DEAR HONGRANG (2025)

I just love how both Destined and Dear Hongrang have this intense moment where both MLs use their blood to save the woman they love.

(Kdrama) And in Dear Hongrang, the ML sucks the poison from the FL's body so it doesn’t spread, then holds her and reminds her of the promise she made — that everything would be fine as long as she stayed with him.

(Cdrama) In Destined, the ML stucks in the desert, and the FL is literally dying of thirst. The ML cuts himself multiple times and gives her his blood to keep her alive, begging her to stay by his side.

Ugh, I love that kind of devotion.

And don’t even get me started on the Alchemy of Souls parallels…

It is interesting how the ML only wears dark blue and white hanbok. The only time he wears black (or bright blue) is when he's acting as a spy and needs to hide so no one recognizes him (his true self).

I don't know, it just feels peotic to me.

Ok but THAT scene between the ML and the FL in episode 5.
