Was rewatching gargoyles and Drew most of the clan! Including kind of a speculation on what Tachi might look like. I love gargoyles and I always love drawing the different clan members because it’s such great work for practicing faces and body types

I compiled all 12 days of monsters into a song, After monstober I was still itching to do more! (But definitely on a small scale.) The second half of the holidays will be busy for me, so I thought I'd make sure my festivities are out there whilst I can! Thank you!

Hi everyone! It's inktobertime! I decided to turn gargoyle into a goth girl, cus I think that preety cool. Imagine, you passing by a gothic caltel, and somebody from above watch your every step, with big glowing eyes. And sorry I had to take of photo of it, cus my photoshop CONLD NOT EXPORT MY BLOODY WORK!!! IT'S SAID THAT I NEED TO PEAK A DIFFERENT LOCATION, HOW!?(sorry for the tentrum, if you know how to fix it can you help me please 😞) And that it for today, bye

how gardagons work :)
they Communicate in grumbles and grunts most gardragons are Nocturnal and prefer high places like treetops or cliffs ,because of their nocturnal instincts they often sleep during the day BUT they can be seen out in daylight(it’s just super uncommon)
(they all have different personalities unique to the individual gar)
they have a unique saliva that acts as a natural bug repellent! they are herbivores. (the sharp teeth are for breaking rock and to dis-interest predators otherwise they have no use!) but the baby’s drink the mothers milk till the age of 12
(THEY ARE MAMMALS NOT REPTILIAN!)
YET they are made of spikes and scales often get mistaken for stone, because of how grey they are.. The ‘eyes’ are not actually eyes but rather a pattern on the head meant to look like so-..in reality they are blind and rely on scent and other senses to navigate.
The bulb on the end of their tail is a stinger! Nothing venomous just paralysis inducing,And also a light high similar to that of a weed high..(but that’s not super common!)
The females have utters like a cows utter which is how they feed their young (CAREFUL! Gradragon milk is extremely toxic to humans when not properly prepared!) You can’t just squeeze it out and drink it. You have to prepare it.. (you freeze the milk in DRY ice the properties in dry ice get rid of anything toxic from the milk..but even if prepared properly it’s SUPER bitter and not the most pleasant texture.)
The males are as shown in the pictures! The only difference is females have utters. Otherwise they are impossible to tell apart.

The Election of Owls and demons. Or history of Gotham gargoyles. Gargoyles and Gotham go almost as far back as the 1700 hundreds (almost as old as Gotham itself!) Back then people were more… superstitious. You see around that time an election was happening between Robert L. Chartine and George P. Questpit, but this election was strange. Buildings belonging to the gentleman would collapse or blood would be found inside. Friends and supporters of the two men would just randomly stop supporting or be found dead. It was surreal and got even more frightening when bloody owls with there wings removed would be found and demon masks broken covered in blood, would also appear. Unsurprisingly, both men pulled out, leaving only one. William B. Yorkster. If you’re wondering why I never mentioned him it was because no one thought he stood a chance, and none of the incidents mentioned ever happened to him. Most of Gotham today would think that it was he was causing it, but back then he had something the other two didn’t, Gargoyles. Gargoyles on his house, buildings, and some of his friends would have gargoyles. After that gargoyles became a symbol of safety and protection, and almost every building began to have them. There popularity only grew in the 1800 hundreds. Sadly, this popularity began to dwindle during the great depression leaving only a few buildings with the statues intact, but this was not the end, oh no. In 1969, something that would also become a famous symbol of Gotham began to use them, Arkham Asylum. That’s right our resident crazy building used to have scary grey gargoyles. You might be asking why. Well the past caretaker of Arkham believed gargoyles would “chase away the crazy”, so gargoyles had a new meaning in Gotham sanity. After that they became all the rage again. Almost every building began to have them if not for protection, or sanity than for style and to fit in. Long story short Gotham has gargoyles because they used to represent protection, safety, and sanity something most people would say Gotham is severely lacking. Maybe that’s why our favorite rodent favors them so much?
People from other cities always ask me why we have such gothic architechture around the place, and why there are so many gargoyles. The answer: honestly, I have no idea. This city is crazy, and the sooner you accept that the soon you’ll fit right in
