Ive Never Understood That When You Have A Problem The Only Way To Get Rid Of It Is Not Identifying With

ive never understood that when you have a problem the only way to get rid of it is not identifying with the problem and letting yourself be, but then what will actually take care of that problem? how is to let yourself be? is it to recognize you’re not the body-mind?

Ive Never Understood That When You Have A Problem The Only Way To Get Rid Of It Is Not Identifying With

read this first part

i spent like 5 minutes looking for a 4dbarbie post that fits your question, but the thing is they all do. i could put like 10 posts here, but that's not helpful. i need you to act from the understanding and see what happens.

(world includes body and mind too)

world is just thoughts in mind

mind is not real

so, world is not real in the way that you think it is

it seems real

so problem not real

are you gonna allow a thought to filter natural perfection? this happens when you identify with it

try it and see. take attention away from anything you want. remember to be honest with yourself, so many times you can be like "I've moved on" but you actually haven't.

I wanted to share a few words of advice with you guys for times when you feel overwhelmed by doubt or uncertainty that you might fail or it won't turn out in your favor:

whenever I feel myself succumbing to an unfavorable pattern of thinking by giving into my worries, I like to recenter myself by remembering that I don’t live in a world of facts, I live in a world of imagination and the only one who can sabotage anything is myself by what I choose to be because I am, have been and always will be the cause, so if I can pick between being accepted or rejected and the same "effort" is required for both then why would I not pick acceptance?

a lot of us self sabotage by feeding into the unfavorable scenario because we have so many reasons to believe that it won’t work out. but you don’t need to be concerned with it “working out” or not because creation is finished. you’re not "creating" a state of consciousness because they all exist within you awaiting occupancy. the means are not up to you to determine. you're only asked to accept it by claiming yourself to be via I AM.

I'll repeat this again because it's very important that you understand this: the world is a reflection of the state you choose to be conscious of. key word: choose. if you can choose fear, you can also choose love. if you can choose failure, you can also choose success. every possibly conceivable state is ready for you to select and occupy at all times. there's no need to fear the outer world since it's only showing you your self concept (the state you have selected willingly or unwillingly). when you bring yourself back to this fact, you realize that you really are above your fear and you no longer need to feel bound by it because you can always select something other than fear. the 3D cannot show you anything you aren’t conscious of being, so it’s always up to you whether you want to be conscious of winning or losing. it follows you, the 3D isn’t randomized and subject to chance, it is a reflection of you. at this and every moment you get to decide what the reflection will look like. so will you persist in desire or will you persist in fulfillment?

Behave as if you were fully convinced you are not the body and the confidence will come.

Either you are body conscious and a slave of circumstances, or you are the universal consciousness itself — and in full control of every event.

Behave As If You Were Fully Convinced You Are Not The Body And The Confidence Will Come.

Freedom from self-identification with a set of memories and habits, the state of wonder at the infinite reaches and riches of being, its inexhaustible creativity and total transcendence, the absolute fearlessness born from the realization of the illusoriness and transiency of every mode of consciousness — flow from a deep and inexhaustible source. To know the source as source and appearance as appearance, and oneself as the source only is self-realization.

Behave As If You Were Fully Convinced You Are Not The Body And The Confidence Will Come.

The acceptance of the unreal as real is your obstacle; only by seeing the false as false and abandoning it will reality be brought into being.

All you need is to understand that you are the source of reality, that you give reality instead of getting it, that you need no support and no confirmation. Things are as they are, because you accept them as they are. Stop accepting them and they will dissolve.

Behave As If You Were Fully Convinced You Are Not The Body And The Confidence Will Come.

You have never been, nor shall ever be a person. Refuse to consider yourself as one.

Fearlessness comes by itself, when you see that there is nothing to be afraid of. Reality is you alone. You gave it (the person/the world) reality through either your attention or identification.

Start scorching thoughts of limitation by ignoring them. An unrecognized visitor will soon leave. Your past self is nothing more than a thought.

Behave As If You Were Fully Convinced You Are Not The Body And The Confidence Will Come.

Ask yourself: Who was born first, you or the world? As long as you give first place to the world, you are bound by it. Once you realize, beyond all trace of doubt that the world is in you and not you in the world, you are out of it.

Question the limits, go beyond, set yourself tasks apparently impossible — this is the way.

Reality is free-flowing. Reality is fluid. Reality is not dense. Reality is formless because I AM reality. Reality is not dense, it has the consistency of water forming itself to appear as something that's not permanent. Ice when frozen is still water, it melts. The same way, seeming 'external' circumstances and mind activity dissolve when SELF stops paying attention to it and instead pays attention to the character and reality SELF desires. Every moment is completely new; by completely, I mean COMPLETELY. Beliefs and thoughts the ego has at 09:55:06 is completely destroyed and recreated at 09:55:07. (I am using time to demonstrate a point as time is also an illusion that I, as Self, created). Memory creates the illusion of continuity. The ego believes that its events in life are linear, when in fact, there is no difference in eating food then leaving the restaurant and eating food and experiencing your own birth the next moment. Self decides what it wants to experience at every given moment, no matter how illogical it sounds to the conditioned mind. This is why I said reality is free-flowing; it is effortless, it has no form. The form is what you think and believe it to be.

Are you going to let go and believe in ME? I AM the way.

Reality Is Free-flowing. Reality Is Fluid. Reality Is Not Dense. Reality Is Formless Because I AM Reality.

you don't have to impress your subconscious mind. It just simply accept what you are conscious about and reflect that in your 3D. so be conscious about that you have your desires, you have what you want!!

Self-realization vs derealization

I saw an ask @adadisciple about derealization and thought I'd add my 2 cents here as I have experienced derealization in the past and might be able to offer a bit more insight. I didn't want to reblog that ask for personal reasons and also the response is really long. Disclaimer: I am not a therapist either, my thoughts are based on personal experience alone so take whatever feels right and leave the rest. Also I can't speak from the perspective of full realization as I am not there yet but hopefully this helps in some way.

When I first found non-dualism, I also had similar concerns as someone who had experienced derealization, I thought: was this another thing that was going to induce it?

Let's start with the definition (thank you Google) for those reading who may be unclear:

Depersonalization/derealization disorder involves a persistent or recurring feeling of being detached from one's body or mental processes, like an outside observer of one's life (depersonalization), and/or a feeling of being detached from one's surroundings (derealization).

From personal (human/ego) experience, this condition is purely of the mind and body with blocked awareness (? not sure if this is correct terminology, I am not talking about pure awareness in this case but more mindfulness*) and is often just a symptom of another mental or physical condition/illness such as depression/anxiety etc. The mind and/or body are just completely detached however, there is clouded awareness (due to the mind/body) and you just feel like you are existing and floating around. You are very much still a part of the world and identify as such even if you have lost faith in everything you feel as real. It's sort of hard to put into words but if you have experienced derealization too, then hopefully you can relate and understand what I am getting at. When I experienced it, I didn't know of any truth. I just lost faith in the world and didn't know what was real anymore. So, I was completely checked out.

*Mindfulness is paying full attention to what is going on in you and outside you, moment by moment, without judgment. (thanks Google)

Ada made a really good distinction here (I suggest reading the full ask)**:

The point of this all was to let go of concepts, let go of believing in things, investigating their validity, experimenting. Disbelieving you are Vanessa and denial are not the same thing. Denial is when you deny reality to something you're already giving reality to. Disbelieving was meant as an experiment, you never thought yourselves to be anything but this body, what will happen if you did?

**Actually, re-reading that ask made me realize maybe a reblog of an exercise I recommended is not the best since it instructs denial of what ego believes to be real instead of disbelief and experimentation (eep, Vanessa is still learning and evolving!). See my edit on this post :)

Here is another relevant and helpful ask by 4dbarbie:

I don't teach to do anything to the 3D, not even deny it. Not seeing the world as it is, is an aversion to it. - Lester Levenson Your 3D is right and perfect, what you see is what you are so even if you're seeing what 'you' don't want, the 3D is not wrong in being what it is. Fearing it, trying to manipulate it, lying to yourself about it being something different - all useless and vain attempts. See it as it is and it will fix itself. And no, being delusional is not good, it leads you not to trust your own judgment OR senses. Which is not right, why shouldn't you? What is wrong with your vision? Being delusional from your ego self is really harmful, someone could be abusing you and you would go "i'm sure that's not right he loves me so much in my 4D!!!"

So lets clarify the distinction:

Derealization = denial of everything while still identifying as the ego although not wanting to => ego experiences confusion/chaos/mental condition/disorders

Self-realization = disbelief of current reality concepts => letting go of such concepts and quieting the mind => experiencing the true Self (the creator of the mind) => permanent identification with Self, not imaginary concepts (including the ego) => Knowing Reality, and therefore realizing full peace and freedom

Now let's move onto practicing non-dualism. The basis of the practice is let go of thoughts, quiet the mind and focus on being awareness/I AM. It is all about letting go, not denial.

From a non-dualist perspective, derealization is just another mental concept/creation. When the mind is completely silent (and sustained) and pure awareness is realized and embodied, when Self is your permanent identification, when you (Self) know you are not your body not Vanessa feeling dissassociated from mind & body or just intellectually knowing it from learning concepts (important distinction!), it is not derealization, in fact it is the only reality, the only truth.

I have experienced short moments of experiencing myself as the pure witness where the mind was completely quiet and those short moments felt so peaceful, whole and true. There were no feelings of derealization in that moment because there was no active mind then. Right now, I do think my ego feels a bit derealized at times but this is because I have not fully identified with Self yet and it is also because my sense and understanding of reality is in the process of being recalibrated on this journey. When this happens, I sit in silence and go back to the one truth 'I Am' and feel myself into it and everything else melts away. The more you do this, the more you will feel the truth and peace until it becomes permanent (when you realize Self).

But no one can give you the whole truth but yourself.

Lester: Yes. However, knowing what you're telling me helps one let go of that obstacle of intellectual knowledge. I prod you in this direction, don It I? I say: “Don't believe anything. Start from scratch. Build up your knowledge on the solid foundation of proof, step by step.” Everyone must do this. Q: You can't take someone else's experience? Lester: Right, you would be working on hearsay, on what they have said, and the only useful thing is that which you experience. I relate it to driving a car. If I say I know how to drive a car after reading a book that directs you to turn the key on, start the motor, shift into drive and step on the gas, do I know how to drive a car? No, not until I experience it can I drive a car. It's the same thing on the path; we must experience everything. We must, of course, adopt the attitude that what the Great Ones say is so, that they have experienced it. However, you must check it out and prove it for yourself. And the basic Truth is that there’s only one Reality; there's only one absolute Truth, and that is that this whole world or universe is nothing but God, but better than that, is nothing but my very own Self. God could be far away; He could be miles and miles away in cosmic space, but my very own Self is right here, is something I know about, is something I can perceive, it is my very own Self! So, using Self as God is far more practical than putting Him out there, putting Him apart from us. But each one must start from the bottom and prove this whole thing for himself. As the proofs come, the more they come the more we accept until we experience the whole thing. - Lester Levenson, Session 11: Meditation with Quest - Keys to Ultimate Freedom

"And the basic Truth is that there’s only one Reality; there's only one absolute Truth" I literally didn't even read this excerpt before sharing it (searched the book for the keyword 'proof' because I was looking for another excerpt) but came to the conclusion after practicing and experiencing it for myself. And that is what you must do if you want the truth too. Experience and then decide for yourself.

This perceived and experienced knowledge is the only knowledge that does us any good. We can read everything on the subject, but it doesn’t help. Our life doesn’t change much, and it doesn’t because we don’t integrate the knowledge into our beingness through realization. Realized knowledge is nonintellectual, although the means we use are intellectual. We use our mind, we direct our mind toward the answer, but you will discover that the answer does not come from the mind. It comes from a place just behind the mind. It comes from the realm of knowingness, the realm of omniscience. By quieting the mind through stilling our thoughts, each and every one of us has access to this realm of knowingness. Then and there you realize, you make real. You know and you know that you know. - Lester Levenson, Session 6: Realization - Keys to Ultimate Freedom

If you want to understand more about the process of realizing Self, I recommend reading my 4dbarbie remix post. If you have already read it, reread it, maybe even read some of the referenced posts/asks and see if you get any new understanding. Or better yet, just sit in silence and stillness, quiet the mind and focus on 'I Am'.

I must emphasise that in non-duality, letting go of the ego is the basic foundation of practice as it is very much a journey of self-transformation (this is just another concept to help the ego understand, but you are always and have always been Self, you just do not see it as you are currently identified as the ego).

If you (the ego) are not willing to do that, then come back when you are ready. It is not up to anyone to convince you to adopt this practice and way of life.

the explanation was simple and useful, thank you for it 💗

GUYS!!!!! I DID IT!! I PUT THE PIECES TOGETHER, AND I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT MANIFESTING IS AND HOW TO DO IT NOW!!!!!!!

Ehem. Sorry. I'm very excited at the moment. Without further Ado, here is my epiphany from today!! As always, these are just my personal opinions, so take what resonates and leave the rest ❤️

The 4D is one part of reality. That is to say, imagination is an entire half of our experience. The other half of our experience is, of course, the physical reality, or 3D. This makes up one portion of US; I call it our awareness, and it is also called our consciousness. The other part of us is the part that remembers everything, known as the subconscious mind in the community.

The subconscious mind is often referred to as the creator of our reality, and in reality the subconscious mind is just as much a part of us as our imagination and our actual physical reality. Basically, the subconscious is our god state, higher self, etc. When we access it directly, we get into the void state, where we are pure consciousness, with no awareness.

So okay, we are consciousness and the subconscious, but what does that MEAN? The answer is so simple, and it's something repeated time and time again: you create your reality ENTIRELY. Every single thing (and this includes bad things like trauma, more on that in a sec) is created by your mind, because you aren't just awareness, you are also reality itself. The subconscious mind is everything and nothing (the void). It remembers everything but sees nothing, instead it reflects what happens in your mind onto the outside experience. Meanwhile, the conscious mind is the one that feeds the subconscious its information; it is the part that actually thinks. This is why changing your thoughts or your imagination or affirming or scripting WORKS. It's because you are BOTH the creator AND the creation.

Basically, our perception of reality and our perception of our thoughts is one part of us as a whole being. The other half of us is reality itself, every single possibility, waiting for us to tell us what is true so it can create that experience. That is why we can manifest. It also explains eiypo, because everyone and everything IS you: reality is literally created by your thoughts.

Okay, now onto explain why bad things aren't your fault, but first we need to understand that our mind tries to protect us from fully realizing our potential. Even as babies we were master manifestors, and as children we are better at manifesting because we have less limiting beliefs, so our mind needs to create barriers to protect us, because otherwise we would create our realities and possibly get hurt. Also, what child is ready to realize the responsibility that comes with this?

So, the mind plays a clever little trick on us, and separates our conscious and our subconscious minds, thus creating the effect of reality being your thoughts filtered by your EGO, which is basically you but without the knowledge that you are literally the creator of everything.

The good news is, you can TOTALLY bypass this whole thing by purposely affirming and ignoring what your senses are telling you. The subconscious mind is separated from your awareness, so it only has your neuron pathways to go by (basically the pathways created by your consistent thoughts), and it takes the information from those pathways and converts it into reality. Most of the time, reality is fixed, because most people don't know that they can control it, but once you find out how to, you can create these same pathways by just believing in something.

I like to refer to reality as being an elaborate scheme by your brain to make you not realize you're a god lmao.

So basically, until you learn to control it, this process of manifestation is controlled by the ego, and not by you directly. Because of this, you manifested/ created your trauma, along with everything else, but it is NEVER your fault that bad things happen until you FULLY realize your highest self, at which point you will have total control over your reality.

So how do you realize your highest self? It's really easy really! Just think how you normally do AS YOUR GOD SELF. Know that you have everything you want, because you are EVERY possibility, reality, circumstance, person, etc. Everything is you, everything comes from you, and nothing will ever stop that, so use it wisely.

Did I explain this well enough? It's kinda all over the place but I REALLY hope it makes sense because this is literally my thoughts in the god state. Good luck everyone!!

Idk what happened to me bug when I discovered nondualism I just GOT IT, like I was free I understood everything and I was confused at other ppl who would ask questions to other teachers bc I was like " that's so easy to understand as awareness" but then I fell off, overconsumed and can't believe anything. My mind/thoughts started going insane and i started having breakdown after breakdown and feeling trapped in my body. I started thinking about desires and mg thoughts were so rapid I'm getting legit migranes from all the stress, even when I try to detach from it, I don't know what tk believe I don't know what to do or whether to start. All I can think about right now is "how to" get my desires, "yow to" get back to that euphoric feeling in the beginning, right now it feels like nondualism is the worst thing to have happened to me bc I don't know what to do. Very sorry for how long this is but i think the confusion of everything overwhelms me :(.

I know what you're talking about, the high you get when you come across this info and it makes sense more than anything.

You're having trouble because you're trying to get rid of your ego. I'll give an example from real life the way I always do so you can understand better.

Let's say you have a pet dog, you're going out for brunch today, you're ten minutes late already and you haven't even picked an outfit. You're rushing and running all over your apartment trying to get to your closet, your dog happens to be in the way so you step on his paw. You're so desperate to leave that you yell at him "Get out of the way!". Immediately you feel bad, you forget you were rushing, get down to his level, hug him and apologize.

Your pet dog, in this case, is your ego. Treat it with compassion, stop bullying it, it's not its fault you're not where you should be. You think he's in the way so you get mad, you get frustrated it's not following instructions or refuses to step aside. But the ego is not the problem, nor in the way. Your attitude toward it is the problem. Let it be, it doesn't know any better!

Cease thinking it's you, there's nothing else to do.

You think you have to do this and that because you think you're it, and you should act from it. That is not the case. There's nothing to do except disbelieve.

You lack nothing at all, never have, never will. It is all a game of choice. You depend too much on the world, you want to make it follow your will. You think it's not and you spiral. The only way to control the world is to step out of the world. The ego is in the world, and not you. Both the ego and the world are in you. Think like this, act from this. Nothing more is required of you. When you're out doing your tasks, become aware - "not me", "not mine". "Well if I am not this, nor that, what am I?"

It is ignorance of yourself that makes you afraid and also unaware that you are afraid. Don't try not to be afraid. Break down the wall of ignorance first. People are afraid to die, because they do not know what is death. The jnani has died before his death, he saw that there was nothing to be afraid of. The moment you know your real being, you are afraid of nothing. Death gives freedom and power. To be free in the world, you must die to the world. Then the universe is your own, it becomes your body, an expression and a tool. The happiness of being absolutely free is beyond description. On the other hand, he who is afraid of freedom cannot die. - Nisargadatta

Leave poor Vanessa alone, with both her desires and fears, disbelieve you are her until reality becomes self-obvious.

4dbarbie remix: You're dreaming from memory

4dkelly notes: This could be a good introductory pointer for those new to non-dualism. Probably my last remix for a while because they always start off as a fun or great idea that ends up taking way too much time and mental energy lol. Also I know it says 4dbarbie remix and it's because I extracted all the text from her posts but almost half of this adaptation post is made with direct or adapted excerpts from the book I Am That by Nisargadatta Maharaj as she often incorporated his words into her posts so it might be more accurate to call it a 4dbarbie and I Am That remix. I've marked extracts that are from the book with an asterisk (*). My highlight colour key: key concepts are in pink, action points in purple, really important points in red, my notes (which are minimal) in blue

4dbarbie Remix: You're Dreaming From Memory
4dbarbie Remix: You're Dreaming From Memory

There is nothing that exists. Only you do. 1 The only thing you know for sure is: 'here and now, I am'. Remove the 'here and now', the 'I am' remains, indisputable. The world exists in memory, memory comes into consciousness; consciousness exists in awareness and awareness is the reflection of the light on the waters of existence. 2*

The person is a very small thing. Actually it is a composite, it cannot be said to exist by itself. Unperceived, it is just not there. It is but the shadow of the mind, the sum total of memories. Pure being is reflected in the mirror of the mind, as knowing. What is known takes the shape of a person, based on memory and habit. It is but a shadow, or a projection of the knower onto the screen of the mind. 3*

You (Self) are projecting this very moment live. Nothing is happening to you, I mean literally. Nothing is out there. 4 Everything you see and experience is only a mental condition, a dream-like state, easy to dispel by questioning its reality. It's you imagining it as real and fighting it with all your might that keeps it alive. In this dream, you imagine yourself to be a process, to have a past and future, to have history. In fact, we have no history, we are not a process, we do not develop, nor decay. 5*

When you sleep at night, you think the world you're dreaming of is real. You wake up in the morning and you go on living in a different world, which you also think is real. But while you were in the first dream you had no memory of this world, did you? You come into the waking state and forget all about that dream (because you dismiss it as unreal & imagined so you have no reason to care once the experience is over). You're present in a second dream, and you deal with this one because now that's "what is real". But there is no difference between sleeping and waking, awareness is the background of both. You just think the waking state more real because you've dreamt it over and over and reinforced your belief. They're equally imaginary. 6

Each and every moment is projected on your consciousness but in reality, there is no link or cause between them. Memory gives the illusion of continuity and repetitiveness creates the idea of causality (e.g. I have blue eyes because I take after my mom). When things repeatedly happen together, we tend to see a causal link between them. It creates a mental habit, but a habit is not a necessity.* Drop it. You, now, even if recreated completely from memory and appearing the same, are still doing the creating/projecting live. It is all memory carried over into the now. You never move, your mind does. You don't arrive anywhere, you've always been there. You don't become, you already are. 1

Memory seems to being things to the present out of the past, but all that happens does happen in the present only. It is only in the now that phenomena manifest themselves. Thus, time and causality do not apply in reality. You are prior to the world, body and mind. You are the sphere in which they appear and disappear. You are the source of them all, the universal power by which the world with its bewildering diversity becomes manifest. 7*

You recreate the world every day from memory. There is no yesterday but your memory of it. There is no tomorrow but your thought of it. You are moving from now into now, and nothing has reality but in your mind. In deep sleep you are no one, no thing, you are not aware of being anything. You are just aware of being. There is no world, no one, not even 'yourself'. 8 In the absence of the mind, even the sense 'I am' dissolves. There is no 'I am' without the mind. All experience subsides with the mind. Without the mind, there can be no experiencer nor experience. 8*

Consciousness creates the mind which projects the world, built of memory and imagination.* You create a world, then you create an ego in it that is desiring some thing - look at it, you are doing that now. Stop the urge to create and recreate worlds of desires. 1 You don't have to live by memory. You can see the world as it is, a momentary appearance in consciousness. 7*

See all as a dream and stay out of it. While it lasts, the dream has temporary being. It is your own desire to hold on to it that creates the problem. Let go. Stop imagining that the dream is yours. 5*

Realize your true being, all else will follow and take care of itself. You will no longer feel the need to manifest or get things, because you see you are the one imagining the things. You already are, and if you want to observe yourself as 'something', you can. After you rid yourself of your belief that you are the ego, you no longer feel compelled in any direction whatsoever. You do not feel like you need to be the body you imagine you were born with (because you were never it in the first place), or watch Sandra's from afar. You’re free to do or not to do whatever you want; you are dreaming, and you know you are dreaming, there is nothing to fear or fight, because all is yours. The thing to do is to establish that permanently, for all time. Then you can play any part you so desire, and be totally unaffected by it. 3

Free from memory and expectation, you are fresh, innocent and wholehearted. Needing nothing, you are unafraid. Whom to be afraid of? There is no separation, we are not separate selves. There is only one Self, your Self. 1*

Become aware that the waking state is just a dream and life will forever be a breeze. 6 When the world is real, it is heavy. When the Self is real, the world is light. 3#

creation is finished.

the phrase "creation is finished" is a principle that most of us are already familiar with. it‘s the unchangeable fact that creation, in other words, what you can imagine — and what you desire — already exists. but how can this piece of information be so significant?

infinite realities exist.

now, with creation being finished you have a large variety, an infinite amount of realities to choose from. anything that you can think of exists already. you don’t need to "create" it, it’s just there. whatever reality you are currently experiencing, there is a version of you right now that‘s doing something completely different. but there is also a version of you right now that’s experiencing things nearly identical to you, but they are wearing a different coat. or they have blinked a couple of times more. or they didn’t pronounce the same word you did in this reality the same way. whatever it is, any reality you can imagine — no matter how identical it is to another — it exists.

all versions of you belong to you.

it’s important to note that these infinite realities are all yours. you don’t need to ask anyone to give them to you, you don’t need to ask for allowance or permission and you don’t need to seek for something outside of you. whatever you want, whatever you desire and whatever you wish to experience — you can give it to yourself. you can have it. you can own it. because you are the only person who is allowed to grant yourself your desires, for you are the only operant power and it’s your reality.

if you can desire it, you can have it.

did you ever think about why creation is finished? why does imagination create reality? why is your 3D mirroring your 4D? it’s because something exists once you desire it. see, if you desire something, you imagine it. imagining as in becoming aware of it. and if you can be aware of it, you can manifest it. you can shift to the reality where you have what you are wishing for — because there has to be a reality where your wish has been fulfilled.

Creation Is Finished.

imagination is your confirmation.

knowing that you can have anything, that you can become conscious of having, implies that imagination (you can also say consciousness or awareness) is the only evidence you need in order to manifest something. if you ever wonder about whether a desire of yours seems too impossible to manifest, keep in mind that you are the only validation you need. you are your own confirmation. you wouldn’t be able to manifest it if you couldn’t desire it. that’s proof enough. so, never ever question your desires!

select your desired reality.

what are you waiting for!? your desired reality exists RIGHT NOW as you are reading this and is waiting for you to experience it! think of your imagination as a library. whatever you want, whatever book (here: reality) you want to read, you can get it. it’s ALL in there, don’t worry. your only job is to DECIDE and TAKE (here: assume) your desired story and make it yours!

  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀love and light, ella.
