hi Guys?! so like what if the james webb space telescope was in 17776 ? what would their relationship be with the hubble space telescope in that universe

im thinking like. maybe the trope where like. they talk shit to each other but around other people they’re like “yeah hubble/webb is pretty goated” and “are you really trying to insult my bro. only i can do that” ,,,, like siblings idk..

or maybe they’re like best friends or sm, whenever one takes an image the other is like “HOLY SHIT this is so cool!!”

or maybe it would be more like a one sided thing (then hubble is the guy who doesn’t rlly gaf)

webb could be the self absorbed guy nobody likes that always talks about taking superior images, while hubble js tries to watch the damn football game

or, webb looking up to hubble, like, a lot, despite getting more praise and stuff. hubble is past the um. attention and glory, sees webb as equal/better
