sometimes the way Germany is treated in fandom depresses me. People do realize he has a personality right? I just constantly see him pushed along the lines of perfect lover househusband, sex god, grumpy strict anti social workaholic dead-inside perfectionist, doitsu, wurst and potato dude, or bashful uke virgin. 

and and to me, he’s just a stupid sweet boy who grew up too fast, and tries always to do his best and he’s really earnest and honest and shy and sincere and naive and patient and forgiving and wow what a baby  

lookit this loser blushing over a shitty romance novel written for lonely housewives, I MEAN C’MON?? I think he deserves a closer look and more credit than he gets.
