Not for a lot of them, BUT this one cover artist on YouTube named RafScrap is a singing voice claim for Fuyune— She’s got the whole Contralto of Danger thing going on when she sings.

For Cerise the answer to those are both her dads. She respects Jack a lot for taking her in and his charity work, while does not respect Sky at all because he's a cop and a rule following nerd (she loves both of them dearly)
For Fuyune, the funniest answer IS Kotaro because we love giving him unfortunate crushes but as a bonus based on Fuyune's pre-being arrested for murder status as the girl all the sapphics at Miyajou are into I think if Minori was told she had to pick a girl she'd date that isn't Haruka, she'd say Fuyune
