the lullaby method

1. first, get into a drowsy, sleepy state. not too awake, not too sleepy. like, when you can open your eyes but you don't want to. (if you fall asleep way too quickly, start affirming early. it's better to be safe than sorry).

2. then, affirm for your desires when you are drifting asleep until you fall asleep.

for example, let's say i was affirming for my desired face. i would KNOW i would get my desired face when i woke up. and in a sleepy, drowsy state, i'd affirm:

"i have my desired face"

"i look exactly how i want to"

"i have head turning beauty"

"i woke up with my desired face"

"i am extremely beautiful"

or if i was manifesting a large sum of money, i'd affirm:

"money comes to me quickly and easily"

"i always have more than enough money"

"i am rich"

"i have multiple streams of income"

"i am a money magnet"

if i was shifting to my dr i'd affirm something like:

"i will wake up in my dr"

"i am in my dr"

"i shifted"

"i woke up in my dr"

"shifting is so easy for me"

This wonderful experience of rising and floating is the signal that you are absent from the body or problem and are now present with the Lord; in this expanded state you are not conscious of being anything but I AM – I AM; you are only conscious of being.

the I AM state

the "I AM state" or also sometimes called "the void state" is a state in pure consciousness, where you are a formless, shapeless being. it is pitch black with pure nothingness. in this "void", you will feel a floating feeling, so don't be alarmed about that.

people enter this state because when you manifest in this state, you manifest INSTANTLY. you can shift in this state, or get whatever you desire also.this state is extremely easy to get into. it's a bit similar to the lullaby method.

in this state, you will manifest every single one of your desires extremely easily, because you are no longer immersed in sensory/outside world. no intrusive thoughts, no doubts, nothing. your consciousness is a purely "clean slate" and "empty".

this may seem like a lot, but it's REALLY easy to get into. i got in the void state on my FIRST TRY. if i can do it, you can do it. give it a try tonight and tell me how it goes!

how to do it

1. first, get into a comfortable position. you can move around for a bit until you find a position that is comfortable. then, stay still.

2. after that, breathe in and out for a while, focus on you breathing. then, begin to affim "I AM" "i am nothing" "i am faceless and formless" "i am in the void state" etc.

KEEP DOING THIS. you're going to get start getting a floaty feeling. if you get this feeling, you are doing it right. keep doing this, and make sure you're affirming from a peaceful place, and you are fully relaxed.

you may get tempted to move, itch, etc. this is just your body checking to see if you're awake or not. IGNORE IT. this is also a sign you're doing it right.

3. great! you're now in the void state. now, you can affirm/visualise or just decide what you want to happen. after that, you will manifest what you want EXTREMELY quickly, almost instantly!

you can shift realities, travel back in time or manifest something. good luck and try this tonight! you can do this at night or in the middle of the day. good luck!

How I woke up in the void using SATS

I knew about the void since last year, from a submaker who then advised I join loa tumblr then I did, I read many post just trying to understand and know more about the void ( I didn't believe in it it felt to good to be true honestly) I decided to enter the void through sleep paralysis because I've always had sp for years and I didn't even want it, but the one time that I actually want to induce sp I couldn't 😤 lol I was so mad about that, it completely ruined my sleep schedule and I became discouraged and decided to take a break from sp and I began procrastinating, nothing motivated me so I deleted tumblr and focus on my self concept for 3 weeks ,That's when I found out about SATS and robotically affirming, this time I wanted to persist in my desires cause it was killing me inside knowing that I'm the only one that's getting in my own way, so I kept affirming and persisting doing SATS with the Thomas Edison method and within a week I woke up in the void state. If you're trying to tap in the void this is for you:

Stop trying to make yourself believe that you're going to tap or wake up in it and start affirming that you do. Robotically affirming really does wonders for me 'cause the point of it is just telling myself that i already have it and that's it. I'm not trying to change my mind or convince me of nothing.

Also, the only thing you should be "focusing" on is being consistent and persisting on what you're telling yourself! I'm so fucking tired of some bloggers telling people to "focus on the 4D or whatever" NO! Nobody is in the LOA community to live in imagination, let's be fucking honest... So my "tip" is:

If you're not complaining abt not having it, telling yourself the opposite of what you want and u're being consistent and persisting on the new story consider it fucking done. That's the only "knowing" you need to be in, the "knowing" that if ur consistent IT WILL MANIFEST DO NOT MATTER WHAT.

Do not stop until it manifest. Be fucking consistent for once in ur life for god fucking sake. Stop being so fucking afraid of affirming for what you fucking want. AFFIRMING FROM LACK ISN'T A FUCKING THING.

Just pick one to two affirmations and STICK WITH IT. You don't have to count them to 10K or anything, just tell it to yourself.

Sammy's 10 minutes method is very good if y'all wanna try it out; Just robotically say your affirmation in ur head or loud (it really doesn't matter) for 10 minutes (duh lol) but you can't start complaining abt not having it as soon as the timer goes off, just stick to the new story. (oh, i do it 3x per day)

this method is slightly more "scientific" and it can help the more logical people to shift/get into the void state/manifest/experience the impossible. whatever information i provide in this method is proved by the CIA. i'll link the documents from the CIA too.

this method involves turning off the left side of your brain. the left side of your brain is more logical and can't take information or anything you tell yourself without analyzing it. which is why some people believe that shifting and manifesting isn't possible. your right side of the brain is responsible for creativity and imagination. people who use the right side of their brain more tend to believe in the impossible more. this can also be a reason why you're "not able to manifest" or have a hard time manifesting/shifting.

i've realized that a lot of people struggle to manifest simply because they are more in tune to the left side of their brain. this has nothing to do with beliefs, so don't worry. we use both halves of our brain equally and they both function. sometimes people are either more creative and imaginative and some are more logical and analytical. 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐎 𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍 𝐎𝐅𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐅𝐓 𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍

please follow these steps thoroughly!

in order to turn off the left side of your brain, you must convince your body and mind that your body is asleep. the process of turning of the left side of your brain is extremely simple.

here is what you need to do : step one | make yourself comfortable and relaxed. i would recommended doing this before bed or just when you are tired. find a comfortable position and stay in that position without moving. it takes at least 15-20 minutes for the left side of your brain to turn off step two | do something to keep the right side of your brain awake. you can listen to music/subliminals, count, or think random thoughts but not really acknowledge them at the same time if that makes sense. try to keep the right side of your brain busy until the left side of your brain turns off. the left side of your brain gets bored easily so just continue engaging in not so exciting or interesting conversations or mental tasks (like counting) tip : if you have trouble staying awake, eat and apple before hand step three | after about 15-20 minutes you will start to feel like you're floating, but if you don't just keep doing what you're doing. you may feel a different symptom, but you will know once the left side of your brain is asleep. you may feel itchy or even tingly sensations. even if you don't feel any symptoms or you have different symptoms, just trust the process step four | once you turned off the left side of your brain, you can manifest, reality shift, get into the void, lucid dream, astral project, etc.

◇ Important Note: I would argue that you never know for sure who you can and cannot trust when it comes to subliminal/supraliminal channels because harmful affirmations can be slipped into any one that you come across. So just be careful of what you listen to and always trust your intuition.

This is exactly why I make my own for myself, and it's a thousand times more effective for me anyway compared to listening to somebody else's work. Besides, subliminals and supraliminals are very easy and simple to make.

▪︎ Be sure to save the mp3 downloads for your affirmations and put it into a "subliminals" or "supraliminals" folder under documents then drag the downloads to your chosen folder.

{ Creating a Supraliminal: }

◇ This is how I personally make mine and this method requires a computer or a laptop.

1. Typing affirmations

Use google docs and type out your mindset affirmations. I recommend using both "I" and "You" format for the affirmations.

▪︎ Here's an option you can do to make the process more fun: listen to music while typing your affirmations.

2. Converting and saving affirmations to mp3

Now you're going to use a text to speech website or you can record your own voice. Either way works, so it doesn't matter which one you choose.

◇ Note: If you are wanting to record your own voice - then you can skip step 2 and jump over to step 3.

◇ I usually use: fromtexttospeech.com (but given that site has an annoying tendency to stop working from time to time) My back up is: ttsmp3.com and it works beautifully.

▪︎ I suggest using 3-4 different voices for each set of affirmations. Example: 1 voice for one set of affirmations and a different voice for the next set of affirmations.

3. Audio editing

You're then going to download a pc app called Audacity. Audacity is a free, high quality software for editing audio and it is simply heaven-sent for making your own subliminals. The site is: audacityteam.org

Alternative for those who want to record their affirmations in their own voice: you can use Audacity to record your affirmations. (Look up tutorials on YouTube on how to record your voice in Audacity and follow the steps.) After you are done recording, jump to the next step for lowering the volume.

You open Audacity and drag your mp3 downloads to center of the screen or you can import the files.

Click the "Select" tab at the top near the edit tab and click on "all". Go to the effect tab and click on "Volume and Compression". Select "Amplify" and put in -35 before clicking "Apply".

Lower the volume of each set of affirmations to your liking (I suggest somewhere around the range of -33, -35, etc. You want the affirmations to sound like whispers or mumbles in your ear.)

For good audio sound quality - click on "Audio Set up" then select "Audio Settings...". Choose 48000 Hz under "Project Sample Rate" then click "OK" when you're finished.

◇ If you can clearly hear what the affirmations are saying, turn the volume down lower. Test around with the volume. The goal is to make them sound like they are whispers or mumbles in your ear that you can't consciously understand.

◇ You can feel free to change the tempo of the audio - these are just preferences. You click "Select" and choose "all" then you go back to the "Effect" tab and click on "Pitch and Tempo." Choose "Change Tempo". I suggest staying around 20-50 then you click on "Apply".

4. Optional Step: You can download and add music, rain sounds, white noise, brainwave entrainment, etc to your audio or just listen to plain whispers. It's up to you.

Export the supraliminal under your chosen folder and give your audio a name.

You can export the audio in WAV or MP3 format.

5. Optional step: Send your supraliminal to your email if you want to listen to it from your phone while you sleep or watch movies and shows. Make sure you have an mp3 player app downloaded on your phone and you'll be good to go.

"How often do I listen to my audio?"

I highly suggest for you to listen to your subliminal every day until you have built up your confidence and self-belief *for good* in your own abilities to manifest. Your mindset change and self-belief has to be absolutely solid and unshakable. You can listen to it during the day, you can listen while you're sleeping, or even both.

"What can I do while listening?"

You can read, play video games, watch movies/shows, work around the house, listen to music, vaunting, scripting, dance around knowing you have your desires, etc. You can do basically anything you want. -Just *do not listen while driving for safety reasons.*

"How can I further work on changing my mindset while listening to my audio?"

Practicing, practicing, and more practicing of your manifestation abilities.

Daily vaunting about your confident manifestor mindset and how much faith you now have in yourself as the operant power of your reality.

Plans with this challenge: I'll do this for 1 week and update with my results. You guys can join in or wait for my results before deciding to try it yourself.

Why I'm Doing This: I've come to realize that everything is powered by your beliefs and what you subconsciously believes. Your 3d is just a reflection of your 4d. While I do truly believe in the void, I do not believe in my own ability to enter it because if I did, I would have entered by now. For this reason, I wanted to really focus on my subconcious beliefs abt the void for a week and aligning it to what I want: me always waking up in the void state aware.

The Challenge:

1. Instant Manifestation Challenge

inspired by this anon success story, i will be doing askiformations+feeling that i always wake up in the void 3 times a day. i had pretty good results doing a similar thing when i followed @charmedreincarnation theta waves method so i know this will help (i hated my job but by affirming for 20 minutes a day while listening to theta waves, i was able to change my workplace and now i rlly like going to work, people treat me nicer, and my job is easier).

Hiii angel, don't worry I got you🤭💗

This method is fool proof, because tons of people used it to astral project and was successful on their first Try . If they can astral project, you can definitely enter the void state in one go <3 .

Step 1 :

1. Go to sleep at your regular time. If you sleep for 7 hours , set your alarm for 3 hours earlier.

2. When your alarm goes off, do whatever you want . Chill for some minutes or go to the bathroom. Whatever you feel like doing , just do it.

3. After you done with whatever you was doing in these minutes. Go to bed , laying on your back with your arms on the side. Repeat a phrase in your mind " I will wake up soon and enter the void state " over and over until you fall asleep.

4. When you do wake up, do not move at all! Close your eyes immediately and start affirming for the void. And imagine yourself going up into the void state while affirming.

5. If done successful, you will start to feel vibrations ( this is vibrational stage , where your body is hovering between consciousness) . Keep affirming as you feel the symptoms because you are close.

6. Once the vibrations ( symptoms) getting stronger , keep affirming. Then from there within Minutes , you'll reach the void state.

Can you give some tips on how to wake up in the void instead of entering it ...

Hey there , hun. There's plenty of ways to wake up in the void state. I do not want you to over consume info. I will share all the methods , I know of. You choose the ones , you like. Remember all methods work , if you know that you going to wake up in the void without a doubt. :-).

Let's get started,

Lullaby method :

“A most effective way to embody a desire is to assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled and then, in a relaxed and drowsy state, repeat over and over again like a lullaby, any short phrase which implies fulfillment of your desire"

Before bed, when you feel drowsy or sleepy and you about to sleep.

Affirm for you desires as if they have already Manifested:

You can even say " void " until you feel asleep because your subconscious knows you want to wake up in the void state.

Eg," I will wake up in the void state tonight aware"

Sats :

( I had to define this again, but I've had explained this in my previous asks).

Before bed , visualize a scene where you telling someone that you always wake up in the void , when you fall asleep. This implies your fulfilment of your desire. Or you can affirm , whichever way you want.
