do you think ugly people are ugly? Why do you think pretty people are pretty? Why are some rich and some poor? Why do good people suffer and evil people seem to prosper? Karma literally doesn't exist if you don't think it does, as evil and immoral as that sounds. The subconscious mind, your higher self, your female brain, the BIG you, or whatever you wanna call it, does not know the difference in anything you're giving to it, but if you keep repeating something to it then it's gonna manifest because you've created a belief.
𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝
Every single person has the ability to manifest instantly as soon as they think about a desire. Do not get that confused with the 3D conforming instantly. In order for you to manifest instantly so that your 3D will manifest instantly as well, you must create the assumption that you have the power to do so, create hope and belief in this assumption. Although it may feel foreign or unbelievable at first, you are creating false hope which will then eventually harden into true hope through repetition of this new idea. It is your birthright to create your own rules around your life, not anyone else's. Unfortunately, many of us have been molded by those surrounding us to act in a way palatable to the masses, however, we are apart of the few who truly have an understanding of manifestation and how it works. We must unlearn that has been drilled into us the best we can. Any method can work for you, so long as you create the belief that they can. You must create the belief, no matter how long it may take, that you can do something, and the rest will come easy.
One more thing— oh my God stop thinking about how long it's gonna take you to do something. I don't care if bigbootymanifest1935 manifested their desires two fucking weeks ago or if voidgod3000 just entered the void state in their sleep after learning about it two days ago. I don't care if you've been struggling with something for a year or four years, y'know why you've been struggling? because you haven't persisted in the thoughts that work in your favor. you haven't created rules and/or a foundation for yourself and that's why you haven't gotten what you want.
I can manifest anything I want instantly regardless of anything and everything.
Every time I quack like a duck and clap my hands two times I shift to my DR.
Every time I blink, thousands of dollars appear in my bank account.
The more I obsess or doubt a desire I have the quicker it manifests in the 3D.
Literally everything works in my favor and speeds up my manifestations.
The more negative thoughts I have about my desires the quicker they conform in the 3D.
The more I react to the 3D the quicker it conforms to my desires.
The more I think about the old story, the quicker the new story replaces it.
Every time I obsess about or doubt the void I enter it instantly.
Every single thing I do makes my list of desires conform instantly in the 3D.
I can manifest anything I want in 3 days or less by dancing around in a circle six times.
Everything I write in this book always comes true, regardless of everything.
ANYTHING can be an assumption, those are just a few examples. You can change your assumptions at any time whenever you want. You have no excuses anymore, stop procrastinating and get to work on your inner thoughts for fuckssake, I'm so tired of your bullshit. GET IT TOGETHER AND DO YOUR INNER-WORK. I don't know how many times the same thing has to be regurgitated from manifestation blog to manifestation blog to get this idea through some of your thick ass skulls.
void state routine ♡
I recently received a success from an anon of mine and the advice they gave was truly so good. They said that you should make a routine to tap into the void state and stick to it, like a gym routine. The more you do it, the better you get.
I got inspired by that ask to make this post. I get many asks from anons saying that they’ve tried “everything”, still failed and now don’t know what to do. If you feel similar, then this post is for you!
It’s going to be divided in two parts - a sort of template of a routine with which you can experiment with and add stuff you like, and a fixed routine I’ve made <3
Manifestation (optional)
Use the law of assumption to your advantage throughout the day. You can robotically affirm, you can script, you can visualise or you can just loop subliminals.
The reason this step is optional is because in my opinion the void state itself isn’t manifestation, if that makes sense. Many people who have no idea about LOA have tapped into it simply by meditating. So, if you want, you can completely skip this part.
Relaxation
Relax yourself. You can use guided meditations or just do some breathing exercises. Just make your body as calm and relaxed as possible.
Tapping in
Put on a subliminal or any brain wave of your choice (either theta or delta). Now, you can just let go and let the sub or brain wave do all the work. Or, you can affirm. You can visualise. You can fall asleep and wake up in the void. The choice is yours!

Manifestation
Listen to this sub playlist throughout the day whenever you get the time. You can also affirm and do other methods of manifestation if you want, but just listening to this is enough.
Relaxation
Do this meditation. If you want a shorter one, then this but I recommend the first one more because it has helped many people succeed. The second one’s still great.
Tapping in
Listen to this sub. You can listen to another one if you want but this one’s pretty popular and many have succeeded with it, you can check them out in the comments.
Now, start counting from 200 to 1. It doesn’t matter if your mind wanders or you skip some numbers in between.
Once you get to 1, start affirming for the void (If you don’t feel ready yet you can continue counting and getting relaxed).
In between, don’t be afraid to let your mind run. This is inspired by this technique by @ghostfest and this post by @lavender--fairy. Let your mind wander, daydream about your dream life, make up scenarios (just don’t get too invested in them that you forget about the void lol)
Just keep affirming and persisting and don’t try to stay too focused. You can let your mid run if it wants to.

What is Yoga Nidra ?

Stage 1 : Conscious state →
In the early stages of meditation, we remain in the conscious state allowing our body and mind to go deeper in our Meditation practice and expand our consciousness. Beginning of our Yoga Nidra our mind goes from beta state to Alpha state.
Stage 2 : Half conscious sleep stage →
In this stage , our mind dips from Alpha to Theta state which is also know as the hypnogogic state. Theta state is a transitional stage between wakefulness and sleep. This what we experience before falling asleep. But in Yoga Nidra , we totally aware of it happening, while remaining awake. In theta state , you might see hypnagogic imagery like flashing images and dream scenes. You might get hypnic jerks , where your body starts to jerk and move by itself. It means you are going into deep consciousness. Try to remine still , when this happens. It only lasts a few seconds.
Stage 3 : Conscious Sleep stage →
This is stage is where Yoga Nidra brings you to the deepest level of minds and expands your consciousness in to the unconscious state of mind with you being aware. This state of mind is the doorway to Astral plane and can help you enter the void within minutes.

How do we practice Yoga Nidra :
In yoga we are taught to put our Focus/attention on the 61 points on our body. Causing each part of the 61 point to fall asleep energetically. The 61-Points exercise is an excellent practice for entering Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), which is a state where you are in deep sleep, yet are awake.
Instead of doing Yoga Nidra by yourself, you can use guided meditations that many anons have used on Tumblr to enter the void state. I'll link them for you <3.

How to Enter the Void State using Yoga Nidra :
♡ You can do Yoga Nidra , before bed preferably or during the day if you tend to fall asleep faster.
♡ Take some deep breaths in and out. And sleep in a position that you feel is comfortable.
♡ Use a Guided Meditation that I linked below there have success stories from them. So Guaranteed , it will help you.
♡ After listening and travelling through the 61 Points , you'll be in the Conscious sleep stage.
♡ Start focusing on your Affirmations, You can say " I am void", " I am" , " I am in the void ". And try to ignore all the symptoms and persist through them , Symptoms are just indicators that you are entering the void state.
♡ And within minutes you will be there in the void state and ready to manifest your dream life.
My Pov, why Yoga Nidra works :
This is literally the only method that I found extremely helpful, if you entering the void awake. In my personal opinion, Yoga Nidra takes you into a deep level of Meditation that relaxes and clams your mind and body, which makes entering the void so much easier. And it's so easy and compatible for everyone <3.

the silva centering method to enter the void state. i've used this method for so long already and manifest many things. i suggest you practice this 2x a day once at night when u wake up and before u sleep. when he says positive affirmations, say in your mind "i always wake up in the void" (if u wanna wake up there).

Hiii my loves, ughh it's been awhile since i posted. So today's technique is based of self hypnosis and a technique I got from a shamanic book <3 ( I used to read a lot of books on shamanism because I was obsessed with their concepts) . This technique is really different to other techniques, I've posted on the past. I got a lot of asks telling me that some of y'all have being trying for months on end and haven't been getting symptoms. So today this technique will teach to induce the symptoms and enter the void state after that. It's a step by step method. Well ready to get symptoms and enter the void state? :-)
THE TECHNIQUE :
This technique involves using self hypnosis to induce symptoms at first and from there the void state. Please, self hypnosis is saurrr easy. It can be done ANYWHERE and ANYTIME. Self hypnosis is basically ALPHA STATE. Alpha state is a type of brain wave that we experience when we are relaxed, about to fall asleep, drowsy ( state of akin to sleep), you get the drift. I remember when I was writing out my lucid dreaming guide, I linked a post for you guys to read where that person successfully induces lucid dreams every night by self inducing sleep paralysis in a drowsy state ( alpha state) which then convinces their mind that they having sleep paralysis 😭. In a self hypnosis state of mind, you can tell your mind to experience having void symptoms. In the book, I've read it's called " instant healing", I'll let the author explain by quoting a passage from the the book -
" A rapidism is a type of affirmation that consists of repeating a word or phrase over and over again very until a change occurs. The first time I used this was on a chair lift at a ski resort when my hands were freezing. I imagined a fire in a fireplace and said to myself, “Myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm,” for about five minutes and my hands got toasty warm. Since then I’ve used it for a lot of minor ailments as well as emotional states and mental qualities, and it works very well ". You can give your body self hypnotic suggestions for anything and this time, we going to be using it for the void!!
HOW TO DO THIS TECHNIQUE :

So, I explained before self hypnosis is basically alpha state. We gonna induce alpha state first and I'll be linking many ways to do it!! P.s you reach alpha state before you go to sleep when you're feeling sleepy!!

In this success story an anon used alpha waves and counted backwards 100-0 which significantly reduces your brainwaves and entered the void state.

Every morning, as soon as you wake up, either say or write or think "I am sure that I will wake up in the void state aware tonight." Anytime you think of the void or your unfavorable 3d, repeat that affirmation to yourself. As you go to sleep, do SATS and imagine a scene that implies that you woke up in the void state aware and really feel it. Keep imagining this scene on repeat until you fall asleep. Persist in this challenge and tell me your success story! That's all 💗

the void is a state of mind in which one is in complete comfort, alone with their subconscious, and there’s no “resistance” between them and their desire. kitty got curious, and wanted to test the void out. she decided to manifest some pretty white flowers!
kitty laid down on a soft blanket, got comfortable, stretched and closed her eyes. then, she started to control her breathing. she breathed slowly, she inhaled, held her breath, and exhaled, slowly, to relax her body and her mind. she could feel her heart slowing down as well.
she was totally relaxed, and was focusing on the darkness behind her eyelids until she felt herself floating, as if she were in space. at this point, kitty affirmed: “i am in the void”, and there she was! so, she affirmed for her white flowers, and then, opened her eyes.
needless to say, guess what she had just beside her when she opened her eyes! she went right there to smell the flowers, and went on about her day, happy and content.
I have made lots of guides and posts about the law of assumption and its aspects in the past, however, I have noticed that beginners on the topic have been finding most explanations confusing. I’ve known about the law of assumption for years now and manifestation in general for even longer, so I often forget how it feels to be a complete beginner to the topic. So here I will be explaining the most common topics and how to actually manifest your dream life.
𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐬
𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 — beliefs that you have, which have little or no physical evidence to back them up.
𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧 — the spiritual you that is the source of your consciousness.
𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧 — the person you are externally in the 3D (physical) world.
𝟑𝐃 — the physical outer reality. It is only a reflection of your internal reality.
𝟒𝐃 — your internal reality, known as your consciousness, or your imagination.
𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 (”𝐒𝐏”) — the specific person who you are trying to manifest some sort of relationship with. It can be platonic or romantic, but it most often refers to a desire for a romantic relationship.
𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 (𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬) — It’s a state of mind. It’s a state that you assume by being (or feeling as though you are) the person who has what you already desire.
𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭— the beliefs, or conception, you have about yourself and your abilities.
𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 — revision is just manifestation but for the past. You revise—or fix to your liking—a memory in order to manifest that outcome to have occurred instead.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 — the state of the wish fulfilled is the state of mind you would assume if you already had what you desire. You are in the wish fulfilled because you no longer are in a state of desire or lack, and therefore you no longer worry, doubt, or desire.
𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 / 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐧 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 — to persist is to not give up. It is a reminder to remain faithful to your manifestation, even if it seems as if something has gone wrong, the opposite has manifested, someone else got what you wanted, or it’s taking “a long time” to manifest. To persist, you remain faithful, keep believing, return to the state of the wish fulfilled, and don’t give up until you get exactly what you wanted.
𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭 (“𝐄𝐈𝐘𝐏𝐎”) — It is the idea that everyone around you will always reflect your internal beliefs (and your self-concept) back towards you. If you believe you are talented and successful, people will reflect that to you through their words and actions. The same will happen if you had negative beliefs about yourself. This is why it’s so important to work on your self-concept.
𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 (”𝐃𝐁”) — the body you are trying to manifest (when you are manifesting personal physical changes).
𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞 (”𝐃𝐅”) — the face you are trying to manifest (when you are manifesting personal physical changes). Can often be based on someone else, such as a celebrity or influencer.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧?
First, I want to talk about what exactly manifestation is. A lot of people who first get into manifestation believe that it’s some sort of magic or outward thing that requires you to take x amount of steps to be worthy of something external from you to make this happen. This isn’t true. Manifestation is your natural ability to shift your consciousness to the reality that matches your assumptions and state. Shifting is easy and natural. You shift every time you make a decision, no matter how small. You do not notice your shifts because they are so minimal that the realities you shift to are nearly identical to the previous one, except for the small detail you changed. You are the source of your manifestations, not anything external. Your inner man (the spiritual you that is the root of your consciousness) is the source of your manifestation abilities. Every single person has the ability to manifest, and no one is better at manifesting than anyone else. Some people just know how to manifest and use it to their advantage. I’m here to teach you how.
Manifestation is most often referred to in relation to getting things, such as getting rich, getting your dream home, getting healthy, getting that dream job, or even getting the person you love to love you back. However, at its core, manifestation is about being the person who has everything you want. It’s about fulfilling all your desires internally and allowing that to be the source from which you see the world around you. If you want to manifest love, your goal is to become the person who is loved. You do this internally. You never need to take any action. You don’t have to say affirmations, write scripts, do spells, or even go out and take any kind of action toward your goals. All that is necessary is for you to go inward and allow your inner man to be fulfilled with everything you desire.
𝐇𝐨𝐰-𝐓𝐨
Now, I’m sure a lot of you are expecting a very detailed step-by-step guide to manifest. However, as I’m sure a lot of you know (if you are already familiar with the law of assumption), manifestation is a very personal journey and everyone has their own beliefs and preferred methods to manifest their desires. The most important aspect of manifestation, which should be the basis from which everyone builds upon their own personal journey and methods is belief.
The only thing you need to do in order to manifest anything is to believe. You need to believe that what you desire is yours and that it’s possible for you to obtain or achieve it. Once you believe, then you are able to get into the state of the wish fulfilled, in which you feel as though your manifestation is already yours. The point is not to feel delusional or to trick yourself, but to use your imagination to experience your manifestation internally. Fulfilling your desire internally is the cause that allows your desire to be made manifest in the physical external reality.
To truly feel fulfilled, you will not be worried about how it will come, or how you will deal with it when it is yours. I know it’s hard not to think about it or ruminate on it, but by focusing on the what-ifs you are contradicting the state of it already being done. If it was already yours, you wouldn’t be wondering what if, because you would already be experiencing it. You would already know what would happen because you’ve already experienced it. Relax into the wish fulfilled and keep the faith that everything will happen in the best way possible for you. If you feel this way even for a moment and then distract yourself from the topic, then you will have made a significant difference in your state and manifested wonderful things.
𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟑𝐃 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞.
So, you were able to achieve your desired state, but now you’ve returned your attention to the physical world and found countless contradictions to your manifestation. This is a common issue when you first start to consciously be aware of the states you occupy. It’s not only about reaching the state but also about persisting in the desired state against all odds.
I have gotten so many questions where people mention reaching their desired state, but then something undesirable happens in their 3D and everything begins to go wrong. This is because they allowed the 3D undesirable circumstance to determine their state. They allowed the negative feelings around the circumstance to decide the state they occupied and it persisted throughout the day, which is the reason why more and more negative things continued to show up in their 3D. This is normal. Every single person allows the 3D to influence their state because the 3D seems more real than the 4D. However, consciousness is the only reality, the 4D shapes the 3D, so in reality, imagination is more real than the 3D. You are simply only ever reacting to a reflection. The most important thing to do in this kind of situation is to return to the state of the wish fulfilled. Deny anything you see in the 3D that does not completely align with your desired state. By denying it and focusing only on your wish fulfilled, you will be able to persist in your desired state and avoid the cycle of the 3D controlling your state.
I hope you realize by now that the reason your undesirable circumstances persist is that you allow your 3D to continually determine your state. It’s a constant cycle of allowing what you see to be the ultimate truth, rather than allowing your imagination to take the reigns and bring about desired change in your life. This is why it’s so important to be aware of your state and focus on not letting the 3D world determine your state. You should only ever allow imagination and the 4D to affect your state. If you find yourself slipping, return to the desired state and then persist. Deny the undesirable and persist in the desirable.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
As long as you keep persisting, you are going to succeed. It doesn’t matter how long it takes, as long as you continue to persist, it will come. In my opinion, I’d rather get it later than never. Think about that. You have to be able to stare someone in the face calling you crazy and know internally that they are wrong. You need to be the master of your reality. As long as you believe in your desires, then everything will fall into place. No one else can tell you anything about your own reality. It’s your choice to believe what others say about you. And remember, if you change your conception of self, others will always reflect that back to you.
𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲
The law of assumption is a very personal journey. A lot of the time it’s about trial and error. I want you to know that there is no failure in manifestation. There are only learning opportunities. You never miss a chance to manifest something. You can always revise and you can always return to a manifestation. When you realize that your internal reality and your imagination are the sources of everything you experience in your physical reality, things seem less dire. You will realize that you have all the time in the world, and also all the power over your life and your earthly experience.
𝐅𝐀𝐐
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭?
Anything you desire can be manifested, even things that seem impossible can be manifested. In fact, everything you desire should be fulfilled within imagination at the point of desire, so that you can break out of the endless cycle of desire with no satisfaction. The rule of thumb is: if you can imagine it, it can be made manifest in the physical world.
𝐃𝐨 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞?
If you already had your desire, would you constantly be in a state of desire or lack? No, you would be enjoying already having your manifestation. You wouldn’t be worried about anything because it’s already yours. However, it’s normal and natural to feel this way. We are not asking you to never feel desire, that’s never the point. The point is to always make it a habit to fulfill your desires as they come up. As long as you keep returning to the state of already having your desire, then you’re doing well. Don’t get worried or stressed over not being in the state 24/7. It’s not important. We are not perfect beings and our minds wander and we lose track sometimes. What’s important is that we keep going back to the wish fulfilled and persisting.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐈 𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐭?
Doubt is normal. Everyone has to deal with doubts, especially when first starting out on their manifestation journeys. Just remember that it's always okay to have doubts. Everyone doubts at some point. I focus on building belief and finding constructive ways to deal with my doubt when I encounter this roadblock. This could be saying an affirmation, such as "it's already mine, so I don't need to doubt" or "I experienced it, therefore it's already mine." You could also distract yourself from the topic and return to it when you feel better or use emotional regulation techniques to relax your mind and return to the state of the wish fulfilled (such as any form of meditation). Doubting is a part of being human!
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐈 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐥?
You need to give yourself space and time. Manifestation should never be stressful, it should be freeing. If you feel as though it’s taking too much of a toll on your life, you should take a break and return to the topic once you feel better. When you return, I strongly encourage you to figure out exactly why you spiraled. Was it difficult for you to believe? Were you focused too much on 3D manifestation? Were you placing too much weight on your physical circumstances? It’s important to do this so you know what it is you need to do differently this time around.
𝐃𝐨 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭?
No! It’s entirely a misconception that you must always be happy to manifest. Being in the state of the wish fulfilled is achieving the feeling of being the person that has what you desire. That doesn’t mean you need to feel an emotion. Think about how it feels that you have your phone, the shirt on your back, or the pencil in your backpack. You just know it’s yours. That’s not an emotion, right? It’s a feeling. So, you can be sad, angry, depressed, anxious, etc. and still be in the wish fulfilled.
𝐃𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭?
No, intrusive thoughts never manifest. Think about this, assumptions are things you believe. There is an intention behind your beliefs, but intrusive thoughts are not based on your true beliefs, intentions, or desires. They’re just thoughts. Your thoughts are not what manifests, contrary to popular belief. Your state creates your thoughts which is why people consider their thoughts to be the source of their success, but it’s not. So don’t worry about your intrusive thoughts manifesting, because they won’t.
𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞.
Most people have this obstacle to overcome. It seems so simple to manifest a few dollars, a free coffee, or even a new phone. But when it comes to manifesting things like romantic partners (especially a celebrity SP), wealth, fame, physical changes, or even moving out of difficult circumstances, it seems impossible. Not to mention the fact that your successes seem so small in comparison to your deeper desires. What you should do in this case is work on your self-concept along with your beliefs about manifestation in general. Basically, remove your desires from the pedestal. When we say to remove your desires from the pedestal, we mean to stop giving them so much weight. Stop making your desires so difficult for you to achieve. Stop thinking of your SP as difficult to get. Stop thinking of money as anything other than a number on a website, or paper. Focus on de-mystifying your desires, so you can make them smaller than you. Remember that you are god and god can have anything. You are god living a human experience. Your purpose is to create a life that is fulfilling to you. Your desires are your roadmap for what you must create with your infinite imagination. Make yourself bigger than your desires, so that you always feel good enough for them, no matter how “big” they are. That is the way to circumvent this issue.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐦 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧?
When stuck in the victim mentality or insecurity loop, it really makes you realize how important working on your self-concept and self-love is. Build up the belief that you are the god of your reality. Since that is true, no one is above you, and nothing is too good for you. You are the only one that can manifest in your reality. Nothing can happen in your reality without you allowing it to happen. Your beliefs about yourself and your reality are what determine your reality and your experience. Nothing anyone else can tell you will have any weight unless you allow them to. You are good enough to be a millionaire, you are good enough to be a K-pop idol, you are good enough to date your celebrity crush, and you are good enough to be a famous actress or singer. You are good enough. Because you are the only power in your reality. You make the decisions.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧?
First, your thoughts don’t manifest. People often like to say that your thoughts determine your experience, but that’s not technically the truth. Your state and your assumptions determine your physical world. Plus, it’s the state that you most often dwell in that is the most influential on your physical experience. Wouldn’t you rather not be afraid of your thoughts? Wouldn’t you rather not be constantly worried that a distressing, negative, or intrusive thought will manifest? Well, you’re in luck because those small fleeting thoughts are not the source, it’s the state that is behind those thoughts.
Then, methods don’t matter. You are the only source and reason for your manifestations, it doesn’t matter what method you use, or if you even use a method at all. Your state, your assumptions, your consciousness, and your infinite imagination are the true sources of your manifestations. Also, so many people think that using states is a method. It’s not. Maybe they believe this because consciously changing your state requires a certain amount of self-awareness and effort, but it’s not a method. You are constant in a state. You cannot be devoid of a state unless you are dead.
You can “just believe.” Let me explain. I’ve seen so many people overcomplicate the law to the point that I am not even sure some people truly understand the law enough to be teaching it to beginners. Why are we focusing so much on methods that take hours out of our days? Why are we focused on methods at all? Everyone forgets that the only thing you need to manifest anything is the belief that it’s yours. Nothing else is necessary, because once you believe that it’s yours, you are in the state of the wish fulfilled. Simply persist in that belief, no matter what you see in the 3D, and you will receive it. So many people complain that they can’t “just believe” that their desires are theirs. Well, how are you perfectly able to “just believe” in negative outcomes, but never in the positive ones? There is little evidence for the truth of your negative assumptions, and the same for the positive ones, so why not choose to believe in something that will benefit you instead?
And finally, you are the only person that can give yourself the life of your dreams. You are the master of your thoughts, your assumptions, and your imagination. We can give you all the information in the world on how to manifest your dreams, but if you do not apply them, then nothing will ever happen. Stop putting it off for later, stop procrastinating, and stop standing in your own way. If you let go and allow yourself to believe (assume and persist), then you will change your life to an unimaginable degree and you’ll wonder why you ever waited so long to make this happen.
𝐌𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐲𝐞𝐭. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐦 𝐈 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠?
I have mentioned this before, but these are the most common shortfalls I have observed throughout my many years of manifesting.
Lack of conviction—I actually had a dream about this issue a while ago and it really opened my eyes to the importance of conviction when it comes to manifesting. First, the definition of conviction is a firmly held belief or opinion. I found that when I am manifesting, and I’m less decisive or clear about a desire I want to manifest, then it either will only partially manifest, or it won’t manifest at all. In my dream, I recognized that I kept changing my mind, doubting, and not firmly choosing this desire to manifest, so I only got a half-manifestation. I can't remember the dream that clearly now because it’s been a long time, but I remember waking up knowing deeply that if I had true conviction for my desire, it would have manifested clearly. The next night, I had another dream where I had a real conviction for my desire and it came in its full capacity, showing me that I only needed conviction in order to manifest the “big” desires that had been stumping me for a long time.
Lack of a clear decision—This goes along with the previous explanation, but when I lack a clear decision for what I want, I often find that the manifestation is shaky and it’s harder for me to retain conviction for a desire I’m not entirely sure about.
Avoidance (constantly saying "I'll do it later")—This is now referred to as deferred occupancy, but constantly procrastinating and leaving applying or occupying the state of the wish fulfilled for later will always keep your desires from you. Neville Goddard has said, “nearness implies separation.” If you are not occupying your desired state now, you are constantly separated from your manifestations.
Doing a method "to make something happen," rather than entering the state of already having it—Once again, this applies to the “nearness implies separation” quote. If you are doing something so that something will happen in the future, then you are once again separated from your desires. Your only goal is to make your desires real in the here and now. Not in the future, not later, now.
Lack of faith that anything is possible with the law of assumption—Some people have limiting beliefs that only certain things are possible to manifest, and others aren’t. Such as thinking that you can manifest a romantic relationship with someone you know, but draw the line at manifesting a romantic relationship with a celebrity. It’s all possible. Nothing is harder to manifest that anything. It’s all the same. Change these beliefs so that you can create a life with all your desires, not just your “realistic” ones.
Neglecting imagination (no mental diet/not working on self-concept)—While self-concept is not necessary to manifest anything, it’s definitely a huge help. It’s so important to be aware of your self-concept and I would always recommend working on it because it makes manifesting so much easier. You will believe in yourself and your abilities much more, it will be easier to persist, and you will never ever limit yourself.
Not letting go of the idea that I need to work or struggle in order to get what I want—Finally, some people really love to cling to the belief that you have to take some sort of action in order to manifest their desires. This is not true. You never have to do anything other than believe that your desire is yours. Everything else will fall into place for you. So, stop creating more limitations and obstacles by believing that you have to take action in order to manifest what you want. Just assume the state of your wish fulfilled and persist.

Easy Method to Enter the Void (No Meditations, LOA, Subliminals, etc)

I consciously reached the void within 6 minutes of falling asleep (new record) easily via the Bob Monroe couch/recliner method I posted here before. I did it after no more than 3.5 hrs of WBTB. Unsurprisingly, this person also has the same experience of chilling in the void after WBTB and sleeping in a recliner. You can anywhere and do anything once you're in the void. I strongly recommend using this method.
A beanbag also seems to work as it molds itself to your position. If using a couch/recliner, it should ideally be at a 120-130 degree angle.
You need a pillow on your neck and back so your field of vision is forwards like waking life and not sideways or downwards like dream life. It's also worth noting Tibetan Buddhist monks (creators of dream yoga which is known as lucid dreaming in the mainstream) also slept sitting upright.
IME, I was snapped out of it because of external stimuli of which I suspect was cars I heard outside my usual reality. This is something I failed take into account because while sleeping while sitting upright with your eyes positioned forward does prevent key parts of the mind like the prefrontal complex from shutting down during physical sleep, you can get woken up by outside noise due to an awake conscious mind. This can be remedied easily with noise cancelling headphones or earplugs or maybe even sleeping pills. Haven't tried this with binaural beats and don't care enough to.
I also didn't experience sleep paralysis before reaching the void. Your experience may vary. Due to you basically forcing your body in a sort of in between, half awake, half sleep state, you may have an intense conscious sleep paralysis episode involving falling sensations, entity communication and etc. There's also a real chance of you falling asleep only to "wake up" by stepping out your recliner only to turn around and literally see your body sleeping. If you freak out, your astral body might get sucked back into your physical body and you'd be woken up.
This method is a free and easy way to induce an altered state of consciousness but by now you should really be aware of what can come with you hovering on the line between a waking state and a sleep state.
