I'm not really on Tumblr (or social media consistently, lol) but here's a lil look into my indie game, Strawberry's Flowers!

It's gonna be very short and sweet as I'm just trying to learn some new things in pixel art and in my game dev workflows.

I don't usually do fan art, but I'm really vibing with artist OhTheSunnySide's (on Twitter), character designs and stories! Not used to drawing human-like pixel art, but I think I did okay within an hour!

A yummy pink donut!

Crying is natural; the skies cry, the birds cry, the trees cry. When it's one thing after another, I feel like I wanna cry. I probably should. I know I need to let my body release. But at the same time, I don't want to. Because crying is letting go, resting, pausing, regrouping. But when you feel like you can't do any of that, not yet. You just wait until you can. Or you don't.

I had a lot of fun figuring out how these lil' critters would look and animate in my latest game jam!

Meet Leafette! They are the main character for my itch io Devtober game jam entry (currently) titled, Foliage Conversations. You can read more about Leafette on my blog, here!

Leafette is a resident of Foliage Falls, a cozy little town known for its beautiful lakes and rivers.

Although well-known by the locals, Leafette can be a bit shy around new people. And with a love for books, they are a familiar face at the local book store, the Cozy Reader.
