i hc that munk is always stressed out of his mind from taking care of the tribe, and only lets himself relax when alonzo takes over and forces him to. also alonzo is openly in love with him (in his own weird alonzo way) but munk is hesitant to show his feelings. the end.

all i do is sit in my college courses and think about Cats. earth science class is like “this is a rock” and i’m like “oh haha. that rock is grey. like. like munkustrap. from. from cats.” and then they euthanize me in the parking lot

my jellicle OC, Idylipity (Idle-ip-itty.) She hangs out in the local church and lives up by the church bell, so her hearing is bad from how loud it is.

She’s quiet and timid around the other cats, but friendly with people. Her name at the church is Peach, and they keep her around to help with the rat problem.

• Skimble hates getting his paws wet (it would track through the train) so on rainy days he stays inside the train and just orders people around from the doorway

• Bustopher brings Misto empty oyster shells, and Misto crushes up the shiny inside part to put in his fur (it’s how he sparkles)

• Teazer steals pretty bits of lace, jewelry, hat pins, etc. for Victoria, but she’s too nervous to give them herself so she has Plato do it

Munkustrap actually got cancelled on jellicle twitter for saying “heathen chinese” and instead of apologizing he doubled down and Teazer was posting like “yeah i always thought it was messed up but i didn’t want to get kicked from his play”

do u think munk goes on jellicle tumblr and reblogs posts like “DNI peke or pollicle supporters, the rumpus cat is a hero.”

i think Skimble always gets off at the trains regular stops and visits specific houses, and at every house the family thinks like “Oh hey, it’s our cat we never see!” and they never find out that he’s the Cat of the Railway Train.

i cry at the end of memory every time. and after, when everyone greets grizabella one by one.,. oh my god i can only imagine the sheer joy she’s feeling right then. all she’s ever wanted, all at once. arrgfdddffgghhhhhhhhhsgsfsggsdh

it has died down now but there was a 2/3 week span where every time i’d listen to Skimbleshanks i would get so excited i’d start shaking and when it got to “busy in the luggage vaaaan” it felt like a bomb went off inside my head (/positive)
