This is Fio, a half sea elf & half sahuagin who was chased from his home with the sea elves after his sahuagin traits became more prominent & he was blamed for a sahuagin attack. He traveled the ocean alone for some months, being seen as an abomination. He ended up in some fisherman's net before sahuagin scarred them away & started to attack him. Fio was saved by his future mentor, Drevyn & would go on to join the Ouroboros.
