Hiii angel, don't worry I got you๐Ÿคญ๐Ÿ’—

This method is fool proof, because tons of people used it to astral project and was successful on their first Try . If they can astral project, you can definitely enter the void state in one go <3 .

Step 1 :

1. Go to sleep at your regular time. If you sleep for 7 hours , set your alarm for 3 hours earlier.

2. When your alarm goes off, do whatever you want . Chill for some minutes or go to the bathroom. Whatever you feel like doing , just do it.

3. After you done with whatever you was doing in these minutes. Go to bed , laying on your back with your arms on the side. Repeat a phrase in your mind " I will wake up soon and enter the void state " over and over until you fall asleep.

4. When you do wake up, do not move at all! Close your eyes immediately and start affirming for the void. And imagine yourself going up into the void state while affirming.

5. If done successful, you will start to feel vibrations ( this is vibrational stage , where your body is hovering between consciousness) . Keep affirming as you feel the symptoms because you are close.

6. Once the vibrations ( symptoms) getting stronger , keep affirming. Then from there within Minutes , you'll reach the void state.

If you're trying to tap in the void this is for you:

Stop trying to make yourself believe that you're going to tap or wake up in it and start affirming that you do. Robotically affirming really does wonders for me 'cause the point of it is just telling myself that i already have it and that's it. I'm not trying to change my mind or convince me of nothing.

Also, the only thing you should be "focusing" on is being consistent and persisting on what you're telling yourself! I'm so fucking tired of some bloggers telling people to "focus on the 4D or whatever" NO! Nobody is in the LOA community to live in imagination, let's be fucking honest... So my "tip" is:

If you're not complaining abt not having it, telling yourself the opposite of what you want and u're being consistent and persisting on the new story consider it fucking done. That's the only "knowing" you need to be in, the "knowing" that if ur consistent IT WILL MANIFEST DO NOT MATTER WHAT.

Do not stop until it manifest. Be fucking consistent for once in ur life for god fucking sake. Stop being so fucking afraid of affirming for what you fucking want. AFFIRMING FROM LACK ISN'T A FUCKING THING.

Just pick one to two affirmations and STICK WITH IT. You don't have to count them to 10K or anything, just tell it to yourself.

Sammy's 10 minutes method is very good if y'all wanna try it out; Just robotically say your affirmation in ur head or loud (it really doesn't matter) for 10 minutes (duh lol) but you can't start complaining abt not having it as soon as the timer goes off, just stick to the new story. (oh, i do it 3x per day)

states are essentially the levels of consciousness that you experience. there is a state of joy, there is a state of abundance, there is a state of peace, there is a state of love, there are numerous states of consciousness that you can exist in.

remember you are not your state, youโ€™re always jumping from one state to another, because youโ€™re pure consciousness you get to experience everything youโ€™re being conscious of right now.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY STATE? โŒต

you can switch your state by imagining what it's like to be in that state, or simply intend to. for example, if you wish to be in a state of abundance you need only start to imagine what your life would be like if you had the wealth and abundance that you desire. Imagine the things you would have, the places you would go, the things you would do, etc. (if you like to use visualization as a tool to switch your state)

it honestly depends on how you want to do it, many people use visualization, affirmations, scripting or by simply intending to. but in the end itโ€™s about whatever fulfills you within because thatโ€™s the goal.

what you really have to do is not let the inner man โ€˜starveโ€™ you need to take care of the inner man, and let the rest flow. you have to experience it in your imagination first (within) and simply move on. you donโ€™t have to force or do anything else, unless itโ€™s something that feels natural to you.

the moment you experience it within, itโ€™s done - IT IS DONE! whenever you feel like youโ€™ve slipped out of TSOTWF keep returning to it by using whatever technique you want. even with a simple โ€œitโ€™s doneโ€ youโ€™ve returned back to it.

IS THERE AN SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF TIME I HAVE TO STAY IN THE STATE OF THE WISH FULFILLED? โŒต

not at all! it is quite a common myth that you need to spend time in a state to manifest your wishes. you can spend a few minutes feeling the feeling you want to feel, or you can spend all day in that state. time itself is unimportant, it's how you feel that has the power.

for example if you think about your desire 5 times throughout your day, fulfill yourself within those five times.

there is no prescribed time to be spent in a state. it's all about the feeling, about the frequency!

IS AFFIRMING 10K TIMES NECESSARY? โŒต

the number of affirmations themselves don't matter. what matters is how you feel as you repeat them. what most people do as a mistake is that they try to convince themselves of their affirmations. they try to force themselves to believe them. you must not do this. you must go beyond convincing, you must feel your desire as an accomplished fact, as something that is already true because it is!

DOUBTS โŒต

doubts are simply thoughts and emotions that oppose the state of your wish fulfilled. you shouldnโ€™t acknowledge them and accept that it is normal and natural for them to arise while you are manifesting. don't get upset with yourself if you find yourself doubting your desire. just allow the doubts to be and move on. as long as your mind is fixed on your wish fulfilled, the doubts will have no power over you and you will find that they will weaken and weaken until there is only confidence and conviction in your mind.

itโ€™s totally normal to have them, but do not focus on them and return to the state of the wish fulfilled.

I GOT NOTHING DESPITE OF BEING IN TSOTWF, WHY? โŒต

because if you truly were in the state of their wish fulfilled then it would be realised in the 3D. however, simply saying you are in a state and truly feeling it to be your reality as if it were already the case are completely different things. It is necessary to truly persist in the conviction of your wish being fulfilled and not give in to any doubts or fears. it is necessary to make the decision to commit one hundred percent with your whole being to the state of the wish fulfilled, regardless of what the 3D seems to be indicating otherwise.

WHAT IF THE OPPOSITE HAPPENS? โŒต

don't be frightened when the opposite appears in the 3D. this is your old state coming up. just persist in your new state of consciousness that assumes that the opposite in the 3D is not true and is just a trick of the mind and that you are living in the state of your wish fulfilled now. be patient as your new concept will eventually be reflected and mirrored back to you with the persistence of your state of consciousness in your new state. don't lose faith! persist in being who you want to be!

ARE TOOLS NECESSARY? โŒต

all the tools are only aids in helping you to sustain a state of mind. the only thing that truly matters is the state of your mind. i would say that if visuals, affirmations or any other tools help you to assume the state then there is no harm in using them. but it is quite possible for someone to assume their state without using any particular tools, simply by having a state of mind and holding it without losing faith. each person is different and some people may find it easier to focus using tools, and some people may not find tools helpful. in the end itโ€™s whatever helps you sustain the state of the wish fulfilled!

WHAT IF I FEEL THE NEED TO CRY, WILL THAT RUIN MY MANIFESTATION? โŒต

not at all! itโ€™s perfectly normal, and sometimes even very healthy, to cry. emotions are a part of the process of manifesting and should be embraced. you should acknowledge and accept these emotions. don't suppress how you are feeling. just let the tears flow without judging yourself for feeling this way. crying does not ruin your manifestation. crying is a natural human response and should be expressed just as any other emotion should be!

remember feelings โ‰  emotions, youโ€™re a limitless being in a human form. of course youโ€™ll have your vulnerable moments! just donโ€™t dwell in them, cry let it all out; and once youโ€™re truly ready, go back to a neutral state/ the state of the wish fulfilled.

when you assume a state of your wish fulfilled in your mind, you will essentially find that you will naturally be "ignoring the 3D" because you will be so focused and absorbed in your wish. as the feeling of the wish fulfilled is stronger than any outer circumstances, you will essentially be in a world of your own with your wish fulfilled, which means the 3D is essentially "ignored". for this reason i usually recommend techniques like visualising to help you get to that point. however, there is no need to specifically ignore it. this is not a requirement at all.

Meditate for 5 to 10 minutes prior. Just clear your mind completely and if you get any thoughts (which Iโ€™m sure you will and thatโ€™s okay) just acknowledge them for a second and then put them aside, then go back into clearing your mind by focusing on your heartbeat. If you canโ€™t focus on your heartbeat, focus on your breathing and just clear your mind. After the 10 minutes, so after youโ€™ve done the meditation, just lay back and relax all your muscles, and just focus really intently on the emotion of love and imagine your heart center, you can use the word chakras if you feel comfortable with it. If not, just imagine the center of your body expanding outwards and imagine this energy is just bursting forward into the universe.

And imagine itโ€™s such an immense feeling that you canโ€™t move. Just pinned to the bed and you canโ€™t move, this energy is emanating out of your heart and the same time as doing that, hold the emotions associated with what you want to experience. So you could say your desired reality, and just hold it there. Donโ€™t move donโ€™t do anything, just hold that energy there. And thatโ€™s all you need to do, just hold that loving energy and your emotions in your heart chakra or center. Focus on your desired reality, (and again, this is after youโ€™ve meditated, so after 5-10 minutes of meditation) hold the energy there and then just release it to the universe.

That literally is enough to massively, and I mean MASSIVELY increase the chances of you shifting when you go to sleep tonight or whenever you try this. It will also increase the chances of you manifesting whatever you focused on, so you can use this for anything, it doesnโ€™t have to be for shifting. You can use this for anything you want to experience, anything you want to feel or materialize orโ€ฆyou get it. You can do this in the physical reality, or in a lucid dream and when you get ready for shifting, and then you just go about your daily routine andโ€ฆsee what happens.

What are askfirmations? Askfirmations are affirmations that you say in the form of asking.

For example, letโ€™s say youโ€™re manifesting bigger eyes. You would ask yourself:

why are my eyes so big?

why are my eyes perfect?

why do I have cute doe eyes?

why do I have big eyes? jeezโ€ฆ

make it natural for yourself! throughout the day, or whenever you want, ask yourself why you have your desire(s). Your subconscious will start to pick these up easily, and in turn, the 3D will reflect.

in my opinion, I love askfirmations. I feel more fulfilled when I do it. You can even do SATS/lullaby with askfirmations! You can also do it for the void!

Hi guys! In this post, I am going to outline a method that is compiled from my own experiences during my void state journey as well as other's experiences while I coached them. Anyone can do this and you can modify it to fit your needs.

1. Set an alarm to wake up in 5 hours, 30 minutes (I believe that this is the best time to wake up in order to get into the void state. It is normally recommended to set your alarm for 4-6 hours but I found from my experience that 6 hours was a complete enough sleep cycle for me so I would need lesser sleep for this method to work. I also realized that it takes me a while to fall asleep so 5 hours 30 minutes is perfect).

2. Upon hearing your alarm, get up and do something anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes (I've seen a lot of people say to try not moving in order to retain relaxation and be calmer to tap into the void easier but I feel like all that would do is help you go back to sleep. During this time, I would just go brush my teeth, pee, and then get back in bed but I've heard of people even reading Neville's book. You can do anything you want. Maybe don't start dancing to some heavy metal, but just anything relaxing. Personally, for me, if I stay awake for more than 10 minutes, I snap out of that trance like state you experience when you just wake up so figure out how it is for you and what you want to do).

3. Get back in bed and start affirming that you will wake up again as you fall asleep (Once you do this, you will start waking up again. I am pretty sure most of you have experienced sleep on a very important day when you really had to wake up or when you get up and off your alarm but then fall asleep and you know how your mind just wakes you up. That's what you're doing here basically).

4. When you consciously wake up again, try not to move your body and affirm for the void ( The reason that I recommend this method is because doing this it enables you tap into that mind awake, body asleep state. Your body is asleep because you were just sleeping but your mind is awake because we basically commanded it to wake up. I've noticed that this method is most beginner friendly because it's something most people have already done before and it makes it so easy to tap into that deep theta state without snapping out of it or just falling asleep. I've noticed affirming for the void at this point makes it incredibly easy to lucid dream, enter sleep paralysis, or in this case, enter the void state. If you accidentally end up in sleep paralysis, just affirm for the void).

I really want to get into the void so I can go into my waiting room but I have doubts and failed and on tumblr most of my day. I am neurodivergent and get bad habits. But I am confused because there is multiple methods out and I donโ€™t know which one to pick or do a lazy one when I do psych k to say I always wake up aware in it. What is the best method?

There are multiple methods out there, but you look like you're over consuming info on tumblr. My advice stick to the easiest method out there love, which I'm gonna share with you rn. Well this should have been the basics to the void but as y'all love to overcomplicate things the basics took place of the secrets. What i mean is that the points i am about to tell y'all aren't some fancy stuff, it's just some simple rules and if you follow that there is no goddamn power in this world which can stop you from entering the void. Before i start with the method i want to clear few things. These are the normal cause or the problems people face which leads them to the failure to void.

Y'all really think about it 24/7 that eventually you get to a point where you start doubting it .

Void isn't anything external it's within "YOU", it's "YOU". The void is simply pure consciousness where you are GOD that's why whatever you affirm, visualise or believe becomes true.

Another misconception is that you have to work on your self-concept or you have to assume that "void is easy" not at all honey you don't have to do all this, like why would you assume something which is already a fact.

The sky is blue it isn't green, purple or brown because it's a fact we don't have to assume it .

The sun rises from east because it's a fact.

We live on earth not on saturn or jupiter as it is a fact.

We are humans not animals or plant Do we have to assume this ?

Then why would you assume for the void, it's already a fact It is Easy. You don't have to assume it baby .

The solution

Now as we talked about the problems let's get to the solutions. Well to get into the void you only need one thing and that is "Peace of mind" yeah that's all and you can get it by following ways:

Step-1: Lay down and relax your body, imagine you are here for a body massage and they told you to relax .

Step-2: Now i would recommend you to listen to a meditation although it's not compulsory but to calm your mind it's the best thing you could do, it can be a guided meditation, frequency or some calming music. Personally i like to listen to this meditation ( do check out the comments for fun ) when you listen to it calm your fucking mind down if any thoughts come let it go and if you find it hard , just focus on your breathe.

Step-3: Do this meditation until you feel totally calm, when there are no thoughts in your mind start affirming 'I am void' and repeat it again and again make sure to only focus on affirmation . Within 2-3 min you will get the floating feeling but again don't focus on it (its still okay if you don't get symptoms, you will still get into the void).

Step-4: BOOM you are in the void yah it's that easy honey! Now affirm for your desires and there you go live your motherfucking life.

Step-5: Now as you know you have manifested all your desires either you can check them out or go to sleep ( i went to sleep as i am a lazy fucking ass lol! :)

How it really works?

I know it was easy af . Now it works because you listened to the mediation and it calmed your mind and that's all you need to enter the void once your mind is calm and you affirm for void your mind instantly got you and takes you to the void. Whereas on the normal days there are millions of thoughts going in your mind or maybe in the background which you don't realise and hence you never end up going there.

That's why i say you never need a good self-concept, persisting, living in the end or assuming to enter the void. Because void is your "GOD STATE" and do you think to enter your 'God state' you need to do any of these NAH! so now shut the fuck up and go do what i said and the next thing you'll have is your dream life bruhh!!!
