despite the l o n g line, finn was rather preoccupied with studying the technology this system had. while advanced in some ways, it also severely lacked in others. no ships, not even speeders. cars, they were something, but damn were they SLOW. if they had the falcon, or really any old ship, they could all be outta here by now. the droids, that’s the only word he could use to describe them, that people were using to select their orders were the same ... slow. finn chuckled at her words, shaking his head. “to be fair, the people ahead of us just might not know how to use those things.” he certainly didn’t. “that or the droids are just acting up. some of the ones i used to know were quite stubborn with when && how they wanted to work.”
Month number two. It was ridiculous. Is ridiculous. Will likely be ridiculous for a very long time. Peggy wasn’t as angry at Howard now. Didn’t mean she didn’t want to be. Having time to cool down and take stock of her situation not that she really had much of a choice was vaguely a good thing. Only vaguely. No more than that. She still had yet to settle down. Any moment, she couldn’t help thinking hoping, she’d disappear from Ivywood and find herself back home with her family. Back home to her position as director of S.H.I.E.L.D. Any moment at all now please. The only thing that happened was the line became one shorter. Peeking around the person in front of her, Peggy nearly tutted at the lack of progress. “How long do you think it will be until there’s an employee out here taking our orders the old fashioned way?”
