1. first, get into a drowsy, sleepy state. not too awake, not too sleepy. like, when you can open your eyes but you don't want to. (if you fall asleep way too quickly, start affirming early. it's better to be safe than sorry).
2. then, affirm for your desires when you are drifting asleep until you fall asleep.
for example, let's say i was affirming for my desired face. i would KNOW i would get my desired face when i woke up. and in a sleepy, drowsy state, i'd affirm:
"i have my desired face"
"i look exactly how i want to"
"i have head turning beauty"
"i woke up with my desired face"
"i am extremely beautiful"
or if i was manifesting a large sum of money, i'd affirm:
"money comes to me quickly and easily"
"i always have more than enough money"
"i am rich"
"i have multiple streams of income"
"i am a money magnet"
if i was shifting to my dr i'd affirm something like:
"i will wake up in my dr"
"i am in my dr"
"i shifted"
"i woke up in my dr"
"shifting is so easy for me"

the "I AM state" or also sometimes called "the void state" is a state in pure consciousness, where you are a formless, shapeless being. it is pitch black with pure nothingness. in this "void", you will feel a floating feeling, so don't be alarmed about that.
people enter this state because when you manifest in this state, you manifest INSTANTLY. you can shift in this state, or get whatever you desire also.this state is extremely easy to get into. it's a bit similar to the lullaby method.
in this state, you will manifest every single one of your desires extremely easily, because you are no longer immersed in sensory/outside world. no intrusive thoughts, no doubts, nothing. your consciousness is a purely "clean slate" and "empty".
this may seem like a lot, but it's REALLY easy to get into. i got in the void state on my FIRST TRY. if i can do it, you can do it. give it a try tonight and tell me how it goes!
1. first, get into a comfortable position. you can move around for a bit until you find a position that is comfortable. then, stay still.
2. after that, breathe in and out for a while, focus on you breathing. then, begin to affim "I AM" "i am nothing" "i am faceless and formless" "i am in the void state" etc.
KEEP DOING THIS. you're going to get start getting a floaty feeling. if you get this feeling, you are doing it right. keep doing this, and make sure you're affirming from a peaceful place, and you are fully relaxed.
you may get tempted to move, itch, etc. this is just your body checking to see if you're awake or not. IGNORE IT. this is also a sign you're doing it right.
3. great! you're now in the void state. now, you can affirm/visualise or just decide what you want to happen. after that, you will manifest what you want EXTREMELY quickly, almost instantly!
you can shift realities, travel back in time or manifest something. good luck and try this tonight! you can do this at night or in the middle of the day. good luck!

I ENTERED THE VOID!!!
You, and probably a lot of other people, know how long ive been trying to enter and how hard it's been for me. I honestly can't believe I acctually entered. I thought I'd be stuck on this site forever, fighting random people. Btw I had people "curse" me to never enter the void so I guess I'm proof that you can't curse someone 💀
But truly Pink this is surreal and I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.
What I did: I followed along to the challenge, wasn't super consistent with the first one but was super consistent with the second one and I also was just on my ass 24/7 about my void concept. If I got doubts I would affirm against it and I was also doing the instant manifesting challenge (3 times a day, sit down and vaunt askifirmations about your desire for 10-30 minutes)..
How I entered: The breathing video. My third try. First time I got tired and had to stop. Second, I got distracted but third time, I was following along and I slowly realized I couldn't really feel my body and then I felt like I was floating and kept persisting and then the video ended and I kept continuing the breathing and then I realized that I was in the void.
What I manifested: My only.affirmation was "I'm living my dream life." I had an idea of my dream life and just let my subconcious fill in the blanks. I used to be so insecure about my appearance, now I am so pretty, it's unreal. I also was in abusive home but now I share an apartment with my friends (think Friends the TV show). +more

I use this, so I know that it works. It works for me. Whether or not it works for you is completely upon you.
This is an awake method.
1. I journal to get out all my thoughts and worries.
2. I meditate for about 10 to 15 minutes.
3. I lie down in a starfish position usually on my back.
4. I focus on my surroundings for 15 seconds then I focus on my body for 15 seconds. I repeat this like 4 to 5 times.
5. Then, I count to a hundred an say an affirmation between each count. I try to count to a hundred, but I usually get into to the void by like 30.
6. Thats it, and boom you're in the void state.
Tip- Avoid getting excited or thrilled when you feel yourself start to float. Try not to focus on that the floating but your affirmations instead.

How to detach from your physical body to enter the void state ?
What is detachment ?
It means being disconnected from your current reality. In order to detach , you must take your focus of the 3D to detach fully and loose yourself.
Ways to detach :
1. Meditation :
Meditation can help you focus on being present on the now and it takes our focus off everyday life. When you attempt to meditate the right way , you'll slowly disconnect from this Reality.

2. Feel/ Imagine the void :
Someone shifted with this technique 💗. You can read it , here . This method will help you detach physically and mentally.
1. Close your eyes and start to Focus on the back of eyelids and start to Imagine yourself in the void state( you can customise your own void in your imagination). The more you focus on eyelids/ scenes. The more detached you'll feel. And when you feel like you are floating and start to say your Affirmations.
" Focusing on something that isn’t related to your cr- even imagining something for a couple seconds, can get you detached from this reality because your awareness isn’t on your cr during that moment. zoning out can be a shifting method also, because it’s the same thing I did to shift."
