christmas has passed and it’s time to post my remaining, distinctly non-festive, cookie requests!!! XD and omg... the struggle was real... it was too, too real... Apparently making black icing is like making a deal with the devil... everybody says “don’t do it! it’s a terrible idea! only bad things will happen!” and you’re like “NAHHH~! this will get me exactly what i want! i know what i’m doing!” but you don’t... ((O __O)) you don’t know what you’re doing... you’re SO, SO WRONG!!! *SCREAMING INTO THE VOID FOREVER* sooooo... (=    w =) things didn’t quite work out as expected... and there was a lot of stains and curse words along the way! HAHAHAHAH!!! 8D

ANYWAY!!! (O   w O) first off!!!! for @crackedverbosity the biggest cookie i made this year! starkiller cookie!!!! which... you’ll see in photo two... suffered the same fate as it’s namesake (only at the hands of a meat tenderizing mallet! WOO!) Secondly!!! (^     v ^) and unrequested cookie for my dear, lovely friend @gentleman-caller !!! it’s a HEART!!! ((O \/\/\/\/O)) a hheaaarrtttt~ (sister: “did... did you just put glitter gel on that...” me: “no” ... “yes”) i love you GC!!! <3 <3 <3 for @epiclifeinruins (T   3 T) i had wanted to make a Knight of Ren... but... in the previously mentioned bought of stains and curse words i destroyed both it and the backup... *SOBS* BUT!!! (O   w O) INSTEAD!!! i offer the MOST STAR WARS thing i could think of!!! A SEVERED HAND!!! YAYAYAY!!! <3 then, for @atariakana a ninja with the requested “most obnoxious sprinkles” that i own! LOL! XD he’s VERY sassy, and angry as all heck that nobody takes him seriously!!! and lastly! for @return-to-stardust oh lord... the most difficult cookie i painted all year (T   w T) a First Order star! the devil’s black would neither dry nor freeze, making it nearly impossible to paint!!! BUT I PERSEVERED!!!! and, honestly, it kind of turned out like what i’d imagine the FO insignia would look like in a yakuza AU! HAHHAHAH!!! XD

WOW!!! ((O   w O)) finally done! YAYAYAY!!! the only other sugar cookies i ended up making were some wintery trees and these BEAUTIFUL snowflakes!!!! OMG!!! (T   w T) of all the cookie cutters i didn’t own before this year, i didn’t have a snowflake! OH MY! but the one i got was just GORGEOUS! as were the blue sprinkles i found!!! and this might sound crazy~ but pretty blue sprinkles are hard to get without going online!!! ((O  [  ]O))

so!!! (-^ ____^-) thank you again to everybody who took part! and omg!!! i had so much fun!!! (o     _  o) and also learned some valuable lessons for the future... oh dear... *shudders* I hope everybody had a tolerable, if not lovely, holidays!!! and a very joyous new year to you all!!! (O    w O) ohhhh my!!! i’ve had such a busy cookie day today! HAHAHAH! XD my teeth are buzzing from all the sugar i’ve consumed! LOL! but now i’m excited to spread a little festive sweetness with my first set of cookie requests!

for an Anon request: festive stegosaurus!!! for @glass-oceans a kitty with sprinkle whiskers!!! (with an added shout out to @fricafreak cuz i totes need to make a Millie cookie at some point! XD) a cosmic bunny for @spacewitchqueen <3 <3 <3 for @katherine1753 a trash truck! (O  w O) to drag our fandom-trash butts back to where they belong X3 hehehe! for @demonboys a festive cowboy boot! (>  w <) because it was one of the most random things in my random collection! hahahah! and a reindeer with chocolate pearl antlers for @senators-and-scalpels !!!

bonus! (O   W O) a first place ribbon for @theearlgreyalpha and @katherine1753 for being the loveliest thing to happen to my dash all year!! *swoony sighing* <3 i had to get a little creative because i didn’t have a cookie cutter for it~ but i manage to make a pretty cute cherry for @sailorspencer ! a holiday puppy of many sprinkles for @jessjessbc !!! (see @sigalawin ! XD puppy!!!) for @theearlgreyalpha a cute ducky with a holiday sweater pattern! SO CUTE!! <3 <3 <3 a festive butterfly for my sister! a holiday ninja in a suit of crystal sugar for @marlonbookcase !!! a holiday helicopter for my husband! (why do i own a helicopter cookie cutter?!?!?) a very festive, very sprinkles, holiday owl for @jathis - because only an own will do! <3 <3 <3 and lastly for today, a super cute birdie for @halcyon38 !!!!

(-^   w ^-) thank you so, SO much to everybody who sent me requests! it was really fun to make a bunch of fun things that weren’t the usual stacks of christmas trees, snowflakes, and stars i always make!!! if your request wasn’t on this post, don’t worry~! there’s another post coming!!!

OMG!!! XD so many cookies were baked today!!! (O   w O) i got most of the requests filled already! and all the latest ones - as well as any that come in between now and tomorrow at noon (PST) - will be added to tomorrows to-bake list! I think a Star Wars cookie of some sort would be fantastic!

considering how much i love Star Wars it would pretty much be a crime NOT to! hahahaha!!! (-^   O ^-) consider it done! (i actually have an idea in mind already!!! (O   w O) hehe!)

I want to bake you each a cookie!!! (^   w ^) <3 <3 <3

(O   w O) hey fam!!! <3 <3 <3 it’s the most baking~est time of year!!! (for me anyway! hahaha! XD) and i really want to spread some sugar based joy around!!! (-^   O ^-) i got warmed up the other day with a big batch of traditional chocolate chip (under the supervision of Steevie and Q!) but it’s time to step things up and get to the real holiday cookie business!!!!

i love to give cookies and sweets as gifts, but it’s not something i can mail~ STILL!!! i’d like to make one for everybody i can!!! (^   O ^) so between now and tomorrow at noon (PST!) please send me your sugar cookie requests (off Anon) and i’ll make one special for you!!! <3 <3 <3 i have HUNDREDS of cookie cutters! like… (O __O) SO MANY!!! but the major themes are “holiday”, “ninja” (i have ninjabread men! XD), “cute animal”, and “random” (of which… there are some TRULY random shapes! HAHAHAHAH!!!) so please!!! (O   w O) send me an Ask with the category of cookie you’d like me to make for you and i will @ everybody who sent a request in the photos of the finished cookies!!! (-^  w ^-)

i will also post my family’s recipe later! (-^   O ^-) it’s just a basic sugar cookie recipe~ but i’d like to share it with anybody who’s never had them before! <3

so a very, very happy holidays to everybody! even if yours are a little messed up (as mine are!) and things aren’t exactly picture perfect with your family (as mine certainly isn’t!) lets all find ways to enjoy our time together and to treat ourselves and each other with kindness! (-^   w ^-) sometimes, if you don’t spoil yourself, nobody else will! so go out and do something nice just for you! and then go do something nice for someone else too! spread the love! <3
