When that purple energy came out of Lloyd's hands, I suddenly thought of Garmadon's powers. I know Lloyd's is a lot lighter in color and probably from the crystals instead, but I just thought it would be cool for him to finally unlock Destruction you know? The parts are separated by months cause the entire POINT is that the suspense and teasing buildup, the hype up to the release is literally PART OF THE EXPERIENCE of watching such a great show

I think Morro coming back will definetly have to do with whatever happened to the Departed Realm. It has been said by Doc that it will be explored how death works in the Merged Lands now.
So my theory, Morro will be there and the team ends up finding/searching for the new Departed Realm and run into Morro. Maybe he will be the one to explain how it all works now after the merge idk.
Its important to note, Morro isn't shown to be hostile in the set image so that could mean he's helping the team.
